The following article was written about Zbyszek by Samantha Butler from N.Y.

"The current generation of young artists feels the need to shock the viewer into reaction. When one comes into contact with the works of Zbyszek Koziol, one feels the footprint of something ancient and visceral yet modern and challenging. As the viewer is absorbed deeper into his thought-provoking works, a sensation of freedom only felt during childhood rises to the surface. Not since the works of Basquiat has there been such clarity of thought and lack of pretension.

A natural and contagious enthusiasm for the arts gave rise to an unconventional period of process and experimentation. An innate desire led him to study the history of the arts in Glasgow, Barcelona, Paris, Amsterdam and Sweden. Throughout the 1970’s Zbyszek worked for Polish Jazz Society as a jazz promoter, producer of concert tours and International Jazz Festivals. He extensively traveled through out Europe, Soviet Union, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Vietnam, and finally settled down in Australia (1981). Here he would begin to examine his budding language through wood, glass and leather sculpture and later in the creation of wearable art. These tangible expressions led him to be chosen for a documentary film by Sydney’s City Council Art Department as 1 of 20 non-Australian artists. In 1985 he relocated to New York.

Ultimately his travels and experiences of diverse cultures, music and art found a unity and natural rhythm through his distinctive and cohesive language articulated in paint. For the past twenty years he lives and works in Key West, Florida."

Zbyszek's biography:

1946; Born in Kudowa Zdroj, Poland.

1969 -73: Studied English Language at the Cambridge School of English, London.

1974: Travels to study History of the Arts in Glasgow, Barcelona, Paris, Amsterdam and Malmo, Sweden.

1977: Graduates the Central School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw; MA in Economics. 1977-80: Works for Polish Jazz Society in Warsaw. Director of the International Jazz-Festivals Department. (Concert production and promotion: Stan Getz, Sonny Rollins, Dexter Gordon, Sarah Vaughn, Gerry Mulligan, MJQ, Roberta Flack, Duke Ellington Big Band, Woody Herman Orchestra, Thad Jones-Mel Lewis Orchestra, John Mc Laughlin, Shakti, Muddy Waters, Tania Maria, Benny Goodman Orchestra and many others).

Travels to France, Italy, Sweden, Hungary,India, and Nepal.

1981; Travels to record and document folk music for Polish Jazz Society’s Record Club: USSR, India, Nepal, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.

1981-85: Settles in Australia:

Works on a Sheep Farm near Perth in Western Australia. Photographs the Outback. Moves to Sydney. Experiments with ‘wood-glass-leather’ sculptures, starts to paint and make wearable art.

Chosen by the Sydney’s City Council (Art Dept.) as one of the twenty

non-Australian born artists to be filmed and their work documented for

educational’ purposes.

Travels around Australia. Visits Scotland, Sri Lanka.

1985: Invited to co-organize MILES DAVIS concert tour in the USSR and

Poland.

Travels to India, Tunisia, London and New York.

"On the day of the event I will be attending an unveiling in NYC. This is a Jewish custom which is a memorial service that occurs one year after someone dies and is when the gravestone is unveiled. This year both my StepMom and StepGrandmother passed away and it is a double unveiling. In honor of them and as part of MAMM, I will be taking photographs that day. Although photos are not typically taken during this type of service, I am sure both women would be proud to have the day captured as all thier children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren are travelling from places as far away as Australia to be present at this event."

Grass Lounge located at 28 NE 40th Street in Miami's new ultra-hip 'Design District' in Downtown Miami, has agreed to host a MODERN ART MUSIC MOVEMENT (MAMM) Happening to raise awareness about the Earth's climate in crisis.

MAMM founder Victor-Hugo says modern artists including DJ's and photographers will be on hand to assist Kevin Wall and Al Gore's Save Our Selves (SOS) Campaign.

The SOS campaign for a Climate in Crisis is expected to reach billions of people across the globe through Live Earth using multimedia outlets including radio, television, internet, and live performances from Modern Art Music Movement artists around the world.

Participating Live Earth artists include Genesis, Crowded House, Kelly Clarkson, The Beastie Boys, Wolfmother, Spinal Tap, Linkin Park, Jack Johnson, The Police, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Dave Mathews Band, Melissa Ethridge, Eskimo Joe, and Fall Out Boy. LIVE EARTH, MAMM, DURAN DURAN TRY PEACE

When MAMM artists created the Try Peace video at the Bang Music Festival in Miami, Florida, Duran Duran were willing to send the world a peaceful message but a person named Alex stepped in and forbade them from encouraging the world to "Try Peace." Artist Victor-Hugo was set to introduce the headlining band at Bang with camera crews set to film the audience chanting "Try peace! Peace is cool!" but 'Alex' stepped in and said, "You can't have Duran Duran or the audience say Try Peace, it's too political."

"Since when is the notion of peace a political thing?" Victor-Hugo asked.

"Since right now." Alex answered.

As anyone in the entertainment business knows, an artist's opinion is not always dictated by his/her own beliefs but by those of management. The members of Duran Duran before taking stage told the artist, "We believe in the cause, thanks for trying."

