For those International fans following the geopolitical aspect of the Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law tale, here is a brief update.
James Edwards and George Bush have not been found guilty of anything, despite the fact that in the court of public opinion both characters are perceived as ignorant members of the "lucky sperm club".
Both characters highlight what is wrong with the United States in 2006 and why the once mighty United states of America is now the butt of every country in the world's jokes.
The Grand View Palace is still reporting unsolved break ins and theft of property from frustrated homeowners who have all but given up in trying to seek justice from local politicians and judges, regarding the questionable activities of James Edwards.
As the 2006 Hurricane season passed through South Florida with a whisper, James Edwards has again managed to circumvent the law by having non hurricane compliant windows permanently installed in the ill famed high rise. Helpless homeowners have been left with a false sense of security, as predicted in earlier www.vhvii.com Blog entries.
"All developers should take notice and feel free to violate as many building codes as possible to save money during the United States housing market slump." Artist/activist Victor-Hugo says. "Lest any cheeky attorney try to take my words out of context, let me make my statement perfectly clear. I am not condoning anarchy in the United States. Rather, I am pointing out the fact that individuals like James Edwards and George Bush seem to be condoning anarchy, by breaking time honored laws, without consequence. If the United States is to lead by example, well then, the example being set for the Lied to Generation is, break the law, hire lawyers, and manipulate the consitution to your advantage."
Victor-Hugo notes that George Bush's refusal to admit that the war in Iraq has spiralled into a civil war, months ago, reflects the lack of education which is undermining the ability of the United States to maintain dominance as a world power.
He states that the trust which the Lied to Generation has placed in its' leadership to provide safety and freedom for law abiding citizens has been raped by corrupt U.S. leaders, in much the same way the Roman Catholic Church has lost face with faithful followers after recent sex scandals involving priests with children.
"Education is crucial, now more than ever. Rational adults must ensure that future generations of Americans receive responsible textbooks, not machine guns. Unless, of course, the United States plans on becoming the new Nazi nation. In which case, I'm out of here."
Victor-Hugo plans to bring his Modern Art Music Tour through Europe and Asia in 2007 in the hopes that he will be able to revive the goodwill which has been lost after the ill conceived war in Iraq.
"I hope the citizens of the world realize that not all Americans are as uncivilized as George Bush and James Edwards. Most civilized Americans would like to read the letter sent by the President of Iran to American citizens, unfortunately the U.S. media spends more time worrying about how drunk Danny Devito appeared on The View and what Paris Hilton and Britney Spears were doing hanging out together.
The fact that Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock's divorce announcement, superceded the fact that, again, Iran's President attempted to open a civilized line of communication with the United States, should indicate to the world that all is not well in the land of the free and the home of the brave."
Victor-Hugo recommends that if any nation wants to open a rational line of communication with the United States, it should consider having the message displayed in a tickertape format underneath the film Top Gun, or scroll the letter across the screen during a porn flick.
"The United States is so obsessed with sex and violence nowadays, it appears, that that is the only way to market civility in this country. Porn superstar, Nina Hartley, has become the Lied to Generations, Miss Manners. Thank God for small favors."

MODERN ART MUSIC MOVEMENT ARRIVES AT THE UNDERGROUND IN WEST PALM BEACH FOR MIAMI ART BASEL EVENT PREVIEW
Modern Artist Victor-Hugo and DJ Josh Wetherington will bring the Modern Art Music Movement experience to West Palm Beach's latest hotspot on Clematis Street, The Underground, December 1st, 2006.

