The artist says he decided to forego using any attorneys to defend his case because he wanted to examine the resources available to regular citizens seeking justice in the U.S. legal system. In preparation for his defense, he says he purchased a copy of Black’s Law Dictionary (Fourth Edition) from www.craigslist.com on the internet. He also claims to have used the Lexis Nexis system provided free of charge to everyone at the local court house library. He claims the legal system works, for the most part, as long as you know how to use it.

“I can honestly say that I am blessed to live in this country which allows for free speech and parody. Corruption is a part of life I suppose, whereas freedom and democracy are not, they are a gift which we all must work to protect in our own little way.” The artist goes on to say that he chose to take on the case based on the fact that he had already beaten Aaron R. Cohen of the Conde & Cohen Boca Raton, Florida law firm, in an earlier case heard before Judge Eric Beller (Case No. 06-009166 Division 55).

For those law students, government officials, journalists, and Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law fans following the developing story of the “Crackhead Jesus Trials” (Case No. 50-2006-CC-016579-XXXXSB, Case No. 06-009166, Case No. 05-18059 CC 23, Case No. 06-04367 CA 01, Florida Bar File No. 2007-50,379 (15E), Florida Bar File No.2007-50,519 (15E)) the following definitions and court rulings are necessary to understand the real time parody of Crackhead Jesus and The Jewish Attorney.

According to Black's Law Dictionary (Revised Fourth Edition) the definition of perjury in criminal law is the willful assertion as to a matter of fact, opinion, belief, or knowledge, made by a witness in a judicial proceeding as part of his evidence, either upon oath or in any form allowed by law to be substituted for an oath, whether such evidence is given in open court, or in an affidavit, or otherwise, such assertion being material to the issue or point of inquiry and known to such witness to be false.

To constitute “perjury” an oath must be administered by one authorized to do so. Perjury shall consist in willfully, knowingly, absolutely, and falsely swearing, either with or without laying the hand on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God, or affirming, in a matter material to the issue or point in question, in some judicial proceeding, by a person to whom a lawful oath or affirmation is administered.

Every person who, having taken an oath that he will testify, declare, depose, or certify truly before a competent tribunal, officer, or person, in any of the cases in which such an oath may by law be administered, willfully, and contrary to such an oath, states as truth any material matter which he knows to be false, is guilty of perjury.

The willful giving, under oath, in a judicial proceeding or course of justice, of false testimony material to the issue or point of inquiry.

When Cheryl Rogers instructed Victor-Hugo to meet her at the Eddie Acardi dealership on South Federal Highway in Pompano Beach, Florida, the artist says he never imagined the meeting would be life altering. Rather than handing the artist a rent check, Mrs. Rogers told the artist the bizarre story of how her husband, Thomas J. Rogers, had walked into his office on the 2nd floor of 6700 N. Andrews Ave. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and announced to the staff at Omnipoint that he was the new Messiah.

According to his wife, Thomas J. Rogers, a prominent white, forty-something, C.E.O. was high on crack for weeks before he came to the conclusion that he was the Savior of mankind. At first, the artist says, he could not fathom the notion that a successful white older male could be hooked on crack. “The way the media portrays crack…it’s always a black person, crack-whore, or a Hispanic individual down on their luck that resorts to crack. I never realized that a person in a position of authority like a C.E.O. could be hooked on crack and making such important decisions for a company and their employees. CHAPTER ONE: GENESIS

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Seven days later, after creating the world and everything in it, God rested. God determined that the murkiest most unforgiving places on the planet would be ruled by nature, and that the most sinister depths of human nature would be ruled by conflict. God watched quietly as the dark places He had created in the heart of the earth and the heart of mankind, mingled with the light, to create beautiful chaos in the world he had just born.

In the beginning, earth, like man, was without form and void. God granted life and light knowing full well that both would eventually rise from the deep face of darkness to create harmony. Eventually, increased chaos and conflict allowed darkness to corrupt the hearts and minds of the good men and women God had created. Ego and shame led to deviance and dissonance. Nature began to suffer the backlash of man’s greed and selfishness.

