JOHN KERRY THINKS SOLDIERS ARE STUPID SOME THINK CHARLIE CRIST IS GAY AND AARON R. COHEN IS A FAT LIAR.
Welcome to the United States November elections, world. This entry in the Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law tale is part of the Politics of the Penis Series and is dedicated to Hugo Chavez, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and all the residents fortunate enough to live in a pseudodemocratic country that holds elections. The electoral mudslinging has allowed Modern Artist, Victor-Hugo, to revisit his Politics of the Penis Series.
"For all those Americans who think this electoral mudslinging is bad, take comfort in the fact that people aren't being killed and piled on top of one another at corner bus stops for their political opinions. At least, that's what the people I spoke with in Venezuela told me. They wondered why I didn't know what had occurred during the Chavez recount election. I told them because I wasn't there to see it for myself and because the United States media only covers what it wants to cover."
"Though the United States Citizens waste billions of dollars in campaign contributions during each election, at least we get a good show for the money, without much bloodshed. As regular citizens we take comfort in the fact that John Kerry, the Democrartic loser who lost to an idiot like Bush now has the testicle fortitude to call Bush an idiot in public. I do believe the world has been waiting for someone with political clout in this country to step up to the microphone and call Bush dumb.
Leave it to John Kerry, however, to show such poor judgement in composing a sentence, that he ended up alienating the very people who should have the most compatriotism towards him. Essentially, Republicans in this country are persecuting Democrat, John Kerry, for using a Bushism.
It would be so laughable, if it weren't so frightening. To think, these two clods are the best the United States has to offer the world as examples for leadership. No wonder Hugo Chavez scoffs our countries leadership at the United Nations, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad does whatever the hell he pleases, and Kim Jong II keeps setting off those nucleur firecrackers.
As a college educated veteran, I realize what Kerry was trying to say and what the Republicans are trying to do. Kerry was trying to say the truth, and some Republicans are trying to act like unethical lawyers using every underhanded trick in the legal book to hide the fact that some, not all of their party members are crooks, cheats, and idiots."
Several Blogs, newspapers, and credible people are saying that the Florida attorney general and Republican candidate for Governor, Charlie Crist, is a closet homosexual. Max Linn, the Reform Party candidate for governor said on an Orlando radio show, that he would swear on a stack of Bible's that Crist is gay and urged Crist to come out of the closet on an October 11th WFTL radio broadcast.
The allegations are being called the loudest whisper campaign of the 2006 November elections. With the recent former Congressman Mark Foley, former New Jersey Governor Jim McGreevey, and former Spokane Mayor Jim West "gay scandals" still hovering over the conservative Republicans heads like a tarnished halo, many Bible Belt Conservatives don't want to contend with the possibility that another elected Republican official may be headed straight to hell for his sexual orientation. Asked to comment, Victor-Hugo said:
"I don't know about all that, all I know is that under his watch as Florida State Attorney General, the Capicua 3-1-3 character, James Edwards was able to get away with the kind of things only someone with connections could get away with, if you know what I mean."
As for Aaron Cohen, another Capicua 3-1-3 character, found in the Crackhead Jesus Chapter, some attorneys think this lawyer's actions are unethical and criminal, while others have nicknamed him, Mr. Mush.
"I know some mean spirited people who say that Mr. Cohen spends his winnings on Big Macs, while other, more serious individuals, claim to have solid evidence that proves Florida attorney Aaron Cohen is a liar. Furthermore, these people claim that he is attempting to make a mockery of the Judicial system along with his misguided partner, Alexander Conde.
Ultimately, it doesn't matter what anybody says anymore. I mean, the other day in front of five people waiting on line at the Bank of America ATM in Boca Raton, Alexander Conde claimed to be the new owner of Bank of America. Of course, I didn't believe him, but it did remind me of the Crackhead Jesus story." Victor-Hugo commented.
The Law firm of Conde and Cohen have hired Donald A. Wich Jr., former President of the Broward County Bar Association (1997-1998) to handle the complaint against Aaron R. Cohen, Esq. The Florida Bar File Number is 2007-50,379 (15E) for anyone wishing to check public record for facts.
Ronna Friedman Young, Esq. is handling the case and has advised that, barring any special relationship with anyone on the grievance committee, there is no conflict of interest with Conde and Cohen's hiring of the former Bar Association President to handle the case.
The seemingly inconspicuos case, which has not made major news headlines yet, has far reaching implications, much like the Coloretti case, and is being carefully followed as part of the Crackhead Jesus Chapter found in www.victorhugogallery.com. Victor-Hugo states, that since this is another 1st Ammendment Freedom of Speech issue, he must show extreme caution in presenting the story to the public.
"Obviously, certain parties don't want the world to know what's going on and have placed several obstacles in my way to prevent my telling of the story." Victor-Hugo tells his fans not to worry. He claims, "The Story of The Serpent On the Leaf" will give people a good idea of what is going on."

KEY WEST AND THE CHANGING FACE OF PARADISE
The following entry was written by the artist, Victor-Hugo, as part of the "Diary of the World Through the Eyes of an Artist Series."
The duality of life and our existence on this plane of reality was made evident today, as I wandered aimlessly through the streets of Key West, Florida. I traveled alone, on my life's journey to make sense of the beautiful chaos which surrounds us. Along the way, the Yin and Yang of circumstance presented itself through the honest eyes, tears and testimony of the angels I met.
As the one year anniversary of my date with destiny approaches, I still struggle to make sense of why I have been censored for attempting to inform the world of the pain and struggles faced by the victims of Hurricane Wilma in South Florida. Hurricane Wilma struck South Florida in October. In November, I became known as "The Censored Artist".
Like the Dixie Chics, I suffered a backlash, not because of pornography, but because of my political views. I put together an interactive art show during Art Basel that was essentially a cry for help. Someone had instructed the media to downplay the extent of damage Hurricane Wilma had caused, for fear that it might hurt the tourism industry and further cripple the ailing South Florida region.
It was a strategic move, which in retrospect, I believe was a smart decision. South Florida relies heavily on tourism, and the media has a way of influencing human decision making, therefore, flashing Post Katrina-like images on the screen would surely have kept hundreds of thousands of tourists away.
As the world remained ignorant to the struggles faced by millions of my fellow Americans in South Florida, I asked myself, "Where is the government I pledged my allegiance to?" Suddenly, I found myself empathizing, rather than sympathizing, with the victims of Hurricane Katrina and its' refugees.
Within the rubble I called home, I created the now infamous, Hurricane Wilma Exhibit. My aim was simply to educate the global Art Basel audience so that awareness could be raised about the very real plight which existed in the state which I had grown to love.
Unfortunately, someone very powerful did not agree with my intentions. The powers that be felt that my exhibit would hurt the tourism industry. Furthermore, the exhibit was deemed unpatriotic and coercive because I was exhibiting paintings with names like, "I Tried To Warn You About Abu Ghraib...But You Wouldn't Listen.", "The Three Soldiers" and "The Beast Within The Soldier."
The Abu Ghraib piece, was among the paintings which mysteriously disappeared in the unsolved robbery and vandalism which caused the Hurricane Wilma Exhibit to shut down. As a veteran of the United States military, I knew my fellow soldiers shared the patriotic idealism of serving in the military to safeguard the homestead and liberties of all Americans. It was so sad to realize, that my comrades were fighting a senseless war abroad, oblivious to the fact that their families and friends needed them so desperately at home.
Thanks to modern artists like Bono, Sean Penn, Brad Pitt, Spike Lee, Madonna, and Angelina Jolie, to name a few, the reality of the world we live in, has come to light for billions of people. The movement of cultural enlightenment is being spurred on by artists who dare to think outside the box and use their celebrity to raise awareness about issues affecting the global community.
The negative energy spent killing one another in wars can be better spent assisting one another in times of hardship and tragedy. Artists, like myself, are often accused of being idealistic and nonsensicle but our sense of optimism is necessary for survival in a pessimistic world.
The beautiful chaos which surrounds us, whether we are the President of Iran, or the ruler of North Korea can not be stopped. It is a part of nature and progress. Chaos, and how we as a global community deal with it, is what makes life so beautiful.
The Key West Fantasy Fest is an annual tradition which celebrates the Beautiful Chaos of life. Humans from around the world, gather on this little piece of paradise, just ninety miles off the coast of Cuba, for one week in late October, to celebrate and embrace life's eccentricities. It is a celebration of hedonistic pleasures which some label sinful, while others label it profitable. Merchants are expected to earn thirty to forty million dollars during Fantasy Fest.
My fifth Fantasy Fest will be remembered, not for the beads, boobs, and penises I saw, but for the people I met. In Key West's oldest book store, I met Irish, an artist working three jobs to survive. With tears in her eyes, she relayed the story of how a man and his dog were living in a rowboat amongst the mangroves, because they were left homeless after the Hurricane.
I met a woman who shared the humbling experience she faced when she had to beg her ex-husband and his wife to provide her and their children with shelter after the hurricane. The awkward living arrangement has brought this extended family to the brink of insanity.
I met shop owners who spoke of lost revenue that has pushed them to the edge of bankruptcy and other business owners who told me that the negativity was exaggerated. Life in Key West has become a metaphor for the duality of failure and success as an element of human existence
The natives are reffered to as Conch's in Key West, and many of them have been forced to relocate due to lack of income. The population has moved North to Jupiter and West to Fort Myers. What remains, are those that can afford to pay the twenty one thousand dollar a year windstorm insurance and fifteen hundred dollar a month rent for a small one bedroom apartment.
The picture is not as grim, as you might think, however. Key West is evolving into an International Mecca for Eastern European and Hispanic illegal workers. While President Bush appeases his uneducated constituents into believing that he will keep out illegal workers by building a "Great Wall" to safeguard the United States, illegal immigrants are flocking to Key West by air and sea.
There is an astounding number of Chechoslavakians, Russians, Poles, Estonians, Brazilians and Mexicans living and working in Key West. The Western Union lines file out the door, as illegal workers send much needed dollars back home. Though the income and standard of living is substandard for United States citizens, it is a windfall for illegal aliens.
Illegal workers crowd up to twenty four people in a two bedroom house. Using bunk beds and sleeping in shifts, allows these modern Pilgrims the opportunity to seek a better life and future in the United States melting pot.
Key West is, and always will be, one of the most beautiful places on earth. The changing face of paradise will now require Americans visiting Key West to be more accepting of other cultures if they want good service and don't want the restaurant staff to spit in their food.

