RORY KENNEDY'S HBO DOCUMENTARY EXAMINES VICTOR-HUGO'S CENSORED WARNINGS ABOUT ABU GHRAIB

HBO's shocking documentary, highlighting the United States government leadership's conscious misinformation regarding the torture of prisoners at Abu Ghraib, rekindles the mystery behind the unsolved disappearance of former U.S. Naval Academy Midshipman, Victor-Hugo's censored artistic statement entitled, "I Tried To Warn You About Abu Ghraib...But You Wouldn't Listen."

Producers from a documentary being filmed about the Grand View Palace scandal and the mysterious theft of his Abu Ghraib art piece, made several calls of inquiry to Police Chief Isreal regarding missing crime scene evidence, including photographs taken by police officers at the scene. A film crew followed the artist to the North Bay Village Police station to document the crime scene evidence, but Victor-Hugo was told all the evidence from the November break in, was missing.

HENRY CAMPBELL BLACK, M.A. AND LATINO ARTIST, VICTOR-HUGO, RAISE AWARENESS OF LEGAL RIGHTS IN AMERICA

Henry Campbell Black, M.A. authored a book with one of the longest titles in book publishing history. His Treatises on Judgements, Tax Titles, Intoxicating Liquors, Bankruptcy, Mortgages, Constitutional Law, Interpretation of Laws, Rescission, and Cancellation of Contracts, Etc. is according to Jack-of-all-trades modern artist, Victor-Hugo, "a must read."

The outspoken artist, who under the advise of Janet Reno chose to focus his talents on a career outside the legal spectrum, has used his legal background to successfully engage in David v.Goliath style battles against the U.S. government, Fortune 500 Corporations, and now the very law firm hired to protect his First Amendment right to free speech. Victor-Hugo claims to have used Henry Campbell Black's books, to guide him through the legal labarynth of the United States Justice system.

Victor-Hugo says he swears by the Revised Fourth Edition of Black's Law Dictionary and advises every American citizen to purchase a copy. The writer says he uses Black's Law Dictionary as a guide, when writing chapters for his Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law modern art graphic novella.

"defamation is the taking from one's reputation. The offense of injuring a person's character, fame, or reputation by false and malicious statements. The term seems to include both libel and slander. In general, see Shaw Cleaners & Dyers v. Des Moines Dress Club, 215 Iowa, 1130,245 N.W. 231, 86 A.L.R. 839; Snavely v. Booth, 6 W."

"The distinction between "criticism" and "defamation" is that criticism deals only with such things as invite public attention or call for public comment, and does not follow a man into his private life, or pry into his domestic concerns, and it never attacks the individual, but only his work. Victor-Hugo's Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney parody, examines the questionable ethical decisions of attorneys like, Aaron R. Cohen, of the Boca Raton Law Firm of Conde, Cohen, & Associates, who chose to forego the criticism of his private life and domestic concerns, by inviting his client, social satirist, Victor-Hugo, to be both his landlord and boss. The Law Firm of Conde, Cohen & Associates has gone to great lengths to undermine the outspoken activist's attempts to make the litigation vortex public, by reporting on the investigation of Aaron R. Cohen, by the Florida Supreme Court.

Victor-Hugo claims that according to Black's Law Dictionary, the fundamental difference between a right to privacy and a right to freedom from defamation is that the former directly concerns one's own peace of mind whereas the latter concerns primarily one's reputation. MODERN ART AND ANNA NICOLE SMITH UNRAVEL DANGERS OF INCOMPETENT LEGAL COUNSEL

Social satirist, Victor-Hugo's parody of the United States justice system entitled, "Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney", along with the mind numbing trial of Anna Nicole Smith's decomposing corpse, have raised awareness and concern regarding the competency and ethics of attorneys, like Aaron R. Cohen, of Boca Raton Law Firm, Conde, Cohen & Associates, amongst the growing Blogosphere population. The following is a story which highlights the dangers of incompetent legal counsel and the need for video cameras in United States court rooms.

Nationwide awareness of Julie Amero injustice grows

Two weeks ago, I wrote about an outrageous miscarriage of justice here in Connecticut.
In short, Julie Amero, 40, was a substitute teacher in Norwich two years ago. A public computer in the classroom where she was assigned as a substitute teacher one day experienced an endless loop of popup ads, some for porn sites with nude pictures, caused by malware installed on an unprotected system running Windows 98 and an old version of IE. She was a total computer novice who thought clicking the red "X" in the popup window would make the windows go away. Instead, as we all know, it just spawned more popups. The ONLY instruction she was given was to NOT turn off the computer. She was a total computer novice and had no idea what to do aside from clicking the "X" to close the browser window. When she asked other teachers (including the school's computer teacher) they told her it was no big deal, that it happened all the time. She reported the incident to the assistant principal at the end of the day who also said not to worry about it.

Only a handful students even saw the pictures that flashed on the screen. The monitor was turned away from the class.

The Norwich prosecutor convinced the jury that Julie Amero was some kind of sex-crazed pregnant porn-fan who deliberately spent her day as a substitute teacher surfing porn sites in front of students. She had what appears to be well-meaning yet incompetent counsel, someone who was as technology ignorant as she is. The 6-member jury was not allowed to hear most testimony of defense technology experts. Julie now been convicted of four counts of felony injury to a minor and can be sentenced to up to 40 years in prison. Her special education degree is useless. Her life has, quite literally, been destroyed by an overreaction to a handful of adolescents seeing a handful of images of naked people for a few seconds.

I spoke with Julie and her husband Wes a few days ago. They had just been interviewed by an AP reporter and were hopeful that national news about her case would help her gain public support. The AP story hit the wires today. John Christofferson's piece has been picked up by at least two hundred papers around the country and may get TV coverage today. Julie has also been contacted by national TV programs, but has been advised to decline on-camera interviews until after her sentencing in March.

Julie's case really hit home with me, having taught in public schools for nearly a decade. I know that substitute teachers usually get no technology training at all. For the Norwich community to have overreacted so insanely over a handful of 7th graders seeing a few flashes of naked bodies on the screen of a computer that Julie had no responsibility for seems like a cartoonish modern day witch-hunt to me, fed by hysteria over risks to minors from the internet, widespread ignorance about technology, and sensationalism in the media about the handful of women teachers nationally who have been accused or convicted of having sex with students.

I spoke with Julie and Wes Volle, her husband, after I saw that someone had started a blog in her name. Wes and Julie confirmed that this site is legitimate and that they have started a legal defense fund for Julie. I invited Julie and Wes to live-blog with us here at MLN, which they agreed to do soon.

Talking with Julie, I found her version of events to be believable and heartwrenching. She and Wes hope to appeal her conviction, but are struggling just to pay their mortgage with their existing legal bills and Julie unable to work. They've contacted a number of attorneys about the case but have not yet found expert counsel willing to take the case pro bono or at any cost that would be affordable to them. At the end of our hour-long conversation, I attempted to lighten the mood by asking about her baby. After all, I had read in news and blog reports that she was pregnant at the time of the incident, and I assumed her baby would be one of few happy aspects of Julie's life.

Well, I really put my foot in it. Experiencing overwhelming stress after her arrest on felony charges, Julie miscarried. To make this tragedy even worse, Julie had been fighting infertility for years, and after investing thousands of dollars in fertility treatments, this was the only time Julie and Wes had succeeded in conceiving. Two years after losing that much-wanted pregnancy, Julie and Wes can barely afford to keep their home much less pay for fertility treatments. They have given up on their dream of children and are simply hoping to keep Julie out of prison in the short term and clear her record on appeal in the long term.

JUDGE ERIC BELLER RULES AGAINST AARON R. COHEN AND FOR MODERN ART MUSIC MOVEMENT ARTIST

In a desperate attempt to discredit "Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney" author, Victor-Hugo, Aaron R. Cohen entered a verified motion for contempt before Broward County Judge, Eric M. Beller. The serious allegations put forth by Aaron R. Cohen paint the artist and 2008 Presidential Dark Horse,as "outright dishonest". The author of the controversial parody, which exposes the litigation vortex existing in South Florida, was vindicated by the Honorable Judge Beller's order on Aaron R. Cohen's motion for contempt.

In public documents regarding Case No. COCE-06-009166, which served as inspiration for the Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney saga, Aaron R. Cohen alleges that Victor-Hugo;

"was clearly disingenuous, if not outright dishonest."

Aaron R. Cohen goes on to say in his motion that Victor-Hugo's;

"contempt for this Court is blatant and should be met with the severest of sanctions. [The] Plaintiff (Victor-Hugo) obviously has no regard for the authority of this Court's order. [The] Plaintiff (Victor-Hugo) did not passively disregard this Court's order. Rather, he acted willfully in committing an affirmative act, and in so doing has envinced deliberate and contumacious disregard for the order of this Court."

In seeking to enact severe court sanctions against his former client, Aaron R. Cohen recalls the obscure case of Precision Tune Auto Care, Inc. v. Radcliffe, 804 So. 2d 1287,1290 (Fla. 4th DCA,2002) citing Mercer v. Raine, 443 So. 2d 944,945-46 (Fla. 1983)which states:

"A deliberate and contumacious disregard of the court's authority will justify application of this severest of sanctions."

The Motion for Contempt was signed by Aaron R. Cohen and witnessed by Alexander Conde, serving as State of Florida Notary Public, on December 5, 2006.

The astute, Judge Eric Beller, noticed faults in Aaron R. Cohen's motion, writing in his statement of findings;

"Mr. Cohen in his motion set forth facts supporting his claim. However,several relevant factors were omitted."

Based on the discovery of tainted facts presented by Aaron R. Cohen before the Court, Judge Eric Beller ruled, "this court denies the motion for contempt."

Asked to comment on the attempt of his political adversaries to discredit his reputation as a viable candidate for the 2008 United States Presidential election, Victor-Hugo had this to say:

"I feel that Mr. Cohen's efforts indicate the problem which our country has with accountability. I watched Dateline NBC's To Catch A Predator last night and saw over twenty-one male predators each fail to take responsability for their own personal actions. The Flagler Beach Police Department working in conjunction with Perverted Justice and Dateline NBC, caught grown men on film, acquiring three felony counts, including the use of a computer to seduce a minor, yet all those men pulled a Shaggy and claimed, "It wasn't me", when confronted with the evidence.

I can't say I blame Aaron Cohen for instinctively trying to save his reputation but I do believe he is further digging himself a hole by showing the world his incompetence and willingness to forsake the sacred trust which a client expects from his present or prior legal counsel."

Victor-Hugo goes on to compare the relationship of attorney and client to that of a psychologist and patient or priest and Catholic at a confessional booth. He says the story of Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney is aimed at empowering the general public to not allow themselves to be bullied by figures of authority who use their clout to perpetrate injustice.

"I realize a lot of people are not taking me seriously as a Presidential candidate, yet, but I suspect that will change in time. Once more of the media takes an interest in what I have to say, people will realize that my intentions are noble. I am not seeking to run a mudslinging campaign. I respect and honor any and all candidates who are patriotic enough to take on the responsability of being the figurehead for the most powerful country in the world, especially at a time in history when we, as a nation, are most vulnerable.

I have plenty of faults, as a common man, and I am sure that Aaron R. Cohen will not be the first, nor last individual or institution attempting to malign my reputation. Like Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, I have tried marijuana, cocaine, and sipped alcohol. I will not attempt to con the public into believing that I did not inhale, because there exists documented evidence that I was once a judge at the legalized Cannibis Cup in Holland.

There is no evidence that I tried cocaine, but why should I hide that fact from anyone? I was curious and amongst college educated, upstanding members of the community who offered me a bump, so I trusted their better judgment and tried it. I don't do it now, and haven't tried it since.

My point is, rather than following the example of present leadership which condones half truths and distorted facts, why not wipe the slate clean and acknowledge that there is a problem of ethics and morality in this country. Not as an organized religion issue, but rather as an individual issue of personal consciousness and responsability to humankind.

If elected President, I would surround myself with the most influential and brightest people on earth. I would ask Hillary and Bill Clinton to sit down with Al Gore, Barrack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Jimmy Carter, Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, Bono, Sir Bob Geldoff, Arnold Schwartzeneger, George Clooney, Mia Farrow, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, myself and anyone else qualified to deconstruct the facts, so that we can collectively reconstruct our country."

A recent Gallup poll ranking the best American presidents listed, in top five order: Abraham Lincoln, Ronald Reagan, John F. Kennedy, Bill Clinton, and Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Though these leaders shared different political philosophies, they all shared the common traits of being fearless and confident in their own judgement.

"I believe people are looking for courageous leadership in 2008. We are at a point in history when mudslinging and blame are not the answer to the problems which threaten our human existence." Victor-Hugo says. "I would ask Al Gore to be my running mate, so that between the two of us, we can show the world that the United States is ready to take on the challenges of global warming and education. I believe these are nonpartison issues which can unite the people of the world in working towards a common goal. The goal being, a safer future for the children of the world."