Chaos and disorder were in God’s vision for the world. He wanted man to learn to appreciate Peace and Harmony by experiencing death and tragedy. For mankind to understand God and life, man would have to learn to control the extreme limitations of nature. God realized that man would have to be reminded every now and again that nature came before mankind and so God planned to send his Son to Earth every now and again to remind humans of their purpose and function in his Master Plan.

At first, when God created Woman from one of Man’s ribs, Man didn’t know what to think. Woman stood before Man naked and naturally an erection happened between Man’s loins. Man filled the awkward silence by saying, “This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.”

Man’s line worked, because soon the two became one flesh. Man and Woman were both naked, in love, at peace with the world, and neither was ashamed.

CONDE & COHEN RAISE NEW QUESTION FOR HENRY COXE III'S FL. BAR: IS IT ETHICAL FOR A LAW FIRM TO SUE A CLIENT WHILE REPRESENTING THE CLIENT?

The Florida Bar under the direction of Henry Coxe III has substantially lowered the bar for lawyer competence and ethics by allowing lawyers to take residence in their client's homes without permission and without paying client/landlord first, last, and security. The Florida Bar, after allegedly investigating Conde & Cohen, P.L., sees nothing wrong in law firms disclosing the private and confidential information of their clients files and cases with the business associates and customers of their represented clients.

Broward Detectives Investigate Bad Contractors

Detective John Beach of the Broward County Sheriff's Office said he found a mess on one roof after contractors had left their job unfinished.

Beach and Deputy Dan Belyeu work together to stop contractors who do poor or illegal work or contractors who take the money and run.

In addition to working for the sheriff's office, Beach is also a general contractor and Belyeu is an electrician.

"It does lend a certain benefit to John and I having those capabilities to walk out and immediately recognize someone who may not be a licensed contractor," Belyeu said.

Beach said he does specialized investigations into contractor fraud, and being a licensed general contractor gives him insight to the job.

Some victims on contractor fraud have found out about the so-called "contractor cops."

"These guys seem to be definitely on the ball," homeowner Ida Bernal said.

"Calls are coming in at a rate of 30 to 40 a week," Beach said. "Complaints and a request for service."

Belyeu said they stay on top of current contracting issues.

Jeremy Lycke, the head of Hawaiian Blue Pools, was on the detectives' radar.

Customers said he promised a fast installation but did not follow through.

"It was horrible," homeowner Nereida Varela said.

Varela wrote a check for $11,000. They said they had a contract and a verbal agreement that the pool would be done in two weeks.

"For a whole year my yard was never touched and he already had my money," Varela said.

The Varela family said they counted on the detectives to use their special skills.

Beach said he and Belyeu have the hands-on experience to understand the type of work that had been done in someone's home. He said they have the ability to look at a set of plans to see if the home received what it had been contracted for.

"We gave (Lycke) with the contract $12,000 and then after that another $3,000," homeowner Victor Parada said.

Parada said he, too, hired Hawaiian Blue Pools, but only got a mound full of dirt.

"I feel victimized myself," he said.

Lycke ran his business from a strip shopping mall in north Broward County.

Customers described the inside of the business as a beautiful showroom. However, when NBC6 arrived at the scene, they found nothing but empty space.

The case included six of Lycke's former customers.

Lycke was arrested and charged with organized fraud and five counts of contracting without a license.

Contractor fraud has been on the rise in Broward County for years, and Beach said they have their hands full.

Lycke pleaded not guilty to all the charges. His attorney said he was not aware he needed a license.

The contractor for the roofing job said he did not walk off the job. He said the condominium complex prevented him from completing it.

The detectives said people should not give a large deposit to any contractor.