The Underground is located at the east end of Clematis Street on Narcissus Road.
The December 1st show will be a prelude to the Art Basel Miami performances of the Modern Art Music Movement experience being held at the South Beach beacon, The Fifth, on December 8th.
Negotiations are under way to bring the Modern Art Music Movement to Fort Lauderdale and Tampa as part of the Thomas Dolby/BT U.S. Tour.
Buoyed by the response to his early 2006 return to the tour trail following a 15-year hiatus, Thomas Dolby sets out again this fall for a co-headlining run with fellow electronic pioneer BT.
The duo launches the trek in late November and is currently scheduled to touch down in 17 cities, including a Dec. 22 finale in New York City.
Before hitting the road, Dolby offers up "The Sole Inhabitant," a CD and DVD that house live footage captured during his roadwork earlier this year. The collection is due out Nov. 21 on Dolby's own label, and will be available via his website, as well as through CDbaby and iTunes, according to a press release.
The CD will feature material recorded during a two-night stand at Martyr's in Chicago, while the DVD was filmed at Boston's Berklee Performance Center.
"The set list is the same for both," Dolby wrote in a blog entry posted at his site Monday (10/23), "but I felt that, while Boston looked very nice (thanks to Berklee's own video production and lighting crew), the Martyr's gig had that warm feeling which pervaded my spring tour."
In the same blog entry, Dolby had high praise for his companion on the upcoming tour.
"If you don't know this guy, you should," Dolby wrote. "BT is credited as the inventor of several trance/house genres, and DJs massive gigs in sold-out dance clubs and festivals. But that's just the tip of the iceberg: he's also a brilliant record producer, and creates his own music software when the off-the-peg stuff falls short."
Dolby went on to say that BT will be backed by a three-piece band, and will be "playing live soundtracks to projections of the seven animated films from his current DVD, 'This Binary Universe."

Dolby's solo set features him onstage with "a bank of high-tech computers, a collection of vintage oscilloscopes and signal generators, a military headcam and antique radio-operator earphones strapped to his head," according to a press release. Live visuals are performed simultaneously by renowned video artist Johnny DeKam.
Following the tour, Dolby plans to record his first studio collection of all-new material since 1992's "Astronauts and Heretics."
Best known for his 1982 hit "She Blinded Me With Science," Dolby has experienced greater success outside of the traditional music industry. An inventor and entrepreneur, Dolby founded the tech company Beatnik Inc. in 1993, which created the ringtone software used in two-thirds of the world's mobile phones, according to a press release.

INTERNATIONAL COALITION OF ARTISTS UNITE TO MARKET MODERN PEACE MOVEMENT
The founder of the Modern Art Music Movement, Victor-Hugo, has amassed an international force of talent seeking to promote peace in the modern world and revive the energy of the sixties peace movement. The documentary entitled “Marketing Peace” will follow the visionary artists attempt to organize a global day of peace using all available resources including media outlets, philanthropists, soldiers, humanitarians, and marketing agencies. The Modern Art Music Movement artists have condensed the John Lennon, Paul McCartney mantra, give peace a chance, for the A.D.D.MTV generation to simply state, try peace.
Lead by the small, brother and sister, Latino marketing firm of Fenix Marketing Media, Victor-Hugo’s positive message of peace has resonated quickly around the world. Thanks to the efforts of modern day artists like Johnny Marr, who realize that the time for action is imminent, John Lennon’s message of peace has been revitalized and embraced by the “Lied To Generation”. With the backing of pioneers like South Beach impresario Gerry Kelly and the popular, Modest Mouse, the coalition of artists hope to pull their resources and contacts together to mark a day in human history when the collective conscious of mankind takes one day off to contemplate the idealistic notion of world peace.
Asked to comment on his lofty aspirations, the tenacious artist said:
“The recent United States election has shown the planet that we, as Americans, are ready to cooperate with the rest of the modern world to set a positive example. Democracy has given power back to the people and the people of the world are ready for a day of peace after all the heartache we have experienced in the years following the tragic events of 9/11.”
Victor-Hugo says he hopes to win the goodwill and support for the United States, that followed the 9/11 terrorist attacks on his homeland. He believes the same energy and brilliance it took to orchestrate the war in Iraq can be used to orchestrate peace.
“Don’t get me wrong, I’m not an idealistic dreamer who thinks that we can create absolute peace on earth. I realize, unfortunately, that it is unrealistic and impossible because of the beautiful chaos which exists as part of the human condition, but Woodstock, Live Aid and Live Eight proved that a day of harmony and self awareness can be achieved. Like John Lennon said, people asking questions lost in confusion, well I tell them there's no problem, only solutions.”