ANNA NICOLE SMITH AND VICTOR-HUGO EXPOSE LITIGATION VORTEX

The trial of deceased celebrity, Anna Nicole Smith and the controversial artwork of 2008 Latino Presidential Candidate, Victor-Hugo have helped the worldwide media expose the litigation vortex which corrupts the United States Justice system. The court room circus, presided over by Judge Larry Seidlin, has brought the modern artwork of Victor-Hugo to the global media's attention. The New York born, Naval Academy educated, entrepreneur's, Law and Justice in the United States Series, highlights the litigation vortex which allows a questionable form of justice to exist in Florida and a handful of other states in the U.S.

In his parody of the legal system, Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney, Victor-Hugo investigates the curious fact that three seperate branches of government do not exist to protect Florida citizens from any conflict of interest. The Florida Bar is integrated with the Florida Supreme Court, which is not illegal, but author Victor-Hugo notes "certainly questionable and the U.S. media should put pressure on government to have this little known discrepency rectified."

Victor-Hugo says the problem with not having three seperate branches of government supervising the legal system is that it allows the opportunity for injustice. "In a state where the death penalty is legal, I can't believe the mainstream media has not bothered to investigate this issue."

Normally, there are three seperate branches of government which serve as a check and balance system to protect the rights of United States Citizens:
1. Executive Administration
2. Judicial
3. Legislative

Victor-Hugo claims he is "Amicus Curaiae", Latin for, "friend of the court". He claims his Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney parody actually originated from when his Jewish attorney, Aaron R. Cohen, stated ""You wanna hire me to evict Crackhead Jesus? Do you realize I'm Jewish?"

The minority owned firm of Fenix Marketing Media is slowly rolling out the words, "You wanna hire me to evict Crackhead Jesus? Do you realize I'm Jewish?" as part of its controversial marketing campaign for the upcoming release of additional chapters to Victor-Hugo's popular internet graphic novela entitled, Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law. The quirky, sleeper-Blog molds dark humor with current events and a modern soundtrack of new and classic musical talent. The mixed mediums combine to tell the story of a modern artist who has labeled himself, "The Voice of the Lied To Generation".

Internet sociologists have noted that this is the first time in history, that a worldwide internet audience, has been able to participate in the growth of a rising contemporary artist. The arguably politically incorrect story of Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney has become a "Blog Junkie" favorite. Fans of Pink Floyd have begun "scrolling the blog" to Victor-Hugo's interactive tale, along with the classic rock favorite, Dark Side of the Moon. Amongst the growing community of individuals who get their news from internet Bloggers, Victor-Hugo's web site is a daily favorite. Victor-Hugo says he is not surprised that his young web site has managed to creep its way into the psyche of thousands of individuals around the world. "We are living in the Golden Age of Wireless. People are just getting evolutionarily smarter. The gig is up for those who feel everyone is too stupid to see the forest through the trees."

Though people may not always agree with the outspoken artist's points of view, many individuals seem to appreciate his witty, often racy, perspective on local and world events. The artist, who has proclaimed himself an "outspoken hypocrite", uses his modern artwork to point out polically incorrect facts and allegations, about nations, races, religions, and leaders.

The fiery artist, which some art critics and politicians are calling, "The Lied To Generations Leonardo DaVinci", says he does not feel comfortable with the moniker some have given him as a "modern day Renaissance Man", because of his multiple talents as a military leader, entrepreneur, corporate manager, film maker, artist, writer, and social satirist .

"I had to teach myself how to paint because I was threatened with censorship. Apparently, some didn't want others to read what I was writing. I can assure anyone who tries to compare me to Leonardo DaVinci, that I am not that, I'm just a guy who had no choice but to paint what I was seeing around me, in the hopes that future generations would listen, by seeing into the past."

"My parody is not intended to offend any religious institution but rather, intended to raise awareness about problems within the legal system, which are being brought to light by the Anna Nicole Smith trial.

"First of all, I was raised Roman Catholic, though now I consider myself Agnostic, and to say that I am offending Jews, is ridiculous and unfounded. I have many good humored Jewish friends who consider themselves HinJews, BuJews, Jubans, or Jewish Swami's. This is a different day and age of cultural enlightenment. Being Jewish or Catholic does not have to mean being an extremist without a sense of humor or common dignity and sense."

In conducting research for his Law and Justice in the Unted States Series, modern artist, Victor-Hugo has interviewed a slew of retired judges, current judges, attorneys (both retired and practicing), court reporters, bailiffs, convicted criminals, and police officers. He says he hopes that he can use his findings, to help everyday people, like himself, to better understand the dangers which exist within the current American legal system.

"One Judge told me about the frightening United States justice principle which exists, and hasn't been talked about much until the Anna Nicole Smith case. He said, remember, Victor, a judge is not your friend, he is your enemy. He advised everyone to always seek a trial by jury because as he put it, not only is the judge your enemy and the opposing counsel's attorney your enemy, but the biggest enemy you have in court is your own attorney."

Victor-Hugo claims to have learned about what is known as Bar Gangster's who predetermine the outcome of cases, based not on justice, but on how much money each party will win and which law firms reputation will be benefitted. One retired judge said that "unfortunately, the Florida Justice system" was not unlike "professional wrestling in the U.S".

Victor-Hugo says blacks and other minorities he interviewed for his Law and Justice Series in the Unted States, shared the retired Judge's opinion. Demands for jury trial are sometimes not granted to self represented clients, which is a violation of the 7th Amendment Constitutional Right to trial by Jury. Some legal experts speculate this is because people are misinformed and uneducated about the legal system.

Victor-Hugo claims he was misrepresented by his attorney, Aaron R. Cohen in his case against Thomas and Cheryl Rogers. "Not enough people dare to sue their attorney's for fraud and malpractice." Victor-Hugo says. "What people don't realize is that attorneys are human and make mistakes, just like doctors and presidents. I strongly believe that video cameras should be placed in courtrooms so that people can see for themselves what attorneys and judges are up to in our courts of law, just like in the Anna Nicole Smith case. I believe this mandatory innovation will protect the sanctity of the United States Justice system and protect U.S. citizens against needless, unchecked corruption."

Victor-Hugo advises the media or anyone interested in exploring the litigation vortex to examine case # 3DC-06-266 or LT Case # 03-10492-CA6. He says he chose this seemingly innocuos case, because it exemplifies the curious corruption which exists in the system. The cases show how a self represented Jewish man, Richard Freiberg, Apellant, is attempting to fight the very system which is parodied in Victor-Hugo's tale of Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney.

VICTOR-HUGO'S MALE-FEMINIST PIECE, THE BLEEDING WOMAN, REVISITED

This piece was created during a point in the artist’s life when he was caught in the love triangle of 3 women. Mixed emotions of confusion, power, and despair abound in this trilogy, or trinity series, for the artist envisioned this as a religious metaphysical piece.

It is left ambiguous whether the young woman in the piece is feeling passion or pain, perhaps both, as she contemplates her finite existence and the choices she must make or has made throughout.

What is certain is the look of shock and frightened reality, that emits from the bulging eyes of the same woman, now old, haggard, and staring into the eyes of her inevitable finality, on her deathbed. The artist tries to capture the look of a dying woman contemplating her existence, as Life flashes before her eyes.

The dove, which outlines the old woman’s tangled white hair, flows into the silhouette of a man peering down the young woman’s throat, symbolizing God staring into the bleeding woman’s soul in judgment of her life course.

The strong tree bark, which has its roots in the chaotic bulging eyes of the old woman, forms the stoic outline of the empowered young woman’s chin. The artist alludes to the evolutionary instincts born from the chaos which brews within the human spirit and mother earth and the lessons learned through time which provide the stoic empowerment of youth, beauty, and rebirth.

The dove also harbors the symbol of reincarnation, for within it lays the phoenix rising out of the old woman’s ashes.

NY Artist Victor-Hugo to Run for President

NEW YORK, Feb. 7, 2007—Controversial Latino modern artist Victor-Hugo Vaca II, a native of Queens, N.Y., announced today his plans to pursue a spot on the 2008 presidential electoral ballot, taking on frontrunners Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

The artist said in a public statement that he will try to run for president while he continues to research his “Law and Justice in the United States” series of works.

The point of running for office, he explained, would be to educate his fans on the difficulty or ease with which a native-born American citizen can run for “the most powerful position in the world.”

He added that he hopes the investigation and his bid for the presidency inspires the “lied-to generation” to get more involved with politics and heed the warnings in Al Gore’s film, An Inconvenient Truth.

BILL MAHER AGREES WITH VICTOR-HUGO ON HBO'S REAL TIME SAYING U.S. COURT SYSTEM SHOULD BE MONITORED

The author of the controversial parody, Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney, says he feels vindicated by the fact that the worldwide media attention is now focusing on issues he has been trying to highlight, on his syndicated website and Blog, concerning the circus like atmosphere of the South Florida Justice system, thanks to the Anna Nicole Smith trial. When the host of HBO's Real Time With Bill Maher announced that he believed courtrooms should be examined by the American public, the year long struggle of modern artist, Victor-Hugo, to seek positive reforms in the American justice system seemed one step closer to becoming a reality.

Asked to comment on the success of his unique approach to raising awareness in the general public through the use of modern art and music, Victor-Hugo had this to say,

"It is tragic that it took the untimely death of Anna Nicole Smith to make the media and public realize that video cameras should be placed in courtrooms to protect the sancity of American citizens rights. Unfortunately, thanks to a corporate CEO who went off the deep end and started doing crack, I came to realize that there is a huge difference between justice and the law in the United States."

Victor-Hugo and other witnesses, present at the trial of defunct Fort Lauderdale CEO, Thomas Rogers and his wife Cheryl Rogers, before Judge Eric Beller (Case # COCE-06-009166)have stated that the proceedings were treated like a joke, rather than as a serious issue. The failure of attorney, Aaron R. Cohen, to provide a court reporter for recording the event, left no documented proof of the bizarre events which transpired in the same Broward County Courthouse, where Anna Nicole Smith's trial is taking place.

Several mistakes on the part of Victor-Hugo's attorney, Aaron R. Cohen, are currently being investigated by the Florida Bar Association and the Florida Supreme Court. Victor-Hugo believes, the fact that Aaron R. Cohen was attempting to barter legal services for housing, was a conflict of interest. The fact that the housing being provided, was the housing Aaron R. Cohen was representing in the case before Judge Eric Beller, against Thomas and Cheryl Rogers, makes the situation even more compelling.

What the Florida Supreme Court is trying to ascertain, is whether it is a conflict of interest for an attorney to reside in the property he was hired to evict tenants from during a trial seeking damages on the property. Legal experts feel this is a no brainer, and wonder why it has taken so long for the courts to rule on this issue.

"I realized their was a serious problem with the justice system, when the Roger's attorney, Mark Feldstein, won Judge Beller over, with a closing argument that had everyone in the courtroom rolling their eyes. His rant went on an on, but failed to mention the fact that his client, Thomas Rogers, had a long criminal record and had failed to pay rent for months. Aaron Cohen didn't help matters by being woefully unprepared and tongue tied, but Judge Eric Beller, should have been able to see what everyone else in that courtroom saw. Which, was that the Roger's attorney was clutching at straws and lying to protect his clients.

I believe a video record of the proceedings, would have forced Mark Feldstein to have chosen his words more carefully under penalty of perjury. As it stands, there is no record of the events. So, as a warning to the media and hard working American citizens and honest lawyers and judges, I decided to write the story of Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney, as a means of raising awareness in parody form, of the real dangers which exist in the decline of the American Justice system.

Because my attorney was too inexperienced to realize that a court reporter should always be present to document the proceedings before any Judge, no matter how small, there is no record of the proceedings, which makes it nearly impossible to challenge Judge Beller's verdict with an appeal. Having studied to be an attorney myself, I have come to realize that courtrooms are less about seeking justice for the client and more about lining a lawyer's pockets, unfortunately.

Unlike any other profession, that I know of, lawyers can bill an infinite amount of hours to a client, without any guarantee of services rendered. The media should conduct a forensic analyisis of hours billed by attorneys. I have been, and in so doing, I have noticed that attorneys are legally stealing money from clients by inflating their bills. Since when is it legal for an attorney to charge fifteen minutes for sending a one page fax?

Aaron R. Cohen, who claimed to be an expert at padding a legal bill, showed me some of the tricks attorneys use to overcharge their clients. I am presently dealing with an inflated billing case against Fort Lauderdale attorney, Mark Gaeta, before Judge Simon, in Miami. Mark Gaeta, is attempting to convince the court that his over inflated bill is justified. The media is more than welcome to join me in that courtroom, as I represent myself, should they want to see another three ring courtroom circus in action."