The author agrees that his new graphic novel resembles the popular supernatural children's book in that it contains illustrations for events and characters but he seems to take offense when his images are called cartoonish. "The Crackhead Jesus characters are cartoonish..." Victor-Hugo admits. "But the art work is pretty serious. I'm just thankful to JK Rowling for opening a world of opportunity to writers of serious childrens books and graphic novels."

The band had to change their name to the English Beat in the U.S. to avoid confusion with Paul Collins' band, The Beat. In 1980, the band decided to form their own 2-Tone-inspired label, Go-Feet (distributed by Arista). A string of hit singles followed in the U.K., including "Mirror in the Bathroom." HURRICANE WILMA RUMBLES THROUGH SOUTH BEACH'S BLUE FOR IMPROMPTU MAMM HAPPENING

On July 14, 2007 the January 16, 2005 painting entitled Renee, the Fortune Teller was brought out for a facelift at an impromptu Modern Art Music Movement (MAMM) event held at the Blue Lounge on South Beach in Miami Florida. The painting faced the wrath of Hurricane Wilma when it ravaged Victor-Hugo's Grand View Palace artist studio in North Bay Village.

The painting was renamed Hurricane Wilma when volunteers sifting through the debris of the demolished studio recovered the work of art. "What's this one called?" The volunteer said as she pulled the painting out from under a pile of rubble. "Hurricane Wilma?" The name stuck, as the painting came to symbolize the beginning of a tumultuos period in the artists's life.

The painting was originally dedicated to an exotically attractive gypsy who after reading Victor-Hugo's tarot cards predicted that he would be a world famous artist. As luck would have it, News helicopters flying over the devastated building noticed the photo opportunity presented by the image of a building in ruins combined with the artists colorful collection of his diary of the world on canvas. In an instant, the media's lens provided a bird's eye view of the artist's eclectic work to a worldwide audience.

The instant worldwide media coverage presented the artist with the opportunity to accept an invitation by Abraham Lubelski to have his art work displayed at the Broadway Gallery in Soho, New York City. The artist, who grew up in New York City, says he never imagined his first public showing at a gallery would be in Soho. "Everything happened so fast." The artist said. "Just as the fortune teller predicted, my artwork has lead me down a very interesting path since the day Hurricane Wilma paid me a visit."

Victor-Hugo's legal parody will examine the thought process behind both the plaintiff and defense team involved in the lawsuit brought on by Montreal attorney, Anlac Nguyen, against Andrew Speaks. The 31-year-old Atlanta attorney who was in Europe when he learned tests showed he had not just TB, but an extremely drug-resistant strain known as XDR, will be parodied in the Crackhead Jesus chapter of the controversial modern art graphic novella based on real life events and headlines.

The tuberculosis-infected man is being sued for $1.3 million by nine plaintiffs citing possible exposure to the disease due to Speaks' knowingly boarding a commercial flight from Prague to Montreal in late May of 2007 while he was supposed to be qaurantined. The motion was filed Thursday in Quebec Superior Court on behalf of seven Canadians and two natives of the Czech Republic. The ninth plaintiff is a brother and roommate of a passenger.

Despite warnings from health officials not to board another long flight, Speaker took the Czech Airlines flight to Montreal as part of his return trip home. He subsequently became the first American quarantined by the federal government since 1963, and is currently undergoing treatment under isolation in a Denver hospital.

"They do not have tuberculosis, but nobody can say that they won't have tuberculosis either," Nguyen said of his clients. "And that will not be known, not now, not next year, but for many years in the future, so the pain and suffering that the people have gone through are real. They continue to suffer now because of the uncertainty."

In a letter dated June 20, 2007, signed by Chief Branch Discipline Counsel, Adria Quintela, the Florida Bar admits that an "error" occurred when the Designated Reviewer, Scott Hawkins forwarded the incriminating files to the Board of Governors.

The film is about peace not porn right?

It's strange how they get so many people on board with an illegal war through marketing it. War is inherently evil yet they make people want it. If you market peace to these same people but through a medium that they see as inherently evil, porn, peace all of a sudden becomes associated with that evil.