His groundbreaking modern art graphic novel, Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law, has revolutionized the way people digest news by incorporating his artwork with real time local and global events.
The waning newspaper industry has lost thousands of readers to the internet and Victor-Hugo has filled a void in a world where some people get there news from disrobing anchormen and women. His controversial BLOG entries have covered news topics that no other media source has dared to investigate and exposed issues affecting the global community by incorporating Salvador Dali style hidden images as clues in his paintings.
Gerry Kelly and Victor-Hugo are preparing an event for Art Basel Miami which will highlight the censored artwork produced by the artist including his Hurricane Wilma Exhibit which will be displayed on a movie screen and mixed to modern music from around the globe. His original painting of The Three Soldiers will be on display in Miami during Art Basel, before heading off on an international tour through Europe and Asia in 2007.
The banned painting has become a worldwide symbol for the new peace movement. The painting was suppressed during Victor-Hugo’s international exhibit in 2005 because the owner of the high rise building where the artist had his studio, had direct ties to Washington D.C. and felt the bottom half of Victor-Hugo’s painting reflected a negative image of the war in Iraq. Victor-Hugo suffered a backlash, like the Dixie Chics, for promoting images which many felt were unpatriotic.
"The truths I spoke of and painted, were called blasphemies." The outspoken artist recalls, "All great truths begin as blasphemies, though."
Victor-Hugo's collection of artwork was dealt a major blow when his collection, was stolen and damaged, the night following his V.I.P. reception during the opening night of Art Basel Miami.
His painting, "I Tried to Warn You about Abu Ghraib…But You Wouldn’t Listen", which dealt with his documented experiences at the U.S. Naval Academy as a Midshipman, was stolen, in what remains an unsolved mystery. The incident lead Victor-Hugo to document the events leading up to the episode in his world famous BLOG. By combining his diary style paintings with his journalistic style BLOG entries Victor-Hugo was able to facilitate investigators trying to solve the mystery and in so doing created an entertaining new format, for disseminating news and information to the masses.
Victor-Hugo hopes to enlist the likes of Bill Gates, Bono, Bill Clinton, and Bob Geldof to influence the Lied To Generation into accepting cultural tolerance and education as the norm. Victor-Hugo’s documentary will follow his quest to make his dream a reality. He says marketing is the key to changing the course of humanity for the better.

The Modern Art Music Movement celebrates the message of peace and tolerance championed by the Rev. Martin Luther King by debuting the world premiere video collaboration between international recording artist DJ Josh "J-Dub" Wetherington and cutting edge modern artist, Victor-Hugo. "Rise Up, Dream On", marks the second Modern Art Music Video in the series intended to promote global awareness through education, music, and modern art.