As Duran Duran takes stage in the United Kingdom for Live Earth, the band reminds the world that it is not too late to get involved and make a difference in our world's future. MAMM salutes Duran Duran for raising awareness at Live Earth and spreading the notion of peace.

The incident wherein Alex equated peace with politics inspired modern artist Victor-Hugo to create his film, "The Marketing of Peace". Look for the movie trailer to debut on You Tube in the coming week.

DAVE SCHULZ OF BERLIN, GOO GOO DOLLS, AND ENGLISH BEAT PROVIDES SOUNDTRACK FOR PROPHETIC BACKPACKER

Dave Schulz, whose infamous stint on TaxiCab Confessions Las Vegas, exposed the sexual benefits of being with a red-hot, world-famous band like the Goo Goo Dolls to HBO viewers, has contributed his new single, "The Fanatic" to the Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law soundtrack. The Basquiatesque work of art by controversial New York City artist, Victor-Hugo contains passages on the bottom left hand corner of the painting which the artist claims to have overheard on the day Pope John Paul II died.

The censored and nearly destroyed art piece (see November 30, 2005 Miami Herald Article from "In the Media Section" of www.vhvii.com)
was completed on 04/04/05 by the artist at his Grandview Palace studio.
The words provide an interesting perspective of global events and serve as a modern art time capsule. When revisited over two years later, the statements overheard and documented by the artist in a single day, retain their historical significance.

CENSORED ARTIST JONATHAN STEIN JOINS MAMM'S LIVE EARTH DAY HAPPENING

Jonathan Stein is an emerging illustrative portraitist, mixed media fine artist and filmmaker living and working in South Florida.

Driven by conceptual art and a need to explore cinematic narratives, his work is deeply rooted in meaning and layered in context. Often Stein utilizes tongue in cheek play on words to satirize the severity of a crucial issue. This has earned him the title of “Pop Artist With a Message”. Unabashedly he confronts and illuminates issues of social and political injustices while making one chuckle and think in the process.

DISABLED NFL PLAYERS TACKLE CRACKHEAD JESUS JUSTICE SYSTEM

Retired NFL players were openly critical of the NFL and the players' union over the amount of money older retirees receive from a $1.1 billion fund set aside for disability and pensions. A sympathetic House Judiciary subcommittee heard heart wrenching tales of multiple surgeries, dementia and homelessness, from ailing football heroes struggling with the red tape of the National Football League and the NFL Players Association's disability system.

Lawmakers highlighted the fact that the players' union only represents active players, not retired players. The union and the NFL owners decide who sits on the panels that decide whether retired players get disability payments. Douglas Ell, lawyer for the NFL's retirement plan stated, "Many of the players who now complain about their pension did not view pension benefits as a priority when they were playing, and did not agree to make sacrifices in bargaining to improve either their pensions or the pensions of those who came before them."

The league and the players association said there is no need for Congress to step in. "I don't think a law change is necessary," NFL Senior Vice President Dennis Curran said. "I don't accept that the process is broken." The NFL and the NFL Players Association told lawmakers in Washington that pensions for older players are on the rise. Last week, they agreed to allow any former player who qualified as disabled under the Social Security system to be considered as disabled under the NFL-NFLPA system.

The league says $126 million a year goes into pension and post-career disability benefits for retired players and their families. The accounts pay out $60 million a year to those players, and $20 million of it goes towards disability payments. Only 317 out of more than 10,000 eligible players are getting disability payments out of that fund, however, according to officials representing the retired NFL players.

"We have a group that should be protected, but is not being protected," said Rep. Tom Feeney, R-Fla.

BUYER BEWARE FTS CAN'T RECALL DEADLY HANGZHOU TIRES

Up to 450,000 tires purchased from the Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co. Ltd. from 2002 and 2006 are defective. The New Jersey tire distributor, Foreign Tire Sales Inc. (FTS) of Union, N.J., said, in a letter to federal regulators dated June 11, that it was “not in a position” to conduct a voluntary recall because it doesn’t have enough money.
Officials at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) called FTS’s position on the recall “unacceptable.”

In a June 26 letter to FTS President Richard Kuskin, NHTSA’s Associate Administrator for Enforcement Daniel C. Smith wrote: “The Safety Act does not provide for any exceptions to the notification and remedy requirements based on the financial impact on the manufacturer. A company that chooses to import motor vehicles or motor vehicle equipment into this country accepts the same responsibility for compliance with the Safety Act as any other manufacturer.”

The tires were sold under at least four brand names -- Westlake, Compass, Telluride and YKS -- in sizes LT235/75R-15, LT225/75R-16, LT235/85R-16, LT245/75R-16; LT265/75R-16; and LT3X10.5-15.

In its filing with NHTSA, FTS said it sold Hangzhou tires to the following distributors: Tireco, in Compton, Calif.; Strategic Import Supply, in Wayzata, Minn.; Omni United USA Inc., in Jacksonville, Fla.; Orteck International Inc., in Gaithersburg, Md.; K and D Tire Wholesalers LLC, in Carlsbad, Calif.; and Robinson Tire, in Laurel, Miss.