Victor-Hugo says he always brings a court reporter with him whenever he plays attorney. He does not recommend everyone attempt to tackle the United States legal system, but does acknowledge that it is not impossible to represent oneself in court.

"If you are dealing with a real estate agent or broker they don't get paid until the closing is finalized and job is successfully completed. An attorney, on the other hand, gets paid regardless of the outcome of the trial. There is no incentive for performance. JUDGE LARRY SEIDLIN'S TEARFUL ANNA NICOLE SMITH VERDICT SCREAMS IN A NEW CHAPTER IN THE STORY OF CRACKHEAD JESUS AND THE JEWISH ATTORNEY

Legal observers and bloggers shocked by the lack of professionalism displayed in a Broward County courtroom, can rejoice in the release of another chapter in modern artist, Victor-Hugo's censored, Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law. The chapter, entitled, Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney, is slowly being rolled out over the internet. To avoid threatened legal action, ironically, by the very law firm hired by the controversial author, to protect his First Amendment rights, Victor-Hugo has had to tread lightly in his presentation of this parody, based on the hijinx of the ill perceived South Florida Justice system.

After Judge Larry Seidlin lost all composure in his courtroom and delivered his sobbing verdict to the world media, Victor-Hugo decided the timing was right for him to release, The Modern Scream. The author claims this is another clue for the thousands of fans around the world trying to make sense of his interactive modern art graphic novella.

THE MODERN SCREAM

On the day of reckoning, the New World Order met in closed chambers in an office building just outside Berlin. While the eyes of the world converged upon the trials and tribulations of two men and a grieving mother in a Fort Lauderdale courthouse, a small group of strangers came together inside of a small church in Lucerne, Switzerland. Victor-Hugo, Sarah Silverman, and ten others, whose names would be made known soon, discussed the fate of the world and the rapidly approaching apocalypse.

Before arriving at the church, Victor-Hugo and his muse had traveled on a busy street of cars, moving, without drivers, past stunned pedestrians. They rode in a black, soft-top, Jeep Wrangler, which was stripped of its side panel windows, by a trio of young gypsies, at gunpoint, just a few minutes earlier.

A young girl, no more than five years old, her face covered in dirt and grime, pointed a gun at Victor-Hugo as he drove down an isolated road. She demanded he stop and step out of the vehicle. The young girl's brother's tore off the side panel windows of the Jeep, as Victor-Hugo and his muse were held at gunpoint.

"Why are you doing this?" Victor-Hugo asked.

"We just want what's in the windows." The girl answered, with a smile, in a soft Swiss accent.

Before he could ask, "What's in the windows?", a spark of light arose from within the dust of the plastic veneer. The shimmering light, hovered like Tinkerbell in the Walt Disney classic, Peter Pan, then slowly fluttered up into the cold grey sky. The children laughed, cheered, then ran away out of sight.

Inside the old church, the group of faces seemed familiar to Victor-Hugo, but only in the way one would recognize, but not recall, the names of D-List celebrities. The strange meeting was brief. Assignments were given individually, in a whisper, by a priest, in a black robe and the group was dismissed.

Before leaving, Sarah Silverman embraced Victor-Hugo and whispered softly in his ear, "Would you like to get together in my place?"

Victor-Hugo, looking surprised, held her closely and whispered back, "I thought you were with that guy from the Man Show?"

"I was just testing you." She answered.

Victor-Hugo turned to look for his muse, as Sarah Silverman walked out of the church, but she was nowhere to be seen. Instinct told him neither woman would be found again until they were ready to reappear in his life. He walked out of the church and into the twilight. He roamed the ancient streets of the city, nestled within the Alps, and watched as cars without drivers menaced pedestrians.

The fact that none of these bizarre incidents were being documented by the media for broadcast, made the situation seem more surreal. The looks of disbelief and fear on the faces of those who witnessed the strange phenomenon, taking place outside the scope of the media's eye, reminded Victor-Hugo of the looks on those who first witnessed the Twin Tower attacks on 9/11.

Alone and confused, Victor-Hugo made his way through the eerie streets, uncertain of what his purpose was at the meeting or how he got there. Meanwhile, in Germany, the meeting of the New World Order came to an end. Their direction and message was clear, concise, and calculated. Soon, it would be time for the witness to speak.

MARKETING OF PEACE DOCUMENTARY VISITS ANNA NICOLE SMITH CIRCUS AT BROWARD COUNTY COURTHOUSE

Modern artist, Victor-Hugo, visited the Broward County Courthouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to film portions of his documentary entitled, The Marketing of Peace. While the fate of decomposing Anna Nicole Smith was being argued before Judge Larry Seidlin, Victor-Hugo and his production crew captured unedited and uncensored images of the media creating a circus of events, without global impact or social significance. Every major United States media outlet was present. Asked to comment on his observations, the film maker had this to say:

"The foreign press was not showing much of an interest in this case. I did not see any media crews from Asia, Australia, or much of Europe or South and Central America at the Broward County Courthouse, today. I believe, this is arguably because, essentially it's an American made story. Much like the convoluted story created by the United States media to force our troops into war, Judge Larry Seidlin and Howard K.Stern are being used as a distraction from the real issues which plague and threaten mankind's existence.

All the news crews I interviewed outside the Broward County Courthouse, admitted they were embarrassed by the whole thing, but they were just doing their job. The producers were inside the courthouse. Meanwhile, the P.A.'s and cameramen sat around outside the courthouse talking about the circus atmosphere, which has compromised the credibility of the United States press.

After interviewing the media,it became clear to me, that what was going on inside and outside Judge Larry Seidlin's courtroom was an overhyped example of how the media controls the public's perception of reality. Look at what happened with John Mark Karr and the JonBenet Ramsey circus. "

"Legal observers and bloggers are shocked by Judge Larry Seidlin and the circus-like proceedings that have been publicly exposed in the Broward County Justice system. But, anyone following the year-old story of Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney, should not be surprised. Most legal experts know that something is not right in Broward and Dade County with regards to how justice is being doled and court proceedings are being conducted." Victor-Hugo points out the investigation into the Boca Raton law firm of Alexander Conde and Aaron R. Cohen as an example. "The accusations of allegedly placing important, high profile clients in situations of grave conflicts of interest, are obvious to many legal experts, yet it seems to have truly confounded the Florida Bar Association in charge of this investigation."

Victor-Hugo says his documentary film will show how staged the news reports really are, from the reporter standing on a box to appear taller, to the beautiful female reporter primping herself after reporting about Anna Nicole Smith's rapidly decomposing corpse, Victor-Hugo's Michael Moore style, shoestring budget documentary, will show the public how the media can market just about anything.

"When Anna Nicole Smith first died, the media called her a slut and hussy. Now that she is a ratings godsend, the media is calling her a timeless beauty. The point of my movie is to show people that if those in power really wanted to market the concept of peace, rather than perpetuating the negativity which is constantly broadcast on twenty-four hour cable news networks, the concept of peace could truly be achieved as a norm, rather than an idealistic fantasy. That's not to say that we would be living in a perfect world, just a world where the bickering over a dead woman's body, does not take precedence over the issues affecting the global population, like global warming."

THE STORY OF THE 3 SOLDIERS

The Three Soldiers Oil on Canvas painting, featured in the Freedom of Speech series is also part of modern artist, Victor-Hugo's DNA Signature Series. To prevent unauthorized reproductions of his artwork, the controversial artist claims to have mixed his own sperm in with the paint used to create this travelling art piece. The Three Soldiers has come to represent the conflict and conflicting emotions over the War in Iraq. The top portion represents the Soldiers from the three countries involved in the political war, and the three soldiers representing each faction involved in the civil war: Sunni, Shiite, and Muslim. The bottom portion of the painting, which was censored for it's depiction of the "huddled masses yearning to be free", survived an unsolved invasion of the artist's studio.

This controversial political piece caused quite an uproar, during the Interactive Hurricane Wilma Disaster Art Exhibit, held the week of Art Basel Miami 2005. Inspired by the ridiculous events surrounding the supposed War On Terrorism in Iraq, this painting highlights the Three Soldiers embroiled in this dramatic Crusade, or Fight for Freedom, or whatever The Commander in Chief decides to label the Search for Weapons of Mass Destruction.

Below the looming American, Afghani, and Iraqi soldiers lay the true victims of this senseless war, the huddled masses of this world, suffering human indignities while the modern world turns a blind eye to watch the ludicrous political soap opera unfolding on the global stage.

This painting not only suffered damage from the wrath of Hurricane Wilma, but also sustained harm from political forces seeking to censor Victor-Hugo’s solo exhibit, along with this particular work of art. Blatant negligence on the part of the developer led to a senseless act of theft, desecration, and violation of free speech which forced a continuing police investigation spearheaded by North Bay Village Police Chief Israel and Detective Molina to be conducted.

Some question why the two police officers called to the scene of the crime did not take any fingerprints. Others question why anyone would want to steal newspaper articles from The Miami Herald, The Record (Bergen County, NJ) 2/22/99, 3/26/99 , Asbury Park Press 7/28/2000, The Philadelphia Inquirer 9/29/98, 9/24/99 . The articles shared a common thread, the names of the developers who had publicly threatened the artist and his family for bringing too much media attention to the scandal ridden building in the days and months following Hurricane Wilma.

The robbery was not a forced entry. A key, supplied by James Edwards to contractors provided access for the theft to take place. The developer stated that an “Emergency” within the Artists unit, required immediate attention.

Demolition of the existing wall separating Victor-Hugo’s unit from that of his young, female, neighbors' was ordered by the Developer. The entire wall was violently torn down, and the debris was maliciously thrown on top of the artist’s works of art, destroying a large portion of Victor-Hugo’s solo exhibit. Despite inquiries put forth for the developer to provide written clarification of the alleged “Emergency”, justification has yet been presented. Neither James Edwards, nor his father, Dr. Charles Edwards has explained why The Wall inside Victor-Hugo’s studio had to be torn down with such immediacy.

The suspicious violation of free expression occurred the day after Victor-Hugo’s controversial solo exhibit premiered to V.I.P. guests. No rationalization as to why, several weeks after the authorized devastation occurred, no wall was constructed to provide a safe, private, comfortable haven for either victim. Imagine being forced into a roommate situation with a person you’ve never met before, and knew nothing about, simply because someone with nepotistic authority deemed it a necessary inconvenience. It is still a mystery what possible Emergency the developer could use to validate such a gross violation of human dignity and artistic expression.

Victor-Hugo’s solo exhibit which ran concurrently with Miami Art Basel was temporarily shut down. With the help of fans, art lovers, and the support of those who followed the media’s coverage of the event and donated efforts because, as one volunteer put it, “I just can't stand corporate bully’s who try to censor struggling artists.” The exhibit was restored and rescheduled to run from January 6-9, 2006 concurrently with the Contemporary Arts Festival in Miami Beach. The Miami Herald featured five of Victor-Hugo’s contentious art pieces in an article about the artist’s plight, more than any single artist represented by Art Basel at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

This unprecedented feat by an independent artist not directly affiliated or represented by any gallery has led to invitations for participation in exhibits and auctions throughout the country and abroad.

MODERN ART MUSIC MOVEMENT (MAMM) FOUNDER RESPONDS TO PINK FLOYD DARK SIDE OF THE MOON RUMORS.

After the February 4, 2007 BLARTICLE entitled, "SCROLLING THE BLOG: PINK FLOYD'S DARK SIDE OF THE MOON AND VICTOR-HUGO'S BEAUTIFUL CHAOS", the Modern Art Music Movement (MAMM) received a large number of reports from visitors claiming a surprising correlation between the jazz, rock, and blues classic and the modern artist's uniquely interactive internet novel entitled "Capicua 3-1-3:The Long Arm of the Law". Modern Art Music Movement (MAMM) founder and peace activist, Victor-Hugo answered inquiries into the persistent rumour that Pink Floyd's, Dark Side of The Moon was intentionally intended to serve as a significant companion to his diary on canvas of world events.

"I'm flattered that anyone would think that, because I do believe Pink Floyd are one of the best, most influential artists of our time. The Dark Side of the Moon had a long steady run on the album charts. The brilliance Mason, Gilmour, Waters, and Wright transferred onto record for future generations to enjoy is obviously influencing the Lied To Generation. The album's appeal, was and is, universal and I'm just happy to see that the Capicua 3-1-3 tale is appealing to that sort of intellectual, open-minded audience as well."

Fans of both Dark Side of the Moon and Capicua 3-1-3 have reported striking audio/visual coincidences, which help to catapult the story being told by the Victor Hugo of the Lied To Generation. "Whenever, I meet someone, they automatically ask if I wrote the Broadway hit or the Walt Disney classic." Victor-Hugo says, after being asked to comment on the coincidence of his sharing the same name as the famous revolutionary French author of Les Miserables and The Hunchback of Notre Dame. "It's interesting how few people in the United States even realize how heavy Victor Hugo's writings really were. Most Americans equate Victor Hugo with musicals and cartoons, go figure."

