THOMAS JOHN ALI, ESQ. TO CONDUCT FLORIDA BAR INVESTIGATION OF AARON R. COHEN AND ALEXANDER CONDE, ESQ.

Thomas John Ali, a member of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee "E" has been assigned to investigate the Florida Bar complaints against Alexander Conde, Esq. and Aaron R. Cohen, Esq. The story is being parodied by modern artist/writer, Victor-Hugo, in his tale entitled "Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney". Full disclosure of events and facts related to this case will not be released to the general public, as public record, until after the case has been thoroughly investigated by the Florida Bar.

In two seperate letters dated January 16, 2007, Donald A. Wich, Jr. former Broward County Florida Bar President, who now represents both Alexander Conde and Aaron R. Cohen, addresses Thomas John Ali as having been informed of his being involved in the investigation. The odd thing about that fact is, that the "Notice Of Assignment Of Complaint File" in the Supreme Court of Florida, was dated and issued on January 12, 2007 for Aaron R. Cohen and January 17, 2007 for Alexander Conde. Thomas John Ali, Esq., Vice Chair, of Kramer, Fleck & Brothers is in the process of being contacted for comment on this discrepency.

How did Donald A. Wich Jr. predict that Thomas John Ali would be assigned to both cases, before both cases were formally assigned to Mr. Ali? The fact that controversial satirist, Victor-Hugo has been threatened with censorship over his reporting of this case and the fact that Donald A. Wich, Jr. appears to have had prior knowledge that Thomas John Ali would be assigned to investigate Alexander Conde's case, begs the question; Does there exist a conflict of interest?

In accordance with the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, Chapter 3, Rule 3-7.4, solely for the purpose of determining whether a basis for recusal may exist with respect to any particular member or members of the grievance committee who may hear the matter under consideration. Rule 3-3.4 (c) precludes a member of a grievance committee from performing a grievance committee function when that member: (1) is related by blood or marriage to the complainant or respondent; (2) has a financial, business, property or personal interest in the matter under consideration, or with the complainant or respondent; (3) has a personal interest which could be affected by the outcome of the proceedings or which could affect the outcome; or (4) is prejudiced or biased toward either the complainant or the respondent.

Researchers in Dublin, Ireland, found that 100% (That is not a type-O) of all the Irish currency they examined contained traces of cocaine.

Apparently, the United States is not the only country with "dirty money". 5. Does anyone see a conflict of interest in the fact that many members of Congress invest in the industries they oversee?

In recent months, United states media sources like USA Today have focused more on the disappearance of congressional intern Chandra Levy than on the disappearance of Commander in Chief, George W. Bush's military records.

The Washington Post posted 25 articles on Bill Clinton's Lincoln Bedroom sleepovers and donor coffees while posting only 12 articles on Dick Cheney's backroom meetings with polluters which undoubtably influenced the administrations ridiculous "Clear Skies" plan.

The New York Times meanwhile spent 14 articles investigating Martha Stewart's lying about stock trades while only 4 articles mentioned the fact that Halliburton got caught overcharging taxpayers in Iraq.

Finally, the San Francisco Chronicle ran 33 articles about a local woman mauled to death by a dog and only 10 articles about the controversy over guards torturing Abu Ghraib prisoners.

"When I first saw this image on your space, it looked like a fence- with an ocean beyond. When I clicked on the image it became more vivid and true. Tributes are often just representative and poorly done but this, this does it for me. The evocation is undeniable. Many people do not like this type of work these days but we all have the right to express what we feel. I believe your contemplation of this moment that changed all our lives forever is just awesome. Wish I could see the real thing. As a fireman's wife, if my husband had died there, I would just be in awe of an interpretation like this. BUYER BEWARE VERIZON WIRELESS STRUGGLES TO RETAIN CUSTOMERS

With Verizon wireless losing ground to the behemoth of mobile wireless networks Cingular/ATT/Bellsouth, customer service agents are reportedly using unscrupulous means to retain customer's seeking to change their wireless provider's. Frustrated customer's have reported being given the run around by customer service agent's for hours in an attempt to dissuade customer's from leaving Verizon after the contracts expire. It is reported that even customer service supervisor's at Verizon are claiming to be where the buck stops, in an attempt to keep customer's from insisting that their account be closed.

Verizon customer's are also being warned not to give vendor's authority to run credit checks for new phone lines, because it could negatively affect their delicate credit rating. Some customer's suspect Verizon is attempting to use the customer's information to sell as contact lists for solicitors.

When Verizon customer service supervisor, "Mitch", who would only identify himself as #1166, was contacted for comment on allegations that certain vendors are attempting to extort cash from customers or provide customer's with non-authorized Verizon Wireless receipts for cash transactions, #1166, stumbled for words and could not provide any definitive comment, stating that despite several customer complaints on this issue, he was unaware of such a problem.

