U.S. NEWS CENSORS HANGING OF SADDAM HUSSEIN

FOX News broadcast images of deposed leader and madman Saddam Hussein leading up to his execution by hanging on December 29, 2006. The homemade video showed men in black masks and one individual sans a mask, but whose face was blurred, carrying out the dirty deed of capital punishment, which several countries including the Vatican, did not condone. U.S. media insists on censoring the word fuck, sexual acts, and public executions, but condones shows like SpongeBob Squarepants and Deal or No Deal in an attempt to keep the average American dumbed down and out of touch with reality.

Some people speculate that the men in black masks could very well have been George Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney or perhaps even prop comedian Carrot Top flown over in a top secret mission returning to the United States in time for the funeral of former President Gerald R. Ford.

For those Americans unfamiliar with the custom of hanging, the following image is provided of what was once condoned in the United States during the past century.

DIARY OF YEAR IN HELL GOES BACK TO THE FUTURE OF ABU GHRAIB

This pledge drive entry will be rebroadcast with additional text and will be periodically updated as part of the "Diary of the World Through the Eyes of an Artist Series". This blog entry, dated December 28,2006 will develop as a story in the same manner with which the Blog entry for Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney, dated October 15, 2006, is played out over one specific blog entry with periodic updates.

MIAMI HERALD’S “DIARY OF YEAR IN HELL” REVISITED

Asked to comment about Gerald Ford and the 1990 Miami Herald article about his experience at the United States Naval Academy, artist/activist Victor-Hugo wrote:

“All I remember about Gerald Ford is that he was perceived as a clumsy President by Chevy Chase on the original Saturday Night Live. Some people perceived Gerald Ford as being rather clumsy because of the media footage which often showed the former U.S. President stumbling over his feet the way Presidents George Bush and James Edwards stumble over their clever words.

I also recall the media portraying President Jimmy Carter as weak and soft, because he failed to free the Iranian hostages. I suppose the media will eulogize the death of Jimmy carter one day by doing a fifteen minute news recap of how he was the bravest U.S. President ever. That is what I find to be so beautiful about art, media and their mutual relevance to perception of events and people over time.

The Beautiful Chaos which thrusts life forward allows the media and public perception to mature over time. As for the Mike Wilson, Miami Herald article about me, all I can say is that in 2005, during Art Basel Miami, I realized that the Clash were right when they sang, “You have the right to free speech, as long as you’re not dumb enough to actually try it.”

When I tried telling local government about the real dangers which existed in my community, I was told to tell the State.

When I tried to tell the State, they told me they were so busy dealing with all the corruption which exists within the United States government at the top level, that I was better off telling the media.

When I tried telling the local media about dangers I had uncovered, which existed in a community I was elected to protect and improve, I was told by local news editors to, "Call back when you see bodies flying out of the building, like they did on 9/11."

When Hurricane Wilma barreled through my community like a natural Weapon of Mass Destruction , I was forced to think, “What would a guy like Frank Stanton do?”

In 1990, Mike Wilson wrote an article about my discovery that something was amiss at the U. S. leadership laboratory, The United States Naval Academy. For whatever reason, Mike Wilson and The Miami Herald editor delivered an article which, at the time, failed to deliver the warning that was intended.

The Miami Herald trivialized my warnings by publishing an article which made it appear that I was a misguided youth whose feelings had been hurt because some powerful authority figures made fun of my last name. The Miami Herald was notified that the most powerful country in the world was producing the kind of leadership that would eventually lead to the Abu Ghraib Prison scandal, and the Miami Herald chose to begin the article by noting that I was called Midshipman “Caca”, which means “shit” in Spanish,by my leadership role models.

My warning eventually became known as the interactive art piece, “I Tried to Warn You About Abu Ghraib…But You Wouldn’t Listen. How the Leadership Laboratory Bred Contempt and Led To Torture At Abu Ghraib.” This straightforward mixed media exhibit was censored and subsequently stolen during the 2005 Art Basel Miami show. The only thing stranger than the way the robbery occurred is the way this mysterious act of vandalism,theft, and censorship was investigated by the North Bay Village Police department.