VICTOR-HUGO DEBUTS GOODBYE PLUTO AT MARK SOYKA'S 55TH STREET STATION ART, MUSIC, AND FASHION FESTIVAL
Modern artist and writer Victor-Hugo will premiere his latest creation based on current global events at the 55th Street Station Day of Art, Music, and Fashion Festival to be held November 18, 2006 from 1 P.M. to 10 P.M. at the 55th Street Station Art Gallery and Courtyard. The painting, Goodbye Pluto, deals with several topics that have captured the attention of worldwide news media outlets recently and adds another chapter to the evolving, real-time story of Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law.
The Modern Art Graphic Novella is, in the artists own words, "A diary on canvas of the world that surrounds me. I paint what I see, and what I see is the Beautiful Chaos which thrusts life forward."
Victor-Hugo will join twelve other artists, musicians, and fashion designers on November 18 in Miami's trendy Eastside, near the Design District and Wynwood area, in giving art lovers their own unique version of reality. Victor-Hugo who promises to be on hand between 3 P.M. to 4 P.M. for a question and answer session regarding his most controversial paintings, says he hopes to challenge the viewers of his art work to think outside the box.
"My intention is not to offend anyone or insult anyone, rather my goal is to enlighten people to the fact that different opinions and outlooks exist.People have said that all I do is paint and write about bad news. I thought about that and realized that lately, they were right. I wish someone out there would give me some good news to write and paint about." Victor-Hugo says, adding:
"I do have happy paintings. The world that surrounds me is not just full of pain and misery. If you want happy paintings visit my Bleeding Woman Series. Some news outlets have called that series pornographic. I can't control what anybody thinks or writes, I'm a proponent of free speech and I applaud their opinion of my work, however I can assure you as the creator of that work, the essence of being a woman, not pornagraphy, was my thought process when my subconcious burped out that series."
Victor-Hugo says he will give an in depth explanation of the Goodbye Pluto painting on his popular syndicated www.victorhugogallery.com Blog before the November 18th exhibition, which is being touted as "The Overly Friendly E-Mail Show" in referrence to the recent Mark Foley scandal.
"I will assist people in deciphering some of the subliminal clues which I have placed in the painting, for those fans following the Capicua tale, but I won't divulge everything, because I like to leave as much to the viewers imagination and interpretation as possible."
Victor-Hugo's Tour will continue through Art Basel in December and will include a 2007 exhibit at the Art Fusion Gallery in the Design District on January 3,2007.

Clarence Iverson Glover has just been added as a participant in the November 18, 2006 Art, Fashion, and Music Festival.
Modern Art Music Movement artist, DJ Josh Wetherington, will be on hand to mix up the winter heat with Victor-Hugo at the "Sundance of the Sea Art Festival" to be held at the 55th Street Station Gallery during Art Basel. Shuttle buses will be made available to facilitate a hassle free experience for Art Basel visitors.
The free scenic ride from the Miami Beach Convention Center across the Causeway will afford potential transplanted Floridians to appreciate the new Florence of the South-Eastern United States en route to the "Sundance of the Sea Art Festival."
Artist Statement for Clarence Iverson Glover

For native artist Clarence Glover it’s to the ordinary moments. The self-taught artist captures details in a stride, the expression on a face, the look in a pair of eyes, to show the ordinary but also to leave a seam for the viewer to slip in little deeper into the Ordinary Lives of People of Color.
“I grew up in Miami’s diverse culture,” said Glover, born here in 1961. “I just remember seeing people, Hispanics, Haitians, other black people walking to church or at the market. The scenes come to me quickly and I want to capture it right away, so my art is loose but I try to make the details intense.” Glover works primary in pastels and graphite to achieve what he calls “ passionate realism”. In that way, said Glover, “people can immediately relate to what I was thinking about the first time they view my artwork.
“I want to capture the things I don’t want people to forget about, ” said Glover. “My art reflects everyday life . . . The things we don’t think about, but we notice.” . . . “I want people to see my art as that one moment of time in the back of their mind captured on paper.

Can Democratic Representative, Nancy Pelosi, make history again by becoming the first Madame Speaker of the House? Is she a Liberal, or as undecided voter and artist Victor-Hugo states, “Just a woman with common sense and guts. I’m embarrassed to admit that I am a registered Republican at this point. I’m throwing my support behind the sexy, sixty-six year old grandmother, not because of her good looks, but because of her intelligence and her stern conviction to doing the right thing.”
Like the outspoken artist, Nancy Pelosi has opposed the war in Iraq. Both feel the war has failed to make the United States any safer since the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks. “I don’t believe in blind loyalty, and neither should any red blooded patriotic American. That’s how Hitler got started, nobody bothered to stand up in the room and say, Uh, excuse me, is it legal to burn Jews and Gays? How about crooked politicians and lawyers? Can we burn them too? I mean, since when has it become unpatriotic to speak your mind in this country?”
Victor-Hugo says he does not feel like a turncoat Republican because he is supporting the notion that Nancy Pelosi becomes the first female Speaker of the House, two heartbeats away from the Presidency. “My vote will be based on what is best for the country’s future, not on partisanship. Nancy Pelosi has had fourteen years experience on the Intelligence Committee and as a former Security Committee member myself; I know the value of that knowledge.”
Victor-Hugo says he is impressed with Nancy Pelosi’s ability to speak her mind without fear in front of a male dominated Congress. He agrees with her statement that the War in Iraq was a terrible mistake and that one does not go into war on a whim. The artist is also impressed with her ability to raise over one hundred million in contributions for her party.

INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION YIELDS FIRST MODERN ART MUSIC VIDEO
Modern artist Victor-Hugo has teamed up with musician John Keenan and the graphic artists at Green Brazil Design, to claim a unique spot in pop culture history. The artists have created the first Modern Art Music Video. The talented group was brought together by Victor-Hugo to participate in the growing Modern Art Music Movement, which seeks to raise awareness and educate the masses through entertainment, music, and art.
”When I painted for Jennifer, I never envisioned the work of art being matched with such a powerful song and then evolving into such a sweet video.” Victor-Hugo says of his collaboration, “The fact that we have pioneered something new and exciting to jolt both the music and modern art genres, I think, is something we should all be proud of.
I painted For Jennifer at a time in my life when I was at peace with the world and intoxicated with the complexities of love. I was trying to find a way to incorporate the image into the Modern Art Music Movement as a catalyst to spark the creativity of artists around the world who are joining the movement. When I heard John’s song for the first time, I just knew the two creations were meant to coexist.”
Asked to comment on his song and its’ inclusion in the Modern Art Music Movement, John Keenan had this to say, “I agree, with Victor-Hugo. My song and his painting sit perfectly together. The song came to me while I was people watching in San Francisco's China Town. I'd been in San Francisco knocking on doors, trying to get my music heard and after two weeks of walking the streets, I had the blues, big time. I guess I felt a little lonely,watching all the young couples strolling by. I kind of withdrew into a beer induced trip down memory lane and to a reoccurring face from my past. A face, sadly, with no name, but great memories, my first taste of women ness, I suppose you could say.”
The song, "Night on the Hill", is from John Keenan’s upcoming album 'Fools Crusade' which will be released in January of 2007.
Though the video is short, Victor-Hugo states the time that went into creating this video was substantial. He contacted Green Brazil, a group of designers and web programmers that have been working together on web projects since 1997 to help bring his vision to life. Felipe Benvegnu, spokesman for Green Brazil, said, “We believe in fresh and innovative design. Working along with Victor-Hugo on his website and the Modern Art Music Movement video enabled us to express our creativity without restrictions.”
Victor-Hugo’s work has touched the lives of people around the world who say that his images bring both serenity and self reflection to their lives. The next video in the Modern Art Music Movement series will be “The Maestro’s Dream”, with music by Josh Wetherington and quotes from the Reverend Martin Luther King.

The story of Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney is part of the Law and Justice in the United States Series which is a chapter in the modern art graphic novella entitled, Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law.
The parody of Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney is not about Jesus, nor is it meant to be antisemetic, rather, it is meant to highlight the real dangers which exist in abuse of powers by corrupt, corporate CEO's and unethical, unscrupulous attorneys.

"I tried to add some comic scenes to the mix, because I didn't want to turn people off by making them feel like they were listening to some crazed artist on a soapbox, ranting about common sense and life.
The reader should feel like they are reading a script for a series of short stories based on the overall premise of a "Pulp Fiction" or "Amorres Perros" style story which flip flops between chapters and in the end makes some sort of overall jumbled sense.

The censored story of "Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney" deals with how some unethical lawyers have manipulated the U.S. Constitution to serve their own needs rather than the needs of the general public, for which the Constitution was intended to protect. Artist, writer, and political theorist Victor-Hugo uses the following true incident to illustrate how dangerous some attorneys are to common sense and decency in the United States.
Lawyer, Peter Sullivan, represents Kelly Coakley, a 23 year old New York woman seeking $114 million in damages from Starbucks because it refused to honor a coupon for one free large, iced coffee. Attorney, Peter Sullivan, claims the $114 million is "a very conservative figure," considering how "betrayed" his client feels.
Victor-Hugo says he would like to hire Mr. Sullivan's services, to sue President Bush, because Victor-Hugo feels betrayed by the criminal actions of his Commander in Chief. Victor-Hugo says he intends to seek damages in the amount of $199 katrillionzillionbillionmillion and 99 cents.

THE STORY OF CRACK HEAD JESUS AND THE JEWISH ATTORNEY
(INTRODUCTION)

Marylin vos Savant, listed in the Guinness Book of World’s Records Hall of Fame for “Highest IQ” when asked, “Who is more likely to render a fair decision: a jury or a judge?” answered,
“I’d wish for a trial by an intelligent, impartial jury. I’d feel much safer with six or twelve excellent jurors than with one excellent judge.”
You don’t have to be the world’s smartest person to realize that the justice system is only as good as those who are interpreting the law. Jails are full of innocent people and, unfortunately, many people have been executed, prior to DNA testing, because of incompetent or unethical lawyers or judges.
On the other hand, elections and trials like the O.J. Simpson case and the recent posthumous Ken Lay of Enron decision, can arguably show how money and a well qualified law firm can cause enough reasonable doubt in a jury or judge to keep a suspected criminal out of jail or in a high government position.
Recently the Florida Supreme Court disbarred longtime Broward attorney Barney John Cummins for stealing thousands of dollars from clients and lying to cover it up. In his report, referee David F. Crow wrote, “Trust is an essential component of any attorney-client relationship, and an attorney who is not trustworthy is not fit to practice law.”
The story of crack head Jesus and the Jewish attorney highlights both the good and the bad about the American justice system and how sometimes those we hire or elect to protect us sometimes do us more harm than good. JUDGE HAFELLE BANS ELECTRONIC RECORDING DEVICES IN CRACKHEAD JESUS CASE
Modern Artist Victor-Hugo held the camera outside the courtroom capturing footage for his documentary, "The Marketing of Peace". With cameras rolling, the Honorable Judge Hafele came into focus for the first time, within the confines of the courthouse where both men would meet. The artist naively peered into the eyes of the man called Judge through the camera lens and glass doors which seperated the two individuals. The Judge noticed he was being filmed and motioned to the bailiff. Those in the courtroom turned to look at the man in the suit standing outside the courtroom filming the proceedings. As the stern bailiff opened the glass doors and came into frame, the artist knew he was headed for trouble.
"The Judge wants to see you in his courtroom," Said the Bailiff." and I advise you to shut the camera off."
The artist did as instructed and entered the courtroom to meet the man who would decide his fate for the first time. Everyone in the courtroom turned to stare at him as if he were a dead man walking.
"What is your name?"
"Victor-Hugo, your Honor."
"What law firm are you with?" The Judge asked.
"None you're Honor. I am Amicus Cureau, Friend of The Court."
"What are you doing with the camera?"
"I'm filming a documentary called The Marketing of Peace, your Honor."
"Who gave you permission to film me in my courtroom?"
"Your Honor, that's why I am here today, I asked for permission to record the proceedings in my motion before The Court, Sir."
"Where's your attorney?"
"I am my own attorney, Your Honor. I am trying to show people that it is better to represent oneself than to be misrepresented by unethical and incompetent legal counsel, Sir."
The Judge paused. The artist stood still, never looking away from the man sitting up high on The Bench. Respect seemed to pass back and forth from the bench to floor, as silence filled the courtroom.
"Do you have a business card?" The Judge broke the awkward silence of the courtroom.
"Outside your honor."
"Outside in your car?"
"Outside the courtroom, Sir."
"Go get it."
"Yes, Your Honor." The artist turned to exit the courtroom.
"Before you go, Mr. Hugo." The artist turned to Judge Hafele.
"I want to make it perfectly clear to you. I do not give you permission to film me, tape record me or use my image. Should you do so, I will seek to prosecute you to the full extent of the law. Is that understood?"
In that instance, The Artist learned to respect the Judge the same way attorneys do. It is the kind of respect a young man shows his father when his father dangles a leather belt in front of him.
"Yes, Sir." The artist exited the courtroom escorted by the Bailiff. The artist handed his business card to the bailiff asking, " Was he upset?"
"Yes." The Bailiff looked at The Artist as if he were stupid.
"Should I ask him if I can film the proceedings when I go before the court? I really did put that request in my motion."
"I'm not allowed to give legal advice," The Bailiff answered. "but I wouldn't."
And so, in deference to the Judge presiding over the Crackhead Jesus Case, the judge will hence forth be known as Judge XXX.
As the story of Crackhead Jesus rolls on, one can expect Justice and the Law to find its way into the proceedings throughout the trial in much the same way justice and the law made its way through the legal intricacies which made the OJ Simpson trial such a valuable lesson for everyone.
Two trials were held in the OJ Simpson case.
One was sponsored by the U.S. Government.
Prosecuting attorneys Marcia Clark and Christopher Darden failed to prove Mr. O.J. Simpson guilty of murdering his wife during the criminal trial.
The other trial was privately sponsored. Private legal counsel prevaled during the second, civil trial, wherein Mr. O.J. Simpson was found guilty of murdering his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Lyle Goldman.
Most people remember two things about those trials. One is that Judge Lance Ito presided over the trial where the law prevailed.