An inspection of the deadly tires found that the radials were manufactured without a gum strip, which helps keep the belts of a tire binded together. Some tires distibuted by FTS were found to have insufficient amounts of gum strip between the belts.

The Wall Street Journal reported that FTS has filed suit against Hangzhou in Newark's U.S. District Court, charging that its tests found that the tires may fail earlier than those originally provided by Hangzhou, and that a recall would put FTS out of business. The lawsuit seeks unspecified monetary damages and an injunction that would bar Hangzhou products from being imported.

The Hangzhou tire case is the latest scandal involving the importation of Chinese products to the United States. According to the New York Times, Chinese products now make up about 60% of products that are recalled.
China has imported deadly tainted pet food, lead-coated children’s toys and toxic toothpaste to the United States in 2007. JUDGE JUDITH BARTNOFF REJECTS CRACKHEAD JESUS CHARACTER, JUDGE ROY PEARSON'S $54 MILLION DOLLAR PANTS CLAIM.

Crackhead Jesus character, D.C. administrative law judge Roy L. Pearson Jr., lost his frivolous lawsuit against his neighborhood dry cleaners for $54 million over a pair of lost pants. The Court ruled in favor of Custom Cleaners, Soo and Jin Chung, the immigrant cleaners victimized by overzealous rogue attorneys like the ones being parodied in modern artist, Victor-Hugo's controversial Crackhead Jesus series. The artist is using artwork and text to analyze individuals in the media spotlight who are corrupting the U.S. legal system.

In her 23 page ruling over the $54 Million Pants Suit Judge Bartnoff wrote:

"A reasonable consumer would not interpret 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' to mean that a merchant is required to satisfy a customer's unreasonable demands or to accede to demands that the merchant has reasonable grounds to dispute."

Judge Bartnoff also noted that Judge Roy Pearson "is not entitled to any relief whatsoever."

"Obviously, it's a great day for the Chungs, and honestly, it's a great day for American justice," The defendant's attorney, Christopher Manning, said outside the Chungs' shop, on Bladensburg Road NE.

Judge Bartnoff ordered Pearson to pay the Chungs' court costs including filing fees, transcripts and similar expenses. The Honorable Judge said she will consider making Pearson responsible for paying the couple's attorneys' fees arising from the frivolous two-year legal battle. Legal experts say the costs are expected to exceed $100,000.

Judge Roy Pearson is up for reappointment this year. He may have a hard time keeping his $96,000-a-year job if Judge Bartnoff finds him at fault for his rabid pursuit of the ridiculous case. The pants in question were part of a Hickey Freeman suit that cost just over $1,000, and letting out the waist, as Pearson had entrusted the cleaners to do, was a $10.50 job.

Media from around the world converged on Case No 05 CA 4302B because it highlighted the dangers of legal power brokers abusing their privelege and harrassing U.S. Citizens using what Crackhead Jesus character, Aaron R. Cohen has dubbed, "The Legal Mafia". The former tenant of U.S. Presidential Dark Horse Candidate, Victor-Hugo, has filed a lawsuit before Judge Donald Hafele (Case No 50-2006-CC-016579)in West Palm Beach Florida. CRACKHEAD JESUS CHARACTER, JUDGE LARRY SEIDLIN, RESIGNS

FORT LAUDERDALE- Twenty-nine year Broward Circuit Court Judge Larry Seidlin, 57, sent his resignation letter to Governor Charlie Crist. The former NYC cab driver, turned Judge, who gained international attention while presiding over the Anna Nicole Smith case in February stated in his letter that he wished to help his fellow citizens "through roles in the educational system, the media and non-profit organizations."

"Judge Larry" is a character in the Crackhead Jesus parody by New York City modern artist, Victor-Hugo. The artist says he welcomes Larry Seidlin as a fellow crusader for increasing awareness and education amongst the general public. Judge Larry Seidlin is in negotiations with CBS to create a television series for the network.

In his attempts to educate the public about the dangers which exist within the U.S. Justice system, the controversial artist has been investigating possible corruption in the legal system.

"The Florida Bar is a good ol' boys club. Think of it as the legal mafia. We protect our own." The bold statements made by his former tenant, attorney Aaron R. Cohen, led the artist and dark horse presidential candidate to investigate the validity of those candid remarks using his modern art graphic novella, Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law, as a platform. CRACKHEAD JESUS FILLS VOID FOR SOPRANO'S FANS

New York City- The controversial abrupt ending of David Chase's, "The Soprano's", on the daring cable network, HBO, has lead to a unique opportunity for the modern art blogger and dark horse presidential candidate, Victor-Hugo.

More and more, fans of the dark-comedy-drama are turning to the modern artist's Crackhead Jesus Series to fill the mob family void left when millions of high definition television sets got smacked by viewers saying "What the...? The freakin' cable went out again!"