The local press conveniently skimmed over this story in much the same way the nuclear submarine, Coloretti case, was overlooked. (See Miami Herald November 30, 2005 Elinor J. Brecher story at www.vhvii.com In The Media section.)

When I visited Australia, one Aussie Rules player I met compared the Mike Wilson Miami Herald article about my experience at the Naval Academy to an article he had read about Monica Lewinsky being upset that her Maiden name had become synonymous with blow jobs.

The astute Swans player explained, that what the world was noticing about the United States and its’ honorable attempt at Democracy, was, that rather than focusing on real global issues like the environment and peace, the United States politicians and media were preoccupied with personal issues like same sex marriage and who was getting a Lewinsky in the oval office.

Truth be told, I actually found it funny when my Platoon Leaders called me Midshipman Caca. Any Hispanic knows that when you grow up with a name like Vaca, which translated means cow, your destined to be taunted in much the same way anyone with a name like Lipschitz or Cox gets ridiculed. Clearly, had I been making an issue merely over name calling, something would have been wrong with my developmental process and not the training which was being given to the future leaders of the free world. Unfortunately, Mike Wilson and the Miami Herald failed to realize that when they published the story, Diary of a Year in Hell, for all the world to see.

Or, did they? Growing up in New York City in the 1970’s, I was accustomed to seeing pimps in green suits standing next to their hoes on my way to the New York City Public Library and watching grown men urinate on the subway tracks during rush hour but I had never seen a white boy, from middle America, ordering a big black guy to shower with a frightened Jewish kid for “shits and giggles”, while chewing tobacco under the guise of “Leadership Training”. The whole thing seemed kind of homoerotic to me, but what did I know? I was just some spic from Brooklyn.

On a dare, I chose to show up to the Naval Academy with long hair. I was the last Plebe to have my head shaved. For almost two weeks, during basic training, I was forced to stand out amongst a crowd of bald headed drones, and introduce myself to every inquiring Officer, Gunnery Sergeant, and Master Gunnery Sergeant, as, “Midshipman Jon Bon Jovi, Sir”.

Being called Bon Jovi, essentially cemented my reputation as a “shit screen” at the U.S. Naval Academy and hurt me more than being called Caca, because, at the time, Bon Jovi was seen by my military leaders as being a long haired freak like those Motley Crue, and Cinderella boys. Having long hair, not my last name, made me stand out from the beginning. Maintaining a sense of common sense made me stand out throughout my two year stint amongst the military elite of the United States.

Mike Wilson’s story missed the point completely. I knew basic training wasn’t going to be easy. You can’t expect an eighteen year old city kid to grab a gun and kill people if that person can’t handle the pressure of someone mocking him by calling him Bon Jovi or Caca.

I knew I was being trained to be a great leader, I just didn’t feel the tobacco-dipping-homophobic-bigots that were training me were the best example for me to learn from.

If I was expected to champion Democracy and uphold freedom around the globe as a graduate officer of the United States Naval Academy, perhaps according to current media standards, I should have been trained by teenage boys like the steady Gerald Ford and the Brave Jimmy Carter, as opposed to misguided youths like George Bush and Donald Rumsfeld.

I did find it amusing, when my leaders, mentors, superiors, whatever you want to call them, I suppose now some of them would be called Officers, Senators, or Mayors, ordered us to dry shave, or swap spit with other teenage boys, or sing cadences about raping women and babies, killing them, then skull fucking their corpses. As a Roman Catholic teenager, raised to believe that killing was sinful, by nuns and priests, the notion that my military superiors were condoning lurid behavior and hatred towards mankind was both confounding and liberating, to some degree.

So, what would Frank Stanton do, if he were in my shoes? Probably, mix entertainment programming with high-quality journalism and dashes of high culture on a website to reach a global audience smart enough to see past the truth of mainstream media.

Frank Stanton believed media should be a medium for the majority of Americans, not for any small or special groups and that media programming should be largely patterned for what the majority audiences like and want.

