In keeping with the peaceful tenants of buddism, the minimalist action of demonstrating a peaceful act of affection has set in motion a butterfly effect that reminds everyone of life's grim realities.
RICHARD GERE AND SHILPA SHETTY BREAKING THE LAW IN INDIA
In Mumbai, India, babies are bought and sold in the lucrative business of selling infants to childless couples and pedophiles. This ugly reality was downplayed by the U.S. media when,while investigating an abduction, Mumbai police stumbled upon the Bijlanis. The duo had been posing as gynecologists running a shelter for unwed mothers for years. In actuality, the couple had been peddling female infants on the black market to pedophiles and miscreants for less than the price of buffalo meat.
Richard Gere, meanwhile, has a warrant out for his arrest in India and could face up to three months in prison, for kissing Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty in public, at an Aids awareness event in Delhi, earlier this month. According to the BBC NEWS, the court in Jaipur in Rajasthan state called Richard Gere's public display of affection "an obscene act", after a local lawyer filed a complaint.
A caricature of this lawyer will soon be joining the fictional law firm of Conde, Cohen, Gaeta, Shakur, Martinez and Biggie Smalls in Victor-Hugo's legal parody Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney. The law firm will be defending Dr. Kumar Mulchandani. The chilling case is based on the real life of Dr. Kumar Mulchandani whom police allege, tracked down pregnant construction workers and domestics and rather than performing promised abortions, would allegedly give them Rs 1,000 to go through with their pregnancies. The babies were then hawked to desperate couples, pedophiles, and begging syndicates.
In Victor-Hugo's parody, Dr. Mulchandani, will have the fictional law firm of Conde, Cohen, Gaeta, Shakur, Martinez and Biggie Smalls argue his case that though his actions of selling infants on the black market may be offensive to some, they are not as offensive as Richard Gere's ugly actions towards women like Shilpa Shetty, in public, to the Indian justice system.

When the documentary crew showed up at the West Palm Beach Courthouse to film the events surrounding the real time modern art graphic novella, Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney, the bailiff wondered why the defendant had not been informed of the hearing's cancellation. A notice of unavailability was later hand delivered with camera's rolling to the law firm of Conde & Cohen. Aaron R. Cohen was captured on film aggressively refusing to accept this legal document entered into record by clerk and comptroller, Sharon R. Block.
According to Denise VanVooren, judicial secretary for the Honorable Judge Donald W. Hafele, Conde & Cohen, P.L. received 48 hour notice of hearing cancellation. Due to a sudden family emergency, the Honorable Judge asked to cancel and reschedule the hearing. Conde and Cohen, P.L. failed to notify all parties involved in this matter either by telephone, certified mail, or overnight Fedex.
Denise VanVooren stated that it was the responsibility of the party who set the hearing to properly inform all parties involved in a timely manner. Initially, the law firm of Conde and Cohen, P.L. requested the hearing on April 26, 2007 and tried to undermine the proceedings by sending the artist a notice of hearing with the wrong date attached.
Victor-Hugo states that when he tried to contact the law firm of Conde & Cohen, P.L. on two seperate occassions to verify the accuracy of the hearing date, Aaron R. Cohen was overheard instructing his secretary to hang up on the artist. Cingular phone records substantiate the validity of the artists claims that such an inquiry was made prior to the hearing.
Recently, the Boca Raton law firm of Conde and Cohen, P.L. was investigated by the Florida Bar. The investigative committee found Aaron R. Cohen's conduct to be, "not consistent with the high standards of our profession.", and advised him to be, "more aware of your obligation to uphold these professional standards and that your future conduct will conform to such standards."
The public record letter of advise to Aaron R. Cohen from the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee "E" was dated March 22, 2007. The dangers associated with lack of penalty for rogue attorneys like Mike Nifong and Aaron R. Cohen who show blatant disregard for the "Creed of Professionalism" and the Bar Association's "Oath of Admission" is highlighted in the artist's controversial "Law and Justice in the United States" series.
According to the interviewed New York native and ten year veteran bailiff, seasoned West Palm Beach judicial clerks, and judicial secretary, Denise VanVooren, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy displayed by Conde & Cohen, P.L. was alarming and inexcusable.
Victor-Hugo, in an interview, said he was not surprised by the lack of ethics displayed by the law firm trying to censor his expose on legal corruption in the United States.
"When the organization in charge of safeguarding United States citizens against the dangers of unethical and incompetent legal counsel fail to do their job properly, it is only natural that rogue attorneys will seek to push the standards of professionalism down to the lowest possible denominator for sake of business, legally trumping justice.
While the U.S. media occupies itself with covering the heartfelt messages sent by actor Alec Baldwin to his young daughter, it fails to notice the heartfelt message being sent out by current governmnet officials to Alec Baldwin's daughter and the rest of the Lied To Generation."
Legal experts believe the butterfly effect of John F. Harkness Jr.'s administration effectively condoning the desecration of the Oath of Admission and the Creed of Professionalism allows attorneys to forego having to strictly adhere to the spirit and letter of the legal profession's code of ethics.The weakening of both the Oath of Admission and the Creed of Professionalism means lawyers in the United States will no longer be expected to be guided by a fundamental sense of honor, integrity, and fair play.
It is now possible that Duke prosecuting attorney, Mike Nifong, and others like him who are being investigated for unethical and improper conduct, can site the cases being parodied in the Crackhead Jesus story, as justification for their questionable actions. This, legal experts predict, would threaten the overall fairness and dignity of the U.S. justice system.

Clitoraid is attempting to raise funds to complete the construction of the very first "Pleasure Hospital" in Bobo Dioulasso, Burkina Fasso, where African women who wish to have their clitoris repaired and sexual pleasure regained, can do so at no cost to them.

The artist says, that to some degree, he agrees with the author of this controversial e-mail, citing Cho Seung-hui's asian rage at Virginia Tech and the duality in history of some of Don Imus and Al Sharpton's public remarks. Victor-Hugo says he has observed and translated this irony in his "Beautiful Chaos" paintings which encompass his diary of the world on canvas known as Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of The Law.

THE ATTORNEY FROM CRACKHEAD JESUS SERIES BY VICTOR-HUGO
Conde & Cohen P.L., is taking the "Politics of the Penis" which have lead to the growing international popularity of the controversial artist's, "Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney" saga, to a different venue. After suffering an embarrassing loss to the self represented maverick artist before Judge Eric Beller, in Broward County, Aaron R. Cohen has requested a rematch against the non-attorney in West Palm Beach.
The multilayered story originated in the New York artists "Dark Series" painting "CHAOS". The parody has studied the butterfly effect of seemingly inconsequential cases which have effectively led to the exploration of ethics and competence in the United States Judicial Branch of government.
CHAOS FROM DARK SERIES BY VICTOR-HUGO
The artist's bizarre paintings have followed current events including the Duke Rape scandal. The artist is now probing the validity of investigations by the Bar Association which will be investigating allegations of unethical and improper behavior by North Carolina Prosecutor, Mike Nifong.
DUKE FROM POLITICS OF THE PENIS SERIES BY VICTOR-HUGO
The modern artist is the underdog in this legal battle, whose wits and mental prowess are being challenged by a law firm whose educational background includes Tulane University, Loyola University, and St. John's University. Victor-Hugo on the other hand, does not hold a law degree from any University. He claims to be representing himself as Amicus Curiae or "friend of the Court" to educate the masses and prove that self representation is better than misrepresentation. The artist warns this judicial exploration should not be attempted by everyone, noting:
"It is important to seek and hire legal counsel whenever possible. However, when hiring an attorney, it is critical that the client ensure that the legal counsel hired is both competent and ethical. People in the United States are afforded the 7th Ammendment right to a fair trial by jury, but what constitutes a fair trial in the United States? That is what I am trying to explore in my artwork and in the saga of Crackhead Jesus and The Jewish Attorney."
Amendment VII (the Seventh Amendment) of the United States Constitution, is part of the Bill of Rights. It essentially codifies the right to jury trial in certain civil trials by stating:
"In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law."
THE BILL OF RIGHTS
According to his biography, Judge Hafele graduated from the University of Miami (cum laude) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979 and from the same institution's law school in 1982, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association from 1981 - 1982. He was a civil ligitator from 1982 through 1999 when he was appointed to the Bench. He has served as a Criminal Court Judge and is currently Administrative Judge for the Civil Division of the County Court.

QUENTIN TARANTINO AND ROBERT RODRIGUEZ PRESENT LIED TO GENERATION WITH ITS FIRST CULT CLASSIC THEATER EXPERIENCE
Thanks to the brilliantly twisted minds of Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez, the Lied To Generation has officially been presented with its first midnight-movie-cult-classic. For anyone waiting to see the Grindhouse double feature of the new Tarantino and Rodriguez films on DVD, don't. For the Grindhouse experience to work, it must be seen in a movie theater, preferrably with a group of friends, and a large size soda with buttered movie house popcorn.
The film has thus far disappointed movie executives who expected a bigger opening weekend gross. Grindhouse has peformed well on the East Coast and West Coast, but failed to find an audience in the Midwest and Southern United States. The problem seems to be in the marketing of the film. Apparently, not many people seem to understand the concept of a grindhouse double feature.
Longtime collaborators Tarantino and Rodriguez set out to pay homage to the low budget exploitation films produced in the 70's and early 80's which were often coupled as double features in urban neighborhood's like the one modern artist Victor-Hugo grew up in near Hollis and Queens Village, New York.
"As preteens, we used to walk to the Community Theater, picking friends up along the way. Clearly, we were under eighteen and unaccompanied by any adults, but we had the money needed to purchase tickets for the R rated films that kept us entertained for half the day." The artist recalls."Grindhouse manages to recreate that experience for the Lied To Generation, with increased production values, tighter scripts, and a slew of recognizable actors."
Shown first, is Robert Rodriguez's "Planet Terror", which holds up as a zombie flick with over-the-top scenarios and biting social commentary.
Quentin Tarantino's "Death Proof" meanwhile is a slap in the face of reality for a generation growing up in a convoluted culture of red tape and technicality.
Movie critics have given both films favorable reviews, with the majority leaning towards Quentin Tarantino's "Death Proof" as the better of the two. Victor-Hugo says Grindhouse joins Werner Herzog's "Grizzly Man" in presenting the Beautiful Chaos of life to the Lied To Generation on celluloid. Insiders believe it is doubtful that Grindhouse will reach its full potential during its initial release. More likely, this entertainment experience will gradually build through positive word of mouth, like most cult films. Ultimately, Grindhouse will undoubtably find a new, prosperous life, with The Lied to Generation, playing as a midnight movie alongside The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Pink Floyd's The Wall, and David Lynch's Eraserhead.

Fans of the HBO mob series, The Soprano's and Victor-Hugo's modern art graphic novella, Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law, have witnessed the beautiful chaos of both entities collide in the final season of the groundbreaking HBO series. As Tony Soprano and Paulie set sail on the Sea Vouz Play, ships registry Pompano Beach, Florida, the monolithic Grand View Palace can be seen in the background.
The North Bay Village albatross is featured prominently as the catalytic force behind Victor-Hugo's diary of the world on canvas. During the HBO filming of the Soprano's, at The Grand View Palace, the artist met with the director and producer as well as other HBO executives on the set to discuss his vision for the upcoming documentary entitled, "The Marketing of Peace". A sneak peek trailer for the feature film will be debuting soon on both YouTube and the www.vhvii.com web site. Segments from the PornStars For Peace interviews including Jenna Jameson and Joanna Angel are expected to create an internet download buzz.
According to Victor-Hugo, a large sum of money was paid to the developer by HBO for the right to film on the Grand View Palace docks. Dr. Charles Edwards and his son James Edwards refused to comment on whether any of the funds were used to safeguard the lives of the over 1,500 residents living in the building under the false sense of security outlined in Victor-Hugo's parody based on real life events.
Apparently, the warnings of corruption within the Grand View Palace Board of Directors, is again being investigated. James Edwards and Patsy Stecco have been accused of voter fraud and tampering with recent elections. Sources close to the investigation claim to have "concrete evidence" of e-mail fraud and identity theft used by the developer to undermine the election. The evidence has been forwarded to authorities.
Media and local government agencies are referencing the artist's real time parody as a valuable source for news and information. When asked by a Miami Sunpost reporter to comment as to why the developer would go so far as to rig the election, Victor-Hugo said,
"Because they knew they could get away with it."