It's amazing how juxtaposing something "bad" with something "good" can make either that bad thing good or the good thing bad. Keep in mind how ingrained into our society war and violence are, video games, the evening news, boys playing with guns watching super heroes save the day; murdering the evil doers is sooo patriotic.

Sex however is still very much shunned in our neo-conservative, puritanical based culture. If you turn on the TV and see a mutilated and decapitated female body hanging from a ceiling fan and dripping blood onto a couple making out and about to do the "dirty deed" it's OK to watch alongside your children (I actually saw that exact scenerio on an opening segment of CSI). However if a pop star's nipple accidentally pops out for a second the network will be severely fined from the FCC and boycotted by the religious right... UNBELIEVABLE the society we live in.

MODERN ART MUSIC MOVEMENT (MAMM) JOINS FRIENDS OF LIVE EARTH FOR MARATHON BLOGCAST ON LIVE EARTH DAY

Modern Art Music Movement (MAMM) founder Victor-Hugo will perform a marathon BLOGCAST on 07/07/07 as part of the Friends of Live Earth events scheduled for LIVE EARTH DAY. MAMM artists from around the world will participate in a modern Dadaist revival of planned but unrehearsed "Happenings" aimed at raising awareness about the Earth's climate in crisis.

The Modern Art Music Movement(MAMM) is an international coalition of artists, musicians, public figures, and poets using their talents and contacts to peacefully raise awareness about various social issues and causes. The MAMM founder and Dark Horse Presidential candidate, Victor-Hugo, has publicly vowed to assist Al Gore in his attempts to raise awareness about the climate crisis amongst the Lied To Generation.

The controversial artist and activist has also publicly invited Al Gore to form a third, Common Sense Party, to give frustrated U.S. voters an option besides the ailing Republican and Democratic Parties. The artist has volunteered to be Al Gore's running mate and says he will attempt to convince Al Gore to run for President on a Presidential platform stressing environmental health and democratic restructuring.

FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT AND THE CLASH INSPIRE VICTOR-HUGO’S MODERN ART MUSIC MOVEMENT.

What do Frank Lloyd Wright, The Clash, and Modern Artist Victor-Hugo have in common? From beginning to end, throughout all their work, one important element remains constant, the consideration of human values. These three seemingly different artists all ostensibly placed humankind in the center of their work.

Frank Lloyd Wright always saw man as the focal point of his creations which were closely bound up with nature. Wright’s first consideration as an architect was placing man in the center of any of his buildings. The great American architect (1867-1959) exerted a unique influence on construction during the first half of the 20th Century.

Frank Lloyd Wright had been deeply moved by "This Will Kill That," a chapter in Victor Hugo's Notre Dame de Paris, which Wright called "the best amateur essay on architecture ever published." Wright came upon Victor Hugo's idea that the Renaissance was the end of architecture. "It is to this setting sun," Hugo wrote, "that we look for a new dawn."

Wright believed that the new dawn was organic architecture, a set of principles rather than a style, but still antithetical to Burnham and the convential architectural wisdom of the era. Hugo had predicted that "the great good fortune of having an architect of genius may befall the twentieth century, like a Dante in the thirteenth," leaving the lasting impression on Wright that he, and only he, was that architect.

So how did Frank Lloyd Wright influence the Modern Art Music Movement which Latino artist Victor-Hugo has created with the collaboration of talented musicians around the world?

Asked to comment, Victor-Hugo had this to say:

“I was reading, A Testament, a book which Frank Lloyd Wright had written in 1957, just two years before his death and listening to The Clash at the same time. The book, which is a biographical review of his work and how it came about, deals with his perception of human values. I was reading the last chapter of the book, entitled “Humanity-The Light of the World” when The Clash’s “Know Your Rights” started playing.

The passage I was reading described Wright’s explanation of humane architecture and how he felt that the quality of humanity is interior to man. He felt the element of Man as Light, or the inner light which some call humanity, was beyond all reckoning and human comprehension. Wright recognized Buddha as the light of Asia and Jesus as the light of the world. He believed sunlight was to nature as this interior light is to man’s spirit. He called it Manlight.”