Verizon is joining the growing number of corporate giants dehumanizing the American workforce by issuing holocaust style identification numbers to each frontline employee. When customer's dissatisfied with poor customer service request to speak to a manager or ask for a first and last name, Verizon employees are instructed to give their employee identification numbers to the customer. First line supervisor's are instructed to say that they are the final word in customer satisfaction for Verizon Wireless, leaving distraught Verizon Wireless customer's with precious time wasted and without resolution of cancellation issues.

MARK FOLEY'S OVERLY FRIENDLY E-MAIL HIGHLIGHTS U.S. LEADERSHIP HYPOCRISY

CAN WEIGHTLIFTING CAUSE HEMMORHOIDS?

Yes.

A spectator at the collegiate power lifting championships at Penn State snapped this shocking photo of an unfortunate competitor, who was attempting a personal best in the squat lift when he pulled his stomach in and pushed extra hard, at the same time as trying to complete the lift.

The poor bastard, who's name will remain anonymous, recalls hearing a loud popping, splattering noise, followed by a fierce stabbing pain and wasn't able to move from the squat position for over half an hour, because trying to stand caused him unimaginable pain.

Paramedics arrived, applied anesthesia to the area and carried him to an ambulance. He was rushed to surgery, where surgeons described the trauma as "an explosive and aggravated prolapse of the bowel".

The weight lifter had successful surgery to relieve the prolapse, but remained immobilized with his feet elevated in stirrups for 2 weeks to ensure "internal compliance with the surgery and that the organs retracted successfully".

The ex-lifter also required rectal stitching to partially occlude the anal orifice and stitch the rectal passage. He was also put on a low fiber low residue diet to combat severe flatulence.

WHILE U.S. WORRIES ABOUT MEXICAN IMMIGRATION, MUSLIMS LIKE KEITH ELLISON INFILTRATE THE "LAND OF THE DEVIL".

According to the New York Times, nearly 96,000 people from Muslim countries became legal permanent U.S. residents in 2005. That number, more than in any year in the previous two decades, is expected to increase once 2006 statistics are made available. Newly elected U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison of Minnesota recently made history by being the first Muslim to serve in Congress. He used a Qur'an that belonged to Founding Father Thomas Jefferson, which some, like radio host Dennis Prager fear may "embolden Islamic extremists", in a private swearing-in ceremony following the official one.

The American Family Association called for a law requiring the use of Bibles at all swearing-in ceremonies. Virginia Republican Rep., Virgil Goode Jr. noted that without tough new immigration restrictions there could be "many more Muslims elected to office and demanding the use of the Qur'an." The fear is, that the Qur'an does not accept the seperation of church and state and by publicly swearing on the Qur'an, Ellison has made it impossible to ignore the conflict of interest which exists between his official duties and his allegiance to Islamic strictures.

Some believe the Qur'an expressly demands U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison to wage jihad and create political institutions, such as sharia law. Furthermore, some believe Ellison's allegiance to Islamic strictures may influence his ability to lead because those strictures sanction conquest by violence, oppression, and religious intolerence.

Some fear a similar situation as what happened in Australia in October of 2006, when Australia's most prominent Islamic cleric, Sheik Taj Aldin al-Hilali, described women who don't wear head scarfs as "uncovered meat" who invite rape. Al-Hilali,65, is considered the most senior Islamic leader by many Muslim's in Australia and New Zealand. Sheik Taj Aldin al-Hilali was quoted as saying,

" If you take out uncovered meat and place it outside...and the cats come to eat it...whose fault is it, the cats' or the uncovered meat's? The uncovered meat is the problem. If she was in her room, in her home, in her hijab, no problem would have occurred."

Meanwhile, the United States efforts to build a wall between the U.S. and Mexico border has hit a wall, primarily due to the fact that the only people willing to work within the estimated budget for completion of such a project are the Mexican workers the U.S. government is fighting to keep out.

One company, contracted by the U.S. government to build the wall, was recently reprimanded for hiring illegal Mexican immigrants. According to the Wall Street Journal, the U.S. Border Patrol's budget has doubled from $800 million in 1998 to $1.6 billion in 2006. Over the same period of time, the number of illegal immigrants entering the United States has tripled. Estimates indicate that the number has gone from 4 million to 12 million illegal immigrants, not all of which are Mexican.

According to the Chicago Tribune, of the 100 million people added to the U.S. population since 1967, 55% were immigrants or their U.S.-born offspring.

60 MINUTES INTERVIEW HIGHLIGHTS HOW MIKE NIFONG'S HANDLING OF DUKE CASE REFLECTS PERILS OF VICTOR-HUGO'S POLITICS OF THE PENIS AND CRACKHEAD JESUS SERIES

The diary of world events on canvas being painted by modern Latino artist, Victor-Hugo, contain warnings about the lack of ethics in American leadership and the Judicial system which are corrupting the fibers of what the artist calls, "The Lied To Generation."