Armed with this philosophy, less than one year ago, I launched the www.victorhugogallery.com website on January 17, 2006. My aim was to reach a global audience seeking to share the common human experience which I call the Beautiful Chaos of Life. I thank all those who have made this site such a success in sheer numbers, by sharing this site with friends and family. It is a pleasant surprise to realize that I live in a planet of people who share the same worldview of open minded common sense as I do.

As some might already know, I am trying to start a Peace Movement called the Modern Art Music Movement(MAMM). Simply stated, the movement seeks to peacefully raise awareness about important global issues which affect mankind through modern art and modern music. As anyone who has tried to orchestrate a car pool or orgy knows, organizing a few people for a common goal can be a daunting task, let alone attempting to start a movement.

So far, all I’ve gotten from people is words of encouragement, but patting someone on the back unfortunately is not enough. Volunteers are needed. 2 BILLION CHRISTIANS PRAY FOR PEACE,JAMES BROWN, FRANK STANTON, AND THE VIRGIN BIRTH

With the release of Catherine Hardwicke's, The Nativity Story, and the celebration of over 2 Billion Catholics around the world commemorating The Virgin Birth, Roman catholic raised modern artist, Victor-Hugo was asked to comment on the confusion which exists over his painting, The Holy Spirit Tells Joseph of the Immaculate Conception.

"Yes, the painting is about the Virgin Birth celebrated on December 25th around the world. No, the painting does not confuse the issue of the Immaculate Conception and the Virgin Birth."

The artist claims that if you look at the painting up close, you will notice a few things that propel the story of his modern interpretation of this religious event in history.

Victor-Hugo's painting, was displayed at the Mosaic Church in Downtown Miami, Florida in 2006. It was received as a non-offensive male interpretation of the Nativity Story by the founding members of the non-denominational Mosaic Church.

The Nativity movie was directed by the female director of the gritty, Thirteen, but has critics wondering if her interpretation of the Virgin Birth has more to do with female perspective than trying to appeal to the money spending Jesus Camp audience.

Asked to comment, artist/writer Victor-Hugo had this to say:

" I can't speak for Catherine Hardwicke's film, since I have not seen it. All I know is, my painting sees things from the male perspective. I tried to put myself in Joseph's shoes when he heard that his wife Mary was going to be the Mother of God.

Joseph had some pretty heavy stuff to deal with, back then. So, I asked myself, would Joseph believe the Immaculate Conception story more coming from a woman or a man? If a woman, who called herself, The Holy Spirit, whispered in my ear, that my wife was Immaculately Conceived and had her soul cleansed of mankind's sins by God, so that He could "knock her up" later, while we were married, no less, I would definately, be more prone to believe Her, than some guy claiming to be The Holy Spirit, telling me the same story."

Victor-Hugo says any Christians who find his painting offensive, should calm down and realize that his paintings do not intend to offend, but rather educate, through interpretive discourse.

" The painting allows religious discussion of how Jesus was created in man's image. Some people take that phrase literally, and for those people, they can picture The Holy Spirit in my painting as a man's man like J. Edgar Hoover of the F.B.I."

Victor-Hugo says modern Christians who believe the phrase, "in man's image", to include women, can choose to interpret the Holy Spirit as the feminine form. For those conservative Christian's who take offense to Victor-Hugo's interpretation of the Mother of Christ in a "sexy manner", the self proclaimed Christian conservative artist had this to say:

" The Virgin Mary must have really been something special for Joseph to have stuck around. For Christ's sake, She was the Mother of God. For God to have chosen Her to be His Baby Mamma, The Virgin Mary must have looked like Cindy Crawford, Pamela Anderson, or Heidi Klum. I doubt the Virgin Mary looked like Charlize Theron in the film Monster."

Victor-Hugo claims women take less offense to his art work than men, according to the mail and positive feedback he claims to have received regarding his Modern Interpretations of Religion Series.

"On December 25, 2006 women and minority newscaster's, in the United States, dominated the local and global evening news broadcast's on PBS, ABC, and CBS. The stunning Kate Snow began the ABC World News Tonight, with a full body shot, while CBS showed the black, colored, African American, whatever-makes-you-happy, Russ Mitchell replacing Katie Couric, who was busy talking to Larry King with Jon Stewart over at CNN.