Asked to comment on which of the reported inferences between the Dark Side of the Moon and The Long Arm of the Law he finds most interesting, Victor-Hugo said, "Supposedly, three minutes and thirty four seconds into the fourth song on the Pink Floyd album, the scroller will see a Capicua 3-1-3 "clue", which corresponds to the barely audible, whispered words of the shrieking woman in Time. That one is actually pretty creepy."

Fans also note the scrolling of Capicua 3-1-3 and Dark Side of the Moon are particularly in synch throughout The Great Gig In The Sky and Money. " I suppose people can find anything they want in something. After 9/11, people found the Great White Hope in President George W. Bush, now, those same people vilify him." The modern artist says. "To me, Pink Floyd's album told a story and I suppose Capicua 3-1-3 tells a similar story, so I can see how the two mediums fit to make a whole."

VICTOR HUGO GALLERY CELEBRATES THE CHINESE NEW YEAR, 4705, THE YEAR OF THE PIG

The Chinese year 4705 began on Feb. 18, 2007. Chinese months are based on the lunar calendar, with each month beginning on the darkest day. New Year festivities start on the first day of the month and continue until the fifteenth, when the moon is brightest. The Chinese often take weeks of holiday from work to prepare for and celebrate the New Year.

This Chinese new year is the year of the pig. According to legend, Buddha asked all animals to meet him on Chinese New Year. When only twelve showed up, Buddha decided to name a year after each one. He announced that people born in each animal's year, would have some of that animal's personality. Those born in pig years tend to have excellent manners, make and keep friends, work very hard, and appreciate luxury. Characteristically, they are very loving and make loyal partners.

In the United States, the years are dated from the birth of Jesus Christ, for example, 2007 means 2007 years after the birth of Christ. This represents a linear perception of time, with time proceeding in a straight line from the past to the present and the future. In traditional China, dating methods were cyclical, cyclical meaning something that is repeated time after time according to a pattern. A popular folk method which reflected this cyclical method of recording years are the Twelve Animal Signs. Every year is assigned an animal name or "sign" according to a repeating cycle: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Boar. Thus, every twelve years the same animal name or "sign" reappears.

The Pig is the most generous and honorable sign in the Chinese zodiac. Pigs are said to have manners, class and respect for others. The Pig also has extravagant and exotic tastes. If you are a pig, others will seek and value your friendship. You will have more friends than you know what to do with. People view pigs as peaceful, freedom loving and harmonious. Pigs have talent with music and could be famous through creative endeavors. Pigs desire a high society lifestyle insisting that you must have the best of everything and you won’t take no for an answer. Food, wine and sex get you going in the right direction. Pigs are intelligent but watch out for a tendency to be misunderstood. Pigs despise dishonesty and hypocrisy. Pigs are great lovers and tend to put their lover on a pedestal. Pigs tend to see relationships as how they want them to be, rather than how they actually are. A pigs warm heart and love of family makes a pig an excellent spouse. Pigs tend to attract a specific type repeatedly in romance.

Social satirist, Victor-Hugo, was asked to comment on whether the identiy of the influential cross dressing judge he claims to have met at a private fetish party, mentioned in the February 18, 2007 www.victorhugogallery.com Blog entry, is actually presiding, Anna Nicole Smith case, Judge Larry Seidlin, Victor-Hugo had this to say:

"Out of respect for the individuals I met at the party and all those in the fetish and swinger community that I have befriended, I will not disclose the identity of the Judge. Anyone who thinks the Judge I interviewed at a private fetish party, as part of the Law and Justice in the United States series, is Judge Larry Seidlin should realize that Judge Larry Seidlin is not a criminal judge, but a Florida probate judge and therefore, does not preside over murder cases or death sentencing procedures. That is not to say that Judge Larry Seidlin does not have his own issues of personal conflict and his own unique ways of dealing with those issues. The outcome of this case will determine whether it is a conflict of interest, or ethical and proper for an attorney to reside in his clients property while representing his client. Stern, Krista Barth, decided to take residence in the Bahama's property owned by Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K.Stern, while arguing the case in front of Judge Larry Seidlin. Some legal experts believe this would be a conflict of interest which could negatively affect the outcome of the hearing for her client.

Meanwhile, soon to be retiring, Judge Stuart M. Simons, is presiding over Case #: 06-04367 CA 01 which could possibly set a legal precedent for financially strapped homeowners to use bank fraud and IRS tax evasion as a legal means for avoiding foreclosure. THE VICTOR-HUGO GALLERY HONORS 43RD PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, GEORGE W. BUSH, FOR PRESIDENTS DAY

George W. Bush was first elected in 2000, following one of the closest and most controversial presidential elections in U.S. history. Modern artist Victor-Hugo celebrates the honorable George W. Bush, for being a role model to all pot smoking and cocaine using Americans with DUI's, who think that having average grades and a documented record of running businesses into the ground, disqualifies someone from becoming a United States President. George W. Bush exemplifies the proverbial American dream of manipulating the land of opportunity for all it is worth. In the words of boxing promoter, Don King, "Only in America". Indeed.

In May 1968, at the height of the Vietnam War, George W. Bush was accepted into the Texas Air National Guard. After training, he was assigned to duty in Houston, flying Convair F-102s out of Ellington Air Force Base. Bush has been criticized over the fact that he failed to serve in field combat during the Vietnam War and was favorably treated due to his father's political standing. George W. Bush is also criticized for sending thousands of troops to die in an "illegal war" when his own military record was marred by documented irregular attendance. In 1972, George W. Bush took a transfer to the Alabama Air National Guard to work on a Republican senate campaign. In 1974 George W. Bush obtained permission to end his six-year service obligation six months early to attend Harvard Business School. Somehow, George W. Bush received an honorable discharge.

Numerous accounts of substance abuse and otherwise disorderly conduct by George W. Bush never prevented him from becoming the leader of the most powerful country in the world. George W. Bush has admitted to drinking "too much" and described his life as "nomadic" periods of "irresponsible youth". On September 4, 1976, at the age of 30, Bush was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol near his family's summer home in Kennebunkport, Maine. He pleaded guilty, was fined $150, and had his driver's license suspended until 1978 in Maine.

2008, Republican Presidential Candidate, Victor-Hugo, says his past seems downright angelic in comparison to the sordid reputation of the present two term President, George W. Bush. Bush has received heavy criticism for his handling of the Iraq War recently, as well as his response to Hurricane Katrina, the Abu Ghraib torture and prisoner abuse scandal, NSA warrantless surveillance, and Guantanamo Bay detention camp controversies. Critics of George W. Bush have also decried his frequent use of signing statements, contending that they are unconstitutional.

As of February 11, 2007, an average of major polls indicated that Bush's approval rating stood at 34.8%. A poll taken in mid-September 2006 found that 48 percent of Americans believed the war with Iraq had made the U.S. less safe, while 41 percent believed the war had made the U.S. safer from terrorism. Another poll showed that a majority of Americans, by a margin of 61 to 35 percent, believed that the United States was not better off because of Bush's policies.

A 2006, AP-AOL News telephone poll of 1,004 adults found President George W. Bush to be both the top villain and hero of the year. George W. Bush received 25%, followed in the villain poll by Osama bin Laden at 8%, Saddam Hussein at 6% and Iran's president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad with 5%.

MAMM SALUTES WARREN BUFFETT FOR SHOWING THE WORLD THAT BEING RICH DOES NOT EQUATE TO BEING GREEDY

The Modern Art Music Movement(MAMM) artists salute Warren Buffett for showing the world that not all rich people are greedy and selfish. Warren Buffett's $43.6 billion charitable pledge in 2006 will create opportunity for the Lied To Generation. Buffett's philanthropic act, nearly equals the total donations recorded in the SLATE 60 for charitable donations made in the United States over the past six years combined, which equals $44.9 billion.

Gifts on the 2006 SLATE list total a record $50.5 billion, with $43.6 billion in pledges and just under $7 billion in paid gifts. To appear on the SLATE list, donors had to donate at least $30 million to their favorite charity or causes.

$36.1 billion of Warren Buffett's donation will go to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the nation's largest private charity. Some, including Modern Artist/peace activist, Victor-Hugo, are calling this a new "golden age" of philanthropy. Warren Buffett's generous act hearkens back to the charitable work of the Rockefellers, Carnegies, and Mellons in the early 20th century.

HAS ANYONE SEEN OSAMA BIN LADEN OR AMERICAN EFFICIENCY LATELY?

The terrorists of the world are passively observing that the once mighty United States of America, once renowned and respected as a model of efficiency and intellect, has dwindled down to becoming a parody of itself thanks to grossly inneffective leadership. Al Qaida, male terrorists, real estate developer terrorists, and legal terrorists are observing the following activities taking place within the United States:

1. Billions of dollars and thousands of lives have been lost following 9/11, in a failed attempt to locate the supposed mastermind behind several U.S. terrorist attacks against the United States including the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center in Manhattan, N.Y. and the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.

2. For sake of supposedly finding the man at the top of the F.B.I.'s most wanted list, American civil liberties have been sacrificed.

3. To finance the finding of one man, in a supposed war on terrorism, American interests and real estate are being sold to foreign investors and nations like communist China and Saudi Arabia, the home of most of the 9/11 terrorists.

4. The real estate market continues its' skid, thanks in part to developers who manage to skimp on quality and safety, right under the nose of government agencies created to protect the American homeowner.

5. Case in point, with Hurricane season rapidly approaching, the brilliant father and son development team of Dr. Charles Edwards and James Edwards of First Equitable Realty III, have managed to circumvent the law, by installing non-code compliant windows in a Miami high rise building, after Hurricane Wilma. Developers seeking to save thousands are encouraged to take note of this truism. Apparently, not all buildings in the blossoming South Florida housing market, need to meet current safety standards and code regulations.

Dr. Charles Edwards, in an exclusive interview with Modern Artist/Blogger, Victor-Hugo, noted that it is cheaper to pay fines, penalties, and attorneys, than it is to comply with government safety standards. It can vary based on where exactly a resident lives on the three-island Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway community.

Officially the municipality has come a long way since images of its devastation came to represent Wilma’s fury in media coverage. So says Building Official Paul Goia.

“Probably about 75 percent of roofs are back the way they should be,” Goia said. “Ninety percent of seawalls probably are, but only about two percent of docks. We are in pretty good shape. There were a lot of loose ceiling tiles and we cited [property owners] to have them removed. I think we are way ahead of where we thought we would be.”

Last year, North Bay Village was the municipal poster child for hurricane-ravaged South Florida. Houseboats harbored on the west side of the island – which for years had helped define the community – were destroyed; marinas crushed; seawalls crumbled; and roofs and entire sections of homes and buildings demolished.

It was enough to drive Adam Linton away from the apartment he had called home for several years.

“My building did not get the worst of it, but it was still a mess afterward and it took a few months to get everything repaired,” said Linton, who moved during the winter from North Bay Village to Miami Shores. “The town was a total mess. I can’t imagine being there when and if another storm strikes. I like North Bay Village. But with there still being damage and with all the construction underway, it just doesn’t seem like a safe place to be.”

Linton described a disturbing post-Wilma scene in North Bay Village.

“Some buildings were really decimated and you couldn’t help but be glad it wasn’t you, but you also have to wonder if next time it will be,” Linton said.

Goia said he would like all repairs to have been completed or underway.

“I’d like everything done but that isn’t realistic,” Goia said. “Some people can’t get it done. A lot of people have been ripped off by roofers.”

Goia said he is working with Miami-Dade County officials to monitor North Bay Village’s residual share of the estimated 17,000 buildings in the county that lost all or partial roofs.

“I feel pretty good about North Bay Village,” Goia said.

City Manager Charity Good did not respond to a request for comment.

Resident Marco Velasco said that while his apartment building took “considerable” damage from Hurricane Wilma, most repairs have been completed and he feels no differently headed into hurricane season than in years past.

“Hey, I would have liked things to get fixed quicker, but it was a big mess all over and they did get things done here and around town,” Velasco said. “You live here … and things like this will happen. You can’t overreact. Considering how much [refuse] was blown all over the town and the trees down and the damaged buildings, I think it looks pretty good.”

However, some residents of one of the existing condominium buildings in North Bay Village, Grand View Palace, feel considerably less safe.

“I can’t say about the town. But as far as this building goes, unfortunately I think there is a false sense of security,” said Grand View Palace resident Victor-Hugo Vaca. “Right now the major things are the windows and the fire sprinkler system.”

Grand View was hit hard by Wilma, particularly condo units facing east, where not only were windows shattered but walls were torn apart. The damage even inspired Vaca, a local artist, to create a Hurricane Wilma exhibit.