In a 60 Minutes interview aired January 14, 2007 the families of four white Duke Lacrosse players accused of raping a black women, admitted to being victimized by the ailing justice system, which artist Victor-Hugo has been parodying in his increasingly popular web site www.victorhugogallery.com Blog for the past year.

District Attorney Mike Nifong has requested that he have himself removed from prosecuting the Duke Lacrosse rape investigation after inflicting damage on the entire North Carolina community due to his boorish attitude and unwillingness to use common sense.

A source close to the Duke investigation said Nifong sent a letter to North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper asking his office to assume responsibility of the case. Nifong could face sanctions or disbarrment for his actions, including his gross negligence in failing to properly note in his initial report, that DNA from four unidentified men, other than the accussed white male Duke lacrosse players, was found in the anus of the rape victim. Nifong's negligence has essentially undermined the prosecution's case.

The irreverant Modern Artist's painting, Duke, which can be seen at the Art Fusion Gallery in Miami's Design District, is part of the Politics of the Penis Series, which along with the story of Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney tells the tale of a corrupt American justice system in parody form, to avoid threats from lawyers trying to censor the artist's incriminating semi-autobiographical work. Both Series make up chapters in the first of its kind, real-time-modern-art graphic-novel entitled, "Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law."

The family of Duke Lacrosse players, Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty, and David Evans, who were indicted in 2006 on charges of rape, sexual assault, and kidnapping, sat down with 60 minutes for an interview in which one of the accused player's mother said, " For justice sake, look at the facts. Mr. Nifong, you've picked on the wrong families."

"Welcome to the story of Duke." Victor-Hugo says "When you are dealing with the politics of the penis and the current American justice system, you are forced to deal with attorneys like Mike Nifong, Alexander Conde, Aaron Cohen, and Mark Gaeta, who sometimes allow their pride and ego's to undermine the purity and essence of the justice system, as it was intended, under the original United States Constitution."

The astute artist, who studied rape victim counseling, while attaining his psycholgy degree from Florida International University after leaving the United States Naval Academy, during the hazing scandal of 1990, said, "It is a shame that whenever a high profile rape case like the Kobe Bryant or Duke case makes national headlines, the fact that one in four American women will be raped in their lifetime is lost amongst the ever present politics of the penis. On April 10th Mike Nifong was aware that not a speck of DNA from the accused players was found on the rape victim, yet he proceeded to indict these young white males anyhow, on April 17th of 2006.

The overall story of Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law deals with the frightening hypocrisy, ignorance, and arrogance which exists in American leadership and law threatening the civil liberties of all Americans, not just minorities, as the Duke case has shown. The families of these young White men are now realizing what Blacks and Hispanics in the United States have known all along, which is, that unless you have the financial resources to hire competent legal counsel, like O.J. Simpson or Kobe Bryant did, you don't stand a chance against the manipulative politics of the penis which is corrupting the American legal system."

Victor-Hugo admits that he had to get creative to bring attention to the David vs. Goliath battles against corruption which he has been facing over the past two years, including his legal run ins with shady developers and unethical lawyers, like Mike Nifong. The studied writer began painting the events he witnessed after being threatened with lawsuits if he continued to write about the corruption he was witnessing. After his artist studio was broken into and vandalized by forces which, the artist claims, threatened to "shut him down", the artist began incorporating the clues in his artwork with written updates in his blog to create his modern art graphic novella.

"North Bay Village Police performed their investigation into the three reported break ins to my artist studio at the Grand View Palace with as much intelligence as Mike Nifong did in conducting his investigation into the Duke rape case. After my experience with the law and justice system in the United States, I can totally understand how Mr. Nifong overlooked the fact that he found the semen of four unidentified men in the rape victims anus, none of which matched that of any Duke Lacross player's DNA. The families should not feel singled out because they are white. This is not a case of reverse discrimination against educated white males, rather it is a wake up call for everyone in the United States, that the American Justice system needs to be looked at and monitored more carefully.

The fact that there are men like Nifong who lack any shred of decency, ethics, or common sense and are left in charge of determining the fate of not only four rich white kids, but every person in his assigned district should terrify every single citizen of the United States and abroad. IRANIAN PRESIDENT, MAHMOUD AHMADINEJAD, SEEKS TO CONVINCE LATIN AMERICA THAT GEORGE BUSH JR. IS ACTING LIKE OZZY OSBOURNE ON THE CRAZY TRAIN.

United States Democrats, led by Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, tend to agree with Hugo Chavez, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and a growing percentage of the global population that perhaps the lovable old "satanic" rock legend, Ozzy Osbourne, has switched conductor duties with George Bush Jr. on the crazy train, after Bush's decision to send 21,000 more troops to Iraq.