Kate Snow and Russ Mitchell reported on two billion Christians praying for peace around the world, the death of legendary "Godfather of Soul", James Brown, at 73, mass media innovator Dr. Frank Stanton's death, and the death of three more U.S. soldiers in Iraq on Christmas Day.

NBC didn't bother to show the evening news on Christmas, because it was broadcasting the Dallas vs. Philadelphia football match. I assume NBC left the game on for President Bush to watch at Camp David with his brother Jeb, who was probably crying over the Miami Dolphin's loss to the New York Jets.

What does that have to do with my painting of the Virgin Birth and The Immaculate Conception? Perception." Victor-Hugo noted that the news program's introduction did not substitute Kate Snow's name, choosing instead to call the program, ABC's World News Tonight with Charles Gibson.

MODERN ART AS MODERN NEWSPAPER EDUCATES GENERAL PUBLIC

The recent milestone reached by artist/activist, Victor-Hugo's website/blog of reaching close to 70,000 visitors a day indicates the increasing willingness of people around the world to use other media sources outside newspaper and television to get their news. According to the Census Bureau's annual Statistical Abstract of the United States, a 999-page book of numbers quantifying most every aspect of life in the United States, Americans are projected to spend more than 9.5 hours a day with the media.

Next year, Americans are projected to spend an average of 3,518 hours using the media, up from 3,333 hours at the start of the new millenium. It is projected that internet use will surpass hours spent reading daily newspapers by next year. It is projected that Americans will spend 195 hours using the internet, up from 104 hours. It is projected that 175 hours will be spent reading the daily newspaper, down from 201. Magazine readership is expected to drop from 135 hours to 122 hours.

Victor-Hugo's innovative way of passing news and information to a worldwide audience, has steadily gained popularity amongst internet users. With the help of Myspace fans and rabid word of mouth, the artist's "Diary of the World on Canvas", which he calls, "Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of The Law", has dealt with issues from female genital mutilation to the recent Mark Foley scandal.

Forced to deal with censorship issues regarding his writings and paintings which highlighted corruption within the Florida real estate market, War in Iraq, and ethics in the United States legal system, Victor-Hugo created the first of its' kind Modern Art graphic novella. To circumvent censors, the artist presents important timely issues in society and cultures by allowing his subconscious to free associate on canvas. He then presents the sometimes unfinished artwork on his website, along with his writings, in the hopes that this will lead to increased awareness and cultural understanding amongst his audience.

"I know the artwork appears unfinished in a lot of the series." Victor-Hugo states. "But you've got to realize that when I was censored a year ago, the culprits stole my finished artwork and destroyed what was left. I had to start from scratch."

Victor-Hugo refers to the Art Basel 2005 break in, which was reported by The Miami Herald (see in the Media section www.vhvii.com) wherein his Iraq War paintings, " I Tried to Warn You About Abu Graihb... But You Wouldn't Listen." and "The Three Soldiers" were forcibly censored in a modern art mystery which still remains unsolved and serves as the impetus of the "Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law" tale.

"In their attempts to silence me, they only made me louder." Victor-Hugo says, pointing out the willingness of people around the world to champion his free speech cause. He says his "Evolution Series" will showcase how the artwork on his website has evolved over time to describe the world events which influenced his work.

"I put the paintings on the website to coincide with current events, like the Duke rape case. Then, I gradually update the images as the stories progress and influence the work of art. The art piece essentially becomes a newspaper on canvas for future generations to analyze. I try to make the paintings fun and interesting. I include vibrant colors so people will be drawn to the image, subconsciously digesting the information being disseminated through the artwork."

DUKE PAINTING HIGHLIGHTS MALE MIGHT VS. FEMINISM IN THE POLITICS OF THE PENIS.

Based on the controversial Durham, North Carolina rape case, Victor-Hugo's "DUKE" painting uses bold harsh strokes and colors to reflect the severity of the situation. The artist/writer commented on his choice of theme, colors, and why he chose to place this painting in his infamous Politics of the Penis Series.