At this point Victor-Hugo grabs a notebook and begins to read from a quote in Frank Lloyd Wright’s book which, he says, inspired him when he read it in conjunction with the sound of the Clash’s “Know Your Rights” playing in the background.

“Manlight is above instinct. Human imagination by way of this interior light is born, conceives, and creates: dies but to continue the light of existence only as this light lived in the man. The spirit is illumined by it and to the extent that his life is this light and it proceeds from him, it in turn illumines his kind. Affirmations of this light in human life and work are man’s true happiness.

Now when you take those simple but deep words and infuse them with the even simpler and deeper words of The Clash’s know your rights, the combination seeped into my subconscious and at that moment I realized that music was the driving force of everything I had ever created. I contacted some of my friends in the music industry,they liked the idea, and that's how the Modern Art Music Movement was born.

I simply can’t paint without music. Music is a major part of what I do and how I express myself on canvas. It is a pleasure and honor to have collaborated and shared inspiration with the musicians who have participated in this Movement of awareness and education through music and art.

The combination of Wright’s words and the lyrics of the song “Know Your Rights” sums up the Beautiful Chaos which I have experienced throughout my life. Especially as an artist I have met many people searching for their Manlight in many different ways with varying degrees of success.

Unfortunately, though it seems we are all essentially pure at our core, the Manlight seems to dim as we display our exterior selves to the rest of the world. We all seem to live with a guarded degree of self awareness which does not allow for us to be truly humane. This inevitably leads to the conflict I deal with in my paintings and which the Musicians involved in this project deal with in their music.

Take heed to the lyrics in “Know Your Rights” because we live in a litigious day and age where lawyers and judges make and break the rules their clients and constituents pay them or elect them to uphold. I have nothing against lawyers or judges, I happen to know many of both that are brilliant, fair, and ethical. However, I also know many that are the yin to that yang. As citizens of the world, seeking the common goal of a peaceful existence for ourselves, our families, and future generations, it is imperative that we know our rights.

In the words of the Clash,

“This is a public service announcement, with guitar, know your rights, all three of them I say. Number one, you have the right not to be killed. Murder is a crime, unless it was done by a policeman or aristocrat.

Number two, you have the right to food money, providing, of course, you don’t mind a little humiliation, investigation, and, if you cross your fingers, rehabilitation.

Young offenders know your rights.

Number three, you have the right to free speech. As long as you’re not dumb enough to actually try it.

Know your rights. These are your rights, all three of them. It has been suggested in some quarters, that this is not enough. Well get off the streets, get off the streets. Run! Don’t you have a home to go to?

Finally, then, I will read you your rights. You have the right to remain silent. You are warned that anything you say can and will be taken down and used as evidence against you. Listen to this. Run!”

Victor-Hugo says that fans of his Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law awaiting the first Chapter of his Modern Art Graphic Novella will have to wait, because the attorneys he hired to protect him from threats of slander and other attempts to silence the artist are experiencing technical difficulties at the moment.

In the meantime, he promises to provide the final Chapter in his surprisingly popular Dark Series story of “Crackhead Jesus and the Jewish Attorney” based on his “Chaos” painting, in the upcoming weeks.

“I have to pass it by some attorneys, first. Apparently you can’t be an artist in this day and age without someone trying to sue you for something. Unlike me and other artists who are not afraid to exploit and talk about our fears and vices, certain people are afraid to admit their shortcomings. They feel that they must hide behind the veiled threat of litigation to avoid admitting that they are human and fallible like everyone else."

Asked to comment on his lofty aspirations, the tenacious artist said:

“The recent United States election has shown the planet that we, as Americans, are ready to cooperate with the rest of the modern world to set a positive example. Democracy has given power back to the people and the people of the world are ready for a day of peace after all the heartache we have experienced in the years following the tragic events of 9/11.”