Recently, the Iranian President met with the newly inaugurated leftist Nicaraguan President, Daniel Ortega, Venezuelan President, Hugo Chavez, Bolivian President, Evo Morales, and newly elected Ecuadorean President, Rafael Correa.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is buddying up with these leaders by telling them,

"Iran, Nicaragua, and Venezuela and other revolutionary countries are together and we will resist together."

Asked to comment on the rise in popularity of the Iranian Leader, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, amongst Latin American Leaders, controversial Latino modern artist, Victor-Hugo had this to say,

" I think common folk in the United States need to start waking up to the reality that something is not right in the world today, and a lot of eyes are looking at us as the reason for all this global misery. ARE BLOGGERS THE VJ'S AND DJ'S OF THE INTERNET? THE MIAMI HERALD AND SUN-SENTINEL NEWSPAPERS LOSE GROUND ON STREETS OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA

Former White Plains City Manager, George Gretsas, has ordered the homeless street vendors of the South Florida Sun Sentinel and Miami Herald Newspapers, off the streets of Fort Lauderdale indefinately. George Gretsas, who took over as Fort Lauderdale City Manager in August of 2004, has promised to give the city, nicknamed, the Venice of America, a quick facelift.

George Gretsas has ordered anyone caught supplying or distributing newspapers at intersections throughout the growing metropolis to be arrested. Suppliers are being cited for illegally dumping piles of newspapers in the middle of the intersections in the hopes that homeless people will sell the newspapers throughout the day. In the past years, several homeless newspaper vendors have been killed by oncoming traffic. Citizens have complained about feeling fearful when approaching stop lights or being harrassed by pushy newspaper vendors.

This is a major blow to the already ailing American newspaper industry, which continues to suffer a steady decline in readership, advertising revenue, and staff. Twenty years ago, newspaper circulation in the United States was 60 million. Current estimates show a circulation of only 43.7 million. According to industry analyst, John Morton, "Newspaper readers are dying off faster than they can be replaced."

The Pew Research Center found that only 23% of people under age 30 read a newspaper daily compared to 60% of older people. Website blogs like www.victorhugogallery.com are seen as being partially responsible for the steady decline in newspaper readership. One in three Americans now turn to the Internet to get their news. Ten years ago, that number was one in 50.

George Gretsas order is indicative of the general public's consideration of how newspapers are produced and distributed as being obsolete. JOHN TRAVOLTA AND VICTOR-HUGO IN CHAINS OF GOLD

In 1992, Rod Holcomb directed Chains of Gold starring John Travolta and Marilu Henner. The director best known for his films, Codebreakers, The Pentagon Papers, and Convict Cowboy, teamed up with a struggling John Travolta to create a story about a social worker, who in searching for a lost thirteen year old boy, discovers a crack gang that uses children as dealers. The thirteen year old boy was played by Joey Lawrence, who's career was recently revitalized through Dancing With The Stars.

The film was shot on location in Miami Beach, Florida before South Beach became the international jet set location it is today. While filming a scene at the old Club Deco, which is now the world famous Club Mansion, Rod Holcomb sought an extra who could stand next to John Travolta and make the diminutive actor appear taller on screen. Amongst a large crowd of young actors and extra's stood the five foot six inch tall, Florida International College student, Victor-Hugo.

Rod Holcomb instructed Victor-Hugo to stand next to John Travolta on a spot marked "X" in masking tape on the floor. Victor-Hugo was instructed by the director to act as if he were staring up at a stage full of gorgeous young women performing a strip tease act. John Travolta was instructed to do the same. The director was sitting on a crane, which controlled the camera. The camera was to pan the cheering audience and come to a stop right in front of John Travolta and Victor-Hugo for a close up facial shot of the actor.

After several ruined takes, frustration overcame the director who shouted to his crew, " Who is that guy? Get him out of there!" Asked to comment on this episode in his life, modern artist/writer Victor-Hugo had this to say:

"I had just left the United States Naval Academy and was dating a girl from the University of Miami who knew a guy that was in the U.M. Film School and was working on the Chains of Gold movie as a grip. She asked me if I wanted to be an extra for the film, which I think paid $125.00 for a days worth of filming.

I was supposed to dress like a drug dealer hanging out at a strip club with a bunch of prostitutes. I had no idea what such a person dressed like, so I just put on a suit and showed up to Club Deco. When I arrived, wardrobe pimped me out and I was selected to stand next to John Travolta because of my height.

At first, the women from the Motley Crew video, "Girls!Girls!Girls!", were really stripping on stage, so it was not difficult for me to act like I was excited about watching beautiful women disrobe in front of me. The director must have done about fifteen takes of these women stripping on stage and I remember thinking, I can't believe I'm standing next to John Travolta getting paid to watch hot women strip.