Gnarls Barkley along with Modest Mouse members, Johnny Marr and Eric Judy, embraced the concept of the Modern Art Music Movement at the Bang Music festival in Miami, Florida. Loulou Djine and Karina Zeviani from Thievery Corporation, sent a peaceful message to Modern Art Music Movement fans in Portuguese and French while Tim and Danny from Oh No! Oh My! sent greetings back to MAMM fans in Austin, Texas. Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley's bandmates embraced the irie feeling of MAMM, as all who participated in sending a simple message of peace to the world said, "Try Peace. Peace is cool."
Victor-Hugo's campaign to spread a positive vibe of global peace and tolerance is being documented for a film entitled, "The Marketing of Peace". The Marketing of Peace will culminate in a global music and arts event wherein, Victor-Hugo says he hopes to film thousands of fans chanting the mantra, Try Peace.
The artist, which some have labeled a modern day Renaissance Man, says he hopes this message will resonate in the minds and hearts of our world leaders. With the help of other artists, musicians, and sponsors, Victor-Hugo hopes to document the international marketing of peace.
Victor-Hugo believes that sending the simple message, "Try Peace", to all those in positions of global authority will have a positive impact.He points out that generations have tried war and global conflict as a means of forwarding the evolution of the human race for so long, that humans have come to view the concept of peace as an idealistic dream.
Victor-Hugo hopes to create a peaceful moment in the world amongst the beautiful chaos which he claims exists fundamentally in nature. He calls this moment of global clarity a peace pocket, because he believes the "Try peace." mantra will create little pockets of peace around the world for at least one day in the near future.
Victor-Hugo believes more money should be infused into education rather than war and that not enough is being done to save the planet for future generations.
Asked to comment on the growing popularity and unity amongst artists seeking to rekindle the positive message once heralded by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, and Yoko Ono during the Vietnam War, Modern Art Music Movement founder, Victor-Hugo said,
"The momentum of global tolerance and peace is growing. The message Mohamed, Jesus, Buddah, Mahatma Gandhi, John Lennon and the Rev. Martin Luther King preached is resonating with the Lied To Generation. Not since the late sixties and early seventies have the youth of the world concentrated on promoting such a positive message of cultural enlightenment.
I'm hoping that the Modern Art Music Movement will allow people to transcend their basic differences by focusing on our likenesses instead. With the advent of the internet and cyber communities like MySpace, a new wave of cultural understanding is happening on a massive scale.
My hope is that through art, music, and education, we can reach a level of global enculturation that will lead to more peace and less war, disease, famine, and human suffering. Henry Ford once said, if there is any great secret of success in life, it lies in the ability to put yourself in the other's place and to see things from his point of view, as well as your own. I wholeheartedly believe the Lied To Generation is ready to do that.
The eighties generation has grabbed the peace torch and is championing a new era of love, peace and understanding, thanks to bands like U2 and Coldplay. After years of political corruption, greed, and senseless global violence, the youth of today is realizing that war is not the answer.
Artists participating in the Modern Art Music Movement are simply asking our world leaders to try peace. Let's just give peace a chance, like John Lennon said. We've tried war, now let's try peace. What's the worst that can happen?"

The world renowned artist publicly stated without hesitation,
"I’m embarrassed to admit that I am a registered Republican at this point. I’m throwing my support behind the sexy, sixty-six year old grandmother, not because of her good looks, but because of her intelligence and her stern conviction to doing the right thing.”
Asked to comment on how his artwork has managed to predict global events and effected Modern local and national elections, the outspoken artist said,
" I think the people of the United States have sent a clear message to the people of the world that we are not in agreement with the dangerous imperialist policies of our government. More importantly, I think Republicans like myself, let our leaders know, that we will not vote blindly. People forget that the Germans elected Hitler to a regime of government sanctioned political genocide during World War II.
The global Modern Art Music Movement, which emphasizes peaceful reform through education and awareness, has suceeded in getting people who otherwise never would have voted, to get out to polling stations and be counted as a strong voice of the human community."
The Modern Art Music Movement,like P-Diddy's, "Vote Or Die Campaign", in 2004 helped raise awareness amongst young apathetic urban voters. The well oiled Republican voting machine, which, together with the Democratic Party spent over $2 billion dollars in advertising for the midterm elections, was outdone by grass roots efforts like Victor-Hugo's "The Undecided Voter" Campaign, "The Boca Peace Corner", and countless MySpace Pages urging young voters to participate in the U.S. midterm elections. Political campaigns and interest groups spent $400 million more than was spent in the 2004 presidential campaign, according to The Washington Post.
"I have the utmost faith in Nancy Pelosi's ability to handle the House Members." Victor-Hugo commented, "Perhaps she can finally get those boys to behave. I believe the saying goes, beside every great man is a great woman. Let's hope this great woman sticks around after the 2008 election."
Victor-Hugo's "Undecided Voter" painting followed the political process of voting in the 2006 United States election. Prior to the election, Victor-Hugo visited local colleges Florida Atlantic University and Florida International University to get feedback from the educated youth of the United States. His observation of the human condition during the 2006 election lead to the genesis of the Undecided Voter Painting.
The intuitively perceptive artist visited polling stations in upper, middle, and lower income districts before casting his vote. He interviewed volunteers, voters, and those who were not allowed to vote and found that many Republicans were voting Democrat. When asked why they were voting outside of their registered party, Victor-Hugo says the answer was always, to send a message to their leaders.
The emerging artist has managed to use his artistic abilities and writing skills to rally behind political candidates effectively campaigning for their victories. With the collaboration of worldwide musical talent, the global troop of united modern artists, has managed to raise enough awareness amongst undecided voters, to change the course of history.