Vaca, a fierce critic of the Grand View Palace board, said the fire sprinkler system is “faulty” and was “remounted by unlicensed people.”

Furthermore, Vaca said that he witnessed recently installed temporary glass window fixtures being “banged” into place inappropriately.

James Edwards, son of Grand View board Vice President Dr. Charles Edwards, who converted the building into a condominium, referred questions to a property manager, who, in turn, did not reply to a request for comment.

Both Vaca and Valerie Clebet, also a Grand View resident, said repairs to the building have been slow.

“We got the windows put in two weeks ago,” Vaca said. “The drywall separating the units was put up a month ago.”

“My bedroom is still a construction site,” Clebet said.

Goia confirmed that Grand View acquired a roofing permit “four weeks ago,” that a temporary approval had been given the now-installed windows, that drywall repair on interior walls was underway and that, in total, 11 to 12 permits had been pulled for repairs at the condominium.

Clebet said the late start means work remains incomplete.

“My own walls are not complete and my bedroom window is still cracked,” Clebet said. “We’re definitely not ready as far as residents are concerned. Some window installers showed me they were not secure – there were missing screws. There has been no adequate hurricane preparedness approved by the board and it takes months. I think they have been dragging their feet because they don’t want to spend the money. A lot of people are fed up.”

Hugo voiced the same opinion.

“The leadership [of Grand View] is bad and does not consider the best interest of residents,” he said.

Neither Vaca nor Clebet said they would remain in North Bay Village in the event of another hurricane.

“I will put defenses in place and won’t stay here again,” Clebet said. “I was in the unit when walls fell down and windows blew out. I don’t trust in the building enough to stay. I don’t feel safe knowing the building isn’t protected.”

“I won’t be in the Grand View and I recommend others don’t stay,” Vaca said. “Last year, the sprinkler system went off, soaking the building, and the floors were wet in the stairwells when the lights went off; the emergency generator did not come on and people had to walk all the way down. I don’t want to go through that again.”

Velasco called remaining in the island town a “crapshoot.”

“It’s no different than anywhere else,” he said. “You never know where exactly is going to be hit and you never know how well any building will hold up. It’s Mother Nature, man.…”

BLACK HISTORY MONTH SALUTE TO TIM HARDAWAY FOR KEEPING IT REAL

Asked to comment on the statements made by retired Miami Heat Guard, Tim Hardaway, Modern Artist Victor-Hugo commented: "I suppose you can say, Tim Hardaway hates gays the way President George Bush and Michael Richards hate blacks."

The www.victorhugogallery.com website salutes retired Miami Heat guard, Tim Hardaway, for reminding everyone, during Black History month, that bigotry is more than just a black and white issue. Tim Hardaway said on Sports Talk 790 The Ticket in Miami, that he hates gay people. Hardaway's comments were sparked by former NBA center John Amaechi's, disclosure last week that he is homosexual.

"You know, I hate gay people, so I let it be known. I don't like gay people and I don't like to be around gay people," Hardaway "I'm homophobic. I don't like it. It shouldn't be in the world or in the United States."

When the host, Dan Le Batard, asked Hardaway how he would interact with a gay teammate, Tim Hardaway answered:

"First of all, I wouldn't want him on my team. And second of all, if he was on my team, I would, you know, really distance myself from him because, uh, I don't think that is right. I don't think he should be in the locker room while we are in the locker room."

If he did find out that a teammate was gay, Hardaway said he would ask for the player to be removed from the team.

"Something has to give," Hardaway said. "If you have 12 other ballplayers in your locker room that's upset and can't concentrate and always worried about him in the locker room or on the court or whatever, it's going to be hard for your teammates to win and accept him as a teammate."

John Amaechi detailed his life, in his recently released autobiography entitled, Man in the Middle. He hoped his coming out of the closet would be a catalyst for intelligent discourse rather than fuel homophobia and bigotry.

"His words pollute the atmosphere," Amaechi said. "It creates an atmosphere that allows young gays and lesbians to be harassed in school, creates an atmosphere where in 33 states you can lose your job, and where anti-gay and lesbian issues are used for political gain. It's an atmosphere that hurts all of us, not just gay people."

Hardaway later apologized for the remarks during a telephone interview with Fox affiliate WSVN in Miami.

"Yes, I regret it. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said I hate gay people or anything like that," he said. "That was my mistake."

Hardaway has reportedly been removed from further league-related appearances.

"It is inappropriate for him to be representing us given the disparity between his views and ours," NBA commissioner David Stern said in a statement to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

Modern Artist, Victor-Hugo, agrees with John Amaechi who gave credit to Tim Hardaway for at least "being honest". Victor-Hugo suggests Tim Hardaway replace the words "homosexual" and "gay" with "black" or "colored" and reflect on what the statements he made sound like.

VICTOR-HUGO PRESENTS FOXX NEWS VALENTINE TO MOTHER AFRICA FOR PROVIDING DOOR OF LIFE TO EVOLUTION THEORY

In continuing with Victor-Hugo's modern art interpretation of Black History Month, Valentines Day, and his Thirty-Seventh birthday in this new Age of Aquarius, the Lied To Generation's Presidential Candidate offers up a Black History Month Valentine to Mother Africa on his birthday, February 15. Mother Africa, a.k.a. Eve, whose carbon dated bones have allowed Darwin's Theory of Evolution to be taught in most of the civilized United States, alongside Bible based Creationism courses, has inspired the philosophical writer, to prepare a comprehensive list of nicknames for the Door of Life otherwise known in medical terms as the vagina.

Victor-Hugo says he hopes the thorough list can be used by gynecology students, rape victim counselors,supreme court judges, journalists, and mature parents hoping to teach their children about human sexuality, rather than having their children learn these existing nicknames in the schoolyard without parental supervision.

"Again, my artwork aims to educate and raise awareness about topics that the mainstream media might not otherwise deem appropriate. None the less these issues exist, and therefore must be dealt with, preferably in as least offensive a manner as possible, without insulting anyone's intelligence."

Victor-Hugo says he got the idea for this list of female reproductive system nicknames from a powerful judge he met at a private fetish party. The judge was dressed in a french maids outfit, serving guests wine in drag. Victor-Hugo claims the judge recognized him from his visits to the courthouse, while he was conducting his investigation into the legal system and justice in the United States for his Crackhead Jesus Parody.

Student Hopes to Change the World

As college students, most of us only dare to dream that our minimal contributions to society are actually going to help humankind. Victor Hugo Vaca II is not "most students."

Vaca is currently a full-time graduate student in the Liberal Arts Masters Program at FAU. Along with that, he owns four businesses: a marketing company, a real estate company, an investment company, as well as his most recent project - his own Web site.

What's his secret? "I don't watch too much TV," he quips.

His Web site, vhvii.com, welcomes people into his world of art. His newest project: trying to save the world. However, it didn't quite start out that way.

"I began the site to inform people, mostly in my [apartment] building, about the corruption in the housing market," Vaca said. "I started noticing that people other than the residents were reading, so I thought, let me deal with other issues."

His big plan is the Modern Art Music Movement (MAMM). The movement combines visual artistic expression with music, designed to captivate audiences into the realm of Vaca's perception of trying peace, as opposed to war.

Currently, Vaca's Web site gets over 70,000 hits a day. However, he's running a one-man show. No advertisements on television or radio. The only way people find out is through word of mouth.

"I'm raising awareness through art and music," he says. "[We] want to raise kids in a world that's not fucked up the way it is now."

Vaca's movement begins with public displays of how he gets his artwork completed. He conducts the project in a nightclub, usually in downtown West Palm Beach or downtown Fort Lauderdale. For the music, he has a DJ or band that plays. "The way the DJ plays the music controls the way the art comes out," he says.

FAU senior Josh Wetherington has been a DJ for Vaca's performances before. "He sets up his canvas right in front of the DJ booth on the dance floor to really get the vibe of the crowd," Wetherington says. "It's a lot of fun and definitely progresses both of our art forms by working together."

Wetherington and Vaca currently perform every last Saturday of the month at the Underground in West Palm Beach. This portion, however, is only a small part of the entire movement.

"No one understands what I'm doing because it's never been done before," he says. "Trying to create a peaceful world is not easy."

But if anyone can pull it off, it would be Vaca. At least that's how Professor Lawrence Klatt feels.

Klatt, a professor in Management Business and the head of the Entrepreneurship Program at FAU, says that Vaca isn't satisfied with his status quo. "He's an innovative and creative type of individual," Klatt says. "He's ambitious and challenges tradition. He'll be very successful."

Vaca believes that kids today are living in the "Lied to" Generation. He says that we only look at what is given to us, and we don't look further than that. With this project, he hopes that people, especially young adults, will start to question the false information they have been fed for so long. "I think it's important to be curious. When you stop questioning, that's when you run into problems."

Questioning may have gotten Vaca in a little bit of trouble when he was exposing corruption in his own apartment building. But currently, it has paid off. The evolution of his Web site has brought in international viewers.

"Some of my biggest audiences are in Japan, China and Korea," he says. "I want to show people that not all Americans are bad."

Vaca says that he gets e-mails every week from mothers whose children spend hours on his Web site, learning about cultures. He is even scheduled to go to China later this year for a one-month exchange program. He hopes that by the end of the year, his site and peace plan will be global.

THE AFTERMATH OF HERPES AFTER SEX AS AN AFTERTHOUGHT

The www.vhvii.com website reminds those poor lost souls who are either single on Valentines Day, or recently dumped by their former spouses or lovers, to use discretion before engaging in any dangerous sexual activity, fueled by the desire to be vindictive.
Unprotected sex, though championed as the right thing to do by the Roman Catholic Church, which still does not condone premarital sex or condoms, is not the wisest or safest of free choices for either sex. This blog entry is part of the "Diary of the Artist Series" and is written by modern artist, Victor-Hugo.

I had a beautiful friend who was dating a handsome bartender at a popular bar in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She was stunning, in both face and body. Her boyfriend was, as well. So stunning were these two, that they were always being propositioned by the same and opposite sex, for sex. As is often the case, the boyfriend lacked enough self control to say no to all the offers of sexual pleasure presented to him. When his girfriend found out, she decided to "show him" by sleeping with the first good looking guy who asked her to have sex.

Shortly after this vindictive one night stand, my beautiful lady friend found out that she had contracted herpes. She had the good sense to tell her handsome, promiscuous, bartender, boyfriend that she was infected. He responded by calling her a slut and dumped her. She was devastated. She was forced to move out of town, because she became a social pariah amongst her circle of friends who all thought she was stupid for going out and having unprotected sex, as a means of getting back at her boyfriend.

I have so many friends, single or otherwise, who tell me that they cheat on their spouses or engage in sexual activity with strangers, sans the protection of a condom. Their answer to my question,"Why do you engage in such risky sexual behaviour?", is simply, "I only sleep with good looking, clean people."

I tell them about my good looking, clean girl friend who contracted herpes because she had sex with a good looking clean man. I also tell them about a good looking, clean dog my family saved from the Humane Society when I was a child. The dog looked like a show dog, and what it was doing at the adoption kennel nobody in my family could figure out.

We took the show dog home and all was well. Within hours of getting the dog home, I was being accused by my family of being disgusting by passing gas at the dinner table. At the age of five, I can not deny that I sometimes shared my personal gasses with family as a means of showing love, but on that occassion, the foul smell did not originate from my tiny bowels. Upon further investigation, the family realized that the show dog had been sitting under the table and it became the new culprit.

My sisters and I bathed the animal, thinking it had perhaps rolled in something while playing in the yard. The foul odor persisted. We tried bathing the dog in perfume but that only masked the dog's stench temporarily. Finally, my parents took the dog to the veterinarian who determined that my beautiful new show dog had stinky butt. I don't recall the exact medical term the dog was diagnosed with, but suffice it to say, that the doctor said, the dog had an interminable case of smelly ass.

Having herpes, I would imagine, is a lot like having an interminable case of smelly ass. I don't mean that as a joke, or as an offense to the millions of good people, like my friends, who have herpes. I'm simply saying that you really can't judge a book by it's cover when it comes to choosing a sex partner or adopting a lifelong furry friend. The fact of the matter is, herpes, like smelly ass, is a lot to contend with and it is much harder to keep a partner or friend when you have either.

GOOD NEWS, NATIONAL SURVEY ON DRUG USE AND HEALTH RESULTS SHOW DECLINE IN METH USE

The National Survey on Drug Use and Health released results of a survey which showed that use of methamphetamine's has declined by 40% amongst first time crystal meth users and dramatically declined overall, from 2002 to 2005.

Why haven't major media outlets reported this good news? According to Jack Shafer of Slate.com, the reason is because it does not conform to the iron law of journalism which dictates that "increased drug use goes on page 1" while "news of decreased drug use must be buried or ignored." It is hoped that once major media outlets begin to feel pressure from popular bloggers, like Victor-Hugo and Jack Shafer, who dare to cover otherwise ignored news stories, researchers will receive the funding necessary to find out what methods have worked to cause this effective positive change.