Between takes, I spoke to John Travolta, despite being warned by the crew, not to strike up a conversation with the actor. He was not at all like I had imagined him to be. My memory of John Travolta was that of a young Italian stud from Brooklyn in Saturday Night Fever, instead I found myself conversing with a humble, overweight,middle-aged man. We spoke about a new film he was making, with an unknown director named Quentin Tarantino.

He seemed nervous and excited about the film, titled Pulp Fiction, because it was unlike anything he had ever acted in before. He told me his career was not doing so well, and that he hoped the film would open new opportunities for him. I was surprised at his candor and honesty. Mr. Travolta made me feel relaxed.

I remember being so embarrassed when the director yelled at me after every take I ruined. I had never acted in a movie before and did not feel comfortable with a large camera being shoved in my face. Though I was supposed to be staring straight ahead at imaginary women performing a strip tease, my eyes kept turning towards the camera, which was inches from the left side of my face, as the director panned in on John Travolta's profile.

Mr. Travolta kept telling me to calm down and ignore the camera. He was trying to give me acting lessons in front of a large crowd of frustrated extra's and film crew. He was very patient and understanding. I am still grateful to him for making me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I gained a new respect for actor's and director's that day. I also learned that making a film is not easy.

The movie, Chains of Gold, was a dud and went straight to video release. I rented it, and noticed that most of the scenes with me in it were left on the cutting room floor. I apologize to the director for causing him such grief.

When Pulp Fiction was released, I was in Mexico City, exploring the country on my own, just after the Mexican President's brother had been shot and killed. I saw the movie in a theater full of non English speaking Mexicans who were forced to read the dialogue translation. I was the only one laughing in the theater at times, because the brilliant script was lost in translation.

Pulp Fiction essentially revitalized John Travolta's career and cemented his reputation as one of our era's most influential actor's. As I sat in the theater while the credits rolled, I realized John Travolta's life would never be the same. The down to earth man I had met just a few weeks prior was lifted up from his doldrums because he dared to take a chance in life. John Travolta taught me more than how to act, he taught me not to fear failure. I will always be grateful for that and wish Mr. Travolta continued success in his public and private life."

AARON R. COHEN OF CONDE & COHEN LOSES MOTION FOR CONTEMPT

On January 11, 2007, County Court Judge, Eric M. Beller, denied Aaron R. Cohen's motion for contempt against free speech activist Victor-Hugo Vaca II. Aaron R. Cohen alleged that artist Victor-Hugo "unlawfully or improperly obtained funds from the court registry" in the case which inspired the censored parody "Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney". According to Judge Eric Beller's findings, Aaron R. Cohen set forth facts in his motion supporting his claim, however, the honorable County Court Judge noted that Aaron R. Cohen omitted several relevant factors.

The story of Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney has offended Christian Conservative Groups who failed to realize that the parody is about the real weaknesses which exist in the American legal system. Inexperienced lawyers, like Aaron R. Cohen and Marcia Clarke, have allowed unethical individuals like O.J. Simpson and Thomas Rogers to make a mockery of the judicial system. As Judge Eric Beller noted in his court order: "[The] Plaintiff should be aware that no final judgement was ever entered as the Plaintiff or his Counsel [Aaron R. Cohen] has failed to this date to present a recordable final judgement to this court."

Artist, Victor-Hugo, who was once advised by Janet Reno not to pursue a career as an attorney because of his idealistic mentality, has had to don the hat of attorney to defend himself in this case of hurt ego's and free speech. It is expected that this closed chapter will allow Victor-Hugo, the writer, to publish more excerpts from his "Crackhead Jesus and The Jewish Attorney" parody on the True Art T.V. portion of the www.victorhugogallery.com homepage.

After sufferring an embarrassing loss to Crackhead Jesus, in a case which was presided over by Judge Eric Beller, Aaron Cohen blamed the surprise outcome on Judge Eric Beller being, in Mr. Cohen's words, "an asshole." Several lawyers who have reviewed the case blamed the outcome on Aaron Cohen's actions, or lack there of, and suggested a malpractice suit against Aaron R. Cohen.

The law firm of Conde and Cohen is presently being investigated by the Florida Bar. The Law Offices of Conde and Cohen have hired the Law Offices of Wich, Wich, and Wich, P.A. to defend themselves against the self represented artist, Victor-Hugo, in his Florida Bar Complaint.

Aaron R. Cohen also hired the Law Office of Eric Ash, Esq. in an attempt to strongarm the free speech activist into censoring his website account of the events pertaining to the Crackhead Jesus Case. In a letter dated September 13, 2006, Eric Ash, on behalf of Conde and Cohen threatened to abolish the sacred trust between client and attorney by stating, "in the event he pursues a malpractice claim against the firm, attorney-client privilege will dissolve".