Known as, “The Voice of The Lied to Generation”, controversial Modern/Contemporary Latino Artist, Victor-Hugo is the founder of the MODERN ART MUSIC MOVEMENT (MAMM). He is also an activist, philosopher, and; writer whose bizarre paintings, photographs, and writings have baffled some, incriminated others, and even foreshadowed global events. When asked to comment on this observation, Victor-Hugo said:
"I'm no Nostradamus. I'm just some guy with common sense and a bit of an edumacation. My artwork aims to induce feelings in the viewer, which lead to self-examination. I paint what I see around me and what my eyes see is the "BEAUTIFUL CHAOS", which thrusts life forward."
To experience The Beautiful Chaos of Victor-Hugo’s pioneering Modern Art Graphic Novella one must work his way through a labyrinth of diary style entries, newspaper article style entries, and parodies of real life events in storybook form mixed in with Modern Art paintings and photographs which tied together tell the story of global events on a localized level. Asked to comment on the origins of his Capicua 3-1-3 tale Victor-Hugo said:
“I wanted to take former Speaker of the House Tip O’Neill’s statement that, ‘all politics is local’, and use it as a metaphor for world politics through my artwork and text. I was being censored by corporate bullies and ruffian lawyers who insist that the story stay untold. I’m still having obstacles placed in my way, so that the story remains untold. Censorship forced me to think outside the box.
Essentially, out of necessity I was forced to make an otherwise common story of greed and corruption, entertaining, so that those whose lives only exist on a local level can see that in a global community our actions have a Butterfly Effect which creates Beautiful Chaos in all our lives.”
For the uninitiated, the adult website, www.VICTORHUGOGALLERY.COM contains the first of its kind Modern Art Graphic Novella entitled, "CAPICUA 3-1-3: THE LONG ARM OF THE LAW." The real time modern mystery tale begins on January 17, 2006. This Blog entry also shows the painting which inspired this drama. Fans of "CAPICUA 3-1-3: THE LONG ARM OF THE LAW" have been comparing Victor-Hugo's paintings and BLOG entries to the wildly popular Da Vinci Code novel by Dan Brown because of the subliminal clues hidden within both paintings and text.
The artists "poke-you-in-the-eye" creations are helping government investigators unravel the dangerous corruption which exists, near world famous South Beach, Miami. When asked to comment on the timing of his Law and Justice in America/Crackhead Jesus Series and the news that it will demand 7,000 attorneys to run a legal election in the United States, the poke-you-in-the-eye-with-his-confections artist Victor-Hugo, whose shocking commentary is being held up by censorship, said:
"Well, I suppose the Poles can run around telling stupid jokes about Americans, now. Like, how many lawyers does it take to elect a United States President? Answer...None. It's up to the Supreme Court Judges.
What I wonder is, which side of the 7,000 attorneys will cry "Hacker!" first? My bet is, if the Republican's lose, the first Hacker rumour reports will be seen on FOX NEWS."
The international Modern Art Music Movement founder added, "I just hope the 7,000 lawyers negotiate what the settlement, I mean, who the winner will be, by November 7, so that the rest of the world doesn't laugh at us again for not being able to carry out a fair, uncompromised election. If we intend to continue this charade, in front of the world, let's at least not insult their intelligence."
Victor-Hugo's timely satirical paintings will be on display on his "Overly Friendly E-Mail Tour" which arrives in Miami November 18th before heading for a European Tour in 2007. The practice of female genital cutting is becoming common in the United States as African immigrant communities grow. The Lawrenceville, Georgia trial of Khalid Adem, a thirty year old Ethiopian immigrant accused of circumcising his two year old daughter's clitoris with scissors, has rekindled interest in instinctual artist, Victor-Hugo's Capicua 3-1-3 painting, "Church Women".
The vibrant and colorful painting can be found in the www.victorhugogallery.com Modern Interpretations of Religion Series. The painting was created by the artist, who is a vocal proponent of womens and childrens rights, to raise global awareness about the clitorectomy custom.
The 5,000 year old practice has affected over 130 million women worldwide, according to 2001 State Department estimates.
The United States Department of Health and Human Services estimates that over 168,000 girls and women in the United States have undergone clitoral circumcision using knives, scissors, razors, or sharp stones.
Asked to comment on his "Church Women" painting, Victor-Hugo had this to say:
" The Church Women painting is like the painting I'm working on called, Every Man Wants to Marry Magdeline, in that it deals with the insecurity some men have about their ability, or lack there of, to sexually satisfy a woman. I guess it is pretty obvious, why any male dominated culture would want to implement such a barbaric custom. I don't believe women are too keen on the tradition, either. It's hard enough for some woman to reach orgasm, without some jerk lopping off their happy trigger button."
"It's pretty wild to think that there are over 168,000 women, married or dating in the United States, without a clitoris. It must keep things pretty interesting in the bedroom for any man who cares enough to satisfy his woman, without the help of her clitoris. Though I doubt the men who circumcise women care much about how they feel. It seems like a pretty cruel and primitive tradition to me. I, for one, am all for saving the clitoris. That's why I painted Church Women."
Church Women will be on display during the Art Basel Miami Show at the 55th Street Station Art Gallery near Wynwood and at the Modern Art Music Movement Extravaganza at Gerry Kelly's The Fifth Nightclub on South Beach December 8, 2006. The censored story of "Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney" deals with how some unethical lawyers have manipulated the U.S. Constitution to serve their own needs rather than the needs of the general public, for which the Constitution was intended to protect. Artist, writer, and political theorist Victor-Hugo uses the following true incident to illustrate how dangerous some attorneys are to common sense and decency in the United States.
Lawyer, Peter Sullivan, represents Kelly Coakley, a 23 year old New York woman seeking $114 million in damages from Starbucks because it refused to honor a coupon for one free large, iced coffee. Attorney, Peter Sullivan, claims the $114 million is "a very conservative figure," considering how "betrayed" his client feels.
Victor-Hugo says he would like to hire Mr. Sullivan's services, to sue President Bush, because Victor-Hugo feels betrayed by the criminal actions of his Commander in Chief. Victor-Hugo says he intends to seek damages in the amount of $199 katrillionbazillionbillionmillion and 99 cents.