Victor-Hugo, who has studied psychology, sociology, and creative writing at the United States Naval Academy, Florida International University, and at Florida Atlantic University says the incident could signify a breaking point of the collective cultural psyche of young Americans, which the artist refers to as the Lied To Generation. The Hispanic writer/director of the documentary entitled, "The Marketing of Peace" says his film will include the impact this major event in American History will have on the evolution of peace.

9/11 showed American's and the world that the United States Leadership had failed to secure human safety on U.S. soil and over its clear blue skies. The fact that Cho Seung-Hui broke no laws in obtaining the weapons and ammunition necessary to carry out his personal war on peace in America, should be a wake up call to everyone. People must realize that the Virginia Tech student did not attack one particular race, creed, or color. It appears, this was an attack against humanity.
Though the U.S. Constitution is being twisted out of whack, by rogue attorneys and judges, who have essentially, caused this butterfly effect of ethical retardation to turn ugly, the controversial artist claims it is not too late for the Lied To Generation to take heed of Cho Seung-Hui's manifesto warning. Some psychologists fear, that the failure of society to show compassion and continually allowing might to make right, rather than encouraging and promoting civility, could lead to more home grown terrorist attacks in the United States, like the Oklahoma bombing or the Virginia Tech rampage.
The National Rifle Association (NRA) will no doubt argue for the Constitutional right to bear arms as a necessity, since the reality is that the U.S. military has been stretched to its limits and private citizens must be allowed weaponry to fend off foreign invasion. Some anti-gun activists believe, however, that when the invasion comes from within, it is called cancer, not gun control.

While President Bush spoke at the White House about how Congress was to blame for the lack of security being afforded to the brave soldiers fighting in Iraq, brilliant young minds at Virginia Tech were being senselessly slaughtered, by a lone gunman. As the leaders of the Lied To Generation try to convince their constituents that they are competently safeguarding their futures, the present well being of the Lied To Generation is being neglected.
AMERICAN TRAGEDY BY VICTOR-HUGO
The leadership of the United States has failed the Lied To Generation in so many ways, that the citizens of the country seem to have resigned to, what can only be described as, the cultural equivalent of Societal Stockholm Syndrome. As shots rattled through the campus between the hours of 7 A.M. and 11 A.M. the educated minds of the Lied To Generation knew they could not trust the reports from authority, which wrecklessly downplayed the enormity of the situation and allowed classes to continue while a madman roamed the open campus freely.

By failing to warn the Lied To Generation of the initial shootings, which occurred at approximately 7:05 A.M., the powers that be in the United States allowed the Lied to Generation to be hunted down like animals on safari. The death toll has so far reached 33. Over 15 have been injured.

The Lied To Generation has been handed its own Black Monday by those it trusted to protect their homeland and safeguard their futures. The only education the world received from Virginia Tech on April 16, 2007 was the fact that the smokescreen which veiled the weakness which exists within the United States was lifted. The Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales (CNES), the government agency responsible for shaping and implementing France’s space policy in Europe, recently volunteered to post more than 100,000 pages of witness testimony, photographs, film footage and audio tapes from its secret UFO archives onto the internet for worldwide consumption. Recently, the French have been seen in the United States as pioneers in several fronts including nuclear energy, the anti-War-in-Iraq-movement, and now the unprecedented sharing of classified matters of national security by a Western country.
The United States, which is struggling with trying to keep everything from White House to Justice System records classified, for fear of unveiling the corruption which has infiltrated the democratic government structure, is slowly changing it's attitude towards the French. Anti- French sentiment, which once had misinformed American patriots referring to French Fries as Freedom Fries and dumping bottles of French Wine, in protest to France's refusal to kow-tow to the George Bush agenda of duping the world into believing the War in Iraq, had anything to do with the unforgivable attacks on 9/11, is slowly changing towards a more tolerant acceptance of the French culture.
Asked to comment on the changing attitude towards the French and the sharing of UFO files, which the United States Government still considers classified, 2008 Presidential dark Horse candidate, Victor-Hugo, had this to say:
"The French have always been very welcoming to me on my trips to France. I find the French to be an enlightened people, who seem to share a greater sense of democracy than the United States citizens do at this point in history. I still love the United States, it's my homeland, however we have much to learn from the French. I am glad that people in the United States are opening their hearts and minds to the thought of cultural exchange with the French. Perhaps when aliens fly down from outer space to slap George Bush Jr. on his arse for making such a mess of things down here on earth, the U.S. government will decide to declassify its' UFO files as well."

The following document was submitted in response to former Florida Bar President(Broward) Donald A. Wich Jr.'s, defense of attorney Alexander Conde, the Boca Raton attorney being parodied in Victor-Hugo's modern art comedy-drama based on actual events entitled, "Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney". The 37 allegations set forth by the artist took nearly one year to investigate by the Florida Supreme Court 15th Judiciary Circuit Grievance Committee "E", led by Thomas John Ali.
Though several witnesses were listed by name, address, and telephone number, to verify the following facts, not one witness was ever contacted by the committee to verify the facts.
When asked to comment on how the investigation into these serious allegations were conducted, the Florida Bar Chief Branch Disciplinary Council, Adria Quintela, said that no written record of the investigation was available. The office of John F. Harkness Jr., Executive Director of the Florida Bar was contacted and the case was reopened for further review.
The corruption which exists within the United States Justice system has been brought to light by the brave families of the three falsely accused Duke Lacrosse players and by maverick modern artist Victor-Hugo as part of his Law and Justice in the United States series. Media outlets like CBS's 60 Minutes, NBC's Dateline, and ABC's 20/20 have all featured segments on the the decline in ethics and integrity of attorneys and judges, which is slowly destroying the fabric of the United States Justice sytem.
The U.S. Attorney General, Alberto Gonzalez, is under investigation following the hasty firing of several U.S. attorneys. Broward Circuit Judge Lawrence Korda, who played a role in the Anna Nicole Smith paternity battle, faces disbarment and a misdemeanor charge for marijuana possession on April 26 in a Hollywood courthouse. Mike Nifong faces an ethics investigation by the Bar Association.
Meanwhile, Boca Raton attorney, Alexander Conde, was cleared by the Bar Association of all 37 possible violations of rules governing the ethical conduct of attorneys. This landmark ruling sets a dangerous precedent, essentially lowering the standard of ethics and integrity for all attorneys.
Victor-Hugo says he is presenting the public records of this case to make the general public aware that there is a butterfly effect happening which endangers the civil liberties of and right to fair trial for all U.S. citizens. The fact that the Bar Association, under the watch of John F. Harkness Jr., did not conduct a full and proper investigation of this seemingly innocuous case paves the way for the Mike Nifong investigation to be conducted in the same irresponsible manner.
"If the American public allows such a lack of accountability to persist, rogue attorneys like Mike Nifong will continue to overreach and take advantage of their enormous power to prosecute and unjustly railroad individuals like Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty, and David Evans without just cause."
The controversial modern artist says he set out to test the Bar Association, realizing that eventually, Mike Nifong would be uncovered as an unethical attorney and be investigated by the Bar Association. "I wanted to see how the Bar conducts an investigation of attorneys. Apparently, as long as Mike Nifong hires the former Bar President and calls in some favors, he should have no problem receiving a "Letter of Advice" without any formal discipline or proper investigation. Am I the only one in the United States who sees a problem with that?"
The following letter to the Florida Bar is public record:
Dear Mrs. Ronna Friedman Young,
This is in response to the lazy response given forth by Mr. Alexander Conde and put forth by the surprisingly audacious law firm of Wich, Wich, and Wich, wherein the former Fort Lauderdale, Florida Bar leader, Donald Wich declares twice that the allegations against Mr. Alexander Conde are “completely baseless and groundless.” The court of public opinion should find Mr. Donald Wich’s assertions more than interesting, considering his former position on the Florida Bar. The fact that Donald Wich finds his clients behavior acceptable is shocking and hopefully in no way reflects the manner in which the current Florida Bar Association monitors the ethics of current lawyers practicing in the State of Florida and particularly, Broward County.
Perhaps when Mr. Donald Wich makes the statement that my desire is to “harass and embarrass Mr. Conde and Mr. Cohen, as well as anyone associated with their law firm” he is subconsciously denoting his own embarrassment in now being forever associated with condoning the actions and embarrassing practices set forth as acceptable legal practice in the State of Florida by his clients. Again, when all is said and done, the global court of public opinion will be the truest judge of who is right and wrong in this case. Donald Wich’s written statement declaring that “the Florida Bar grievance process and procedure should not and cannot be permitted to be abused and misused by individuals”, will stand the test of time, after this case is properly investigated and decided upon.
It is frightening to think that Donald Wich’s philosophy was once what governed and defined ethics in Broward County. His words speak volumes about what is wrong with the current judicial process in the United States and champions the true cause of why I have chosen to put the Florida Bar grievance process to the test. Since I foresee this case eventually being appealed all the way to the Supreme Court, I anticipate the ruling will be used for future scholars and law professors as a template for educating and hopefully turning out a new more ethical breed of attorneys.
Let me start off by pointing out, again, the lack of courtesy and investigation by both Donald Wich and Alexander Conde who apparently agree with Mr. Cohen that Mrs. Ronna Friedman Young is unworthy of being married or retaining her surname. In Mr. Condes second paragraph he succeeds in throwing his partner under the bus by pointing out that in his opinion, the 37 allegations I made were not aimed at him “personally”. Let me make it perfectly clear, that I hold Mr. Conde more responsible for this matter than his partner Aaron Cohen, because Mr. Conde graduated before Mr. Cohen therefore has more experience and should have known better. I also hold Mr. Conde more responsible because he claims to be the primary partner in the law firm. So, Mr. Conde should take this personally, as it was he who told me to go ahead and file a Florida Bar complaint, in front of two witnesses, because as he stated, “You have no idea who I am, do you?”
If Mr. Conde wins this case, then the world will know that who Mr. Conde is, is a spoiled brat attorney with an inside connection at the Florida Bar in Broward County through Mr. Donald Wich, no doubt. Furthermore, it is disturbing that Mr. Conde finds these 37 “allegations” difficult to comprehend, despite having an education from both Tulane and Loyola. I always thought those schools were pretty good.
Perhaps it is a good thing that this will all be made public record, because his clients really need to know that Mr. Conde has difficulty comprehending the fact that his partner, Aaron Cohen, taking residence in the property his law firm was hired to evict Mr. and Mrs. Roger’s from, before, during, and after the trial, is clearly a conflict of interest. Mr. Conde’s perception of reality reminds me of the husband who tells his wife, “You can’t call it cheating, if she reminds me of you.”
1. Mr. Conde plays dumb, claiming there is nothing to respond to, so let me cater to Mr. Condes feeble mindedness. According to Rule 4-1.7 of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar, when Vallerie Claudette Vaca and I notified Mr. Conde by phone and in person at the Roadhouse Grill near his office of our concerns regarding the apparent conflict of interest which existed in his partners taking residence at the property which we hired his law firm to evict derilect tenants from, according to Tulane and Loyola graduates I consulted with regarding this case, they believe Mr. Conde should have realized the adverse interest and substantial risk to his law firms clients, me and my companies, and removed his law firm from handling my case.
Instead, Mr. Conde embarrasses his Alma Matter by waiting until after his partner loses the case and fails to catch up on rent due to his client, to remove his law firm from my services. Apparently Mr. Conde was absent from both fine institutions when the loyalty to client and conflict of interest classes were being taught. It is a good thing the Florida Bar has been set up to instruct people like Mr. Conde before he causes more damage to future clients because of his ignorance. Mr. Conde claims never to have violated this rule, myself and several Tulane and Loyola graduates beg to differ. Should he wish to discuss this matter further, I can arrange to have Mr. Conde participate in a law lecture at either University, so that he can have some light shed on this subject.
2. Again, Mr. Conde plays dumb, so I will dumb this response down for Mr. Conde. When my business partner and I instructed Mr. Conde by phone and in person, that his partner, Mr. Cohen’s need for shelter lead him to undertake the case against Mr. and Mrs. Rogers, which he clearly was not competent enough to handle at a reasonable fee, Mr. Conde should have used his Tulane and Loyola degrees to ascertain that a severe conflict of interest was occurring. Instead, Mr. Conde chose to offer to pay Mr. Cohen’s overdue rent bills, which he never satisfied, by the way. Mr. Conde claims not to have violated this rule, yet it is obvious to two judges already, Judge Simon and Judge Beller, that Mr. Conde’s partners own interests presented an adverse effect on my representation as his law firm’s client. Should Mr. Conde fail to comprehend this statement, I can arrange a session with one of the law professors at the University of Miami to explain this rather simple concept to Mr. Conde about the responsibility he has towards ensuring that his partner is not jeopardizing his law firms clients best interests.