150 E. Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton, Florida. His areas of practice are Commercial Litigation and General Practice. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004 and graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans in 2003 and St. John's University with a B.A. in 1999. Victor-Hugo says the title of Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney was made up by Aaron Cohen when they discussed the irony of Mr. Cohen being a Jew attending a Christian University near Victor-Hugo's hometown of Queens Village, New York.

Comes now, Victor-Hugo Vaca II, who respectfully moves this Honorable Court to strike and remove and deny the ridiculous claims of contempt made by Aaron R. Cohen, former counsel for the plaintiff in this matter.

Mr. Cohen “prays” that this Court, which I am assuming is Judge Beller, the Judge, which Mr. Cohen has publicly denounced as being an “incompetent asshole” (please visit www.victorhugogallery.com for details) grants his motion and enters an order for the following:

A. Finding Victor H. Vaca in contempt of the Court’s October 11th, 2006 order. After the hearing with witnesses in tow, Vallerie Claudette Vaca and Jennifer Collins, I followed the Court’s instructions and went to collect the money which both Judge Beller and Aaron Cohen stated was in the Court registry. I showed the nice black woman my drivers license, she walked away for several minutes and returned with a check which seemed less than what I had been promised. I told her that I thought there was some mistake, since I was told by Judge Beller and Aaron Cohen that I was supposed to be awarded a substantially higher amount by the Rogers, however after calling her supervisor and investigating, both black women told me, that the amount given me, $420.00, was all I was entitled to.
I must admit, I along with the two witnesses found this confusion rather frustrating, especially since I even called the Roger’s attorney and he said the money was in the court registry as well. Being that I have been quite busy with my upcoming concerts, art shows, movies, tours, and performances, I did not wish to bother with the obvious confusion which exists within the Broward County Court system, and is being parodied in novel and feature film format based on the www.victorhugogallery.com website.

B. I suppose what Mr. Cohen is saying here, is an assumption, and we all know what assuming does, despite that fact, Mr. Cohen wants the Judge he called an asshole in front of Vallerie Claudette Vaca and myself to fine me for “gross disregard of the courts authority” when in fact, all I did was follow the Judges orders by going downstairs to collect the money which supposedly had been left for me in the court registry. I did so after providing a photo copy of my drivers license to both the clerk and her supervisor in front of two witnesses. If Mr. Conde has issue with this, he should ask the court to fine, Thomas Rogers and Cheryl Rogers for misleading the Honorable Court into believing that the money was in fact placed in the court registry as stated on record and Mr. Cohen should take this matter up with the supervisor at the court registry rather than harassing me over pennies. I suspect it is his pride and ego which causes him to insist that the Honorable Judge Beller and I continue to waste our time with this nonsense. However, I and the hundreds of thousands of fans around the world, who are following this case do appreciate the continued drama and hilarity which Mr. Conde insists on providing as entertainment. Unfortunately this is at the expense of making a mockery of the entire judicial process, for which I respectfully motion the Honorable court to find Mr. Aaron Cohen in contempt and fine him for his gross disregard for the Court’s authority.

C. I believe this is an issue which Mr. Cohen should take up with the Rogers and their attorney. Essentially, it would seem obvious to everyone, that if both he and I have not collected the money which was supposed to be rewarded, then he has in essence not done, nor completed his job, for which he is bellyaching to get paid. As stated in court and on record, see the transcript provided by Mr. Cohen, I have no problem paying anyone for doing their job, my reputation in the worldwide community is sound as far as paying my bills goes, however, as both Judge Beller and I agreed, Mr. Cohen should only get paid for what he deserves and in this case, as he himself notes in this motion before the court, he has STILL failed to do his job, yet feels entitled to compensation. This gross disregard for justice is the focal point of both the movie and novel which is being produced for 2008 release.

D. I believe that contrary to what Mr. Cohen thinks, Judge Beller is not an asshole, since I have been called an asshole by many people myself, simply because my opinion differs from theirs. I wholeheartedly believe that the honorable Judge Beller will realize that Mr. Cohen is being a sore loser and exercise whatever means this court deems fit to stop all this silly madness before it goes any further and set a positive example for those following this case around the globe.

HAWAIIAN BLUE POOLS FORT LAUDERDALE AND HOW OWNER, JEREMY LYCKE, SCAMS THE YELLOW PAGES AND ITS' CUSTOMERS

Following the publication of the Buyer Beware article regarding the unlawful exploits of South Florida based international con man Jeremy Lycke, fans have submitted additional verifiable information regarding Mr. Lycke's scamming. With pressure mounting from unsatisfied customers, debtors, and government agencies seeking restitution from Jeremy Lycke and Hawaiian Blue Pools, it is reported from sources inside the company that Hawaiian Blue Pools plans on filing bankruptcy and restructuring under the name, Jimmie's Backyard Paradise.