" Nothing about this painting is meant to be feminine or dainty. I set out to paint what this case would be like, based on how it started.

From the word "rape" this case was never about the victims. It was about the attorneys. Castration is the only real justice in any rape case, as far as I'm concerned and since the Supreme Court is made up of mostly men, you'll never see that as a form of punishment in the United States for internet predators, pedophiles, or professional rapists."

Victor-Hugo says he wanted the image to portray the power struggle which exists between attorneys, in most cases, and especially in high profile cases. He says he also wanted to bring attention to the far reaching implications the Duke rape trial has and how it reflects on the current judicial system in the United States. The artist, who is painting a diary of the world on canvas entitled, "Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of The Law", claims that is the reason he placed "DUKE" in his Politics of the Penis Series, which makes up a chapter of the groundbreaking Modern Art graphic novella.

" You have to be antisocial and narcassistic to be a good attorney. Psychology 101 will teach you that. So, when you put two antisocial narcassists in a room together, it is usually like sticking two beta fish in a single bowl. The painting was meant to foreshadow what the Duke case is highlighting, that the justice system in the United States is experiencing some ethical difficulties.

The profound implication of the Duke case, is that white America is realizing for the first time since the O.J. Simpson trial that law and justice do not necessarily go hand in hand in the United States. This doesn't really come as a shock, to the rest of the world, which often knows more about American politics than the average U.S. citizen, but it should certainly be a wake up call to anyone interested in living in a free society."

Victor-Hugo points out that the text that accompanies the "DUKE" painting in the www.vhvii.com virtual gallery notes the sobering statistics about rape which, in his opinion, seem to get lost in every high profile rape case.

"Unfortunately, what most victims of rape or victims of false accusations of rape usually experience in high profile cases like the Duke case, is, humiliation. At the hands of overzealous, student-loan-owing-attorneys and prosecutors, rape cases often don't serve justice, they serve the political careers of all the attorneys involved."

DUKE RAPE CASE STUMBLES THROUGH VICTOR-HUGO'S POLITICS OF THE PENIS WITH MIKE NIFONG EXEMPLIFYING DANGERS NOTED IN ARTIST'S PRESCIENT SERIES, LAW AND JUSTICE IN THE UNITED STATES.

Victor-Hugo's "Diary of the World on Canvas" has focused on national and international events like the U.S. midterm elections, the War in Iraq, and the Duke rape case. Durham, North Carolina's District Attorney Mike Nifong's actions throughout the controversial Duke rape case highlight the warning's found in artist/writer Victor-Hugo's Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law. The Duke painting, found in the Politics of the Penis Series, intertwines with other elements of the first of its kind Modern Art Graphic Novella to tell a moral parody of events influenced by questionable legal ethics in the United States Justice System.

WHAT IS THE CLEOPATRA GRIP?

Asked to comment on the exact meaning of the Cleopatra Grip, which twenty-first-century-modern-artist, Victor-Hugo, alludes to in his twisted Holiday piece, "The Artist Contemplates Life", the self proclaimed "common sense activist" and writer had this to say:

"What can I say about the Cleopatra Grip other than, Thank God for it. If Rosie O'Donnell gave Donald Trump a proper Cleopatra Grip, I assure you, their bickering would be a thing of the past. The Donald should take solice in the fact that no matter how lesbian Rosie O'Donnell gets, she'll never know what it feels like to receive a Cleopatra Grip.

Rosie O'Donnell, on the other hand, can take solice in the fact that no matter how ugly their mutual verbal abuse gets, or how ridiculous Donald Trump's hair gets, he will never know what it feels like to give a Cleopatra Grip."

Victor-Hugo went on to say that he had heard the mention from several other people besides Rosie O'Donnell, that Donald Trump had filed for bankruptcy. Victor-Hugo notes that perhaps what Rosie meant was that one of his companies perhaps may have filed for bankruptcy in the past.