This is a clear cut lie, which can be proved by administering as many lie detector tests as the Florida Bar deems necessary to prove that Mr. Conde is lying to hide his embarrassment over this entire matter. My partner will be filing a Bar complaint against both Mr. Conde and Mr. Cohen wherein she will explain and provide evidence that Mr. Conde did in fact have conversations with both of us on numerous occasions about the issues regarding conflict of interest and his partner Mr. Cohen. I would have provided a written letter from her to verify this claim, but like I said, she plans on filing a Bar complaint herself. Interested parties are waiting to see how much influence Mr. Wich has over the Broward Florida Bar’s decision on this case, before proceeding with her Florida Bar complaint.
4. Mr. Conde again throws his partner under the bus to protect himself and again is lying to avoid embarrassment. Can Mr. Conde provide clear concise evidence to verify that he had no knowledge that his partner, Mr. Cohen was residing at the property his law firm was representing? Is Mr. Conde expecting us to assume that he was unaware for months that his partner was engaged in a gross conflict of interest with his clients? It doesn’t much make a difference at this point, since Mr. Conde never did pay the money his deadbeat partner owed me for first last and security. As for proof that I have spoken to Mr. Conde, can he please explain how my partner and I would have his personal cell phone number (561)***-7116? Is it common practice for attorneys to give their personal cell phone numbers out to clients they never speak too? If this is not enough to convince the Florida Bar of the fact that Mr. Conde is lying, and as his lawyer Donald Wich put it, “abuse” the Florida Bar, I will gladly request phone records from my cell phone provider to appeal this matter all the way up to the Supreme Court, should both Mr. Conde and Mr. Cohen insist on perpetrating lies upon the Florida Bar.

Can Mr. Conde please provide me with the name of the supplier of the drugs he is purchasing to cause his mental lapse of reasoning which is causing him to forget the numerous phone conversations I had with him on his personal cell phone (561) ***- 7116 and which my partner and I had with him at his office in Boca raton and at the Roadhouse Grill, just before he left for a European vacation with his artist girlfriend? I seem to recall much more than he does, and sometimes, I wish to forget things as well, so please, Mr. Conde, provide clear concise evidence to prove that you had no idea that your partner was involved in a conflict of interest or provide the number of your drug pusher. I know some artists that need some psychedelic mushrooms.

In his statement #3 he claims never to have discussed the Rogers case or any conflicts of interest, yet here Mr. Conde admits to having met with my sister and I for lunch. Can he please provide clear concise evidence as to what the outstanding bill was for? Also, can he please provide a clear concise explanation as to why my sister and I would drive all the way to Boca Raton from Miami, for lunch at the Roadhouse Grill? No offense, but that is no Ruth Chris Steakhouse. The Florida Bar deserves an explanation as to why he claims my sister and I would drive over 75 miles to discuss an outstanding bill and my artwork and website and on top of that pay for the lunch. Does Mr. Conde assume the Florida Bar will believe that we had nothing better to do with our lives?
This next part is priceless, and I thank Mr. Conde for providing me with the kind of masterful entertainment that I only wish I could be talented enough to make up. Mr. Conde pulls a mark Foley and tries to hide under the guise of a religious man, stating that he “took great offense” to my Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney “novel” because he is “Catholic” and has “family and friends that are Jewish.” Well, I am Catholic also, and I know which commandment states Thou Shalt Not Lie. I also have many Jewish friends and they all think Mr. Conde’s ignorance is hilarious, since if Mr. Conde had taken the time out to read my “novel” he would have realized that there is nothing offensive to either Jews or Catholics in the story. The reason my story is such a worldwide sensation is because most of it is based on real life events and characters like Mr. Conde who create such outlandish situations in life that people can’t help but be entertained and amused by all the adult silliness. Mr. Conde expects the Florida Bar to believe his pack of lies the way Mr. Foley expected the world to believe that he was merely sending overly friendly e-mails to young boys and former President Clinton expected the world to believe that he smoked marijuana, but didn’t inhale. Yeah right, and President George Bush Jr. never snorted cocaine either, right, Mr. Conde?
I have provided the Florida Bar and Mr. Conde with a full transcript of my modern art graphic novella and ask that Mr. Conde please provide clear concise evidence as to where I have made statements which are offensive to either Jews or Catholics and why he finds these particular statements to be offensive. I do agree with Mr. Conde when he states that my website www.vhvii.com will prove to be interesting and informative to the Florida Bar, that is why I have submitted the entire manuscript into evidence, so that the review committee can realize that Mr. Conde has no idea what he is talking about and that he is attempting to provide excerpts which misconstrue the true nature of my website and story. The fact that I asked him to evict his partner was both incredulous and ridiculous because as I, and others including, Vallerie Claudette and Elaina Fiocci, have been trying to explain to this Tulane and Loyola graduate, there was a conflict of interest in having to have Alexander Conde evict his partner Aaron Cohen from my property because Aaron Cohen was failing to pay first last and security on a home which his law firm was hired to perform an eviction on. Perhaps, Mr. Conde doesn’t realize that this ridiculous scenario is the crux of the Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney Story. I am not so talented that I could have made this story up. Apparently, Mr. Conde doesn’t realize that the worldwide fans are all in agreement with him on this response, which is what, makes this story so popular, it is being made into a feature film. I also have to agree with Mr. Conde that I am not naïve about business matters, which is why I filed this Florida Bar complaint.

When the good Catholic, Mr. Conde claims to not agree with my personal views of the world, am I to assume that Mr. Conde condones female clitoral circumcision, internet predators like Mark Foley, genocide, and war? This seems out of character for the man who heads a law firm which in his professional opinion enjoys a good reputation in the community. The fact that Alexander Conde thinks so highly of himself that he actually believes I would waste my time and gasoline to “stalk” his narcissistic ignorant being is the kind of laughable material which makes the story of Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney so entertaining to the masses. Alexander Conde and Aaron Cohen are universal characters which represent those who attempt to abuse their positions of authority by stretching the truth and manipulating facts which everyone knows are exaggerated. Please provide the Florida Bar with the surveillance video of Mr. Vaca “stalking” the premises. Perhaps his whining about how fearful he is about “irreparable harm and even bodily injury” may impress those Mr. Conde hopes to manipulate into believing that he fears for his safety from the girls he meets at happy hour, but anyone who knows the diminutive 5 foot five inch Mr. Victor-Hugo Vaca II can only laugh at Mr. Conde’s embarrassing claims and think that Mr. Conde is not only an idiot, but a wimp as well. I will not be putting any spin on Mr. Conde’s claims or his writings, which will eventually become public record. His writings stand alone and provide much levity and entertainment on their own without me adding my artistic flair to the situation. I thank Mr. Conde in advance for entering my writings as his only evidence in the case against him. Should this issue make it to the Supreme Court, Mr. Conde has unwittingly raised my story to new heights and it is clearly noted on the record that he introduced this as evidence, not me, which totally debunks the claim he makes that I am trying to use this to “foster publicity” for my own personal gain. I filed the Florida bar complaint without submitting my website as evidence because my claim is about ethics and facts, not about arrogance and manipulating the truth.

The following document was submitted in response to former Florida Bar President (Broward) Donald A. Wich Jr.'s, defense of attorney Aaron R. Cohen, the Boca Raton attorney being parodied in Victor-Hugo's modern art comedy-drama based on actual events entitled, "Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney". The 17 allegations set forth by the artist took nearly one year to investigate by the Florida Supreme Court 15th Judiciary Circuit Grievance Committee "E".
Though several witnesses were listed by name, address, and telephone number, to verify the following facts, the only witness contacted by the committee was Victor-Hugo. He was interviewed for less than five minutes at 7 A.M. by an individual claiming to be an attorney named Thomas John Ali.
When asked to comment on how the investigation into these serious allegations were conducted, the Florida Bar Chief Branch Disciplinary Council, Adria Quintela, said that no written record of the investigation was available. The office of John F. Harkness Jr., Executive Director of the Florida Bar was contacted and the case was reopened for further review.
As it stands, regarding Florida Bar File No. 2007-50,379 (15E)under the leadership of John F. Harkness Jr. finds, "No Probable Cause" and merely issued a "Letter of Advice to the Respondent". In its' "Letter of Advice" to Aaron R. Cohen, the committee makes it clear, that it does not condone his conduct in this matter, yet claims that his conduct, though "not consistent with the high standards of our profession" does not warrant formal discipline.
It is no wonder that in the United States, rogue attorneys like Mike Nifong and Aaron Cohen are able to wrecklessly disrupt the lives of individuals like accused Duke Lacross players Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty, David Evans, and social activist Victor-Hugo.
Asked to comment on this situation, Victor-Hugo said. "The story of Crackhead Jesus shows that when attorneys are left to police themselves, they will only offer one another advice rather than discipline." Adding, "Where there is no discipline, there can be no justice."