Black screens and silence sent angry and confused fans scurrying to the internet for answers and clues. The HBO Soprano's web site received so many visitors, it crashed. Frustrated fans typing in Soprano's to search engines like Google,Yahoo, MSN, and Ask settled for the next best thing and stumbled onto the saga of Crackhead Jesus.

The "Blogartist" says the Soprano's opened a door of opportunity for him the day David Chase and his talented team chose to film one of the final episodes of the critically acclaimed series at the Grand View Palace.

THE "REAL GRAND VIEW PALACE" AS PRESIDED OVER BY JAMES EDWARDS

The artist has been an activist for the safety of the residents at the infamous Miami Beach high rise, since he was elected to the board of directors as Homeowners representative. Yesterday, concerned residents picketed in front of the dangerous building some have labeled a "death trap" in the rain, hoping government officials and media outlets would hear their pleas for help during the hurricane season. The artist and residents cries for help fell on deaf government and Judicial ears for years until "The Soprano's" used the building, governed by James Edwards and his father, Baltimore Surgeon, Dr. Charles Edwards, as a backdrop for a pivitol scene in the series last episodes.

Some of the rain soaked residents compared the fisted reign of James Edwards and his father to that of Fidel Castro in Cuba and Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, as they picketed in front of the building.

The Grand View Palace, had received worldwide attention after Hurricane Wilma, but was overshadowed by the civil engineering disaster caused by Hurricane Katrina in the United States.

Thanks to David Chase and Victor-Hugo, the building is once again a global reminder of the dangers faced by a society when power and corruption threaten the ethics of those empowered and entrusted to govern, protect, and safeguard the health and wealth of their families, and global neighbors. Ironically, both The Soprano's and The Grand View Palace have come to serve as a historical metaphor for the entire George W. Bush administration.

Now, the artist is taking fans of dark mob family comedy dramas like The Soprano's, Goodfellas, and Atlantic City to the land of Hurricanes, botched elections, and sunny beaches. A subplot of the legal parody inspired by real events entitled, "Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney", will explore in situation-comedy style, what would happen if a Tony Soprano-like character found out that his personal information was no longer considered sacred by the legal system he paid to protect his and his families rights.

RALEIGH, N.C. - District Attorney and Crackhead Jesus character, Mike Nifong was disbarred Saturday for his “selfish” rape prosecution of three Duke University lacrosse players. Nifong had already pledged to resign his $110,000-a-year job as district attorney. The three men are parodied in the controversial modern art graphic novella entitled Capicua 3-1-3:The Long Arm of the Law. Recently, some characters in the real time parody have been arrested for racketeering and disbarred for ethics violations.

DUKE FROM VICTOR-HUGO'S POLITICS OF THE PENIS SERIES

The ethics panel noted that Nifong's was a politically motivated act that he allowed to fester for months, even after it was clear the defendants were innocent. Nifong was also accused of withholding DNA evidence and making misleading and inflammatory comments about the three athletes. The North Carolina State Bar said Nifong lied to both the court and bar investigators. The committee, chaired by F. Lane Williamson, found Nifong broke the state’s rules of professional conduct more than two dozen times.

“This matter has been a fiasco. There’s no doubt about it,” said F. Lane Williamson, the chairman of the three-member disciplinary committee that stripped the veteran prosecutor of his state law license. Mike Nifong and his attorneys supported the committee's decision and said he will not seek an appeal.

The fifty allegations are being parodied and highlighted in the controversial Crackhead Jesus Series by modern artist and dark horse presidential candidate, Victor-Hugo.

The committee in Nifong's case felt he manipulated the investigation to boost his chances of winning his first election for Durham County district attorney. In doing so, according to the committee, Nifong committed “a clear case of intentional prosecutorial misconduct” that involved “dishonesty, fraud, deceit and misrepresentation.” The Conde and Cohen Florida Bar files are facing allegations of corruption and improper investigation procedures, which could be detrimental to the health of the Florida justice system.

The attorneys reviewing the Conde and Cohen files originally found nothing ethically wrong with the fact that Aaron R. Cohen moved into his clients home without a lease, while in the midst of two trials for his client. The attorney failed to pay his client turned landlord first, last and security, forcing a conflict of interest. Cohen was evicted by the client who had hired him to evict the previous deadbeat tenant, Omnipoint Online Media Solutions Vice President, Thomas Rogers.

Rogers would become the inspiration for the Crackhead Jesus character in the modern artist's parody of the U.S. Justice system. The fact that the client had to evict his lawyer in the midst of handling his landlord/client's interests in two trials was determined not be a conflict of interest by the Florida Bar ethics committee, which included Genoves Mob Don attorney Michael Salnick.

Mike Nifong acknowledged that he knew there was no DNA evidence connecting Reade Seligmann and Collin Finnerty to the 28-year-old accuser when he indicted them on charges of rape, sexual offense and kidnapping. Nifong later charged Dave Evans with the same crimes. Months later, after pressure from media outlets like 60 Minutes and www.victorhugogallery.com, state prosecutors concluded the three Duke lacrosse players were innocent.