"I've heard mention that Donald Trump is considering a lawsuit. The only ones salivating over that notion, are both Rosie and Donald's attorney's. It would be cheaper for them and a lot more entertaining for everyone, if they would have Don King market a debate on Pay-Per-View Television and hire Donald Rumsfeld as a mediator for Rosie O'Donnell and Donald Trump to hash out their differences."

Victor-Hugo goes on to comment that he believes if Donald Trump had filed bankruptcy through one of his companies in the past, as Rosie O'Donnell claimed while co-hosting the morning show, The View, Donald Trump would be able to explain the matter properly himself.

"I don't believe attorney's need to be brought in to sue Rosie O'Donnell for perhaps speaking out of proper legal context."

Victor-Hugo, author of the controversial modern-art-graphic- novel, and legal parody entitled, Crackhead Jesus and The Jewish Attorney, added: "That would just be adding to the growing problem of litigation and war that exists in the United States. I believe that Donald Trump is above that sort of thing, especially over a verbal spat. It would certainly hinder freedom of speech in the United States for comedians, musicians, and artists, in a country which prides itself on freely being able to parody celebrities."

For those still wondering exactly what a Cleopatra Grip is, in fact, it is a colloquialism describing the squeeze-action tightening of the vaginal muscles during sex. The Cleopatra Grip has nothing to do with the clitoris. CLUES IN VICTOR-HUGO'S GOODBYE PLUTO PAINTING REVEALED

The Chinese symbols above the head of the ethereal portrait spell the word "chaos."

The Chinese symbols below the head of the ethereal portrait and within the red phallic image spell the word "trust".

Count the number of planets above the ethereal portrait in the solar system and you will find that Pluto is missing.

As in most of Victor-Hugo's paintings, you will notice the influence of the number three or trinity existing throughout this painting. The trinity is a common theme found in Victor-Hugo's artwork. Victor-Hugo's study of the number three after his journeys through Egypt, Mexico, Central and South America have influenced much of his artwork.

The number three is a mathematical, physical and metaphysical force found in nature, religion and man made structures like the pyramids, whose powers and meaning are still being investigated by scientists and mathematicians.

This painting inspired the 16 foot long, 12 foot high, wall mural found at the Downtown Miami nightclub, Area 51, formerly known as Metroplolis. The wall mural entitled, "Don't Believe the Truth", was painted less than eight hours after Victor-Hugo underwent laser eye surgery on both eyes. The mural took over sixteen hours to paint and was painted in one nonstop session as part of the Modern Art Music Movement for his Art Basel Miami solo show.

BEAUTIFUL CHAOS REIGNS SUPREME AS U.S. FEARS ITSELF MORE THAN TERRORISTS

As exemplified in Michael Moore's Academy Award winning documentary, Bowling For Columbine, the United States wild West policy of gun ownership has caused the United States to be a free haven for murderers and criminals. United States citizens now pose a greater threat to United States citizens and tourists than any terrorist group or Al Qada sect. The murder rate in the United States has grown by almost 4% while armed robbery has increased by almost 9% in this, so called, civilized democracy.

The numbers are staggering, if you take into account the fact that most government agencies have the unique ability to askew statistics so as to manipulate the truth. The real, "true" numbers not given to the United States media by local law enforcement agencies are probably double the reported percentage.

The good news is that due to the crumbling of civility, norms, and basic human decency as reflected in the actions of the leaders of both government and church in the United States, fears of a terrorsit attack by outsiders is dwindling amongst most United States citizens. The rise in crime in the United States has lead Americans to become more weary and skeptical of their own pastors, neighbors, and Senators than any radical Islamic fundamentalist group.

So how do we combat the rise in crime, and prevent the United States from crumbling into a pile of ruin like a modern day Sodom and Gomorah or Roman Empire. Simple. Leadership should lead by example and do the right thing.

In order to survive on this great planet, we should all try doing the right thing. Pay your bills. Stop at the red light. Stop smacking your girlfriend or wife. Stop berating your husband or boyfriend. Listen to children. Don't make fun of retards. Make attorneys work on contingency. Legalize prostitution. Legalize marijuana. Bring back free speech. Save the whales.