Modern Artist, Victor-Hugo, unveils the first installment of his "Law and Justice in the United States" art piece, as seven thousand attorneys prepare to monitor the voting process in the United States. The transplanted New Yorker, whose passionate paintings and written declarations have led some art critiques to label him the Latino Jean-Michel Basquiat, was asked to comment on the story which goes with the painting, "The Serpent on the Leaf", from his controversial Crackhead Jesus Series.
"I believe this move by the electoral college and the parties competing for government positions have made it perfectly clear to the world that the United States government is not a communist state, nor a dictatorship, but a union of states run by lawyers and Judges. When President Bush was voted in by the Supreme Court rather than elected by the people's vote, it was the first clue the world received about who is really running this country.
The people I have interviewed for my Law and Justice in the United States art piece have essentially corroborated this story. The story, though based on actual events, will be presented in a fictional style because I promised anonymity to all who participated in this project. It will also be presented as a work of fiction to avoid any guilty feeling parties from hiring any one of the millions of other attorneys out there who will not be bickering over who lost the November election to legally bully the censorship out of me."

Victor-Hugo will be displaying a portion of his Crackhead Jesus series at the November 18th, Overly Friendly E-Mail Show at the 55th Street Station Art-Music-Fashion Festival in Miami. The artist will also be on display at the 55th Street Station Art Gallery during Art Basel Miami in December.