Dear Ronna Friedman Young,
I am an artist, not an attorney, so I apologize in advance should my response be anything less than what the Florida Bar deems proper. My intention is not to slander or hurt anyone’s career. I am merely doing my duty as a Citizen of the Global Community to stop the madness which has brought our country to the point of being seen as a joke by the rest of the world. I myself had the noble intentions of seeking a career in law as a prosecuting attorney, with the idealistic belief that I could rid the streets of rapists, pedophiles, and murderers.
Alas, Janet Reno, when she worked in Miami before serving our nation in a greater capacity, advised me to seek a different career because she said my life would be filled with heartache and disappointment, due to the fact that the real money is made in defending criminals, not making the world safer for future generations. I thank her immensely for talking me out of a legal career, because I feel as an artist I can reach a wider audience and make people aware of the freedom’s we sometimes take for granted.
That being said, the following response is not to belittle or defame the law firm of Conde & Cohen. I truly believe that there is good in every person. I also believe that if someone is not corrected in their behavior before it is too late, the habit will become the norm and that is dangerous to any constitutionally based society.
Mr. Cohen delineates his failure to pay attention to detail and unprofessional conduct, which Judge Beller noted on record at the hearing, in the very first sentence of his response. My name is not Victor H. Vaca, as Mr. Cohen presents to you in a legal document, but Victor-Hugo Vaca Jr.
I believe what Judge Beller meant when he reprimanded Mr. Cohen in court, was that as an attorney, it is critical that the points made are factual and triple checked. Here Mr. Cohen either displays a lack of respect for his client, Victor-Hugo Vaca Jr., investigator Mrs. Ronna Friedman Young (* Note: Mr. Cohen doesn’t even get the investigators name right. Leaving out Friedman and assuming that she is not married, in my opinion is insulting and boorish.), or the Florida Bar, by displaying an initial lackadaisical approach to his own defense.
I am making an issue of this because there is another individual by that name, who has nothing to do with this case, and because it goes without saying that a competent attorney should, at the very least, know his clients name. This serves as an example of why myself and those associated with me in the media industry will not choose to use or recommend the services of Conde and Cohen. Imagine if I failed to proof read this response and started off my response by calling the investigator Rhonda Young and referring to the law firm as Conjob and Cornhole
1.) Mr. Cohen fails to provide any clear and defined evidence to support any of his claims throughout his response. The Supreme Court of Florida created the Florida Bar to enforce the standards of ethical conduct amongst lawyers to protect the public. I have been told by other attorneys who have reviewed this case that what Mr. Cohen and his firm have done is tantamount to criminal if not unethical.
It is for that reason that I am taking the time to highlight every instance of failure to provide clear and defined evidence against my claims. I also ask that a lie detector test be ordered to verify the testimony of Mr. Cohen and all witnesses involved. I will pay for this expense myself if need be, because I do not feel that it is proper or safe for the Bar to take this case lightly, since it is being broadcast around the globe as an example of the United States Legal system and how it operates. This is not a pissing contest or a matter of he said, she said, this is a test to see how well the Florida Bar is doing at protecting rights, pursuing justice, and promoting professionalism.
From the onset, it is apparent that Mr. Cohen is willing to throw all caution to the wind in his responses. In this day and age of growing political awareness and increased social consciousness, this attitude is unacceptable. In his first sentence of his first response, again Mr. Cohen insists on wasting everyone’s time with superfluous gibberish in an attempt to pad his response. If you read my bar complaint, I never claimed to retain his services for writing a will. The moment Mr. Cohen started talking about overseas accounts, my sister/business partner became weary of his intentions. It is my failure to acknowledge the innate female intuition which has led to my sitting here writing this response. Shame on me, I will know better, next time, than to second guess a woman’s intuition.
I will provide you with a copy of my Scuba license to show that he even has his dates mixed up when claiming that we were worried about dying due to our taking Scuba lessons. These issues seem trite, I know, however as Johnny Cochrane showed with his, “If it doesn’t fit you must acquit”, brilliance, every little bit helps in building my case that Mr. Cohen is either innately incompetent or blatantly unethical.
I, noticed that Mr. Cohen answered the question of legality, regarding what some might think is laundering money, in parenthesis. If Mr. Cohen never advised me to put the money in foreign accounts, why would he divulge the statement:
“(which is perfectly legal)” in his reponse?
I believe in court, the client is told to say as little as possible, so that the jury or judge doesn’t read things into his statements. In this case, Mr. Cohen fails to represent himself properly by adding the statement which is like a child with a chocolate mustache looking at his parent and saying: “Before you ask me if I had any snacks before dinner, Mommy, I just want you to know that I didn’t.”
2.) Mr. Cohen claims I am attempting to sully his reputation for my personal gain, yet fails to provide any clear, concise evidence as to what I could possibly gain from pointing out his incompetence. I am merely doing my civic duty by warning the Florida Bar of his attempts to make a mockery of the sacred judicial system. Mr. Cohen also fails to point out the amount of money he has cost me and my associates due to his ignorance and lack of ability
In Mr. Cohen’s second response, he contradicts himself and proves my point all at once by stating:
“There is no way to “pad” a contingent fee based bill other than by inflating costs.”
Were Mr. Cohen a bartender, his ignorance would be funny, but the fact that he is a practicing attorney in the state of Florida is overwhelmingly frightening to all who have read this self incriminating statement.
Mr. Cohen paints himself out to have netted over 140% for his client which is tantamount to Asafa Powell, the fastest man in the world, bragging about winning the 100 meter dash at the Special Olympics. I will gladly provide the court with the case which Mr. Cohen brags about which dealt with a high profile individual attempting to defraud the state by selling property without a title.
Essentially, Mr. Cohen was handed this easy case, so that his performance could be assessed. He admitted to me that the case was such a slam dunk, he had negotiated a set settlement fee with the Law Offices of Caruana and Lorenzen in which the two lawyers would waste time sending each other correspondence to, ”inflate costs”, as Mr. Cohen unbelievably states in his own words in his 2nd response. I wonder which Wich, of Wich, Wich and Wich, P.A. Mr. Cohen will run to, requesting a response to my allegations regarding his exaggerated claims of his 140% settlement. Suffice to say, that I will gladly sit down with whichever Wich Mr. Cohen chooses, so that that Wich can get a good laugh out of his client’s overzealous claims as well.
Mr. Cohen sent me a check, true, but I still haven’t received a detailed forensic bill, nor has he provided clear and concise evidence to the Florida Bar as proof that he did not use the trick he points out in his 2nd response of “inflating costs” to garner over $4,352.00 in lawyers fees, while his client received the paltry sum of $545.53 over the $10,000.00 down payment given on a property without title.
Can Mr. Wich please explain the math on this? $4,352.05 vs. $543.53. Is the reputation of Wich , Wich, and Wich worth the embarrassment of trying to justify to the educated global community the worth of such a lousy return on investment, in this case, the investment being, the trust of client with the Law firm of Conde & Cohen. I will be glad to discuss this at length should you wish to realize with a greater sense of how asinine Mr. Cohen is being in using this as an example of his worth.
Finally, check out the contract which Mr. Cohen submits as Exhibit 1. Can you figure out what is wrong with it? I will tell you if you can not find it, but I want to see how observant everyone involved in this matter is, because this is not a joke and should be taken seriously, despite Mr. Cohen’s attempts to turn this process into a charade from the onset.
Here is a clue, Mr. Cohen provides as exhibit 1 six pages. At the bottom of each page, it says either “Page 1 of 4, Page 2 of 4, Page 3 of 4, and Page 4 of 4” You will notice that there exist 3 pages listed “Page 4 of 4”, two with signatures and one without. The font used in the two signed “exhibits” is different from the one without a signature. That is merely an observation, the clue lines within the text of what I have provided as my version of his Exhibit 1.
This is important because as a customer reporting about the law to the global community I am asking the Florida Bar if what Mr. Cohen is presenting as a legal contract is acceptable. If this is the case then the version I have presented as the true Exhibit 1 should hold credence. If so, this would be both dangerous and frightening. Dangerous, because what is to stop an unethical attorney from simply using a scanner and Photoshop to alter a contract that has not been initialed by either party to say or include the following:
Attorney’s Fee
The attorney shall be compensated for services rendered in the form of endless sexual favors, the birth right of the client’s first born child, and free rent at the property listed 94* N.E. ** Ave. in Pompano Beach, Florida.
Needless to say I would never consent to such a fee with any attorney unless the attorney looked like Cindy Crawford, but as presented by Mr. Cohen as Exhibit 1, this exaggeration could actually be legally binding if found to be so by the Florida Bar. That is not the scary part, however if you look at my Exhibit 1 presentation and read the contract I have on file it states something entirely more disturbing as matter of fact as purpose of representation..
3.) When Mr. Cohen says in his first sentence of his 3rd response that I am “skewing the truth”, I believe he is inferring that I am doing what he did with his attempt to have the Florida Bar investigator believe that he negotiated a settlement which “netted” my company 140% plus interest. Quite frankly, if the stench of what Mr. Cohen has bothered to put on paper hasn’t already offended Mrs. Ronna Friedman Young, then there is no point in defending myself against Mr. Cohen’s allegations. Again, I stand to gain nothing from “skewing the truth” about anything regarding Mr. Cohen or his partner Alex Conde. I ask that Mr. Cohen please provide clear and concise evidence as to how his unethical incompetence will net me anything other than providing fodder for future lawyer jokes to be shared at business meetings with clients and celebrities.
Mr. Cohen’s second sentence which starts, “In the case…”, should raise a red flag for whoever is investigating this complaint because it shows the validity of his responses to my allegations and how he is all over the place like a rat in a cage scrambling to weasel his way out. If what Mr. Cohen states in his own words is true, which it is, why then did Mr. Cohen waste the courts time, my time, and everyone else’s time by ordering Judge Beller to hear his motion for attorney’s fees. I can provide you with the transcript wherein Judge Beller tells Mr. Cohen that he got what he deserved. The investigator should at this point realize that Mr. Cohen is not only skewing the truth, but manipulating the facts to his own disadvantage.
It is comical to read how Mr. Cohen had his motion dismissed by Judge Beller because of Mr. Cohen’s inability to competently represent himself as his own client. It is also interesting to note that Mr. Cohen and Mr. Conde have hired Donald Wich, a former President of the Florida Bar to represent them in this high profile complaint. It should go without saying, that the members of the board reviewing this case will be scrutinized to ensure that no conflict of interest exists in the final judgment of this complaint, lest the entire Florida Bar be perceived by the general public as aiding and abetting unethical, unscrupulous, and incompetent legal counsel.
I will pay for however many lie detector tests are needed, to prove unequivocally that what Mr. Cohen said about Judge Beller was, “Judge Beller is an asshole.” To provide the Florida Bar with clear and concise evidence to this fact, I request that all three parties, Vallerie Claudette Vaca, Victor-Hugo Vaca Jr., and Aaron Cohen be required to submit to three independent lie detector tests, again, at my expense, because I think it is criminal that a lawyer who claims to have dismissed me because of my supposed intentions to lie under oath is setting such an example for young lawyers and aspiring law students.
Mr. Cohen is correct, he did not tell my sister and business partner to shut up. His exact words were: “You need to shut up, sit down, and listen. Judge Beller is an asshole and his ruling was total bullshit!” Quite frankly, Mr. Cohen is lucky my business partner did not slap his fat cheeks for being so rude to a lady. I just sat there in disbelief, not at what Mr. Aaron Cohen had said, but at my business partner’s calm reaction to her being disrespected by the man she employed.
You see, contrary to what Mr. Cohen would have “Ms. Ronna Young” believe, Vallerie Claudette Vaca was, in fact, his client. The attached exhibit “A” is a recent letter sent to us by Mr. Cohen which shows clearly and concisely that what Mr. Cohen is doing is lying to the Florida Bar. It is also interesting to note that the law firm of Conde & Cohen sees discussing my matters in front of my business partner as a breach of attorney-client privelege, yet sees nothing wrong in discussing other client’s personal matters with me, i.e. Elaina Fiocci, Rusty Vinikoff, Todd Louis. Again, I can provide you with a lie detector on this or give you facts that no one else would be privileged to other than Mr. Cohen, his clients, and me, due to Mr. Cohen’s unique concept of attorney-client privilege.
Mr. Cohen again proves his worth by stating that he was confident he would win certain issues on appeal and that in his opinion, we should appeal. Can the Florida Bar association please educate this man, so that he does not waste the money and time of future clients, by recommending an appeal on a case where the attorney fails to bring a court reporter to trial for his client. How does Mr. Cohen intend to win an appeal on a case he lost because he failed to provide competent representation to his client? (Rule 4-1.1)
I will be glad to accept his statement as I’m sure the Florida Bar would, as long as Mr. Cohen provides clear concise reasons as to why he believes he could win certain issues on appeal. Otherwise, the Florida Bar is accepting Mr. Cohen’s “opinion” as fact and that is dangerous.
4.) Okay, settle in, because Mr. Cohen’s fourth response is fraught with lies that can be proven with clear concise reasoning and documentation. He begins by stating that he never entered into any oral or written contracts to purchase the property he was hired to evict my crack head tenants from. He goes on to say that we “engaged in negotiations regarding the house.” Follow this reasoning; Mr. Cohen would have “Ms. Ronna Young” believe that he went through the trouble of hiring and paying for not just a home appraisal but a home inspection on a property he merely engaged in negotiations for…did he at any time in this thought process of shopping around for home inspectors and appraisers stop to think that perhaps his actions may be a conflict of interest for his client?
If Mrs. Ronna Friedman Young has ever purchased a home, she would know that one does not go getting an appraisal and home inspection on every home she “negotiates”. Using Mr. Cohen’s logic, I would assume that every time Mr. Cohen has a date he runs off to the Jewelry Exchange to price engagement rings.
Furthermore, Mr. Cohen states that the price of the home was $478,000.00 but fails to provide any clear concise evidence to back his claim. Again, please follow this common sense reasoning while pinching your nose:
I hired the Law Firm of Conde & Cohen to evict a crack head who literally thought he was Jesus Christ. The attached contract (Exhibit B)* shows the selling price “Crackhead Jesus” was supposed to pay, $430,000.00, before the man went nuts and reneged on the rent to own contract. Again, Mr. Cohen and the law firm of Wich, Wich, and Wich, would have “Ms. Ronna Young” believe that I am such an incompetent businessman, that I would actually RAISE the value of the house by $48,000.00, knowing that the man offering to purchase the house, in this case, Mr. Cohen, was not only holding the contract for purchase at $430,000.00, but I had hired Mr. Cohen to collect on damages made to the property which considerably devalued the property in question.
* I would gladly provide the Florida Bar with the original signed contracts; however, the Law Firm of Conde & Cohen is holding the entire file hostage. I ask that Mrs. Ronna Friedman please respectfully request that Mr. Cohen provide the original contract so that she can verify the fact that Mr. Cohen spent time and money on getting an appraisal and home inspection on a property which was supposed to be sold at $430,000.00, but which he claims without clear and concise evidence, was being negotiated at $478,000.00.
Okay, let’s follow Mr. Cohen and Wich, Wich, and Wich’s reasoning here, either I am being called an idiot, or Mr. Cohen is admitting that he is a complete incompetent fool. Why would anyone spend the money to get a property appraised and inspected knowing that the property is grossly overvalued by $48,000.00? The fact is, Mr. Cohen agreed to pay $430,000.00 for the property, but couldn’t get the financing because of his credit score. Mr. Cohen has failed to provide a legitimate appraisal on the property, receipts for said appraisal, receipts for said home inspection, or documented proof of any home appraisal including photographs and everything that goes along with a home appraisal and inspection, which I am sure Mrs. Ronna Friedman Young is well aware of. I ask that Mr. Cohen provide this clear and concise evidence as proof, otherwise, again, the Florida Bar is merely going on Mr. Cohen’s “opinion” of what the estimated value and condition of the property was.
Mr. Cohen also points out the Statute of Frauds, which I was not aware of, but now that he mentions it, I would like to add that to my list of Florida Bar complaints against Mr. Cohen for his knowingly entering into such a Statute of Frauds Violation with his client.
Mr. Cohen again displays his incompetence by unwittingly incriminating himself. This is exactly why my cohorts and business partners have nicknamed Mr. Cohen, “The Mush” because he is just so bad. I am not saying this to defame the man; it is just that it doesn’t matter if you are the Pope, President, or a Supreme Court Judge, when someone has a booger in their nose the most common man will notice that there is a “bat in the cave.” That doesn’t make it defamation.
The following are examples of how Mr. Cohen violates Rule 4-1.6
The attached (exhibit C) shows that Mr. Cohen’s claims that the property he was hired to evict Crackhead Jesus from did not have, as Mr. Cohen claims, “substantial illegal” work done. The use of the word illegal is pretty severe and being in the public spotlight as an internationally known artist, I take that word seriously. If Mr. Cohen’s claims are true, feel free to call the National Enquirer, otherwise I request that Mr. Cohen please provide clear, concise evidence to back his very serious allegation against his former client and can he please precisely delineate what exactly I did that was illegal?
I am not an attorney, but I believe Mr. Cohen is violating Rule 4-1.6, 4-1.9, and a slew of others which uphold the sacred trust of attorney’s and clients in this great nation? The same people who call Aaron Mr. Mush, also know better than to trust the law firm of Conde and Cohen with any confidential issues, lest they be misconstrued and thrown back in the clients unsuspecting face.
Another example of Mr. Cohen’s desperate attempt to violate attorney client privelege and the law firm of Wich, Wich, and Wich’s condoning of such actions is Mr. Cohen’s failure to provide clear concise evidence of his claim that Mr. Vaca attempted to circumvent the Expert Realty Sales contract. Mr. Cohen skews the truth, by stating that I made this statement, when in fact, he made it.
Again, let’s follow the very bizarre logic of Mr. Cohen’s mind. I hire Mr. Cohen to evict Crackhead Jesus, Expert Realty and Mr. Vaca enter into a sales contract that expires shortly after Mr. Cohen unlawfully takes possession of the property he just evicted Crackhead Jesus from, I raise the price of the house from $430,000.00 to $478,000.00 and on top of that try to circumvent a 2% sales commission (which hypothetically would have been $9,560.00).
Okay let’s do the math: $478,000.00
-$ 9,560.00
____________
$468,440.00
So, Mr. Cohen would have “Ms. Ronna Young” believe that not only was his client involved in illegal activities (which if he knew, violates Rule 4-1.16) but also that his client was attempting to breach his contract with Expert Realty. If the asking price was $478,000.00, as Mr. Cohen claims twice in his response, I would have already made considerably more than the actual asking price of $430,000.00 without being in breach of contract.
To add to the nonsensical diatribe which Mr. Cohen puts on paper, he would have “Ms. Ronna Friedman” believe that Mr. Vaca, being the greedy landlord and landowner, would actually DROP the price of rent from $2,200.00 to $2,000.00 for the sake of Mr. Cohen. (See attached exhibit B)* Furthermore, Mr. Vaca, who from Mr. Cohen’s claims appears to want to milk as much money out of everyone, going so far as to commit illegal acts and risk being in breach of contract with Expert Realty, somehow finds it in his greedy heart to forego first, last, and security from the attorney he hired to evict Crackhead Jesus.
This paragraph is so brilliantly illogical that I only ask Mr. Cohen to forego providing clear and concise evidence to contradict my claims in exchange for the phone number of the source from which he obviously scored some really good herb to write such a story. I would like to know which Wich helped Mr. Cohen write that response, because it is classic and everyone appreciates a good sense of humor.
Mr. Cohen goes on to lie, again, by claiming that Vallerie Vaca, my sister and business partner, was a guest at his BBQ and convinces one of his friends to provide a false affidavit to back his claim. I have attached three affidavits with drivers’ licenses, to provide clear and concise evidence that Mr. Cohen is outright lying to the Florida Bar and attempting to make a mockery of the entire Florida Bar process. First of all, my sister thinks Aaron has a Napoleon complex and is demeaning towards women based on the manner in which he has referred to strong, attractive, intelligent women as “dykes” in her presence on several occasions. She also thinks he is incredibly unfit, based on the fact that he is factually obese. She is not discriminatory against fat people she just really doesn’t like Mr. Cohen. As I stated earlier about her woman’s intuition, she never condoned my professional or friendly relationship with Mr. Cohen because she found him to be boorish and disrespectful of women.
Mr. Cohen would have “Ms. Ronna Young “ believe that an attractive young girl in her early twenties who lives on South Beach in Miami would actually drive to Boca Raton on a weekend to hang out with a fat, boorish attorney in a run down house for a BBQ? Please, I’m no Addonis, and I only showed up to his BBQ because I was in the area with my ex-girlfriend, Jennifer Collins, who happens to live nearby in Pompano Beach. No offense to anyone on the board reviewing this case, but no one drives from South Beach to Boca Raton for a BBQ unless Donald Trump is throwing a shindig at his Boca Resort. Mr. Cohen is no Donald Trump.
I suspect Mr. Cohen’s providing false documentation and affidavits violates several ethical Rules and should be seriously dealt with by the Florida Bar. If nothing else, because this is an affront to the principles of the Florida Bar and Mr. Cohen ought to be ashamed of himself for expecting any woman to believe such nonsense. His Exhibit 4, by Sharon Parris, Esq. implicates her as an attorney as well, because she would not be able to recognize my sister in a line up, since she has obviously confused my ex-girlfriend Jennifer Collins for my sister, though I sincerely doubt that, because I was French kissing Jennifer Collins at the BBQ and unless Sharon Parris Esq. assumes that my family is from West Virginia, she should be brought up on violating Florida Bar rules as well.
The willingness of Mr. Cohen to damage the reputation of so many of his cohorts: all three Wich’s, his partner, Alex Conde, and now his “friend” Sharon Parris is really very sad. It is indicative of what is wrong with this country that lawyers and politicians are unwilling to simply admit, “Hey, I’m human. I was wrong. I’m sorry. I’ll try better next time.” Instead, accountability is thrown out the window for, in this case, less than $7,000.00. Truly, what has happened to accountability in this great nation?
My sister was with classmates preparing for a class presentation at Florida International University in South Miami that day. I will gladly provide the Florida Bar with affidavits from each of those fine young students, should Mrs. Ronna Friedman Young doubt the sincerity of either my sister Vallerie or my ex-girlfriend Jennifer Collins. I can also provide an affidavit from her professor who is the editor of the Florida International University Newspaper, and who would not risk his reputation in the media community for sake of a BBQ conflict.
Mr. Cohen on the top of page three of his six page pulp fiction proves again that he is no Matlock. Mr. Cohen evicted Crackhead Jesus, received the keys from the opposing counsel via FedEx, and used those keys to move in, not the keys from the lockbox as he claims. Can he please provide the code for the lockbox? Can he please explain how the lockbox had keys when the Expert Realty people were the only ones with the lockbox combination, and they took the lockbox off the door after Crackhead Jesus threatened to kill any realtor that walked into the house? (See attached exhibit D)
But let’s give Mr. Cohen the benefit of the doubt, and assume he did somehow get the combination for the imaginary lockbox and he used those keys to enter the property after having received the keys from Crackhead Jesus’ lawyer. Mr Cohen would have everyone believe that he was so dimwitted that he never bothered to check to see if the keys in the lockbox matched the keys sent from Crackhead Jesus. This is the only part I believe, because Mr. Cohen has proven himself to be so dumb.
Mr. Cohen is saying that he moved into the house of the dangerous mentally unstable Crackhead with a documented criminal record, with his sister (Yes, Aaron Cohen lives with his sister.) and never bothered to check the locks to see if they were changed thereby endangering the life of his sister and himself. You see, Mr. Cohen moved in before the trial for damages took place, and immediately after evicting Crackhead Jesus. Mr. Cohen’s argument does not say much for his intellect or his self worth and I’m pretty sure if his sister found out that she had been left alone in that house at night while some crack head had a copy of the keys she would reprimand her brother far worse than anything the Florida Bar could do to knock sense into Mr. Cohen.
Can someone at Wich also explain why Mr. Cohen only returned two keys to the attorney I hired to evict Mr. Cohen, David Langley? If, as Mr. Cohen claims he used the keys from the lockbox to enter the property, where are those set of keys? Essentially as my attorney has already stated to him in legal documents, he is still in possession of the property and I am within my rights to sue him for the rent he owes me until these keys he mentions in his hysterical response appear at Mr. Langley’s office. Until such time, Mr. Cohen has failed to provide the Florida Bar with any clear concise evidence to counter my claims, thus far and is seriously in arrears for rent, which I would be willing to forego should he decide to stop this needless waste of everybody’s time. Can someone at Wich please tell Mr. Cohen to grow up?
Another interesting contradiction, why did Aaron Cohen wait until threatened with eviction from David Langley to return a single set of keys? He claims his firms asserted a retaining lien, but check the date of the lien, Mrs. Friedman Young, with all due respect, it doesn’t make sense why he never returned the keys to Mr. Vaca prior to Mr. Langley’s insistence to do so and again, only one set was provided. If Mr. Cohen is telling the truth, he should be able to provide the Florida Bar with another unique set of keys. Is anyone at Wich, Wich, and Wich checking the logic of Mr. Cohen’s story? I hope so, because the world is watching and reputations can be hurt.
5.) Can Mr. Cohen please provide evidence from his previous landlord showing receipts as to when he actually vacated his “s***h***” in Boca, as he claims I called it in his unprofessional 4th response? I would also request proof from the Drivers License Bureau showing his change of address, since Mr. Cohen is well aware of the law, I’m sure he had his residence changed when he moved into the property he was hired to evict Crackhead Jesus from. I am looking for clear concise evidence which should be easily provided by Mr. Cohen should he be telling the truth.
Mr. Cohen continues to display a tendency to demean women by claiming that my sister is neither an attorney nor a real estate agent, when Mr. Cohen is not a real estate agent nor as evidenced by his opus of stupidity and his laughable performance in front of Judge Beller, not much of an attorney either. I say this because if Mr. Cohen asks one of the Wich’s at Wich, Wich and Wich to call me on the superfluous diatribe I have included in this response, I intend to point out the lack of relevance his statement: “not his sister, who is neither an attorney nor a real estate agent, and as such should not be representing Mr. Vaca in a real estate transaction.”
His claim that she should have had no part in the negotiations when he knows full well that Vallerie is an acting Board Member of VHVC Properties, I find insulting as an artist who fights for causes such as women’s rights. When will men like Mr. Cohen realize that it is not a man’s world anymore? As a member of VHVC Properties, LLC Vallerie Caludette who has a college degree, and has been in business successfully for several years was and is more than competent to handle both legal and real estate transactions.
He also lies again by stating again that Vallerie Claudette Vaca was not a client, not paying for his time, and stopped returning her calls, yet he expects to get paid for his lack of competent services from someone who he claims was not a client. If Vallerie was not a client, then by his reasoning, I was not a client either, so what is he whining about? (See attached exhibit E)
Mr. Cohen avoided Vallerie’s phone calls like Mark Foley avoided the press after being caught sending overly friendly e-mails to young male pages. Mr. Cohen admitted to me that he was embarrassed about the fact that he failed to qualify for a decent loan rate due to his bad credit.
6.) I can understand Mr. Cohen’s embarrassment that as a grown man he must live with his sister because he can not afford to purchase a home on his own and that it is kind of embarrassing to admit that to an attractive successful young woman, such as my sister, but that is no reason for Mr. Cohen to attempt to askew the truth and further insult the intelligence of Mrs. Ronna Friedman Young, by insinuating that a license or degree gives someone a title. If that were the case, how did I beat Mr. Cohen in front of Judge Beller like a red headed step child without a law degree? How has my sister been able to successfully run several real estate investment companies without a real estate license?
Can someone at Wich please explain to Mr. Cohen that just because you claim to be something, doesn’t make you that. Reputation is what makes someone successful at whatever they do. I am an artist, some people would say that I am not much of one, but as an artist I allow people to judge for themselves and I invite you to do so at your leisure by visiting www.victorhugogallery.com. My reputation is solid, worldwide, and the outcome of this Florida bar Complaint will not affect my life or income one way or the other. As I stated earlier, this is merely an exercise in raising awareness about the intricacies of the judicial system in the United States, so the world can see how our country got to be in the mess which it is in.
I am providing my credit report as evidence that I am in good standing with the world’s top credit agencies as far as my credit and reputation. Can Mr. Cohen please provide the same, so that we can have clear concise evidence as to how his credit rating could have affected his decision to renege on the Statute of Fraud which he attempted to commit when he entered into an oral contract for the sale and purchase of real property with Mr. Vaca and Ms. Vaca of VHVC Properties, LLC?
Mr. Cohen again attempts to askew the truth for “Ms. Ronna Young” by assuming that Mrs. Ronna Friedman Young doesn’t know the difference between qualifying for a loan and qualifying for a loan at a low interest rate. I am certain that Mrs. Friedman Young will read right through his turgid claim that he “refused to circumvent his listing agreement with Expert Realty-despite his desire to avoid paying them their commission.” By this line of reasoning wherein Mr. Cohen claims to adhere to such high moral and ethical standards, I am providing you with exhibit F, which is the business cards of the good people at Expert Realty so you can inquire as to whether they received any payment for commission on his renting the unit as he stated earlier prior to the expiration of my contract with Expert Realty. If the Florida bar accepts this line of questionable ethics and reasoning then I suppose the Florida Bar believes Mark Foley really was only sending overly friendly e-mails to young male pages, because Mr. Cohen’s statement is quite frankly a huge load of h****s***.
7.) Mr. Cohen’s dangerous admission in his 7th response really drives my point home and I don’t think I will spend much more time pointing out his lack of competence or ethics because this simple statement sums it all up nice and tidy.
I quote for the whole world to hear loud and clear: “I AM NOT SURE WHAT MS. VACA’S OPINION HAS TO DO WITH MR. VACA’S ALLEGATIONS; AT NO TIME DID I BELIEVE THAT RENTING MR. VACA’S HOUSE WAS A CONFLICT OF INTERST.
The fact that the world now knows that the United States Law Schools are graduating imbeciles who do not realize that it is a conflict of interest to move into a house which you as a hired attorney have been hired to evict a deranged man who thinks he is Jesus Christ and are in the midst of a trial suing for damages and you have not paid your client first last and security and you tell the brother of the sister who thinks that you are a fat lousy attorney that you promise you will win the case and that the amount of legal fees will be wiped away after you as the attorney make mince meat of the crazy crackheads attorney because after all, “How good can Crackhead Jesus’ attorney be.” Proves that overconfidence is not only dangerous but should be considered unethical and unwise in any profession, especially one created to uphold the Constitution.
By the way, I used spell check, and believe it or not, that was not a run on sentence. Not bad, for an artist and a pea brained young lady. Neither of which, are attorneys or real estate agents, but have enough sense to realize when something just doesn’t seem right. I think it goes without saying that his final statement, “I CERTAINLY NEVER TOLD MR. VACA NOT TO MENTION IT AT TRIAL.” Sounds a lot like something a conservative Christian attorney caught with a male escort and methadone would say to cover his posterior, no pun intended.
8.) I know I said I would quite, but I have some more time and I am finding Mr. Cohen’s response to my very real allegations oddly fascinating. Again, why would I agree to charge my lousy attorney $2,000.00 per month when the crack head I hired him to evict was paying me $2,200.00 plus first last and security? I ask that Mr. Cohen please provide the court with reasonable, clear, concise evidence to assert his fact that I as a competent businessman and my sister and equally competent businesswoman would agree to such a poor business decision. I also commend Mr. Cohen for finally being a mature adult and accepting responsibility for his actions by admitting that he was being unwise in his actions.
On the other hand I think it is deplorable how Mr. Cohen throws his partner Alexander Conde, who is also under investigation by the Florida Bar for violating Rule 4-5.1 by stating on the record that he had his partner print out a Florida Bar approved residential lease for property thereby admitting that his partner was equally unwise. I wonder which Wich will explain this “Tweedle Dee Tweedle Dum” law firms actions and admittedly gross irresponsibility to their clients. I look forward to hearing this explanation, because from what I understand, the law firm of Wich, Wich, and Wich has been around for quite some time and is well known in the industry. My condolences, gentlemen, for having taken up such a cause.
Mr. Cohen again implicates himself with dates that validate my allegations and complaints against the Law Firm of Conde & Cohen. I ask that Mr. Cohen please provide the Florida Bar with the specific date of the trial against Mr. and Mrs. Rogers in front of Judge Beller for damages inflicted on the property which he claims to have moved into on May 1 of 2006. If the Florida bar does not see this as a conflict of interest, then what is to stop attorneys representing drug dealers from scoring some good marijuana or cocaine from their customers?
My drug dealing friends in Florida would be very curious to see how you handle this pickle, because they would love to sell drugs to their attorneys, some of which, believe it or not, do use both. I know this for a fact, because I’m friends with some established, upstanding, competent attorneys who smoke weed but refuse to lie under oath, before the Florida Bar, or compromise the cases of any of their clients. Myself and my colleagues would rather do business with intelligent pot smoking attorneys, than self absorbed, boorish women hating incompetents.
This one is really funny, Mr. Cohen says:
“Mr. Vaca said that he didn’t feel the need for a written lease as he trusted me.”
Every attorney and Judge I showed that statement to, laughed out loud. One even squirted vodka out his nose. Apparently even attorneys and Judges know that attorneys can’t be trusted, I would imagine thanks to the reputation pervaded by individuals such as Mr. Cohen and his partner Mr. Conde. I realize that issue is a matter of “he said, she said” and can’t be proven with clear concise evidence. Suffice it to say, that I just thank Mr. Cohen for providing me with such fodder for entertainment and I also thank him for acknowledging that he erred once again in his closing to response #8.
9.) This one appears to be written by one of the Wich’s, who starts off by accusing me of “skewing the truth.” Mr. Wich, can you please provide clear concise evidence as to your claim? In this case Mr. Conde’s cell phone records would suffice, otherwise I demand an apology for essentially embarrassing both of us and wasting everyone’s time with this desperate attempt to defame my character so as to protect the reputation of a man who in previous paragraphs admits, in his own words, culpability and lack of competence.
It is absolutely true that the world is watching with bated breath as to the outcome of the story of “Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney” on the syndicated website www.vhvii.com. It is also true that Mr. Conde and Mr. Cohen asked me to plug or promote their firm by stating within my website that they were representing me in a high profile case against a tyrannical back surgeon from Washington D.C. that was attempting to censor me, because I had uncovered corruption that compromised the lives of over 1500 men, women, and children. If you read my website, you will also find the inclusion of the fact that both Mr. Conde and Mr. Cohen asked me to promote the “Grand Opening” of their new office in Boca Raton. I was to donate my painting “The Souls of New Orleans” for a charity auction whose proceeds were to go directly to families affected by Hurricane Wilma. As you can see by the dates of the events documented worldwide on my website with clear concise evidence including news articles, whoever wrote response #9 apparently has excelled in creative writing and should consider contacting me for future participation in open mic nights where we allow creative individuals such as the author of response #9 to share their fantasies with an audience. If no clear concise evidence can be provided to repudiate the claims made on my very popular website, then in the authors own words, “PLAINLY, THIS ENTIRE PARAGRAPH IS FABRICATED.”
I asked some of my colleagues who happen to be college English professors and other colleagues of mine, who have written for the Miami Herald for years, to read this paragraph and especially that final sentence because I couldn’t believe my eyes.
Essentially, Mrs. Ronna Friedman Young, look carefully and verify my claim. That last statement essentially wipes out all the sentences that proceed it by stating, this is so unbelievable, I have to repeat it so you can digest the level of incompetence in self defense which is being presented before you.