Jeremy Lycke has manipulated the system by filing his illicit corporation under the names Bright Tech Inc., Hawaiian Blue Pools, and currently is doing business as Tropical Backyard Inc. (Document # P06000115113) with no FEI number, which raises flags with the IRS and supports claims made by former employees that Jeremy Lycke has been evading Uncle Sam for years by not paying their social security taxes. The principal place of business is listed as 1420 N.E. 33st. in Pompano Beach, Florida.

A former employee contacted www.victorhugogallery.com and reported that Jeremy Lycke plans to embezzle money from customers who have already paid for pools that have never been completed. Jerome Sanzone, Pompano Beach Chief Building Official, says the city plans on filing lawsuits against Jeremy Lycke's Hawaiian Blue Pools to recover fines and damages from all the unpermitted pools installed throughout South Florida. He also stated that no permits have ever been pulled by Jeremy Lycke in Pompano Beach, nor will they be permitted should he try to do so under any corporate name until he rectifies the situation of his multiple violations with the city.

The Yellow Pages scam, which Jeremy Lycke has been perpetrating for years, has caused added cost and expense to be passed on to paying Yellow pages customers who pay a monthly fee for adds. Essentially, Jeremy Lycke opens a "dummy corporation" just before the deadline for inclusion into the updated Yellow Pages. He gets a $700.00 a month ad to run in the Yellow Pages, then closes the company once the Yellow Pages is distributed, leaving the Yellow Pages without a means for collection of due funds.

The cost of collections and prosecuting Jeremy Lycke is passed on to paying Yellow Pages customers in increased ad costs for the following Yellow Pages edition.

The legal loopholes available to scam artists like Jeremy Lycke are part of the problem which has caused an ethical crisis in the United States. With corporate CEO's and presidents like Ken Starr, James Edwards, and Andrew McKelvey setting the example for the Lied To Generation, it is expected that the United States will be facing an epidemic of dire proportions once scammers mature and acquire innovative new ways of duping the consumer, investor, and government.

When asked by reporters why President Bush's plan to send 21,000 more young American troops to Iraq would work, when all his previous plans as Commander in Chief failed, President Bush answered, "Because it has to." Speaking to his constituents from the White House Library, President George Bush Jr. said of the nearly four year long costly political embarrassment known as the Iraq War, "To step back now would force a collapse of the Iraqi government."

COOLING HOUSING MARKET HAS TURNED SOUTH FLORIDA INTO NEW YORK CITY LITE

Industry analysts like David Lereah of the National Association of Realtors believe the cooling housing market is merely, "the price correction we've been expecting." The Federal Reserve believes this trend has helped to keep inflation at bay. Buyer's and first time home owner's are seeing this as an opportunity to buy properties that were out of reach just one year ago, as interest rates remain low.

Foreign investors are taking advantage of the weak dollar and buying up South Florida real estate as vacation homes. Artists and investors from around the world are realizing the cultural growth and affordability of housing in South Florida. Artist/writer Victor-Hugo had this to say:

"I spoke to my friends in New York City and the feeling I got was that they were paying an exorbitant amount for housing. Some are working three jobs to sustain their standard of living. My friends living in Tribeca are working seven days a week in high stress jobs to keep a roof over their heads. I keep telling them that for half the money and heartache, they can move to Miami or Fort Lauderdale."

THE VIRGIN MARY AND LAMBCHOP VISIT AMSTERDAM AND LILLE FRANCE

This out of focus image reflects the drug induced haziness of the main character in this work in progress painting, whose updated image will premiere in early 2007 on the www.vhvii.com website. The painting's many transformations will be part of artist/activist/writer Victor-Hugo's Evolution Series in 2007. The Evolution Series allows viewer's to vicariously experience the growth and thought process of an emerging Modern Artist in the Golden Age of Wireless.

Victor-Hugo's artistic career was temporarily sideswiped in late 2005, due to political censorship in the United States. His sleeper website and indie blog allow visitors to follow the tenacious artist's efforts to return to form while fighting off censors and attempting to rebuild his personal art collection. The Evolution Series will also allow viewers to realize the gradual progression and improvement of the self-taught artist's abilities and craft in real-time.

The bizarre painting of "The Virgin Mary and Lambchop Visit Amsterdam" tells the story of an innocent young American girl who travels to Amsterdam from Paris, France, according to Victor-Hugo. The banner in the background says "Lille 2004" which references the year-long program of cutting edge events held in the northern French city of Lille and the surrounding Nord-Pas de Calais region of France.

Lille has grown in popularity amongst Europeans as a day trip or short break destination and millions of people have arrived in Lille on Eurostar. Lille also forms a major rail transport hub for UK visitors, making TGV connections to cities such as Lyon, Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and Marseilles.