BLACK HISTORY MONTH HONORS BLACKZILLA AND THE MEDIA FOR REMINDING EVERYONE WHO THE TRUE NIGGERS OF THE WORLD ARE

According to a University of New Hampshire report for Pediatrics, 42% of internet users between the ages of 10 and 17 say they have seen online pornography in the past year. Of those young internet users, 66% say they stumbled upon the pornographic images without seeking them out.

As the sands of time bring us closer to celebrating Women's History Month in March, the www.vhvii.com Beautiful Chaos Gallery, takes a moment to pay tribute to Black History Month, by honoring Shane Diesel, a.k.a. Blackzilla. His extensive film catalog raises awareness amongst young internet surfers who inadvertantly stumble onto Blackzilla websites for whatever reason.

Young men and women are growing up with an askewed view of how women, regardless of race or creed should be treated in the modern world. Rather than ignoring this disturbing statistical fact, Modern Artist, Victor-Hugo, believes parents should tackle this problem head on. "By applying compassion directly to the forehead, like Head On, perhaps common decency will seep into the brain of impressionable young minds."

Degrading and dehumanizing women has always been an acceptable truth in most societies and cultures throughout history. Women's suffrage has come a long way in the United States, but beyond bra burning, not much has really changed as far as women's rights go. The Duke rape case exemplifies how the rape issue only causes a media frenzy when it becomes a racial issue, in the United States. When it comes to rape, men do not discriminate by color. The number of women raped in the United States remains staggering. The fact is, there is a one in four chance that if you live in the United States, either your mother, grandmother, sister, girlfriend, or wife has been raped or will be raped in her lifetime.

Blackzilla serves as a reminder to African American's that the pursuit of freedom and liberty for all did not end with the civil rights movement. Blackzilla also serves as a wake up call to white people that the white man's worst nightmare has come true. When I was in the Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland, I had a roomate who was black, and we would sit and talk for hours about everything.

We would tape record our conversations, I suppose, because we realized we were sitting on comedy gold. Recently, I listened to some of those tapes as research for a script I am writing about my experiences at the U.S. Naval Academy. I stumbled upon a taped session wherein my black roomate explained to one of the white racist members of our platoon that most black males, secretly desire to defile and in his words "fuck the shit out of white women" as reparation for slavery.

His statement nearly caused a fight to break out in our room. My black roomate explained that it was nothing personal against his fellow white platoon member, but that it was just something he and his black friends felt they had to do to get back at the white man for enslaving their people and raping their women. At the time I thought the whole thing was rather funny, especially since I was being trained by my United States military leader role models to march and sing cadences about raping and skull fucking the enemies women."

Victor-Hugo says the problem lies in the media and in the lack of leadership which exists for both men and women. "People of all nations, including China, Saudi Arabia, and Darfur need to realize that women are our mothers first and foremost. Education and raised awareness, not ignorance, is what's necessary for men to respect women and women to respect themselves. I can't comprehend how the very givers of life which allow for the human race to continue, are being treated like niggers.

Blacks, like Blackzilla, should know better than to perpetrate hate and violence against women as the norm, regardless of color. Considering the Black legacy being celebrated in Black History Month, which is essentially that of African-American's rising out of forced slavery in the United States, the vilification of women by Blackzilla and those who enjoy watching women being brutalized by any man seems senseless to me."

In all fairness, social-activist, Victor-Hugo says he does not mean to single out Blackzilla as the sole provider of images that depict violence against women, he points out that the internet and porn industry are full of videos that exploit and degrade women. The reality that young men and women are viewing these images without explanation or adult supervision is causing some leading socialogists to believe that the Lied to Generation is breeding a new generation of male terrorists taught to believe that violence against women is acceptable.

"Don't get me wrong, I don't believe the government should invade people's bedrooms and start overseeing our sex lives, I am merely saying that people should be made aware of what is out there. As the statistics show, odds are that children will be faced with graphic images depicting violence against women at some point in their lives. Isn't it better to educate children at home and in school about compassion, not as a religious concept, but rather as a human norm?"

Victor-Hugo goes on to say that he is aware of the fact that some women enjoy Jungle Fever, rape fantasies, and S&M as part of their sex lives.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women, except for nonmelanoma skin cancers.

The chance of developing invasive breast cancer at some time in a woman's life is about 1 in 8 (13% of women).

It is estimated that in 2007 about 178,480 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed among women in the United States.

At present, there are over 2 million breast cancer survivors in the United States.

Women living in North America have the highest rate of breast cancer in the world.

In addition to invasive breast cancer, carcinoma in situ (CIS) will account for about 62,030 new cases in 2007.

CIS is noninvasive and is the earliest form of breast cancer.

Breast cancer also occurs in men. An estimated 2,030 cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in men in 2007.

In the years from 2001 to 2003, incidence rates of breast cancer decreased primarily due to increased awareness and education regarding breast cancer.

Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in women, exceeded only by lung cancer, primarily due to smoking.

The chance that breast cancer will be responsible for a woman’s death is about 1 in 33 (3%).

In 2007, it is estimated that 40,460 women and 450 men will die from breast cancer in the United States.

Death rates from breast cancer continue to decline, with larger decreases in women younger than 50.

These decreases are believed to be the result of earlier detection through screening and increased education and awareness, as well as improved treatment.

MODERN ART MUSIC MOVEMENT TOUR HEADED FOR EUROPE IN SUMMER OF 2007 PREVIEWS AT AMENDMENT XXI IN MIAMI'S DESIGN DISTRICT

Modern artist, Victor-Hugo, is organizing a world tour for the Modern Art Music Movement (MAMM) to spread its' message of peace through education and awareness. Preview shows will be held at different venues throughout South Florida in early 2007, followed by MAMM events to be held in France, Italy, England, Scotland, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, and Spain.

The traveling troupe of artists and musicians will be exhibiting their unique world view through a combination of sight and sound. Victor-Hugo says the intention of the shows is to create a multi-media experience that can bridge cultural differences and transcend any language barriers that might exist. The roster of international artists is expected to increase as the summer approaches, but tentatively includes three of the Modern Art worlds most controversial American artists.

Victor-Hugo, Koi Sojer, and Jonathan Stein, will be displaying their thought provoking mixed media artistry to the positive progression sessions of international recording artist, DJ Josh Wetherington. The MAMM events will allow Europeans to experience contemporary works of art that have been banned or censored in the United States during the Bush administration.

Victor-Hugo says he hopes the tour will serve as a means for creating dialogue about social issues that concern not only the United States, but "our brothers and sisters around the world as well". LT. COL. JOHN HEAD WINS MAMM AWARD FOR DECLARING A MISTRIAL IN ASIAN AMERICAN LT. EHREN WATADA WAR OBJECTOR CASE

Former Naval Academy Midshipman, turned modern artist, Victor-Hugo was asked to comment on Lt. Col. John Heads Fair Judgement Award.

"Unfortunately there are less fortunate and democratic countries around the world, where brave war objector soldiers like Lt. Ehren Watada could not possibly hope for a fair trial during a time of war. For that reason, it is my extreme honor, to present the 1st ever, Fair Judgement Award, to the Honorable Lt. Col. John Head. The Modern Art Music Award is awarded to Judges who display the integrity necessary to truly provide democracy, law, and justice in the United States and around the Free World.

First Lt. Ehren Watada was fighting charges of conduct unbecoming an officer and missing movement for refusing to leave last June with his unit, the 3rd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division. According to the judge, the soldier did not fully understand a document he signed admitting to elements of the charges.

The judge acknowledged Watada's civilian defense attorney, Eric Seitz, who wisely and capably showed sufficient intent on the part of First Lt. Ehren Watada, when he did not deploy with his unit to Iraq. The defense has consistently tried to call into question the legality of the war, because Watada said the war is illegal therfore, a command to fight in Iraq is also illegal.

The Honorable Lt. Col. John Head, presiding as military judge, has said the argument over the legality of the war is not a matter that can be settled in military court.

Eric Seitz plans to, wisely, invoke the protection against double jeopardy if the government followed through with plans to retry his client and seek dismissal of the charges with prejudice, meaning they could not be refiled.

Victor-Hugo was asked to comment on the fact that according to the Army's judge advocate general at Fort Lewis, double jeopardy does not apply in this case, the Navy Veteran said, "This should be interesting. Watch for this case to possibly play out on future episodes of the Politics of the Penis Series and complement the Law and Justice In The United States Series as part of the Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney tale."

Midshipman Victor-Hugo Vaca II, a war objector in his own personal war against the United States military, fought for the right to be an Army of one at the United States Naval Academy, before it became the U.S. Army's slogan. "I suppose you can say I was an idiot, because I was trying to be an Army of one in the Navy." Victor-Hugo jokes, adding. "What can I say, it's the story of my life, always trying to be everything, at the wrong time in history."

Like Lt. Ehren Watada, who was accused of missing movement, and Lt. Col John Head, who was forced to choose between right and wrong, Latino 2008 Republican Presidential candidate, Victor-Hugo, was forced to choose between his personal conviction and the demands of being a United States Soldier at the United States Naval Academy.

Asked to comment on those who claim that Lt. Ehren Watada and Victor-Hugo are con artists and deserters, the dark horse minority 2008 presidential candidate, whose name does not rhyme with Osama answered:

" I can't speak for Lt. Ehren Watada, because I do not know him personally, but I think he certainly deserves his fair day in court. As a soldier who fights for the rights of his fellow Americans to enjoy the freedoms of democracy, I see him less as a con artist and deserter and more like a freedom fighter defending free speech and the American justice system.

As for myself, I am definately no deserter. To set the record straight, I did not quit the Naval Academy, nor was I forced to leave the U.S. Naval Academy because of my grades or performance. After uncovering the hazing scandal which eventually butterfly effected into Abu Ghraib, I was offered the choice, to stay or go. Like the Clash song, "Should I Stay Or Should I Go", I realized that if I left, there would be trouble and if I stayed it would be double. Being of sound mind, I chose to leave the U.S. Naval Academy, at the age of twenty, to start a new life, which I do not regret."

Victor-Hugo believes Lt. Ehren Watada's landmark case has open the door for debate as to the legality of President Bush's war in Iraq. "I opened the door for debate as to the effects of training young military leaders to torture and haze other soldiers, but nobody listened and then Abu Ghraib happened and everyone wondered, "How'd that happen?".

To say that I am a con artist, I can't fairly argue that, because, in some way, we are all con artists in our day to day lives. To run for President of the most powerful force in the world, at a time in history when the strength of the nation and the fate of the world is in the balance, requires a candidate to be a bit of a con artist. I say that because the candidate must convince enough people that he or she is qualified to undo the damage done by the Bush administration upon the world.

That is a monumental task. To win this election one must be a con artist like President Bush, who conned the House and Senate into declaring war against a nation of people who were not in fact responsible for the 9/11 attacks. I plan on conning the House and Senate into believing that the United States can market the concept of peace to the world the way Coca Cola markets soda. If you want to call me a con artist, feel free, it is your right to free speech to do so, and I believe freedom of speech equates to freedom of mind."

Victor-Hugo states that he truly believes that with the right people in power, power can be used to champion goodwill and prosperity for people around the world, not just in the United States. "In my heart of hearts, I truly believe that we can save ourselves from extinction. Not since the American Civil War, has the United States needed a strong leader to unite people. FORT LAUDERDALE ATTORNEY, MARK L. GAETA , PROCEEDS LIKE MIKE NIFONG IN LANDMARK CASE HEARD BY JUDGE STUART M. SIMON, WHICH THREATENS TO TOPPLE FRAGILE HOUSING MARKET.

Soon to be retiring, Judge Stuart M. Simon, is presiding over Case #: 06-04367 CA 01 which could possibly set a legal precedent for financially strapped homeowners to use bank fraud and IRS tax evasion as a legal means for avoiding foreclosure. Fort Lauderdale attorney, Mark L. Gaeta, is representing his client, Baldath Balkaran, in a case against Modern Artist, Victor-Hugo, who is serving as his own legal counsel in this landmark case.

The case, which is being documented as part of Victor-Hugo's "Law And Justice In The United States Series", includes characters found in the Dead Cock Chapter of the Politics of the Penis Series, and the story of Crackhead Jesus and The Jewish Attorney. The two parodies are part of Victor-Hugo's Pulp-Fiction-style, real-time, Modern Art Graphich Novella entitled, "Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of The Law."

Victor-Hugo's syndicated internet parody, highlights the problems which pervade the current United States legal system. The Karl Rove trial, O.J. Simpson trial, and the Scooter Libby trial are all featured in Victor-Hugo's parody of real-time current events affecting the future of U.S. Law.