This is the only response that I Victor-Hugo Vaca II will acknowledge as being wholeheartedly truthful so far. I absolutely agree, Mr. Wich, you are absolutely correct in your assertion that the entire paragraph you have written is fabricated.
Thank you for being so candid and honest, because as you realize, reputation is vital in any industry and this way if anyone asks how you truly felt about this case, you can refer to that statement in response #9. Well done.
10.) Please provide a forensic detail of your billing and any clear concise evidence other than your worthless rants about how ethical and affordable your services are to the Florida Bar. I think by this time any logical rational person can see right through your claims and would insist that you provide records of billing for your other clients. I don’t want to see them, that’s none of my business, you see Mr. Cohen, as a lay person I understand the importance of client attorney privilege, however I think it is in the best interest of the Florida Bar to investigate your actions a bit further.
I am also stating for the record that Mr. Conde, with two witnesses present threatened me should I go to the Florida Bar on speaker phone as I had breakfast with my sister on her birthday with one more person who shall remain anonymous should any of Mr. Conde’s threats come to fruition. I believe the exact conversation we have documented went something like this:
“Do you know who I am? You don’t know who you are fucking with, do you?”
I know who you are Mr. Conde, and so do a lot of other people. I am not seeking to inflict any harm on you or your reputation. My intentions are merely to defend my self and my family by exercising my right to do so by using civil means. I am the founder of the Modern Art Music Movement which is an international community of artists seeking to promote peace through education and awareness. I see no harm in allowing the global community to learn from my experiences and to be all the better for it. I hope that Mr. Conde and Mr. Cohen realize that my intention is not to destroy their careers, but rather to enlighten them as to the fact that what they have done is not right. We are all human. We all make mistakes. There is no need for threats. I want to go on the record as saying that, because I truly believe that Mr. Conde and Mr. Cohen are simply misguided young attorneys or shall I say small fish in a big pond.
11.) That’s a pretty long paragraph, ending with something that no attorney should have to ever be accused of, which is belittling a female client. All I can say is, I would be willing to pay for as many lie detector tests as the Florida Bar would deem acceptable as clear and concise evidence to substantiate the fact that Mr. Cohen simply lost his cool and belittled his female client in front of her business partner and brother. I ask you, Mrs. Friedman Young, how do you think Martha Stewart would have reacted to Mr. Cohen telling her to shut up and sit down in front of her business partners?
12.) I apologize for the embarrassing way in which Mr. Cohen attempts to manipulate the intelligence of a woman by alluding to the notion that I actually admitted to lying under oath in my 12th accusation and in his response. I apologize, because, at this point I feel from the onset, where Mr. Cohen showed a lack of respect for Mrs. Ronna Friedman Young, to care enough to get her name correct, that like most men he feels she is too dumb to realize that what I said in my 12th accusation is no where near what he claims in his 12th response. I am sorry, Mrs. Friedman Young, that men like Aaron Cohen still insist on treating you like second class citizens. I know for a fact that when Mr. Cohen displayed his lack of respect for the court in front of Judge Beller and on record, which I will gladly provide, since I brought my own court reporter and there are two separate court reporters who were present at the tongue lashing which Mr. Cohen received from Judge Beller for being so incompetent and rude.
After reviewing what my exact words were in my 12th accusation, I ask that you sit down and follow Mr. Cohen’s line of reasoning and how it implicates him even further as to how my little pea brained girly girl sister had enough sense to realize what this boorish clod still fails to digest. Mr. Cohen states that on August 17th, 2006 he instructed me in front of my sister to fire him. This is absolutely true. At which point my little pea brained girly girl sister looked at me with her infinite wisdom and said everything with her eyes.
Her woman’s intuition sliced through my brain as the notion of her warnings that Mr. Cohen’s unlawful occupancy of the property in question would be a disastrous conflict of interest.
And so we come to why the story of “Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney” is so fascinating to people around the world. Without naming names, simply presenting the quandary which exists when you ask someone of intelligence the following question:
What do you do when the Jewish attorney you hired to evict a crack head who thinks he’s Jesus Christ moves in to your home without written permission, promises he will make up for his lack of funds by winning what he considers a slam dunk case, fails to follow Rules # 4-1.1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 of the Florida Bar, loses the case, owes you close to $7,000.00, and then has a nervous breakdown in his office telling you to fire him after he disrespects your family and business partner, but is still residing in the home he was hired to collect damages from knowing that he has a specific amount of time to live for free, the way Crack head Jesus did before him?
I’ll tell you quite frankly what everyone, both men and women, have answered is that they would have reached across the desk and slapped the fat out of this humongous, short man’s face. Being a man of peace, however, I realized that violence is not the way to solve anything, and so on the advice of several very competent and ethical attorneys, I have chosen to file this Florida Bar complaint so that all of my comments are placed in public record should the court of public opinion ever decide to verify the authenticity of facts regarding the tale of “Crackhead Jesus and The Jewish Attorney.”
13.) Mr. Cohen negates his response to #3 here, and also admits to violating Rules
4-1.1,3,4,5,7,8,16. His final statement: “I did say that as a result of not having a transcript of the trial, it may be difficult to win certain issues on appeal.” Makes me shudder to think how men, using this line of reasoning could have sex with women and say, “Sorry about your pregnancy, but I told you condoms were only 99/9% effective.”
What a buffoon, my net worth could buy Mr. Cohen over a million Wendy’s double cheeseburgers and my little pea brained girly girl sister could buy Mr. Cohen over a million Slurpees to wash them down with and he claims that it was my decision not to bring a court reporter to the slam dunk case of Crackhead Jesus. My sister and I were shocked to see that he failed to bring a court reporter and he told us not to worry because it was unnecessary since there was no way he could lose the case.
Can Mr. Cohen explain why if I was so broke and stupid, I brought my own court reporter to the case where Judge Beller scolded him in front of the bailiff, my court reporter, Mr. Cohen’s court reporter, my little pea brained girly girl sister, my ex-girlfriend, and myself? I have no problem paying for legal services for competent ethical attorneys. I am providing exhibit (G) as evidence that through the years I have dealt with and maintained good relations with several upstanding attorneys in the global community, notwithstanding the Law Firm Of Conde & Cohen. Feel free to contact any one of these individuals listed and ask them for their honest off the record opinions of Mr. Victor-Hugo Vaca II and Ms. Vallerie Claudette Vaca. Some of them actually have had the displeasure of dealing with Mr. Aaron Cohen, so feel free to inquire as to how they feel about him representing the noble legal profession.
14.) Again, please provide clear concise evidence, Mr. Cohen of my intentions to get on the stand and lie under oath. Can Mr. Cohen please provide proof of the notice he sent on both cases for dismissal of judges to the Florida Bar, please? The first notice in front of Judge Simon was received the night before the hearing and the second notice for the hearing before Judge Beller never appeared.
Perhaps that is because when Mr. Cohen saw my sister and I show up at the Miami Court house to appear before Judge Simon to explain that the real reason Mr. Cohen wanted to back out of a case which was set for trial in less than a fortnight was because the unethical attorney had entered into a conflict of interest by the fact that I was evicting him and he was my attorney for the case.
Judge Simon looked at Mr. Cohen like he had three tits on his forehead and agreed that it was most certainly a conflict of interest. If you don’t believe me, feel free to ask Judge Simon yourself. If you want, I will find him and request an affidavit to contest Mr. Cohen’s ridiculous fabrications pertaining to this fact. There were also other attorneys present in his chambers at the time and they all looked at Mr. Cohen like he had a penis sticking out of his ear because no one could believe what they were witnessing. Days before a costly trial a world renowned artist and his pea brained girly girl sister were sitting before the austere judge wondering what to do because they were being forced to evict and fire the lawyer they had hired to evict Crackhead Jesus because of his unethical incompetence. I would be glad to review the court docket and track down every attorney present in the Judge’s chambers that fateful morning. I can assure you everyone in attendance remembers that morning.
I would like to know why Mr. Cohen feels that the remainder of my accusation in paragraph 14 “requires no response? Is it because it is true? Or just because he feels that “Ms. Ronna Young” doesn’t deserve one? Or, perhaps, because as I presume, Mr. Conde feels he is above the law and without fault?
15.) Mr. Cohen admits to violating Rule 4-1.6 in his first sentence. ‘Nuff said.
16.) I can provide the e-mail, but I do not feel it is appropriate to discuss an upstanding woman in the community who happens to have a unique sexual orientation with the global audience which is following this case. I will cede this accusation on behalf of Ms. Lima, but will be glad to provide any documentation as long as I am guaranteed that it will not be made public record. I’ll give you this one Aaron, only because I happen to like lesbians.
17.) Both Bruce and Jason Feder think Mr. Aaron Cohen is an incompetent attorney. If you don’t believe me, ask them yourself. There names and information are provided as witnesses in the complaint and I shouldn’t have to run around chasing people for affidavits. It is the job of the Florida Bar to conduct a thorough investigation into this and every matter which comes before them. I have the utmost confidence in Mrs. Ronna Friedman Young’s ability to conduct a clear, concise, and fair investigation into every allegation.