Victor-Hugo says he hopes to win the goodwill and support for the United States, that followed the 9/11 terrorist attacks on his homeland. He believes the same energy and brilliance it took to orchestrate the war in Iraq can be used to orchestrate peace.

“Don’t get me wrong, I’m not an idealistic dreamer who thinks that we can create absolute peace on earth. I realize, unfortunately, that it is unrealistic and impossible because of the beautiful chaos which exists as part of the human condition, but Woodstock, Live Aid and Live Eight proved that a day of harmony and self awareness can be achieved. Like John Lennon said, people asking questions lost in confusion, well I tell them there's no problem, only solutions.”

His groundbreaking modern art graphic novel, Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law, has revolutionized the way people digest news by incorporating his artwork with real time local and global events. The waning newspaper industry has lost thousands of readers to the internet and Victor-Hugo has filled a void in a world where some people get there news from disrobing anchormen and women. His controversial BLOG entries have covered news topics that no other media source has dared to investigate and exposed issues affecting the global community by incorporating Salvador Dali style hidden images as clues in his paintings.

Gerry Kelly and Victor-Hugo are preparing an event for Art Basel Miami which will highlight the censored artwork produced by the artist including his Hurricane Wilma Exhibit which will be displayed on a movie screen and mixed to modern music from around the globe. His original painting of The Three Soldiers will be on display in Miami during Art Basel, before heading off on an international tour through Europe and Asia in 2007.

The banned painting has become a worldwide symbol for the new peace movement. The painting was suppressed during Victor-Hugo’s international exhibit in 2005 because the owner of the high rise building where the artist had his studio, had direct ties to Washington D.C. and felt the bottom half of Victor-Hugo’s painting reflected a negative image of the war in Iraq. Victor-Hugo suffered a backlash, like the Dixie Chics, for promoting images which many felt were unpatriotic.

"The truths I spoke of and painted, were called blasphemies." The outspoken artist recalls, "All great truths begin as blasphemies, though."

Victor-Hugo's collection of artwork was dealt a major blow when his collection, was stolen and damaged, the night following his V.I.P. reception during the opening night of Art Basel.

His painting, "I Tried to Warn You about Abu Ghraib…But You Wouldn’t Listen", which dealt with his documented experiences at the U.S. Naval Academy as a Midshipman, was stolen, in what remains an unsolved mystery. The incident lead Victor-Hugo to document the events leading up to the episode in his world famous BLOG. By combining his diary style paintings with his journalistic style BLOG entries Victor-Hugo was able to facilitate investigators trying to solve the mystery and in so doing created an entertaining new format, for disseminating news and information to the masses.

Victor-Hugo hopes to enlist the likes of Bill Gates, Bono, Bill Clinton, and Bob Geldof to influence the Lied To Generation into accepting cultural tolerance and education as the norm. Victor-Hugo’s documentary will follow his quest to make his dream a reality. He says marketing is the key to changing the course of humanity for the better.

“If we as a people can market peace, the way Nike marketed sneakers, I think future generations stand a chance. If the four B’s get together with me, I’m sure we can make this day happen. With all the negative news bombarding us nowadays, I believe the world is ready for a day off to contemplate the good graces of our existence. MELISSA ETHRIDGE JOINS VICTOR HUGO IN ASKING "WHAT HAPPENED TO AMERICA? WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR COUNTRY?"

In one of the most stunning and earnest Live Earth performances at the Giants Stadium Live Earth Day concert, Melissa Ethridge questioned the passion of the Lied to Generation and their commitment to change the future for the better. Ethridge and Victor-Hugo questioned the strength of Democracy and the Legal system in the United States during their Live Earth Day performances. Ethridge's bold statements on stage during her emotional performance served as words of caution to a sold out audience which was asked, "Are you awake?"