The truth is, Hawaiian Blue Pools has recieved several complaints from the Better Business Bureau.

The Better Business Bureau has requested basic information from Hawaiian Blue Pools and Jeremy Lycke but the Bureau claims they have not received a response. Without this information, the Bureau claims it may not have current information concerning such things as the company's management or its nature of business.

According to information in Better Business Bureau files, mail sent to Hawaiian Blue Pools and Jeremy Lycke, has been returned by the Post Office as undeliverable and all the phone numbers have been disconnected.

This could be due to the fact that Hawaiian Blue Pools is on the verge of bankruptcy. The owner, Jeremy Lycke, a.k.a. Jay, is presently several months in arrears with his landlord for the showroom location at 5539 N ST ROAD 7 in FORT LAUDERDALE, FL.

The confrontation between Hawaiian Blue Pool owner, Jeremy Lycke and his landlord was caught on tape during an onscreen interview regarding the complaints from duped and defrauded customers who have complained to several government agencies regarding illegal activities perpetrated by Jeremy Lycke including tax evasion and installing pools without proper permits or licensed workers.

According to the Better Business Bureau, complaints against Jeremy Lycke and Hawaiian Blue Pools concerned sales practice issues, delivery issues, repair issues, service issues, guarantees or warranty issues, and product issues. Based on BBB files, Hawaiian Blue Pools has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to its' failure to respond to customer complaints.

Hawaiian Blue Pools also has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unauthorized use of the BBB's name and/or logo on their web site without permission from the Council of Better Business Bureaus. According to Better Business Bureau representatives, misrepresentation of BBB Membership constitutes false and deceptive advertising and trademark infringement.

Several pools were installed without permits throughout South Florida, causing his victims much heartache and loss of money. As Jerome Sanzone, Pompano Beach Chief Building Official stated in an interview, "The twenty five year warranty only works if the company remains in business."

As it stands, Jeremy Lycke has admitted in an on camera interview that he will likely file for bankruptcy to avoid liens and legal issues with dissatisfied customers. On camera, Jeremy Lycke has admitted to telling customers that he has contemplated suicide to avoid the legal ramifications of a lawsuit or criminal investigation.

Customers, insist that his suicide threats are merely an attempt to garner sympathy from those already investigating his dubious activities. The City of Pompano Beach is investigating the number of illegally installed pools by Hawaiian Blue Pools, which could mean big trouble for unsuspecting homeowners and buyers.

The www.hawaiianbluepools.com website claims: Our experts will install a Hawaiian Blue Pool at your house in less than 30 working days. Within two weeks you will be enjoying your new pool compared to the 3-6 months needed to install a concrete basin.

It is a verifiable fact that several victims have been waiting close to three years for the Hawaiian Blue Pools to be installed, as opposed to the promised "30 working days". One frustrated customer stated, "What Hawaiian Blue Pools has done is left an unsafe hole in the ground for some of its' customers, while the owner, Jeremy Lycke, continues to rob Peter to pay Paul."

Some customers also report incidents of physical threats and violence including being held at gunpoint by Hawaiian Blue Pool owner, Jeremy Lycke. Some of these incidents have been reported to Fort Lauderdale Police and documented. According to Fort Lauderdale Police officer, D.A. Acosta, case # 05-051487 describes an incident wherein Jeremy Lycke threatened to slice the face of a female customer with a razor blade and beat her knees with a baseball bat if she did not stop complaining to the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Business and Professional Regulations about Hawaiian Blue Pools illegal activities. Other disgruntled victims report having voiced their complaints to Hawaiian Blue Pools and government watchdog agencies to no avail.

The fast thinking actions of a New York City black man who saved a white man on the New York City subway train tracks has earned him the title of MAMM's Man of the Year. Artist/writer, Victor-Hugo, has donated a one week stay at the Ocean Breeze in Pompano Beach, Florida, courtesy of VHVC Properties, to Mr. Wesley Autrey, for doing the right thing and setting an example for the entire world.

Wesley Autrey jumped onto the tracks at 137th Street in New York City as a train approached. In front of his two daughters, Wesley Autrey shielded Cameron Hollopeter as a train rolled over both of them.

Autrey, 50, of Harlem, had gone to the station with his daughters Shaqui, 6, and Syshe, 4, to take them to their mother's home.

According to witnesses, Wesley Autrey shouted from under the No. 1 train after it screeched to a halt, "Tell my little girls that Daddy is OK!" The train was just inches above him and the film student he pushed into the filthy trough between the tracks.

After Autrey boosted himself up from the tracks , he wisely said, "You're supposed to come to people's rescue."

Asked to comment, Victor-Hugo had this to say, "The world should thank Wesley Autrey for ringing in 2007 with good news by simply doing the right thing in a world gone wrong. It is an even better example to people that the action was beyond a racial thing but simply a human thing.