MEMORIES OF MODERN ARTIST'S VISIT TO DACHAU CONCENTRATION CAMP
Social activist and modern artist, Victor-Hugo says he met a young middle school student the other day wearing a t-shirt which read, "Never Again-JUDE". The artist says he was encouraged to see members of the Lied To Generation keeping the memories of genocide alive.
DACHAU CONCENTRATION CAMP
"It reminded me of a Jewish lullaby that says we are like a river's shores, and deep, deep in us runs what has been, what we are now, and what is to be transmitted to the next generation." Victor-Hugo says we can not ignore the atrocities going on in Darfur and other parts of the world. "Unfortunately, the U.S. media has everyone so distracted with the growing pains of Britney Spears, Lindsey Lohan, and Don Imus, that the average American is still as ignorant about genocide as the World War II generation was during the Holocaust."
DACHAU CONCENTRATION CAMP
Dachau was Germany's first concentration camp. It was started in 1933 because German prisons were overflowing with people the Nazi government didn't like. Dachau was both a work camp and training ground for SS personnel being trained to work in newer camps such as Auschwitz.
Approximately 30,000 prisoners, 1,173 of them German, were living in Dachau upon liberation in 1945. The entrance gate reads "Arbeit Macht Frei" which translated in English means, "Work will set you free". Dachau contained a gas chamber and krematorium. The original barracks were torn down in 1965 due to decay. The camp headquarters is now a museum.
Victor-Hugo says he recalls being caught in the middle of an ominous hail storm outside of where Dr. Siegmund Rascher conducted his gruesome medical experiments involving freezing people in cold water or air, then trying to warm them up with hot water.
"The camp was closed to visitors. I persuaded the guard to allow my assistant and I to photograph the grounds. Dachau is huge. It was silent and desolate. The sky turned black and the clouds unleashed a barrage of golf sized pellets upon us for several minutes. We took refuge under an eve, beside the building where atrocities against humanity had taken place. The tortured ghosts of those who suffered in the name of science and government kept us company, as we shivered from the cold, wet conditions and waited out the storm."
DACHAU CONCENTRATION CAMP
Dr. Siegmund Rascher also subjected people to high altitude simulations until they died. He submitted his research reports to Nazi-controlled universities in an attempt to boost his credential portfolio for his PhD.
Victor-Hugo says the most frightening memory of his visit to Dachau, Germany, was when he noticed the houses outside the walls surrounding the concentration camp.
"German families were literally living across from the camp. From the second floor of the homes, you can see straight into the camp grounds. People were turning a blind eye to the dangerous abuse of power which was being perpetrated by the Nazi government, in much the same way American's today are turning a blind eye to the rogue manner in which power is being abused in the name of the law."