Allegations of corruption within the Florida Bar Association under Executive Director John F. Harkness Jr. has forced the Bar Association to reevaluate the original ethics committee findings regarding Alexander Conde and Aaron R. Cohen. No comments have been given by the Bar to the press regarding how the Conde and Cohen ethics investigation was conducted, nor why it is now considered ethical for attorneys in Florida, like Michael Salnick, to divulge potentially incriminating information about clients, like the Genovese family, to the general public. JUDGE ROY PEARSON JOINS CRACKHEAD JESUS IN EXPOSING HORRORS OF U.S. JUSTICE SYSTEM.

Judge Roy Pearson has filed suit against a dry cleaner for $54,000,000.00 over a pair of lost pants. The Washington D.C. attorney/Judge is claiming amongst other things, "mental suffering." The Honorable Roy Pearson joins the growing list of characters in Victor-Hugo's controversial parody of the U.S. Justice system titled, Crackhead Jesus and The Jewish Attorney.

Jim and Soo Chung are being sued for £33million in damages by a United States Judge and attorney for losing his trousers.

Aaron R. Cohen meanwhile, has filed suit against artist Victor-Hugo in a West Palm Beach Courthouse after losing to the self represented artist in Broward County. The artist is using the case to expose ignorance and incompetence within the U.S. legal system.

The relationship of attorney client became compromised and conflicted when Cohen moved into the artists Pompano Beach area home, after Cohen's rental was damaged by Hurricane Wilma. Using the keys Fed Exed to him by Thomas Rogers attorney after being evicted for non-payment of rent, Cohen moved in to his clients home. The law firm of Conde & Cohen insisted that no conflict of interest existed in this action.

A controversial Florida Bar investigation followed and has lead to questions of ethics, competence, and corruption within the legal system. One of the attorneys on the board determining whether any ethical violations occurred was Michael Salnick. Salnick, who's list of clients includes the Genovese Mob Family Don, a plastic surgeon known as "The Florida Masochist", and a West Palm Beach Sherriff who had sex with a 14 year old girl numerous times, was amongst a group of attorneys who found nothing wrong with the over 50 ethical and competency issues presented before the Florida Bar against lawyer's Aaron R. Cohen and Alexander Conde.

Aaron R. Cohen was in the middle of battling the Crackhead Jesus case when he moved into the artist's residence without a lease. The artist had hired Cohen to evict high ranking Fort Lauderdale marketing firm CEO Thomas Rogers from the house which Cohen took residence in. Ironically, the artist was forced to evict Aaron R. Cohen from the same property when Cohen failed to pay his security deposit and rent.

Thomas Rogers lost his job when, high on crack cocaine, he walked into his corporate office and announced to all his employees that he was the New Messiah, Jesus Christ. Cheryl Rogers, his wife, claims her husband got up on his work desk, stretched his arms out in front of his employees, and said:

The series of bizarre events which followed inspired Victor-Hugo to create his Crackhead Jesus parody of the U.S. justice system. The Christian acronym for "What Would Jesus Do?" (WWJD?) was changed to "What Would Crack Head Jesus Do?" (WWCHJD?)and incorporated into the artists paintings. The story of Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney assumes the former Omnipoint Online Media Solutions Vice President, Thomas Rogers, was correct in his claim that he is the new Messiah for the Lied To Generation.

"Truth is stranger than fiction." The artist says. "Some of this stuff is so bizzarre I couldn't possibly be smart enough to make it all up."

The artist has successfully assumed his own legal reigns from Aaron R. Cohen to prove that sometimes, self representation is better than being misrepresented by incompetent and unethical attorney's. He has served as his own legal counsel and "Friend of the Court", Amicus Cureau, ever since.

The modern artist is documenting on canvas and film the manner in which the United States Government and Justice system is being tested on several angles including competency and fairness by different people including himself, Paris Hilton, Alberto Gonzalez, George Bush Jr.,Scooter Libby, and O.J. Simpson. His Crackhead Jesus Series uses colorful, family-friendly-paintings to tell a serious story of corruption.

RESIDENTS OF MIAMI MONOLITH FEATURED IN THE SOPRANO'S FEAR IMPENDING HURRICANE THREAT

Residents of the building which created the potential collaboration between Victor-Hugo and Soprano's creater David Chase are beginning to realize that the Dark Horse presidential candidate's Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law, contained some elements of truth. The elected Board member and artist resigned after his safety warnings were ignored by developers, and both safety and government officials.

When city managers turned a deaf ear to the artist's concerns of life threatening negligence and corruption in his administration, the artist began painting. His bizzare collection of artwork and writings has helped warn international media outlets about the potential dangers which exist in some South Florida high rises. SOPRANOS ENDING LEADS TO NEW BEGINNING FOR CRACKHEAD JESUS SERIES

David Chase stunned fans of the family mob series, The Sopranos, by abruptly fading to black, as Tony Soprano looked up from his plate of onion rings to witness his daughter, Meadow, enter the New Jersey diner while Journey's "Don't Stop Believing" played on the jukebox. The cliffhanger ending left some fans confused, disappointed, and angry. Modern artist Victor-Hugo's Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law will fill the void left by The Soprano's departure by providing a "fictionalized" account of events following the recent 14 year jail sentence handed down to Genovese Family mob boss, Renaldi "Ray" Ruggiero.