Life is tough enough without having to deal with people trying to get over on one another. What comes around goes around. Remember that next time you get the inclination to screw someone over. Try peace instead.

ATTORNEY JOHN WEINBERG JOINS LAW FIRM OF CONDE, COHEN, GAETA, SHAKUR, MARTINEZ, AND BIGGIE SMALLS IN CRACKHEAD JESUS STORY

The character of attorney John Weinberg, has joined forces with the imaginary law firm which represent the artist in the serial episode of Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney found on the www.victorhugogallery.com True Art TV Channel. The parody, based on real life events, is updated periodically for the increasing number of fans around the world who have caught on to Victor-Hugo's unique concept of disseminating news and information through modern art. The mixture of Modern Art and real time events which propels the story forward evolved from the censored artist being forced to think outside of the box, to get his story told.

The character of John Weinberg is based on the real life attorney by the same name, who defended the Palmetto Bay Rapist, Michael Siebert. The convicted rapist, also known as the DayCare Rapist because of his habit of raping mothers in front of their children, was sentenced to seven life terms, plus fifteen years by Circuit Judge Peter Adrien.

Forty four year old Michael Siebert forced his female victim to stare into the eyes of her infant son while he brutally sodomized her in front of her three year old daughter for hours in 2002.

Siebert's attorney, John Weinberg, displayed a gross sense of insensativity when he argued for leniency because he claimed the victim was not killed or disfigured.

Circuit Judge Peter Adrien wisely asked,
"You don't think rape is a form of disfigurement?"

ROCKY BALBOA OF MODERN ART WORLD PREMIERES HIS SHORT FILM ENTITLED "JUSTICE IS A HIGHER STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS" IN FORT LAUDERDALE.

International DJ Josh Wetherington will be spinning an impromptu soundtrack to the new Victor-Hugo film project entitled, "Justice is a Higher State of Consciousness" on December 15th at the Revolution in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Modern Art Music Movement artist, Victor-Hugo, will be painting an impromptu six foot canvas inspired by DJ Josh Wetherington's musical creations and the inspiration of Victor-Hugo's "3 Muses" Series.

The three premieres will take place simultaneously in and around Broward County, Florida. The location for two of the world premiere live action art pieces will be at Club Revolution between the hours of 9 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. The Short Film/Soundtrack and 1st live Modern Art Music Movement Painting will be created, as the "Cityscapes Trilogy" is premiered at the "Secret Party" between 9 p.m. and 3:30 a.m.

The Internet Premiere of Victor-Hugo's exciting new series is set to coincide with his Art Fusion Gallery exposition which opens January 3, 2007 in the Sohoesque Miami Design District. The bustling Miami Design District was, arguably, the hottest international hot spot, last weekend, during Miami's interesting Art Basel exhibition.

Victor-Hugo was asked to describe the genesis of this rapid fire series, created as a warm up for the Binary Universe and Sole Inhabitant Show at Revolution.

"Cityscapes, was created for a good friends' Christmas party when the artist he had commissioned to paint six skylines backed out at the last minute. My friend knew I was busy with Art Basel and the BT, Thomas Dolby show but he figured I knew someone who could paint six skylines in one week, with maddening detail, on six, 41 X 52 inch, pieces of wood board.

I called my muse Jennifer and asked if she would be interested in knocking out three paintings of skylines alongside me in my EastSide Miami studio. In less than ninety six hours, Jennifer and I fed off of one another's creative energy. So, while my muse created night time skylines of New York, San Francisco, and Miami, I provided the other three interpretations of modern city skylines in my own modern twenty first century surrealist sort of way."

Victor-Hugo says another installment of the Capicua 3-1-3 series will debut next week with another diary entry from the Forest-Gump-like, artist character. "The Artist" leads the storyline of the first of its kind real time modern art graphic novel. The passive observant entry will be entitled, "What I Learned During Art Basel Miami 2006."