Alone, and without legal representation, the 2008 U.S. Presidential candidate has chosen to explore the world of being a pro se defendant in a post 9/11 democracy as part of his multimedia, "Law & Justice in the United States Series".
The multimedia artist plans to explore the episode in his modern art graphic novel entitled, Crackhead Jesus, which will be the first in his highly anticipated seven book anthology called Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law. The interactive series is being touted as a Harry Potter for adults which pits the Pro Se protagonist against an attorney who makes Duke prosecutor, Mike Nifong, look like Pope John Paul II and an ancient coven of witches from the law firm of Witch, Which, Wicca, & Wich that create chaos throughout history.

found nothing wrong with the over 50 questionable ethical and competency complaints made against the law firm of Conde & Cohen, P.L, to further perpetrate fraud upon the court.
Aaron R. Cohen has chosen to falsely report to the court, and Judge Donald W. Hafele, that investigations by the Florida Bar against him have been dismissed regarding charges of unethical practices. Failing to mention that the dangerous findings are still under review by the Chief Branch Disciplinary Council, Aaron R. Cohen is displaying the same wreckless rogue manner used by North Carolina prosecuter Mike Nifong in the Duke rape case. Nifong is presently under investigation by the Bar Association.
"The situation with attorneys has gotten out of hand. There is no check or balance for the ethical behaviour of attorneys. People's lives and liberties are at risk here in the United States because, attorneys have figured out, that as long as they police themselves and keep it a "Good-Old-Boys-Club", they can run rampant over their clients rights and the U.S. Constitution. I am requesting that Judge Donald W. Hafele allow media coverage of this trial, the way cameras were allowed to witness the Anna Nicole Smith hearings after her death, so that the American public can realize how dangerously low the standards have gotten for attorneys like Mike Nifong and Aaron R. Cohen." Victor-Hugo said.
MEDIA OUTSIDE COURTHOUSE
The law firm of Conde & Cohen, P.L. hired former Fort Lauderdale Bar Association President Donald A. Wich, Jr. to defend the allegations made by Victor-Hugo. Victor-Hugo states that none of the witnesses on his witness list were contacted to verify the allegations of misconduct, and unethical behaviour by the law firm of Conde & Cohen, P.L.
"I received a phone call at 7 a.m. from a man claiming to be Thomas John Ali. He asked me two questions, we spoke for five minutes. After nearly a year, the Florida Bar committee returned a verdict essentially condoning the dangerous behaviour of these attorneys which should make Mike Nifong's Bar case in North Carolina easy to defend." Victor-Hugo adds. "Especially if Mike Nifong is held to the same low standards that the Bar Association is apparently upholding for Donald A Wich Jr.'s clients Aaron R. Cohen and Alexander Conde."
Victor-Hugo says he has requested that the members of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee "E" be investigated by the Chief Branch Disciplinary Council, to ensure that no conflict of interest was responsible for the stunning decision made by the Bar Association. It has yet to be determined whether or not any of the members of the committee in charge of the mishandled investigation, had any affiliation or ties to the Law Firm of former Bar President, Donald A. Wich Jr.
Victor-Hugo says he will be rolling out the chapters of his censored "Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney" parody, which highlights the dangers that presently exist in the ailing United States justice system, in the upcoming weeks.