Mike Nifong's Duke rape case scandal, exemplifies the dangerous willingness of attorneys to proceed with cases for self recognition, rather than for sake of justice. Fort Lauderdale attorney, Mark L. Gaeta, appears to be following the same thought process of Mike Nifong, by spending over 66 hours prosecuting a case which essentially seeks to make bank fraud and IRS Tax evasion legal.

According to legal, real estate, and banking experts, Judge Stuart M. Simon ruling on this case, could potentially open the floodgates for individuals seeking to avoid foreclosure by allowing strapped homeowners to legally quit claim deed property without notifying the lender or the IRS. The modern artist, who was advised by Janet Reno not to continue his legal studies, because of his idealistic thinking process, is essentially representing the banking industry by asking Judge Stuart M. Simon to enforce federal law, 12 C.F.R. 591.

It is not known why Mark L. Gaeta would proceed like Mike Nifong, spending a remarkable amount of time prosecuting a case, which is based on illegal activity and whose consequence, could cause a crippling, dominoe-effect on the housing market and U.S. economy.

According to Victor-Hugo, the outcome of this case could leave banks without the ability to secure debt under current Security Instruments implemented in closing contracts. This could essentially lead to billions of dollars in legal fees necessary for banks to rewrite and challenge mortgages in default, in turn leading to higher interest rates, possibly sending the U.S. economy into a butterfly effect recession.

Victor-Hugo says he is not surprised that Mark Gaeta is willing to jeopardize the entire banking industry and economy over less than $15,000.00 in legal fees. He points out that Mike Nifong and Mark Gaeta are not the only attorneys willing to throw individuals "under the bus" for sake of money.

"Unfortunately, the legal system in the United States has turned into more of clash of ego's than a system of justice.
The retired judges and lawyers who have spoken to me at length for the Law and Justice in the United States Series admit that the problem which exists in our legal system has more to do with the politics of the penis, than the Constitutional foundation of our legal system."

Victor-Hugo was forced to represent himself in this landmark case because his original legal counsel, Aaron R. Cohen, was fired due to a conflict of interest which is presently being investigated in the Supreme Court of Florida, before the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee "E". Aaron R. Cohen has refused to turn over the files in this case, despite motions set forth by Attorney, David W. Langley.

"Apparently, Aaron R. Cohen sees no conflict of interest in the fact that I had to kick him out of the home, which I hired him to evict Crackhead Jesus from, that's like hiring the person you forced out on the street to perform a vasectomy on you. Imagine the thought of having to rely on an attorney you just evicted, to represent you in a case. Apparently, Aaron R. Cohen, his partner Alexander Conde, and their legal counsel, Donald R. Wich see absolutely nothing wrong with that picture."

The artist says he intends to include shocking high definition video footage of the property, as it was left by both former CEO, Thomas Rogers and attorney Aaron R. Cohen as part of the Crackhead Jesus parody. He says it will be interesting for people to see how a well payed corporate CEO and a high priced attorney live.

" I think it is fascinating that I rented my home to a big wig corporate CEO who turned into a crackhead and believed he was Jesus Christ and that the attorney I hired to evict him, then moved into the very same house and had to be evicted himself.
Regardless of whether or not the Florida Supreme Court finds Aaron Cohen's actions to be a conflict of interest, I personally would never advise an attorney to move in to his clients' house." Victor-hugo says, adding. "It is amazing what you can learn about your attorney when he is renting from you. Which, is not the smartest thing. Especially, when you are working for someone. It's kind of like getting drunk at the office Christmas party."

OPRAH WINFREY AND DAVID LETTERMAN MARKET MODERN ART MUSIC MOVEMENT'S CONCEPT OF PEACE DURING SUPERBOWL XLI

In a simple ad during soggy Miami Superbowl XLI, Oprah Winfrey and David Letterman sent out a message of peace to the worldwide audience. The former celebrity combatants, a la Donald Trump and Rosie O'Donnell, used humor to market peace and forgiveness. The Modern Art Music Movement concept was also well marketed for profit by Coca Cola and CBS, in an ad for Big Brothers/Big Sisters, during the Indianapolis Colts romp over the favored Chicago Bears in Miami, Florida.

SCROLLING THE BLOG: PINK FLOYD'S DARK SIDE OF THE MOON AND VICTOR-HUGO'S BEAUTIFUL CHAOS

Recent reports from fans of the www.victorhugogallery.com web site Blog claim that Pink Floyd's classic, Dark Side Of The Moon, album, was intended to serve as a Soundtrack for the Beautiful Chaos evolving on the interactive web site and Blog.

The rumor being spread at last years Cannabis Cup, in Amsterdam, began when some of the judges noticed that they experienced a similar effect to that of listening to Pink Floyd's Dark Side of The Moon and watching the Judy Garland classic, The Wizard of Oz, as they did when scrolling through Victor-Hugo's, Capicua 3-1-3:The Long Arm of the Law.

Asked to comment on whether there is any validity to this rumor, modern artist, Victor-Hugo had this to say:

" I was a judge at the Cannabis Cup once, for a travelogue piece I was doing, and I don't doubt those judges saw some interesting things. Especially, if they were scrolling-the-Blog, listening to Pink Floyd, and smoking some prize winning Northern Lights or Kentucky Home Grown. I believe for the Dark Side of the Moon to work in conjunction with The Wizard of Oz, you have to begin the album after the second roar of the lion."

SUPERBOWL XLI OVERSHADOWS PEACE MOVEMENT

As rain and clouds cover the magic city of Miami on the eve of the most watched sporting event in the United States, an anticipated 55 million viewers will be entertained by modern day warriors on the playing field and marketing moguls on television, in 30 second advertisements costing $2.6 million dollars. As the world hovers on the brink of catastrophe from human fueled ailments like global warming and war, the peace movement has failed to register in the minds of people around the world, who are more preoccupied with greed and self indulgence, to realize the precarious position of our collective human existence.

Artists, like Fernando Botero and Victor-Hugo, who have chosen to use their talents to raise awareness about the plight of the modern world, are having a hard time getting people to swallow the truth. Botero's shocking new paintings, show the artist's trademark fat people being shackled, bound, sodomized, and tortured. Fernando Botero's bold political stand follows the efforts of artist's like Victor-Hugo, who have had their socially conscious artwork, censored or destroyed, in the United States of America, due to content.

Botero says he wants to remind people of the horrors of Abu Ghraib. To avoid being accused of trivializing the events for personal gain, Botero intends to donate the disturbing paintings to an American Museum but so far, no museum has even dared to exhibit the paintings. Asked to comment on this sad reality, Botero said, "There must be many Republicans on the board of directors."

Victor-Hugo, whose "I Tried To Warn You About Abu Ghraib...But You Wouldn't Listen" exhibit, which was forcibly shut down and censored in 2005 due to its political content had this to say:

"People in the United States are unwilling to accept the harsche reality which exists in the world today. The watered down television and radio media outlets have created a Teletubbies Culture which prevents Americans from accepting the hardships which less fortunate societies and even their fellow Americans must contend with every day."

Victor-Hugo says he received a letter from an angry woman who claimed his website literally, gave her hemmoroids. After reading the January 18th, 2007 Blog entitled, "Can Weightlifting Cause Hemmoroids?", the woman claims she woke up with a hemmoroid that required her to purchase Preparation H for the first time in her life. The angry former fan said the negative content of the www.victorhugogallery.com website caused her such mental and emotional distress, that it lead to her physical condition. She said she would never revisit the website and would advise others to avoid it as well.

"I don't doubt that my website gave that woman hemmoroids." Victor-Hugo says, adding, "The truth can be a real pain in the ass sometimes."

Victor-Hugo has chosen to go in the opposite direction of Fernando Botero with his latest artistic creations. The controversial artist is heeding the criticism of his fans who have complained that his artwork has become too politically motivated and somber. After meeting with Romero Britto at the U2 concert in Miami, Victor-Hugo says he took to heart what Britto told him about why his colorful mainstream artwork is so successful.

"Britto told me people didn't want to see the harsh realities of life. He said people like to see pretty happy things. So, I've created a new series with vibrant, happy colors and images that contain messages of peace and love. The paintings still contain hidden images and subliminal messages that raise awareness about issues of social relevance, only this time the paintings will be fit for the Teletubbie Culture, to mentally consume, without fear of getting hemmorroids."

Look for Victor-Hugo's new upbeat "Peace Series" to premiere on the www.victorhugogallery.com virtual art gallery in early 2007.

Victor-Hugo says he does not wish to alienate his fans and admits that his web site has taken a turn for the heavy lately but he feels his audience is mature enough to realize that his intent is not to offend but rather to educate the masses.

"The thing I fear most is ignorance. When world leaders like the President of Iran run around telling their constituents that the Holocaust was not real, that is a very serious problem. Failing to accept the truth of history dooms us to repeat it and ignoring the issue will not make the travesty of the situation disappear.

I am sorry that one of my fans suffered physical pain from viewing my website, but my intention was to prevent young athletes from suffering the same fate, due to ignorance of the fact that such an event could actually take place."

Mainstream news outlets like Germany's "Die Welt" which published photo's of German troops desecrating a human corpse, have been accused of irresponsible, sensationalistic journalism. The German publication, BILD, has been called to task, like Victor-Hugo, for posting images that force readers to evaluate their existence.

In so doing, however, the reality of war has come to light. Thanks to the daring willingness of such media outlets, people are reminded that living in a climate of oppressive fear and constant danger can make anyone, even a trained soldier or a nobel laureate, act in a shameful way.

So far, the efforts of Modern Art Music Movement artists to spark a peace movement has met with indifference, after artist, Victor-Hugo posted his call to arms for all those seeking to raise awareness and peace throughout the world, in his 12/28/06 Blog entitled, "Diary Of Year In Hell Goes Back To The Future of Abu Ghraib."

"I find it kind of sad, that people would be willing to spend their money on subscriptions to incest or beastiality websites, but are unwilling to part with their money to help market peace. $2.6 million dollars are being spent on thirty second ads to promote alcohol during the Super Bowl and not one advertiser has stepped up to the plate to market peace in the world we live."

Victor-Hugo says he keeps running into the problem of approached sponsors asking, "How can we make money from marketing peace?" The artist says, his response is, that if we do not do something to promote tolerance amongst cultures and respect between the sexes, we will be forced to live in a world where paper money will not have any value.

"If Nobel Peace prize candidate, Al Gore, is correct, within my lifetime, Global warming will lead to the extinction of species and threaten to destroy life as we know it on this planet. If we do not take the notion of peace, as seriously as we take whether the Indianapolis Colts or Chicago Bears win Super Bowl XLI, then we are doing a serious disfavor to future generations of sports fans and fans of civility."

MIAMI HERALD’S “DIARY OF YEAR IN HELL” REVISITED

Asked to comment about Gerald Ford and the 1990 Miami Herald article about his experience at the United States Naval Academy, artist/activist Victor-Hugo wrote:

“All I remember about Gerald Ford is that he was perceived as a clumsy President by Chevy Chase on the original Saturday Night Live. Some people perceived Gerald Ford as being rather clumsy because of the media footage which often showed the former U.S. President stumbling over his feet the way Presidents George Bush and James Edwards stumble over their clever words.

I also recall the media portraying President Jimmy Carter as weak and soft, because he failed to free the Iranian hostages. I suppose the media will eulogize the death of Jimmy carter one day by doing a fifteen minute news recap of how he was the bravest U.S. President ever. That is what I find to be so beautiful about art, media and their mutual relevance to perception of events and people over time.

The Beautiful Chaos which thrusts life forward allows the media and public perception to mature over time. As for the Mike Wilson, Miami Herald article about me, all I can say is that in 2005, during Art Basel Miami, I realized that the Clash were right when they sang, “You have the right to free speech, as long as you’re not dumb enough to actually try it.”

When I tried telling local government about the real dangers which existed in my community, I was told to tell the State.

When I tried to tell the State, they told me they were so busy dealing with all the corruption which exists within the United States government at the top level, that I was better off telling the media.

When I tried telling the local media about dangers I had uncovered, which existed in a community I was elected to protect and improve, I was told by local news editors to, "Call back when you see bodies flying out of the building, like they did on 9/11."

When Hurricane Wilma barreled through my community like a natural Weapon of Mass Destruction , I was forced to think, “What would a guy like Frank Stanton do?”

In 1990, Mike Wilson wrote an article about my discovery that something was amiss at the U. S. leadership laboratory, The United States Naval Academy. For whatever reason, Mike Wilson and The Miami Herald editor delivered an article which, at the time, failed to deliver the warning that was intended.

The Miami Herald trivialized my warnings by publishing an article which made it appear that I was a misguided youth whose feelings had been hurt because some powerful authority figures made fun of my last name. The Miami Herald was notified that the most powerful country in the world was producing the kind of leadership that would eventually lead to the Abu Ghraib Prison scandal, and the Miami Herald chose to begin the article by noting that I was called Midshipman “Caca”, which means “shit” in Spanish,by my leadership role models.