For those 66,000 plus daily readers following the “Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law” clues, in the interactive Modern Art Graphic Novella by Victor-Hugo, which starts in the January 17, 2006 Blog entry, it may already have become apparent that all the stories and entries in the series, art gallery, and photo gallery intertwine to tell a common tale in parody form. Victor-Hugo states that he has held back the complete text for various reasons including censorship, which ironically has caused the once unknown artist to catapult to international fame. The censored artist has had to think outside of the box to circumvent the attempts by various real life characters to keep certain facts out of the public knowledge.

“Both stories tie in to the Law and Justice in the United States project which I am still investigating by interviewing past and present Judges, attorneys, court reporters, bailiffs, and people who have used attorneys for divorce, contracts, injury or what have you. I represented myself in a law case once, against a Fort Lauderdale attorney named, Mark L. Gaeta, who was representing a pedophile who believed his arranged marriage had been cursed because of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Apparently, the Colonel’s secret recipe was like marital poison because members of the wedding party had consumed Kentucky Fried Chicken hours before Mark L. Gaeta’s clients Hindu wedding, which apparently required all wedding party members to be internally pure.

As it turns out, Mark L. Gaeta’s client was right. After the wedding, the United States filed a lawsuit against Kentucky Fried Chicken alleging that the oil used to fry the tasty chicken was essentially deadly and endangering the lives of Kentucky Fried Chicken lovers around the world. Who new?

Anyhow, I showed up to Mark L. Gaeta’s office to give him some files which he asked to copy for a case we were battling. The best way to describe Mark L. Gaeta is Dick Dastardly in a cheap suite. Dick Dastardly was the Hanna-Barbera cartoon character who participated in the Wacky Races series along with his scruffy sidekick, a dog named Muttley, who had a distinctive wheezy laugh.

Apparently, Mark L. Gaeta, felt inclined to sit back in his chair, and bark orders at me, literally, snapping his fingers like I was some nigger in Alex Hailey’s masterpiece, Roots.

Needless to say, I looked at Mark L. Gaeta and asked him if there was a rickshaw behind me or if he felt he was my master and I was his slave.

His pedophile client looked on speechless, since he himself was Indian, not knowing what to do about my rickshaw comment and his lawyer’s gross racist actions. I asked Mark L. Gaeta if it was customary and common practice for United States attorneys to treat minorities with such disdain, but he just sat there with a look that appeared like he had something awfully uncomfortable stuck in his ass.

At that point I contacted one of my attorneys and, while on speaker phone, asked if it was common practice for attorneys to snap their fingers and bark orders at one another during trial preparation, or if that was just one of Mark L. Gaeta’s specialized services. Needless to say, my white, Jewish attorney was appalled at Mark L. Gaeta’s apparently racist actions.

I then called my young, female business partner, put her on speaker phone, and said,
“Check this out. I’m over hear at Mark L. Gaeta’s office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and the cheap suit wearing son of a bitch is snapping his fingers at me like I’m his friggin’ Kunta Kinte! What should I do?”

“Snap your fingers right back at him.” She answered.

And so I did. Mark L Gaeta had to make over seventy copies of evidence. All while I sat back in his waiting room couch, snapping my fingers at Mr. Mark Gaeta, beckoning him to approach me like some French maid, to grab each individual copy.

After about ten copies, the poor sap couldn’t take it anymore, so he ordered his Hindu client to answer my finger snaps and take over the role of “copy slave”. The irony of it all is, Mark L. Gaeta actually charged his client for this abuse. Mark L. Gaeta billed the Dead Cock character 3 hours for this modern slave treatment.

My young female business partner could be heard laughing on the other end of the speakerphone. I don't know whether Fort Lauderdale attorney, Mark L. Gaeta, is racist or just a really bad attorney who used poor judgement in snapping his fingers at another human being. That is something that can only be determined in the court of public opinion.

Inside sources report that this epidode with attorney, Mark L. Gaeta, and the Dead Cock character, will be one of the funniest scenes in the upcoming big screen version of the Capicua 3-1-3 Movie. The movie will be divided into separate stories, each originating from a painting which inspired the story and lasting about thirty minutes. The Capicua 3-1-3 Movie is still in preproduction stage and will most likely be released around the world in late 2008, just in time for Christmas.