JUDGE LARRY SEIDLIN'S TEARFUL ANNA NICOLE SMITH VERDICT SCREAMS IN A NEW CHAPTER IN THE STORY OF CRACKHEAD JESUS AND THE JEWISH ATTORNEY
Legal observers and bloggers shocked by the lack of professionalism displayed in a Broward County courtroom, can rejoice in the release of another chapter in modern artist, Victor-Hugo's censored, Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law. The chapter, entitled, Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney, is slowly being rolled out over the internet. To avoid threatened legal action, ironically, by the very law firm hired by the controversial author, to protect his First Amendment rights, Victor-Hugo has had to tread lightly in his presentation of this parody, based on the hijinx of the ill perceived South Florida Justice system.
After Judge Larry Seidlin lost all composure in his courtroom and delivered his sobbing verdict to the world media, Victor-Hugo decided the timing was right for him to release, The Modern Scream. The author claims this is another clue for the thousands of fans around the world trying to make sense of his interactive modern art graphic novella.
THE MODERN SCREAM
On the day of reckoning, the New World Order met in closed chambers in an office building just outside Berlin. While the eyes of the world converged upon the trials and tribulations of two men and a grieving mother in a Fort Lauderdale courthouse, a small group of strangers came together inside of a small church in Lucerne, Switzerland. Victor-Hugo, Sarah Silverman, and ten others, whose names would be made known soon, discussed the fate of the world and the rapidly approaching apocalypse.
Before arriving at the church, Victor-Hugo and his muse had traveled on a busy street of cars, moving, without drivers, past stunned pedestrians. They rode in a black, soft-top, Jeep Wrangler, which was stripped of its side panel windows, by a trio of young gypsies, at gunpoint, just a few minutes earlier.
A young girl, no more than five years old, her face covered in dirt and grime, pointed a gun at Victor-Hugo as he drove down an isolated road. She demanded he stop and step out of the vehicle. The young girl's brother's tore off the side panel windows of the Jeep, as Victor-Hugo and his muse were held at gunpoint.
"Why are you doing this?" Victor-Hugo asked.
"We just want what's in the windows." The girl answered, with a smile, in a soft Swiss accent.
Before he could ask, "What's in the windows?", a spark of light arose from within the dust of the plastic veneer. The shimmering light, hovered like Tinkerbell in the Walt Disney classic, Peter Pan, then slowly fluttered up into the cold grey sky. The children laughed, cheered, then ran away out of sight.
Inside the old church, the group of faces seemed familiar to Victor-Hugo, but only in the way one would recognize, but not recall, the names of D-List celebrities. The strange meeting was brief. Assignments were given individually, in a whisper, by a priest, in a black robe and the group was dismissed.
Before leaving, Sarah Silverman embraced Victor-Hugo and whispered softly in his ear, "Would you like to get together in my place?"
Victor-Hugo, looking surprised, held her closely and whispered back, "I thought you were with that guy from the Man Show?"
"I was just testing you." She answered.
Victor-Hugo turned to look for his muse, as Sarah Silverman walked out of the church, but she was nowhere to be seen. Instinct told him neither woman would be found again until they were ready to reappear in his life. He walked out of the church and into the twilight. He roamed the ancient streets of the city, nestled within the Alps, and watched as cars without drivers menaced pedestrians.
The fact that none of these bizarre incidents were being documented by the media for broadcast, made the situation seem more surreal. The looks of disbelief and fear on the faces of those who witnessed the strange phenomenon, taking place outside the scope of the media's eye, reminded Victor-Hugo of the looks on those who first witnessed the Twin Tower attacks on 9/11.
Alone and confused, Victor-Hugo made his way through the eerie streets, uncertain of what his purpose was at the meeting or how he got there. Meanwhile, in Germany, the meeting of the New World Order came to an end. Their direction and message was clear, concise, and calculated. Soon, it would be time for the witness to speak.

CONDE & COHEN UPHOLD DANGEROUSLY LOW STANDARDS SET FORTH BY FLORIDA BAR UNDER JOHN F. HARKNESS JR.'S WATCH
When the documentary crew showed up at the West Palm Beach Courthouse to film the events surrounding the real time modern art graphic novella, Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney, the bailiff wondered why the defendant had not been informed of the hearing's cancellation. A notice of unavailability was later hand delivered with camera's rolling to the law firm of Conde & Cohen. Aaron R. Cohen was captured on film aggressively refusing to accept this legal document entered into record by clerk and comptroller, Sharon R. Block.
According to Denise VanVooren, judicial secretary for the Honorable Judge Donald W. Hafele, Conde & Cohen, P.L. received 48 hour notice of hearing cancellation. Due to a sudden family emergency, the Honorable Judge asked to cancel and reschedule the hearing. Conde and Cohen, P.L. failed to notify all parties involved in this matter either by telephone, certified mail, or overnight Fedex.
Denise VanVooren stated that it was the responsibility of the party who set the hearing to properly inform all parties involved in a timely manner. Initially, the law firm of Conde and Cohen, P.L. requested the hearing on April 26, 2007 and tried to undermine the proceedings by sending the artist a notice of hearing with the wrong date attached.
Victor-Hugo states that when he tried to contact the law firm of Conde & Cohen, P.L. on two seperate occassions to verify the accuracy of the hearing date, Aaron R. Cohen was overheard instructing his secretary to hang up on the artist. Cingular phone records substantiate the validity of the artists claims that such an inquiry was made prior to the hearing.
Recently, the Boca Raton law firm of Conde and Cohen, P.L. was investigated by the Florida Bar. The investigative committee found Aaron R. Cohen's conduct to be, "not consistent with the high standards of our profession.", and advised him to be, "more aware of your obligation to uphold these professional standards and that your future conduct will conform to such standards."
The public record letter of advise to Aaron R. Cohen from the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee "E" was dated March 22, 2007. The dangers associated with lack of penalty for rogue attorneys like Mike Nifong and Aaron R. Cohen who show blatant disregard for the "Creed of Professionalism" and the Bar Association's "Oath of Admission" is highlighted in the artist's controversial "Law and Justice in the United States" series.

Less than one year ago, I launched the www.victorhugogallery.com website on January 17, 2006. My aim was to reach a global audience seeking to share the common human experience which I call the Beautiful Chaos of Life. I thank all those who have made this site such a success in sheer numbers, by sharing this site with friends and family. It is a pleasant surprise to realize that I live in a planet of people who share the same worldview of open minded common sense that I do.
As some might already know, I am trying to start a Peace Movement called the Modern Art Music Movement. Simply stated, the movement seeks to peacefully raise awareness about important global issues which affect mankind through modern art and modern music. As anyone who has tried to orchestrate a car pool or orgy knows, organizing a few people for a common goal can be a daunting task, let alone attempting to start a movement.