My warning eventually became known as the interactive art piece, “I Tried to Warn You About Abu Ghraib…But You Wouldn’t Listen. How the Leadership Laboratory Bred Contempt and Led To Torture At Abu Ghraib.” This straightforward mixed media exhibit was censored and subsequently stolen during the 2005 Art Basel Miami show. The only thing stranger than the way the robbery occurred is the way this mysterious act of vandalism,theft, and censorship was investigated by the North Bay Village Police department.

When I visited Australia, one Aussie Rules player I met compared the Mike Wilson Miami Herald article about my experience at the Naval Academy to an article he had read about Monica Lewinsky being upset that her Maiden name had become synonymous with blow jobs.

The astute Swans player explained, that what the world was noticing about the United States and its’ honorable attempt at Democracy, was, that rather than focusing on real global issues like the environment and peace, the United States politicians and media were preoccupied with personal issues like same sex marriage and who was getting a Lewinsky in the oval office.

Truth be told, I actually found it funny when my Platoon Leaders called me Midshipman Caca. Any Hispanic knows that when you grow up with a name like Vaca, which translated means cow, your destined to be taunted in much the same way anyone with a name like Lipschitz or Cox gets ridiculed. Clearly, had I been making an issue merely over name calling, something would have been wrong with my developmental process and not the training which was being given to the future leaders of the free world. Unfortunately, Mike Wilson and the Miami Herald failed to realize that when they published the story, Diary of a Year in Hell, for all the world to see.

Or, did they? Growing up in New York City in the 1970’s, I was accustomed to seeing pimps in green suits standing next to their hoes on my way to the New York City Public Library and watching grown men urinate on the subway tracks during rush hour but I had never seen a white boy, from middle America, chewing tobacco and ordering a big black guy to shower with a frightened Jewish kid for “shits and giggles”, under the guise of “Leadership Training”. The whole thing seemed kind of homoerotic to me, but what did I know? I was just some spic from Brooklyn.

On a dare, I chose to show up to the Naval Academy with long hair. I was the last Plebe to have my head shaved. For almost two weeks, during basic training, I was forced to stand out amongst a crowd of bald headed drones, and introduce myself to every inquiring Officer, Gunnery Sergeant, and Master Gunnery Sergeant, as, “Midshipman Jon Bon Jovi, Sir”.

Being called Bon Jovi, essentially cemented my reputation as a “shit screen” at the U.S. Naval Academy and hurt me more than being called Caca, because, at the time, Bon Jovi was seen by my military leaders as being a long haired freak like those Motley Crue, and Cinderella boys. Having long hair, not my last name, made me stand out from the beginning. Maintaining a sense of common sense made me stand out throughout my two year stint amongst the military elite of the United States.

Mike Wilson’s story missed the point completely. I knew basic training wasn’t going to be easy. You can’t expect an eighteen year old city kid to grab a gun and kill people if that person can’t handle the pressure of someone mocking him by calling him Bon Jovi or Caca.

I knew I was being trained to be a great leader, I just didn’t feel the tobacco-dipping-homophobic-bigots that were training me were the best example for me to learn from.

If I was expected to champion Democracy and uphold freedom around the globe as a graduate officer of the United States Naval Academy, perhaps according to current media standards, I should have been trained by teenage boys like the steady Gerald Ford and the Brave Jimmy Carter, as opposed to misguided youths like George Bush and Donald Rumsfeld.

I did find it amusing, when my leaders, mentors, superiors, whatever you want to call them, I suppose now some of them would be called Officers, Senators, or Mayors, ordered us to dry shave, or swap spit with other teenage boys, or sing cadences about raping women and babies, killing them, then skull fucking their corpses. As a Roman Catholic teenager, raised to believe that killing was sinful, by nuns and priests, the notion that my military superiors were condoning lurid behavior and hatred towards mankind was both confounding and liberating, to some degree.

So, what would Frank Stanton do, if he were in my shoes? Probably, mix entertainment programming with high-quality journalism and dashes of high culture on a website to reach a global audience smart enough to see past the truth of mainstream media.

Frank Stanton believed media should be a medium for the majority of Americans, not for any small or special groups and that media programming should be largely patterned for what the majority audiences like and want.

Armed with this philosophy, less than one year ago, I launched the www.victorhugogallery.com website on January 17, 2006. My aim was to reach a global audience seeking to share the common human experience which I call the Beautiful Chaos of Life. I thank all those who have made this site such a success in sheer numbers, by sharing this site with friends and family. It is a pleasant surprise to realize that I live in a planet of people who share the same worldview of open minded common sense as I do.

As some might already know, I am trying to start a Peace Movement called the Modern Art Music Movement. Simply stated, the movement seeks to peacefully raise awareness about important global issues which affect mankind through modern art and modern music. As anyone who has tried to orchestrate a car pool or orgy knows, organizing a few people for a common goal can be a daunting task, let alone attempting to start a movement.

So far, all I’ve gotten from people is words of encouragement, but patting someone on the back unfortunately is not enough. Volunteers are needed. GENE DEGOLLADA OF STUTTGART INTERNATIONAL AUTO BODY COLLISION AND VICTOR-HUGO COLLABORATE ON WOMAN IN CHAIR

Modern artist, Victor-Hugo, worked with auto body artist, Gene Degollada to create the Picasoesque, "Woman In Chair". Gene Degollada who has owned and operated Stuttgart International Auto Body Collision, in Fort Lauderdale Florida, for over twelve years, is world renowned as a masterful artist when it comes to repairing high end vehicles that have suffered auto body damage.

Gene Degollada, born in Argentina, built his reputation in the luxury auto industry by working on Lamborghini's, Ferrari's, Porsche, and Mazerati's. He is respected as an artist in his own right by his celebrity clientele, including writer Victor-Hugo. Gene Degollada paints as a hobby, and uses fine auto paint on canvas to achieve a unique shiny look.

Victor-Hugo and Gene Degollada collaborated on the "Woman In Chair" art piece in 2006, after Gene Degollada approached Victor-Hugo requesting that the world renowned artist finish the piece which Mr. Degollado says he felt uninspired to complete. According to Gene Degollada, the work of art was sitting in his studio loft for over two years before he approached his client, Victor-Hugo, with the request to finish what he had begun.

Victor-Hugo says he was feeling a bit of the Picasso spirit when he took on the collaborative project of fleshing out the skeletal canvas presented to him by Gene Degollado. Victor-Hugo says he respects Gene Degollado as a true artist of collision repair.

The success of this collaboration between unique artists from different fields has led to anticipated future projects between Victor-Hugo and world renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Carlos L. Wolf. Dr. Carlos L. Wolf, born in Bogota, Columbia, is a board certified facial plastic surgeon practicing in Miami. Dr. Carlos L. Wolf writes articles for The Miami Herald (Plastic Surgery 101), Cosmopolitan Magazine, and has a reality t.v. show on the Learning Channel. Besides being a regular guest on international television and radio shows, Dr. Carlos L. Wolf is also a distinguished author.

Victor-Hugo says he looks forward to working with Dr. Carlos L. Wolf because he feels the surgery Dr. Wolf performs on his patients' face, is in some ways similar to what Victor-Hugo does on a blank canvas.

Freiberg is known as "Dr. Fix It" by those who choose to use his holistic and Oriental medical techniques to relieve their ailments.

LL COOL J ROCKS THE ESPN SUPERBOWL XLI PARTY WHILE RELIGIOUS ZEALOTS KICK IT UP A NOTCH

LL Cool J versed his lyrical wizardry to a crowd of mostly white males wondering what all the fuss was about as their escorts swayed to the sexual rythms of "Doin' It". LL Cool J tore off his white, wife-beater and sang:

"I need a rough neck nigga Mandingo in a sec, Who ain't afraid to pull my hair and spank me from the back."

Modern artist, Victor-Hugo, claims to have overheard a fifty-something white, male in attendance, wearing a shirt and tie on an 89-degree winter night in Miami say, "I don't get it."

BRITNEY SPEARS VAGINA HELPS RAISE AWARENESS OF GLOBAL ISSUES

The recent controversy over the decision of modern artist, Victor-Hugo, to post an uncensored picture of Britney Spears vagina on his syndicated blog dated, 1/20/07, has forced the artist, who writes and edits each Blog in a journalistic format, to issue the following statement to fans of the www.victorhugogallery.com Blog:

My sincere apologies to anyone who has taken offense to the sight of Britney Spears cooter. The www.victorhugogallery.com Blog is an adult website, meaning that it deals with serious adult issues in an entertaining fashion. It is not intended to defame, insult, or degrade anyone. My decision to show the infamous Britney Spears hey now now photo, uncensored, was simply a matter of "keeping it real".

The fact that a woman's vagina, including Britney Spears, is not evil or vulgar, per se, but rather is deemed inappropriate by cultures that constantly degrade women strikes me as odd. When I first received the images of Britney Spears sliding into Paris Hilton's vehicle, sans panties, I felt enraged by the fact that the photographer who took the picture was not arrested or charged with any violation of decency.

The evolution of the world wide web has created a modern day Scarlett Letter of sorts, molded by public opinion. Ironically, women were fast to criticize Britney Spears for her failure to use good judgement and hygiene by not wearing underwear. Men were simply perverts and enjoyed the view. Not much was made of the fact that the photographer, essentially snapped an upskirt shot of Britney Spears, which I believed was a violation of her personal space and privacy.

My decision to publish the picture of Britney Spears hey now now, without editing, was to raise awareness amongst the general public about the very real and very dangerous existence of upskirt imaging. As long as people remain ignorant about certain unwelcome truisms, the truisms will remain.

By posting the uncensored image, I risked losing a large portion of my audience due to the fact that the website is now officially considered an "adult website" with filters to keep impressionable young children at bay.

I have received letters from educators who say they used to use the www.victorhugogallery.com website in class to raise awareness amongst their students about current events, but can no longer do so, because the website is blocked for adult content. I can assure those innovative educators not to worry. Any young adult capable of understanding the humor and content of my website can certainly figure out how to circumvent the privacy settings of any computer.

Like the beautiful chaos of life, not everything on the www.victorhugogallery.com website is fit for all audiences. Without question, there is something for everyone and something to offend everyone, but such is life. Censoring reality does not make anything any less real.

I applaud those parents and single mothers who write to tell me that they spend hours with their children surfing through the www.vhvii.com website. It is healthy and wise to explore the nature of life and the beautiful chaos which consumes it with your children. This interaction allows for parents to do their job and raise their children as responsible contributors to society by instilling norms and values in their offspring.

Ironically, attendance to the www.vhvii.com website, after suffering a slight decline due to its new "adult website" status, actually increased following the inclusion of three explicit images posted in the 1/20/07 Blog entitled, "Did World Leaders Use Fear And Falsehood To Dupe The Lied To Generation Into A Mideast Quagmire?" and the infamous 6/10/06 Blog entitled, "Fist Loving Grandmother's Kill Free Speech on www.VICTORHUGOGALLERY.COM".

Statistical data from the b2evolution program which allows for search engine hits from refering searches to be analyzed, shows that an unusually large number of visitors to the www.victorhugogallery.com Blog arrive by entering the words "fisting" or "fist" in their search engine.

The 6/10/06 Blog was written after the web site received a debilitating amount of spam from merchants and peddlers seeking to promote everything from the Apple Ipod to beastiality web sites. The practice of fisting was brought to my attention by one such spammer, who included photos of acts which I thought were not humanly possible.

After the recent birth of "Super Tonio", Antonio Vasconcelos, sporting a whopping birth weight of 14.5 pounds, in Cancun Mexico, early Monday by Caesarean section, I am no longer surprised by the stretching limits of female genitalia. I am however surprised at the number of educated individuals seeking to find information about this particular fetish called fisting.

In Brazil, a baby born in January 2005 in the city of Salvador weighed 16 pounds, 11 ounces at birth. According to Guinness World Records, the heaviest baby born was a boy weighing 22 pounds, 8 ounces, born in Aversa, Italy, in September of 1955.

BEAUTIFUL CHAOS AWAITS SUPER BOWL XLI MIAMI FANS

The Chicago Bears will take on the Indianapolis Colts at Super Bowl XLI, the ninth Super Bowl held in Miami and the fourth at Dolphins Stadium. Resident Miami Modern Artist, Victor-Hugo, will debut his Super Bowl Series paintings after Sunday's matchup. In the meantime, visitor's of the Magic City can view his Dark Series at the Art Fusion Gallery in the Miami Design District during the ESPN Super Bowl Party.

The Dark Series served as a catalyst for the censored Crackhead Jesus Series, which parodies the modern American Judicial system exploits of attorneys like Mike Nifong and Aaron R. Cohen, through the eyes of court reporters, bailiffs, and judges.