DUKE RAPE CASE AND MODERN ARTIST BRING UGLY TRUTHS OF U.S. JUSTICE SYSTEM TO LIGHT
DURHAM, N.C. - North Carolina's Attorney General ,Roy Cooper, dropped all charges yesterday against three white former Duke University athletes accused by a black stripper of raping her at a house party in March of 2006. The decision supported the allegations being made by Latino modern artist and dark-horse presidential candidate, Victor-Hugo, in his parody of the U.S. Legal Justice system entitled, Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney.
DUKE BY VICTOR-HUGO FROM THE POLITICS OF THE PENIS SERIES
Roy Cooper, condemned Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong for "a rush to accuse and a failure to verify serious allegations,[with] no credible evidence that an attack occurred in that house that night."
Victor-Hugo's two year long investigation of the Florida Bar and court system in his "Law and Justice in the United States" series has uncovered dirty little secrets about the dangers which threaten U.S. Citizens Constitutional rights. The controversial artist says he is presenting his evidence in a manner which he feels will be easy for the masses to digest.
"The Duke rape case and others like it show how the Good-Old-Boys-Club of attorneys and judges protect one another at the sacrifice of human rights and lives, for sake of politics and greed." Victor-Hugo adds. "Had it not been for the fact that the victims in this case were three white upper class men with intelligent and relentless families, willing to go toe to toe with the corrupt legal system, the abuse of power which pervades the backbone of our Constitution would have remained unchecked. Rogue prosecutor's like Mike Nifong, unfortunately, are not as uncommon as people think."
Attorney General, Roy Cooper, said the case highlighted "the enormous consequences of overreaching by a prosecutor" and called Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty and David Evans victims of "a rush to condemn," adding: "We believe these three individuals are innocent of these charges."
Several North Carolina and Florida lawyers said they could recall no case in which a sitting district attorney was so harshly and publicly rebuked by a fellow prosecutor. Victor-Hugo says this is because the checks and balances of the legal system need to be reviewed and revamped immediately.
"The reason why this is so unheard of is not because there is a lack of bad attorneys, it is because like the blue shield which exists for dirty cops, their exists a shady legal shield which protects unethical attorneys and judges."
Mike Nifong's decision to drop rape charges but keep sexual offense and kidnapping charges against the three Duke University lacrosse players left many legal experts saying the prosecutor lost his credibility and in so doing opened a Pandora's Box of questions about justice in the U.S. legal system. The question of justice in the U.S. legal system has been examined in graphic novella form by Victor-Hugo, who says his artwork and writings contain clues for government investigators and future historians to examine. Ultimately, the artist hopes his works of art are used to raise awareness about social issues in an entertaining format.
Mike Nifong now faces ethics charges filed by the North Carolina state bar association for his actions, which included withholding DNA evidence that showed the three defendants were not the sources of genetic material found on the accuser's underwear and body; the DNA came instead from several unidentified males. Nifong could be disbarred.

Victor-Hugo says he recently uncovered a glaring problem with the bar association and its ability to properly conduct ethics investigations. He provided the following letter, which he says he faxed to the executive Director of the Florida Bar, John F. Harkness Jr. and Adria Quintela Chief Branch Disciplinary Council of the Fort Lauderdale Bar Association on March 28, 2007. The letter reads:

I offer you the opportunity to explain in detail the position of the Florida Bar and Supreme Court with regards to the following cases:

In a state which condones Capital Punishment, the above mentioned cases set a precedent for a dangerously low standard of ethics and competence for attorneys, which threaten the safety and lives of Florida State residents. In particular, minorities who can not afford competent legal counsel will be left without their Constitutional right to a fair trial by attorneys sworn to uphold the oath of admission to the Florida Bar.
Furthermore, the condoning of attorneys from maintaining the confidence and preserving inviolate the secrets of clients, threatens the relationship between Fortune 500 Companies and government institutions that rely on attorneys in the state of Florida to abide by both the Creed of Professionalism and the Oath of Admission.
Victor-Hugo says he is awaiting a response from John F. Harkness for publication. In the meantime, he says he will present the two cases which have now become public record in his Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney tale. "This story," Victor-Hugo says. "will blow the lid off of the Bar association and increase public scrutiny over how the bar handles Mike Nifong's ethics investigation."
As it stands, Mike Nifong's attorney could use the cases mentioned by Victor-Hugo in his letter to John F. Harkness in defending Nifong's poor handling of the Duke rape case.
Attorney General Roy Cooper said he had not ruled out filing criminal charges against Mike Nifong after the bar association case is completed.

IS VICTOR-HUGO THE NEW WALRUS?
During the Vietnam War, a wild rumor began circulating in the media that famous Beatle, Paul McCartney, was dead. The rumor supposedly started in 1966, when a caller phoned WKNR Radio in Detroit and asked disc jockey Russ Gibb if he'd heard that Paul McCartney had died in a car crash. Recently, the Iraq-War-Cyberspace-Media-Era, has perpretrated the false rumor that controversial New York City/Miami modern artist and 2008 Latino Presidential candidate, Victor-Hugo had been murdered by one of the characters in his breakthrough modern art graphic novela and cloned by a cult of sex crazed female Raelian's.
To support the claim that Paul McCartney was dead, theorists began pointing to "clues" left by The Beatles in statements allegedly heard when a song is played backwards, symbolism found in obscure lyrics, and ambiguous imagery on Beatles album covers, like Abbey Road, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band,Revolver, Magical Mystery Tour, and Yellow Submarine.The Beatles denied the rumors, saying the clues were all merely a coincidence.
MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR-THE BEATLES
Victor-Hugo denies the rumor that he is dead. Regarding the rumor that he was cloned by Raelian's, the modern artist had no comment. The Raelian Movement, founded in France in 1973, recently grabbed headlines by announcing that they had cloned the first human being. Former French journalist Claude Vorilhon, who now calls himself Rael and claims to be a direct descendant of extraterrestrials who created human life on Earth through genetic engineering, founded a company called Clonaid. Clonaid, led by scientific director, Brigitte Boisselier, announced in February of 2004 that the first human clone had been born. The 7-pound baby girl clone was named "Eve."
The Raelian's refused to provide evidence of the human clone, however, and to this day, the baby's whereabouts have not been revealed, nor has the birth been independently confirmed. Clonaid has said Eve was born to a 31-year-old American woman. Appearing on CNN's "Crossfire," the Raelian leader said he had spoken with Clonaid CEO Brigitte Boisselier and told her, "If there is any risk that this baby is taken away from the family, it is better to lose your credibility; don't do the testing."
This raised doubt amongst the scientific community and the media. Conspiracy theorists have been debating the cloned human being's identity and gender ever since. Some theorists contend the clone is that of modern artist Victor-Hugo, who like his predeccessor, French novelist and poet, Victor Hugo, was also born in February around the time of "Eve"'s supposed birth. The theory is that modern artist Victor-Hugo, an Aquarian born on February 15, 1970 was cloned to herald the birth of the New Age of Aquarius. The creation of "Eve" by the French Raelian group's company, Clonaid, was supposed to lead to a new Golden Age of Enlightenment and immortality.
Victor Hugo, the author of such literary giants as Les Miserables and the Hunchback of Notre Dame was born February 26, 1802. The birth of "Eve" is disputed as being either February 12, 2004 or December 26, 2003. The significance of the astrological signs for all three individuals being either Aquarius, Pisces, and Capricorn or simply Aquarius and Pisces have believers interpreting this as proof that Victor-Hugo is the clone. The fish and water sign, Aquarius, naturally go together, but believers point out to skeptics that Capricorn is also water related, in that Capricorn is often depicted as a sea borne hybrid or dolphin. The image is often an animal with the body of a goat and the tail of a fish.
Other Raelian clone theorists, meanwhile, believe the clone is that of Woodstock icon, David Crosby, of Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young.

The story that Paul McCartney was dead would linger for years, however, prompting sociological examination of the rumor, because its development, growth and rebuttal took place very publicly, due to The Beatles' enormous popularity. Even O.J. Simpson's Defense Attorney, F. Lee Bailey, did a syndicated television special on the rumor entitled, Paul McCartney: The Complete Story, Told For the First And Last Time.
Victor-Hugo says the rumor of his own death does not creep him out, because he knows everyone's life must eventually come to an end. His response to rumors that he was murdered by one of the characters in his diary of the world on canvas is that he suspects everyone involved is intelligent and spiritual enough to realize that violence is not necessary.
"We are all just characters playing our parts in the beautiful chaos of life." Victor-Hugo adds. "Besides, I believe in reincarnation and hauntings, so anyone who kills me will have to deal with my ghost. If you think I am relentless in human form, imagine what I'll be like as a poltergiest."

Victor-Hugo says he was recently asked by Mike Maranhas, author of the novel, Re’enev:

"At this point in history, it beats having the common name of George Bush." The artist goes on to say, "Growing up with a name like Victor-Hugo, you can't help but feel like you are living in the shadow of a visionary. Victor Hugo was a literary genius and a revolutionary man. I think the confusion is that many people do not realize that Victor Hugo, the French author and poet is dead but Victor-Hugo, the modern artist, activist, and free thinker is still very much alive and working on several new projects."
Modern artist Victor-Hugo reminds people that although the characters in his parody are loosely based on real people and events* the story of Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law is for entertainment purposes and solely intended to raise awareness about issues affecting the human condition.

Victor Hugo, the French poet, novelist, playwright, essayist, visual artist, statesman, and human rights campaigner, died at the age of 83. Victor Hugo is regarded by some scholars as the greatest French poet of all time. Victor Hugo's volumes of poetry include Les Contemplations and La Légende des siècles, both of which retain international high critical esteem.
Victor Hugo's best-known works are the novels Les Misérables and Notre-Dame de Paris (a.k.a. The Hunchback of Notre-Dame).
VICTOR HUGO
In his youth, Victor Hugo identified himself as a Catholic and professed respect for Church hierarchy and authority. Victor Hugo eventually evolved into a non-practicing Catholic, expressing increasingly violent anti-papist and anti-clerical views in his art. He dabbled in Spiritualism but ultimately settled into a Rationalist Deism similar to that espoused by Voltaire. Victor Hugo liked to consider himself a "Freethinker".
Although Victor Hugo believed Catholic dogma to be outdated, he never directly attacked the institution itself. He also remained a deeply religious man who strongly believed in the power and necessity of prayer.
Victor Hugo predicted Christianity would eventually disappear, but he reasoned people would still believe in "God, Soul, and Responsibility".