PART ONE: The Story Of The Serpent On The Leaf
An old man sits with his grandaughter in front of the Serpent On the Leaf Painting at the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao Spain. The year is 2026. The young girl, with big brown eyes, stares up at her chivalrous grandfather and asks, " What does that one mean, Abuelito?"
Staring into the innocent eyes of his precious grandaughter, the old man tells the tale of the serpent on the leaf.
"Back in the days of the imperial United States, before Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld were tried and found guilty of war crimes, their lived an idealistic artist named Victor-Hugo. When Victor-Hugo moved to Miami to be closer to his art studio in North Bay Village, he rented his home in Pompano Beach to an upstanding corporate CEO, named Mr. Rogers.
As it turned out, Mr. Rogers turned out to be more like Mr. Ken Lay, Sanjay Kumar, Bernard J. Ebbers, and Dennis Kozlowski than any mythical children's show host. 
According to Mr. Roger's wife, her husband went on a crack binge, lost his mind, thought he was the new Messiah and lost his CEO position when nobody at his job believed he was Jesus Christ.
The artist, who was involved in a freedom of speech battle with a greedy developer who sought to censor his anti-war paintings, was told by the attorney handling his First Ammendment case, that he would take on the case of evicting Crackhead Jesus on contingency, since it was such an easy win.
The law firm of Conde, Cohen, Gaeta, Shakur, Martinez, Weinberg, and Biggie Smalls, who handled the case of Crackhead Jesus, suffered from overconfidence and an inability to comprehend that in the imperial United States of the early 21st century, a court of justice and court of law, were not one in the same.
The artists attorney, Erron Mush Cohen, found irony in the fact that he was Jewish and would be responsible for evicting a man claiming to be Jesus. He suggested the artist write a series called "Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney" to highlight the outrageous points of this seemingly innoccuos case.
What Erron Mush Cohen failed to realize, however, was that justice in the imperial United States was not based on contracts or facts, but rather on how well the attorney could manipulate the contents of those contracts and askew the reality of facts.
When Hurricane Wilma ripped through the artist's home and studio, the artist was forced to move in with his muse. You see, Crackhead Jesus knew the law, and the law allows for squatters rights, which essentially totally screws the landlord. Crackhead Jesus refused to move out of the artist's home in Pompano until the Police came to physically remove Crackhead Jesus with an eviction notice.
At that point, Erron Mush Cohen, whose rental home was also affected by
Hurricane Wilma damage, sprang into action. Using keys forwarded by Crackhead Jesus's legal counsel, Erron Mush Cohen, moved into the artist's unoccupied residence in Pompano Beach, Florida. The Law firm of Conde, Cohen, Gaeta, Shakur, Martinez, Weinberg, and Biggie Smalls assured the artist that this was not in any way, shape, or form a conflict of interest.
Unsure of this, the artist requested first last and security from his attorney and a signed rental contract to avoid any possible conflict of interest. The attorney admitted that he did not have the money because his finances were hurting and offerred to barter legal fees for rent at the artist's house instead. All the while, assuring the artist, that this living arrangement was not, a conflict of interest.
The artist contacted one of Mr. Cohen's legal partner's and expressed his concern over the fact that Mr. Cohen would be residing in the very house he had been hired to evict Crackhead Jesus from and sue for damages because the self proclaimed, former CEO-messiah, had left the property in sinfully bad condition.
Mr. Cohen told the artist that he would be better able to represent the artist if he lived in the home, so he could present the evidence of damage to the judge firsthand. He told the artist not to worry, that it was a slam dunk case, and that Crackhead Jesus would have to pay his legal fees, at which point Mr. Cohen could afford to pay the artist his first last and security for the home in Pompano Beach."
The young girl, with the big brown eyes, looked up at her grandfather and asked, " But what if the case turned out not to be a slam dunk, Abuelo?"
" That, my little angel, will be explained when we look at the next painting in the Crackhead Jesus Series entitled, The Attorney."
THE STORY OF "THE ATTORNEY"
-PREFACE
(The initials WWCD in the painting stands for "What Would CrackheadJesus Do?" The WWJD, "What Would Jesus Do?", catch phrase has been plastered on everything from bumper stickers to wristbands and t-shirts.)
As anyone who has ever gone through a divorce or fought for child custody would know, dealing with an attorney is frustrating. In interviewing people from all races, genders, religions, and economic backgrounds, it has been made evident to me that attorneys are seen by the general public, less as a necessary evil, than as just plain evil.
Even the attorneys, retired and otherwise, that I have interviewed for the "Law and Justice In The United States Series" have admitted, that attorneys are perceived in a negative light, because there are simply so many bad and unscrupulous attorneys practicing law in the United States.
The frightening part, as one retired judge pointed out, is that many of these unethical attorneys go on to become Judges.
IS FORT LAUDERDALE ATTORNEY,MARK L.GAETA RACIST OR JUST A REALLY BAD ATTORNEY?
Asked to comment on when the popular story lines of “Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney” and “The Dead Cock” will be resumed Victor-Hugo had this to say:
“Both stories tie in to the Law and Justice in the United States project which I am still investigating by interviewing past and present Judges, attorneys, court reporters, bailiffs, and people who have used attorneys for divorce, contracts, injury or what have you. I am also working with the ACLU to find out more about censorship issues in the United States, so I ask my fans to please be patient. I want to give people a quality product, which requires time and proper investigation, so that my facts are not a skewed and damaging to anyone’s reputation.”
In the interim, Victor-Hugo offers the following comedy bit about a character in the “Dead Cock” storyline, named Mark L. Gaeta.
I represented myself in a law case once, against a Fort Lauderdale attorney named, Mark L. Gaeta, who was representing a pedophile who believed his arranged marriage had been cursed because of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Apparently, the Colonel’s secret recipe was like marital poison because members of the wedding party had consumed Kentucky Fried Chicken hours before Mark L. Gaeta’s clients Hindu wedding, which apparently required all wedding party members to be internally pure.
As it turns out, Mark L. Gaeta’s client was right. After the wedding, the United States filed a lawsuit against Kentucky Fried Chicken alleging that the oil used to fry the tasty chicken was essentially deadly and endangering the lives of Kentucky Fried Chicken lovers around the world. Who new?
Anyhow, I showed up to Mark L. Gaeta’s office to give him some files which he asked to copy for a case we were battling. The best way to describe Mark L. Gaeta is Dick Dastardly in a cheap suite. Dick Dastardly was the Hanna-Barbera cartoon character who participated in the Wacky Races series along with his scruffy sidekick, a dog named Muttley, who had a distinctive wheezy laugh.
Apparently, Mark L. Gaeta, felt inclined to sit back in his chair, and bark orders at me, literally, snapping his fingers like I was some nigger in Alex Hailey’s masterpiece, Roots.
Needless to say, I looked at Mark L. Gaeta and asked him if there was a rickshaw behind me or if he felt he was my master and I was his slave.
His pedophile client looked on speechless, since he himself was Indian, not knowing what to do about my rickshaw comment and his lawyer’s gross racist actions. I asked Mark L. Gaeta if it was customary and common practice for United States attorneys to treat minorities with such disdain, but he just sat there with a look that appeared like he had something awfully uncomfortable stuck in his ass.
At that point I contacted one of my attorneys and, while on speaker phone, asked if it was common practice for attorneys to snap their fingers and bark orders at one another during trial preparation, or if that was just one of Mark L. Gaeta’s specialized services. Needless to say, my white, Jewish attorney was appalled at Mark L. Gaeta’s apparently racist actions.
I then called my young, female business partner, put her on speaker phone, and said,
“Check this out. I’m over hear at Mark L. Gaeta’s office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and the cheap suit wearing son of a bitch is snapping his fingers at me like I’m his friggin’ Kunta Kinte! What should I do?”
“Snap your fingers right back at him.” She answered.
And so I did. Mark L Gaeta had to make over seventy copies of evidence. All while I sat back in his waiting room couch, snapping my fingers at Mr. Mark Gaeta, beckoning him to approach me like some French maid, to grab each individual copy.
After about ten copies, the poor sap couldn’t take it anymore, so he ordered his Hindu client to answer my finger snaps and take over the role of “copy slave”. The irony of it all is, Mark L. Gaeta actually charged his client for this abuse. Mark L. Gaeta billed the Dead Cock character 3 hours for this modern slave treatment.
My young female business partner could be heard laughing on the other end of the speakerphone. I don't know whether Fort Lauderdale attorney, Mark L. Gaeta, is racist or just a really bad attorney who used poor judgement in snapping his fingers at another human being. That is something that can only be determined in the court of public opinion.
Victor-Hugo says he presents the events which make up the Capicua 3-1-3 tale in a manner which is both educational and entertaining. He realizes that news is best disseminated in a clear factual manner but must also be sprinkled with the number one rated news network, Fox News's style of fluff, so as to be able to compete with the modern mode of entertainment news.
Inside sources report that this epidode with attorney, Mark L. Gaeta, and the Dead Cock character, will be one of the funniest scenes in the upcoming big screen version of the Capicua 3-1-3 Movie. The movie will be divided into separate stories, each originating from a painting which inspired the story and lasting about thirty minutes. The Capicua 3-1-3 Movie is still in preproduction stage and will most likely be released around the world in late 2008, just in time for Christmas.