CAPICUA 3-1-3: THE LONG ARM OF THE LAW BY VICTOR-HUGO

The artist is in negotiations with HBO to bring his controversial "Diary of the World On Canvas" to the cutting edge cable network. Producers and directors met with Victor-Hugo on the set of The Soprano's at the Grand View Palace in North Bay Village. They expressed an interest in developing the artists stories on canvas as a series. The artist says he hopes David Chase is involved in the project because he believes the director shares his vision for character development, building tension in a story, and leaving the outcome to the imagination of the viewer.

GENOVESE CRIME FAMILY BOSS, RENALDI "RAY" RUGGIERO, THE SOPRANOS, AND ATTORNEY MICHAEL SALNICK CONTRIBUTE BEAUTIFUL CHAOS TO CRACKHEAD JESUS SERIES.

Genovese crime family mob boss, Renaldi "Ray" Ruggiero, 73,was recently sentenced to 14 years in a South Florida federal racketeering case. He was represented by Florida attorney Michael Salnick. Salnick's client, Ruggiero was also ordered to serve two years of supervised release, pay a $25,000 fine and forfeit $10,000 previously seized by the government, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.

Ruggiero pleaded guilty in February to racketeering conspiracy and in a plea agreement acknowledged to being a boss for the New York-based Mafia family. In a plea agreement Ruggiero admitted that as a "capo" or captain he supervised a Florida crew that committed crimes including extortion, robbery, money laundering and possession of stolen property. The group sometimes met at a restaurant Ruggiero owned in Palm Beach County called Soprano's.

The Mafia saga which recently closed its successful run on cable television, also played a part in Victor-Hugo's modern art diary of the world on canvas, when producer David Chase featured the Grand View Palace in its final season.

The evolving Crackhead Jesus Series through a series of serendipitous incidents has been linked to several real life dramas and media events. The media attention from these events and characters have lead a growing number of news outlets and web surfers to the curious parody, which has been compared to an interactive internet version of Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction.

Fans of the Sopranos and Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law have recognized a link between the two ground breaking series. Both series embraced and explored the beautiful chaos of life to the delight of mature audiences around the world. The brilliant open ended curtain call of the Sopranos left audiences searching for answers, clues, and closure. New York City modern artist Victor-Hugo has lead audiences on an interactive search for clues using multimedia outlets including Google, MySpace, newspaper, television, and radio to make sense of his "diary of the modern world" on canvas.

Google, "Attorney Michael Salnick", and readers may find reasons for Salnick's justification of dangerously low standards of legal ethics and competency found in the Crackhead Jesus parody of a corrupt legal system. Prosecutors, defense lawyers and Mafia experts have said they cannot remember anyone Ruggiero's age facing jail time for crimes committed so recently. News outlets covering the failure of Salnick's law firm to keep the aging Genovese crime family mob boss out of jail, have stumbled on to the Crackhead Jesus Series using MSN, Ask, and Google search engines.

Ruggiero is the sixth defendant to be sentenced in the racketeering case. Salnick, according to public record documents examined in the Crackhead Jesus Series, sees nothing wrong with attorneys disclosing priveleged attorney/client information as alleged in a Florida Bar complaint against Boca Law Firm attorneys, Aaron R. Cohen and Alexander Conde. The implications of this acceptable low standard of ethics condoned by Michael Salnick could spell more trouble for the Genovese family.

The Soprano's family attorney appeared in the final episode of the HBO Series, reminding viewers of the importance a good lawyer plays in the life and success of the mafia, corporations, and government. Prosecutors, defense lawyers and Mafia experts believe the low standard of competence upheld by attorneys like Salnick and others on the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee "E", could have played a role in his mafia client's receiving the longest sentence of anyone involved in this racketeering case. Renaldi "Ray" Ruggiero's co-defendants received sentences ranging from about 3 1/2 years to 8 years after pleading guilty to one count of racketeering conspiracy.

The remaining defendant awaiting sentencing in the case is 97-year-old Albert "The Old Man" Facchiano. In February, he pleaded guilty to a charge of racketeering conspiracy and tampering with a witness. Facchiano had been scheduled for sentencing May 25. Albert Facchiano was sentenced to 6 months of house arrest, and 18 months of probation. His attorneys predicted he would likely face house arrest due to his health problems.

Furthermore, the condoning of attorneys from maintaining the confidence and preserving inviolate the secrets of clients, threatens the relationship between Fortune 500 Companies and government institutions that rely on attorneys in the state of Florida to abide by both the Creed of Professionalism and the Oath of Admission.