SNEAK PEEK AT THE STORY OF JUSTICE IN DRAG
In continuing with Victor-Hugo's modern art interpretation of Black History Month, Valentines Day, and his Thirty-Seventh birthday in this new Age of Aquarius, the Lied To Generation's Presidential Candidate offers up a Black History Month Valentine to Mother Africa on his birthday, February 15. Mother Africa, a.k.a. Eve, whose carbon dated bones have allowed Darwin's Theory of Evolution to be taught in most of the civilized United States, alongside Bible based Creationism courses, has inspired the philosophical writer, to prepare a comprehensive list of nicknames for the Door of Life otherwise known in medical terms as the vagina.
Victor-Hugo says he hopes the thorough list can be used by gynecology students, rape victim counselors,supreme court judges, journalists, and mature parents hoping to teach their children about human sexuality, rather than having their children learn these existing nicknames in the schoolyard without parental supervision.
"Again, my artwork aims to educate and raise awareness about topics that the mainstream media might not otherwise deem appropriate. None the less these issues exist, and therefore must be dealt with, preferably in as least offensive a manner as possible, without insulting anyone's intelligence."
Victor-Hugo says he got the idea for this list of female reproductive system nicknames from a powerful judge he met at a private fetish party. The judge was dressed in a french maids outfit, serving guests wine in drag. Victor-Hugo claims the judge recognized him from his visits to the courthouse, while he was conducting his investigation into the legal system and justice in the United States for his Crackhead Jesus Parody.
"Actually, I didn't even know he was a judge, but he apparently recognized me from the letters I had handed out at the courthouses asking judges interested in participating in my study to visit the www.victorhugogallery.com website for more information.
I had just watched him drink urine out of a clear goblet from a lovely blonde dominatrix. So, naturally, after he handed me a drink I asked him if it was white wine, because, I'm not a urine drinker.
He laughed and promised me it was fine wine. That's when he admitted to recognizing me and went on to tell me how the pressure of his job caused him to seek solice and comfort in places like a Dominatrix Dungeon.
The man was extremely intelligent and pleasant. He was not drunk or high, he was simply being himself. He exuded a great deal of knowledge and warmth. The duality of his character was at once disturbing and encouraging. On the one hand, it was unnerving to realize that a man with such power was standing before me serving me drinks in lipstick and drag. On the other hand, I felt hope for the American Justice system after hearing this noble man explain the lengths to which he went to try to achieve fair verdicts for those who stood before him in his courtroom.
The way this man described to me the pressures of waking up and having to literally sentence a person to life, death, or set a madman free was awe inspiring. I hope I never have to be in that man's shoes and I realize why he does what he does at private Fetish Parties. Everyone at the party seemed to respect one another's privacy and role in life, as well as their role at the Fetish Party.
Anyhow, he brought up the article I wrote about Neil Cavuto and Fox News, and how both raised the bar of news reporting when the death of Anna Nicole Smith was announced during Cavuto's interview with Clint Eastwood. In that Blog entry, I presented a laundry list of nicknames for female breasts. The well respected Judge in a dress, noted how ridiculous it was that FOX News was using the terms slut and Baby Daddy in reporting the mysterious death of Anna Nicole Smith.
As a dominatrix began to stomp on a high ranking Fortune 500 corporate CEO's testicles with her spiked heels, this well respected elected Judge asked me how many nicknames I could come up with for the female reproductive system. Surprisingly, between the two of us, we could only come up with less than fifteen.
I told him I once aspired to be a gynecologist in the United States Navy. He told me I should compile a list of nicknames for the vagina to help him understand the slang, which some witnesses or victims used in court. He admitted that sometimes he felt embarrassed asking the meaning of sexual slang to uneducated witnesses.
Victor-Hugo claims he and the wise Judge in drag joked that they wouldn't be surprised if Neil Cavuto, of FOX News, announced a headline asking:
"Was that Blackzilla behind a stumbling single white woman on skates in the new Match.Com advertisement? Was she the victim of a random Blackzilla attack? That story coming up after we investigate the death of slut Anna Nicole Smith."
Victor-Hugo says compiling this list, which some might deem offensive and childish, took several hours of research and work. He hopes this list will serve as a study guide for anyone practicing gynecology in the United States. The Modern Art Music Movement artist, says he was surprised to find so many creative metaphors for the doorway to ones existence.
"I took a Graduate level, metaphors course, with Professor John Childrey at Florida Atlantic University, once, and I wrote a piece on the World Trade Center Bombings effect on NYC residents, six months after the 9/11 attacks. That project paled in comparison to the number of metaphors I encountered in my research for this, Valentine to Mother Africa piece."

Victor-Hugo suggests to those who might find this entry offensive, that rather than hating or ignoring it, they should accept and learn from it.
"People should take this life lesson and do what Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young once sang about during the last Golden Age of Aquarius. Teach your children well. Mature parents should use this comprehensive list as a tool. This list can be used as a means to teach children to respect themselves and one another. Once respect is achieved, love for mankind will follow.
If parents spent time with their children rather than criticized them for reacting to being part of the Lied to Generation, perhaps parents would not be so surprised to learn that their grown children are having unprotected, premarital-sex with multiple, random, partners of every race and gender.
I purposefully failed to properly alphabetize all the entries, so that parents could also teach their children that to err is human. Parents can explain not only what the nicknames being laughed about in the schoolyard mean, but they can teach their kids how to alphabetize as well.

BACKPACKER SVASTI SWASTIKA CLUE IN CAPICUA TALE
"The Backpacker" contains unfamilar words which fans are inquiring about. When asked to explain the significance in relation to the painting causing controversy in Miami's 55th Street Station Gallery, the artist had this to say:
" I was trying to get the President and owner of a high rise building near South Beach to remove some swastikas from a building housing over 1500 people. I was particularly offended, not by the swastika, which has a peaceful meaning in some parts of the world, but by its presentation.
I had just returned from witnessing the horrors of a defunct concentration camp in Germany.I entered the elevator upon my arrival from an enlighthening month in Europe, when I heard an innocent young girl ask her young mother what the swastika symbol meant. I was disturbed by the fact that the mother's reply was,
"Be quiet. I don't know.""
Victor-Hugo says he put the words in the painting after the owner of the building denied his request to have the swastika etched mirror removed at the artists own expense.
"I asked the owner if he wouldn't allow me to have the swastika's removed, would he then allow me to place a tasteful letter next to the swastikas that adorned two of the four elevators in the building. I figured I could turn it into a holocaust memorial, so that anyone entering the building could be educated as to both the peaceful and horrible meaning of that bipolar symbol of genocide and peace. I told him I felt education would lead to awareness."
The President thought I was crazy. He looked at me like I was uneducated and said,
"You can't post a letter in the elevator on Company Letterhead with the word Swastika in it!"
and the swastika's stayed on display through Christmas and Hanukkah because of this politically correct reasoning in leadership.
I included his incredibly profound statement in the painting, because I felt it exemplified the perception of truth and honor which exists in the legalities of the If-It-Don't-Fit-You-Must-Acquite-American-Culture."
Victor-Hugo says the painting is subtitled: "Things I Heard the Day Pope John Paul II Died." The statements on the bottom left corner of "The Backpacker" painting are all quotes the artist claims he jotted in his notebook on that fateful day.

What do you get when a Latino artist with a college and post graduate education in writing and journalism gets threatened with censorship? You get the first of its kind, Modern Art News and Entertainment Source, www.victorhugogallery.com. An ABC News 20/20 report documented the fact that the internet is giving power back to the people. Consumers and constituents are holding companies, law firms, judges, and politicians accountable for their actions, in the court of public opinion, through You Tube and other internet resources. Victor-Hugo has taken this trend one step further by incorporating world events and exclusive news reports into his Modern Art Graphic Novella, Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law.
Victor-Hugo burst onto the international art scene in 2004 when his stark visual political commentary was banned, censored, and destroyed during his infamous Hurricane Wilma Exhibit. The violent intimidation, reported by the Miami Herald and other media outlets, is still under investigation and the cloud of mystery surrounding this unsolved act of censorship served as a catalyst for the creation of the graphic novella.
“The police showed up to the crime scene and failed to do any forensic analysis of the crime scene.” The artist states, “Despite the existence of clearly marked footprints and a trail leading to obvious suspects, the investigation was botched to the point where the evidence pertaining to this case mysteriously disappeared from the police station. Not until I showed up with a documentary crew to ask the chief of police how evidence could have just disappeared from the police station, did what little evidence was collected mysteriously reappear, without explanation, on the desk of the police chief a few weeks later.”
Victor-Hugo’s controversial work of art entitled, “I Tried to Warn You about Abu Ghraib…But You Wouldn’t Listen”, based on his whistle blowing experience at the United States Naval Academy, was stolen along with other scathing political commentaries on canvas and never recovered.
Despite being damaged by the vandals and thieves, “The Three Soldiers” survived the robbery. The stark painting has become an international symbol for the Lied to Generation’s War in Iraq. The Freedom of Speech Series Painting will be on display at The 55th Street Station/Soyka Modern Art Gallery as part of Victor-Hugo's "Overly Friendly E-Mail Tour". The show will run in Miami through Art Basel 2006. The original "3 Soldiers" will be on loan from Fenix Marketing Media for the November 18th Art, Fashion, and Music @ The 55th Festival as well as December 1-5, to run concurrently with Art Basel.
The media attention from this event led the artist to be invited to appear at the Broadway Gallery in Soho, New York City, as part of Victor-Hugo’s Freedom of Speech Tour, and to the 2007 Bienniale Internazionale Dell'Arte Contemporanea in Florence, Italy.
Victor-Hugo’s artwork deals with current social global cultural topics as well, including the growing obesity epidemic, rape, porn addiction, overly friendly e-mails from internet predators and congressman, and the oral sex epidemic in U.S. grade schools. His Capicua 3-1-3: the Long Arm of the Law, is essentially, a Modern Art history text book.
“I believe this is a new era. More and more Americans and members of the global community are taking offense not to the people of a nation, but to its leaders.” Victor-Hugo says, “People around the world still embrace Western Culture, free market society, justice, and peace. They are just fed up with the hypocrisy and empty apologies given by leaders who show no commitment to do or be better. There seems to be no moral clarity in our current government administration, so how can we be expected to lead by example in this new world order?”
Victor-Hugo’s brilliant shouts of color and frustration on canvas have led art world critics to call him a modern day Latino version of Basquiat while others, like New York Arts Magazine publisher, Abraham Lubelski, compare his style to that of Edward Munch.
To describe Victor-Hugo’s style, however, you must first understand that the artist has no formal training. Stylistically, his work is a pastiche of artists and masters he has grown up admiring in the cathedrals of fine art around the world. He has visited the most important museums in the world and transferred his artistic interpretation of the masters onto the canvas in his own way, creating a unique style of his own.
Victor-Hugo displays an instinctual ability to paint both inside and outside of the mainstream. His toxic modern art images take a sarcastic poke at the modern world. The artist says his paintings, photos, and writings do not portray the victimization of a Latino artist, but rather the victimization of what he calls, “The Lied to Generation.”
“We must insist as a global population on rational thought from our leadership.” Victor-Hugo says.

The recent election of one of the "insurgents" from modern Latino Artist, Victor-Hugo's provocative real time Modern Art Graphic Novella, "Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law" to a government position in North Bay Village has political pundits wondering what effect the artists outspoken creations will have on November's elections. With the recent scandals involving the United States government leadership and the sudden rise of Noam Chomsky's book, "Hegemony or Survival: America's Quest for Global Dominance", to the top of the bestseller list, artists have been having a notable impact on the upcoming November elections in the United States by focusing on the truth, rather than politics.
Victor-Hugo has pointed out legal and ethical quandries in his scathing Modern Art Graphic Novella. His implications have yet to be fully dealt with by the people seeking election in November. "If you have been following the Capicua tale from its' inception in January," Victor-Hugo says, "you have realized by now that you simply need to substitute the name of James Edwards for George Bush Jr. and Dr. Charles Edwards for George Bush Sr. to relate to the story. Republican gubernatorial candidates Charlie Crist and Mel Martinez are among the notable politicians contacted for comment by Victor-Hugo and made aware of the scandal uncovered and reported by the artist in his "poke-you-in-the-eye" modern art confections. Frustrated constituents are awaiting an official reply from the elected leaders.

VICTOR-HUGO AND HIS OVERLY FRIENDLY E-MAIL TOUR ARRIVES AT 55TH STREET STATION ART GALLERY IN MIAMI NOVEMBER 18.
Controversial Modern Artist Victor-Hugo will unveil his latest creation entitled, “The Lied to Generation” on November 18th at the 55th Street Station’s “Day of Art, Fashion, and Music Festival”. The event will feature artwork on display from local artists in the Courtyard outside of the gallery as well as a Fashion Show and live performances from musicians and Dj’s as part of the growing global Modern Art Music Movement.
Victor-Hugo says he hopes to create a fun family atmosphere for all ages to appreciate a variety of artwork, fashion and music reminiscent of the Greenwich Village weekend markets he grew up with near Soho in New York City. Says the artist, “Families, friends, and couples will not only be entertained, but challenged by the images they see. I will be displaying some of my banned artwork, so that people can judge for themselves if the material is worthy of censorship.”
Victor-Hugo says he will hold an hour long question and answer session after the fashion show to enlighten those who find his artwork offensive. “That’s why I’m calling it the overly friendly e-mail tour,” He says, “because nothing I’ve created on canvas is as offensive as the overly friendly e-mails sent by Republican Mark Foley to the young pages in our nation’s capital.”
Hannah Lasky, of Hannah & Her Scissors, will be displaying her colorful Paintings in the courtyard alongside Jamaican artist Tricia whose acrylic landscapes and still life paintings create a realistic photograph-like feel. Up and coming Latino photographer, Xavier Mora, will be displaying his unique vision of local Miami attractions at the show as well.
Dominican fashion designer, Ruchl D’Oleo, who in 1998 won first place in her native countries Emerging Designer Competition earning the title, Best Designer of the Year, will showcase her talent and skills in the fashion industry on the courtyard runway. Ruchl D’oleo says her sexy tops, cocktail dresses, casual pants, and tailored jackets cater to the modern woman who is self confident and secure. Her first U.S. collection will be debuted at the event.
Kristofer Kolk and Stephen Kuttner have also been added to the list of artists participating in this cultural community event which will take place from 1 P.M. to 10 P.M.

The official Grand opening of the $446.3 million Carnival Center for the Performing Arts today trumpets a new dawn for South Florida as more than just a world famous beach resort with night time glitter. The Miami Art Center has paved the way for cultural growth unlike anything South Florida has ever seen culminating with the $208 million Miami Art Museum which is set to open its doors in 2010.
Terence Riley, previous chief curator of architecture and design at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, recommended the esteemed firm of Herzog and de Meuron to design the new waterfront Miami Art Museum (MAM).
The reputable Herzog and de Meuron have gained international recognition for transforming an abandoned power plant in London into the Tate Modern.
The firm has also expanded the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis and most recently completed the new de Young Museum in San Francisco.
In 2001, the Basel-based Herzog & de Meuron received the Pritzker Prize and were recently noted as being "one of the most admired architecture firms in the world", by The New York Times Magazine.
Asked to comment on the fact that the city of Miami has granted permission for two museums to be built on four acres of prime waterfront real estate, cutting edge Miami artist, Victor-Hugo had this to say:
" I think it's great. This will definitely attract more artists to the region, which I hope will lead to a cultural Renaissance in this international crossroad of Miami. If Fort Lauderdale is considered the Venice of America, then, I believe, Miami will become the Florence of the United States."
With the growing success and reputation of Art Basel Miami over the past six years, Miami has become more than a fun in the sun destination. With the help of the Rubell Family Collection, the Goldman Warehouse, and the Margulies Collection, South Florida has become a "must-see" destination for serious collectors of modern and contemporary art.
The strong presence of avant garde Latino artists such as Gean Moreno, Jose Badia, and Victor-Hugo, whose collective works reflect the world view of the "Lied To Generation", encompass the opportunity which exists in Miami for open opinion and exploration of modern society and cultures. Expectations are high that artists from around the world will convene in Miami, taking advantage of the booming housing market, and turn this bikini town into a modern day, New Renaissance Florence,Italy.
"The fact of the matter is, there are over 50,000 condo units up for grabs in Miami, and not all of them are going to be able to sell at the originally expected prices. Lennar Homes, one of the biggest builders in South Florida, is already dropping its prices on units, so artists from New York to Los Angeles where the rents are high are contemplating the move to Miami, where the rent is comparatively cheap." Victor-Hugo goes on to say that it is only a matter of time before the downtown Miami area becomes lined with sidewalk artists and musicians.
Since I have been here, the Miami skyline has come to remind me of the New York City Skyline in a way that I never could have imagined. The growth of galleries and cultural events has caught the eye of collectors and art aficionados around the world. With the inauguration of the Carnival Performing Arts Center and the Miami Art Museum project,I predict artists once hesitant to migrate to South Florida because of its reputation for being culturally void, will now embrace the idea and make Miami an even more wonderful place to live and work."