The Florida Bar under the direction of John F. Harkness Jr. and Henry Coxe III have failed to answer inquiries regarding the lax attitude of attorney/client privelege and attorneys divulging confidential information to the public. It is not known whether Genovese family crime boss Renaldi "Ray" Ruggiero and his associates knew of Michael Salnick's position regarding attorney/client privelege at the time of the racketeering trial.

Michael Salnick's list of clients includes radio shock jock Rush Limbaugh, Scott Stapp(former lead singer of the rock band CREED), former Palm Beach County sheriff's sergeant accused of having sex with a 14 year old, Craig Knowles, and Boynton Beach Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Mark Schreiber, better known as "The Florida Masochist" to some of his patients.

Victor-Hugo says of the attorneys in his Crackhead Jesus series, "Some of those characters have no scruples." In relation to how those characters were influenced by real life events, the artist says, "It is up to the court of public opininion to decide what is fact and what is fiction. I suppose in the end, it all comes down to reputation and trends. JESUS CAMP, JESUS IS MAGIC, AND CRACKHEAD JESUS NAMED IN WORLD RECORD CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

The Boca Raton Law Firm of Conde, Cohen, Gaeta, Shakur, Martinez, & Biggie Smalls named Heidi Ewing, Rachel Grady, Sarah Silverman, Liam Lynch, and Victor-Hugo as co-defendants in a world record class action law suit on behalf of all mankind. The creators of Jesus Camp, Jesus Is Magic, and Crackhead Jesus are all named in the frivolous law suit presented by Boca attorney Aaron R. Cohen.

Representing the Boca Raton law firm, Aaron R. Cohen said the makers of Jesus Camp were being sued for portraying religion as a "public display of infection." The law firm is suing on behalf of God fearing Americans. In a letter to the Non-Athiest Swedes Organization, law firm partner, Alexander Conde said that he “took great offense” to Jesus Camp because he is “Catholic” and has “family and friends that are Swedes.”

The law firm is also suing the makers of Jesus Camp on behalf of all Atheists because the words, "America is God's nation!" were spoken, thus insulting and causing mental trauma for all Atheists who believe that America is just a free country.

In a letter to the American Athiest Organization, Alexander Conde said that he “took great offense” to Jesus Camp because he is “Catholic” and has “family and friends that are Atheists.”

Biggie Smalls named McDonald's as a plaintiff in the law suit because an Evangelical preacher defames the institution by stating "Unlike McDonald's [being saved] is not something you can just get by going through a drive-thru." Aaron Cohen added, "I have had many a religious experience driving through McDonald's. Have you ever tried their fries?"

In a letter to the Ronald McDonald, Alexander Conde said that he “took great offense” to Jesus Camp because he is “Catholic” and has “family and friends that eat Big Macs and Happy Meals.”

He said he and his partners were merely performing their duties as officers of the Court and Florida licensed attorneys. "Those kids may be getting brainwashed in Jesus Camp, but at least they are not committing genocide like those people in Darfur." Martinez said.

Alexander Conde says the lawsuit may be ammended to include the Evangelical Pentacostal Minister Becky Fischer for stating, "We have the truth.", and implying that Christianity is the only true religion in existence.

The law firm of Conde, Cohen, Gaeta, Shakur, Martinez, & Biggie Smalls is planning to file a class action law suit on behalf of every major and minor organized religion in existence.

In the film, Jesus Camp, former Colorado Springs New Life Church Pastor Ted Haggard is filmed stating, "I know what you did last night. If you send me $1,000.00, I won't tell your wife. If you use any of this [footage], I'll sue you."

Conde and Cohen contacted the former Evangelical Pastor, who was found guilty of "sexually immoral conduct" by the megachurch's independent investigative board, and asked for permission to file a lawsuit on his behalf. Haggard, who admitted he had received a massage and purchased methamphetamine from a Denver man who claimed the prominent pastor had paid him for sex over a three year period, has thus far declined comment on whether or not he will sue.

"As an officer of the Court and a Florida licensed attorney sworn to be candid with the Court, I am compelled to present the enclosed material to the Court. Enclosed Your Honor will find a printout of material posted by the defendant, Victor-Hugo, on his website, wherein the defendant clearly misrepresents the truth.

As your honor will see, the reality of what the defendant is doing is this: making a mockery out of the Court, the judicial system, and the Bar for his own personal pleasure and financial gain. He has even admitted in writing to having filed complaints in order to "test the system."

Alexander Conde made the Court aware of the fact that Victor-Hugo once published a headline titled "TITTIES AND LATEST BREAST CANCER STATISTICS FOR FOX NEWS NEIL CAVUTO." in his 2/10/07 BLOG. He noted in his letter to the Court that as a Catholic he took great offense to jokes about titties since he knew both men and women in his practice with breasts.

CAPICUA 3-1-3: THE LONG ARM OF THE LAW EXPLAINED FOR BOCA ATTORNEY AARON R. COHEN.