MARK FOLEY IS NOT A PREDATOR ON VICTOR-HUGO'S MYSPACE PAGE
United Nation’s Secretary-General Kofi Annan stated the following about the important role of modern artists, such as Victor-Hugo in civilized cultures and society:
“I believe that dialogue is an opportunity for people of different cultures and traditions to get to know each other better, whether they live at opposite ends of the world or in the same street. Artists have a special role to play in the struggle for peace. Artists speak not only to people but for people. Art is a weapon against ignorance and hatred and a representative of human conscience. Art opens new doors for learning, understanding, and peace among people and nations.”
Victor-Hugo was recently invited by the Internal Committee of the International Biennial of Contemporary Art to participate in the Biennale Internazionale Dell’Arte Contemporanea 2007 in the historical Fortezza da Basso in Florence, Italy. The United Nations recognized the Florence Biennial as an official partner in their “Dialogue Between Civilizations” program and has invited the artist to present his unique worldview at this prestigious event.
With the recent Mark Foley scandal raising questions about the safety of children on the internet, Victor-Hugo was asked to comment on the probability that some of the Friends on his popular MySpace Page may be predators seeking to have dialogue with his young fans like Foley did with some young male Pages, the fast rising Latino artist had this to say:
“I give kudos to those parents who monitor what their children are doing on the internet and watching on television. Though not a parent myself, I feel it is important for parents to be inclusive rather than intrusive in their children's day to day activities. Education, praise and encouragement are vital for the children of this world, if we expect the “Lied To Generation” to grow up to be responsible future leaders in our society.
As a censored artist, I do not feel that it is right for me to censor or block any requests from my fans to befriend me on the social networking sight, MySpace. It is a cyber-community, not unlike the physical community which exists outside our doors, in our schools, churches, courthouses and political arenas.
I can not accept responsibility for the actions of my MySpace friends, any more than I can accept responsibility for Mark Foleys actions or George Bush’s actions, just because I am a registered Republican. It is up to parent's, not government to instill common sense and intuition in their children. ”
Asked to comment on the wide array of MySpace friends listed on Victor-Hugo’s page including minors, porn stars, sports stars, Senators, Christian dating groups, musicians, Satan worshipers and homosexuals to name a few, Victor-Hugo had this to say:
“I think if parents approach the internet and MySpace in particular as a sort of satellite television with different channels they will have an easier time dealing with safeguarding their children. I can honestly say that some of the people in my network of MySpace friends genuinely unnerve and disturb me.
If I had kids, I would never allow them to accept some of the creepy people on my list as friends. I don’t believe I’m insulting anybody by saying that, because if you are someone like Mark Foley, you don’t need the public to tell you that you are a pervert. A predator knows in his own conscious what and who he truly is, but it’s not my place to tell men like Mark Foley or George Bush to step down from their positions of authority, all I can do is suggest through my artwork that perhaps what they are doing is not in the best interest of the Lied to Generation and hope that they do what’s right for the sake of humanity.”
Asked to comment on how he can be a registered Republican and harp on the current Republican administration, the outspoken Latino artist said:
“Just because I’m a Republican doesn’t mean I’m stupid. So far, four high ranking Republican officials knew about Mark Foley’s questionable actions and chose to do nothing. Inaction is neither an excuse nor a pardon for unethical behavior.
When I attended the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, the most important thing I learned was accountability for my actions. I was taught to accept responsibility for the safety and well being of those around me, unfortunately the current United States Government administration doesn’t get the fact that just because they tell the world that what they are doing is right, doesn’t make it so.
It all goes back to the story of “Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law” which tells the story of a father and his son running a society into the ground, at first, not out of malice or spite, but out of ignorance and the failure to grasp the importance of accountability. As the Politics of the Penis Series shows, it is often the male ego which leads to mass destruction and corruption in the real world.
I am not taking political sides with my artwork. Quite frankly, I don’t respect any existing political party because they all seem to have self serving agenda’s rather than agenda’s which serve the global public. Democrat’s are spineless while Republican’s are ruthless and liberals are too busy smoking pot to make a difference.”
Asked to comment on Mark Foley’s claims that he was sexually molested as a young boy by a member of the clergy, Victor-Hugo, who was raised Roman Catholic had this to say:
“True, I was raised Catholic by a very simple but caring mother. A mother, who accepted religious doctrine on pure blind faith, never using the brain God, gave her, to question the laws imposed by the leaders of her religion to keep its followers in the dark about issues such as child molestation and the Holocaust. I happen to know a lot of good Christian homosexuals who are opposed to pedophilia. Unfortunately, I also know a lot of high ranking Christian officials, and Republicans, who through their inaction, appear to condone pedophilia.
The contrast between wrong and right which exists in this day and age underlies the deep rooted issues which encompass the false simplicity of my recent collage, “PARA CHAVEZ! FOR BUSH!” Since its’ debut, people have been criticizing me for its’ apparent over simplicity, but as the days go by and the issues of the world evolve through the eyes of the media, the collage should begin to make more sense to people of every culture.
The seemingly simple piece deals with the two sides that exist to every story. For example, on the one hand Republican Mark Foley served his constituents for over six years, noble. On the other hand, like the predators of MySpace who slither around the internet trying to put their hands on boys’ genitals like unholy priests, Mark Foley has shown a darker side that exists within him to the world and his followers.
So, now what do we do? Send him through the American Judicial System, which at times seems to make as much sense as the Judiciary System overseeing the trial of Saddam Hussein in Iraq?
After the law firm I hired to evict a tenant put itself in an ethical conflict of interest position during the case of “Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney”, I realized that not all is well in the United States Justice System. From the lawyers and former judges I have interviewed, so far, for my new series entitled, “Law and Justice in the United States”, I have come to realize that unfortunately, our court system appears to have slowly devolved into a kangaroo court which favors the rich and protects the guilty.”
Victor-Hugo was asked to comment on the recent censorship of his most popular painting, For Jennifer, as his profile picture on MySpace.
“The image of “For Jennifer” alludes to a woman’s form in all its glory, and personally I don’t see anything wrong with that sort of celebration on canvas. However, I do respect the authority of Tom and his MySpace editors to censor whatever they deem inappropriate, because it is their forum of communication and I appreciate them allowing me to have a channel of open communication with my fans on their network.
Look, I’m used to censorship by now. My nickname is “The Censored Artist”. I can’t control what others find offensive. I find it offensive that Mark Foley is throwing the Church under the bus to deflect attention away from his being an internet predator. Not because, I am protecting the Church, but because he should have said something years ago. His inaction, like that of the Vatican has probably led to other boys being abused as well.
If Foley’s accusations are founded, he is a victim, I respect that, but his position of political power should have empowered him to fight for legislation to protect the rights of children and the homosexual community which, in my opinion, he failed to do, despite reports that Foley backed laws to protect children from predators. I also find it interesting that George Bush has said publicly that he finds Mark Foley’s actions “disgusting”, yet Bush sees nothing wrong with sending young men and women to die in combat under false pretenses.
The glaring hypocrisy which exists in the American government today allows for world leaders like Chavez to say that Bush is Mr. Danger and a stupid donkey. I consider myself an American Patriot. I served in the United States Navy at the U.S. Naval Academy and in Newport Rhode Island and though I don’t agree with everything Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez says and does, I did found it humorous when he said, “The devil was here yesterday,” at the 61st U.N. General Assembly.
Chavez has a serious pair of balls to say, “It still smells of sulfur around here,” as he made the sign of the cross in reference to George Bush and his wicked ways. Since when is it unpatriotic to laugh at someone making fun of a President who is clearly incompetent and unethical? I served in my countries military to protect my and everyone else’s 1st Amendment right to Free Speech. Laughing at our very funny President and his very funny staff does not make me unpatriotic; it simply means I have a good sense of humor.”
Victor-Hugo says he plans to unveil his new artwork before November, in his self portrait series in preparation for his much anticipated Art Basel Miami Solo Exhibit at the 55th Street Station Gallery. He says it will deal with his perception of issues surrounding current events in the media, and his recent experiences with censorship and the United States Court system. “The Mark Foley scandal and the ludicrous war in Iraq should have the educated general public realizing that as a whole we are left to fend for ourselves in this world.” Says Victor-Hugo, “Unfortunately, we are living in a time when an episode of Survivor or The Amazing Race makes more sense than a Presidential Speech or House of Representatives meeting.
The new painting I will be unveiling soon is titled, “Goodbye Pluto”, in honor of the late planet and all those who received minus ten points for failing to name Pluto as a planet on their tests in grade school. Essentially, the art piece deals with not believing the truth. It will be included in the self portrait series, because it tells the story of what I am going through right now in my life.
Again, I am dealing with censorship, only this time, by the very law firm I hired to protect me from censorship. For those fans wondering why the story of “Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney” has not been unveiled yet, it is because the story has taken a most unexpected turn and is still in litigation. The wicked turn of events has made the story that much more interesting and complex, however. I promise eager fans will not be disappointed once the story is published.”