On January 17, 2006 fans of New York City modern artist Victor-Hugo embarked on a groundbreaking journey called Capicua 3-1-3:The Long Arm of the Law. The experience has been dubbed a "Modern Day Davinci Code" by the media because the artist has hidden clues in his writings and paintings which have helped government agencies and news outlets investigate corruption in the South Florida housing market, U.S. Justice System, U.S. military, police agencies, and corporate America.

What started out as a hobby has turned into a full time job for the dark horse U.S. presidential candidate seeking election in 2008. The butterfly effect of what the artist calls "The Beautiful Chaos of Life" has allowed the story to progress and intertwine with subplots contained in the artists Artwork Gallery. His Law and Justice in the United States Series for example, has been combined with the controversial Crackhead Jesus Series to educate the public about the dangers of rogue attorney's like Mike Nifong and Aaron R. Cohen.

Aaron R. Cohen recently failed in his attempt to have a malpractice suit filed against him in West Palm Beach dismissed. Cohen's desperate efforts to hide the facts of the case from public record have included Nifong-like exaggerations of truth and outright lies presented before the court in the hopes of manipulating the judge's emotions and thought process.

Marylin vos Savant, listed in the Guinness Book of World’s Records Hall of Fame for “Highest IQ” when asked, “Who is more likely to render a fair decision: a jury or a judge?” answered,
“I’d wish for a trial by an intelligent, impartial jury. I’d feel much safer with six or twelve excellent jurors than with one excellent judge.”

Based on this sound statement by the world's most intelligent human being, the artist has sought to have a jury trial on two occassions in front of two seperate U.S. judges and in both instances was denied. The artist understands that he is the clear underdog in this case based on the fact that he has no legal training and is single handedly going up against a wealthy law firm whose education includes Loyola, Tulane, and St. John's University.

The Rocky Balboa of the modern art world says he is doing this to prove a point and inspire The Lied To Generation to dare to fight for causes like Cyndi Sheehan and Angelina Jolie. The case involved is for less than $15,000.00. The artist says he just wants to know what the new ethical standard for attorneys is, because he does not intend to hire any law firm with Nifong-like ethical standards and business practice, if he can help it.

Aaron R. Cohen recently sent a letter hoping to incite the Honorable Judge XXX into believing that the artist blatantly disregarded his orders, citing the 5/28/07 BLOG entry. Cohen withheld pertinent information from the court, as he did in his first attempt to discredit the Dark Horse Presidential candidate before Judge Eric Beller. (See 2/28/07 BLOG entry entitled JUDGE ERIC BELLER RULES AGAINST AARON R. COHEN AND FOR MODERN ART MUSIC MOVEMENT ARTIST)

The Honorable Judge Eric Beller noted in his finding:

"Mr. Cohen in his motion set forth facts supporting his claim. However,several relevant factors were omitted."

During the Duke rape case scandal, Mike Nifong, like Aaron R. Cohen withheld several relevant factors from the court. This fact speaks volumes about the dangers which exist in allowing rogue attorneys to manipulate the legal system for their personal pride and ego rather than for upholding justice and the law.

I must say, the piece is completed, but the entire art piece is not. You see this particular oil on canvas comes with a long story attached. This story has generated enough interest amongst fans both home and abroad, that a Blog has been created to keep fans abreast of this sad tale.

This work of fiction was created by the very real threat of a corporate behemoth against a struggling artist seeking safety and justice for himself and his neighbors. When the main character in the tale of Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law was threatened with a slander lawsuit by the "villain" of this tale, the "hero" decided to consult with an array of multiethnic attorneys who advised the artist to divulge to the reader that the Blog entries which follow are a work of fiction.

The names and places used in all the Blog entries are fictional and the events are all allegations of stories said to have occurred on planet earth. Any claims of similarity of names and events to actual events, persons, or corporate entities is purely coincidental and without merit, since again, this is a work of pure, unadulterated fiction.

The Blog entries encapsulate a "real-time" story, based on observations made by a character named Victor-Hugo who keeps a diary of world events on canvas. If Federal investigators find substance and merit to some of the stories found in the following Blog entries, then feel free to do your job and investigate whatever you think is questionable, unethical, criminal, or otherwise.

A True Blue Peace Rally to raise awareness about the deplorable situation in Darfur is being organized by the youth oriented group @ FORDARFUR.ORG.

For Darfur Inc. is a non-profit organization founded by seven high school students from the South Florida area. Through benefit concerts and educational events, For Darfur increases awareness of the ongoing conflict in the Darfur region of Sudan. It also raises funds that help support humanitarian aid through Doctors Without Borders for victims of the Darfur crisis.

The Modern Art Music Movement(MAMM) will be on hand to support the cause and embrace the fact that The Lied To Generation is not deaf, dumb, and blind about the world that surrounds them. The start of a new peace movement has begun.

The event is free to the public and aimed at raising awareness through safe, family friendly entertainment, thanks to the events generous sponsors and participants.

Limited Edition Victor-Hugo Reproductions of "The Three Soldiers" will be raffled at the event along with TRY PEACE & For Jennifer T-shirts.