Modern artist Victor-Hugo presented two films during his Live Earth Day Blogcast, Loose Change and Zeitgeist. Both films force the viewer to question authority and the future, not only of democracy but of mankind. As an active participant in the Modern Art Music Movement's Friend's of Live Earth Happening on 7-7-7 you will become a part of Pop Art History.

In the 1950's and 60's, prior to the dawning of the "Age of Aquarius", performance art called, Happenings, were spontaneously "popping up" in supermarkets and on highways.

The interactive experience can be relived in the 21st Century on Live Earth Day. Dark Horse U.S. Presidential candidate Victor-Hugo is organizing a worldwide work of living breathing modern art to coincide with Al Gore's Live Earth Concerts to be held on every continent, including Antarctica.

"I'm hoping the people of this world will see Earth and the human condition as an artist. To create a better world, we must all be artists." Victor-Hugo says. He believes by including the world in his art project, people will see the Earth and its creatures through the eyes of an artist and perhaps try harder to save themselves and our planet.

Live Earth is a 24-hour, 7-continent concert series making history on 7/7/07. The event will bring together more than 150 music artists and 2 billion people to inspire a global movement to "Answer the Call" and combat the climate crisis.

LIVE EARTH AS A LIVING BREATHING WORK OF MODERN ART

How can the world participate in the largest self destructing Modern Art Project ever created?

By passing along a simple message and asking your contacts to pass it forward you can create a peaceful human work of improvisational Pop art better known as a Happening.

Your participation can create a chain of events which will link the founder of the internet with the Founder of the Modern Art Music Movement. This butterfly effect could cause popular, but unregistered presidential candidates Al Gore and Victor-Hugo to be on stage together introducing Duran Duran at the 07-07-07 Live Earth Concert.

Al Gore is registered Democrat and Victor-Hugo is registered Republican, but both men are putting their political views aside to help raise awareness about Mother Earth's climate and the human condition.

In 1959, American artist Red Grooms role-acted a pyromaniac escaping from a police officer trying to apprehend him in an old boxing gym. At the finale of the performance, Grooms dove into the arms of stunned onlookers who suddenly realized that they had become a participating audience, rather than a passive one.

Together, the Dark Horse Presidential candidate and the former Vice President are attempting to create an unprecedented work of art on a massive global scale the likes of which humankind has never seen.

MAMM representatives are contacting The Guinness Book of World Records to see if the Live Earth Day 2007 Happening can be recorded as the World's Largest Modern Art Piece. The Live Earth Happening has already begun and will begin to self destruct on 07-07-07 in Sydney, Australia. The event and Happening will culminate with a concert headlined by The Police at Giants Stadium, New Jersey.

Music is a major influence in the eclectic art work of modern artist and unsung U.S. Presidential candidate, Victor-Hugo. RENO 911!:MIAMI JOINS THE SOPRANOS IN VICTOR-HUGO'S BEAUTIFUL CHAOS MOVEMENT

Fans of the Comedy Central law enforcement parody Reno 911 have joined fans of the classic HBO Mob Family Series, The Soprano's, in noticing the aquablue glass Monolith standing like a sentinel in both dark comedies. The modern art graphic novela, Capicua 3-1-3: The Long Arm of the Law, Victor-Hugo's diary of the world on canvas, was inspired by the corrupt politics which took place within the board room meetings during his administration as a homeowner representative at the Grand View Palace in North Bay Village, Florida.

New person will oversee condo fixes

A Miami-Dade judge turned authority for repairs at a North Bay Village condominium to a special master last week.

Residents who have been battling to get extensive repairs completed at their North Bay Village condominium won a victory in court last week, when a judge placed oversight of the repairs in the hands of a special master.

In a status conference Wednesday, Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Ronald Friedman gave special master Ken Marlin the authority to oversee all the repairs of the GrandView Palace Condominium. The five-member board, controlled by the family-run development company that bought the building in the early '90s and converted it to condos in 2003, will no longer be involved.

The residents at the GrandView, a 532-unit, 25-story building at 7601 E. Treasure Dr., have been engaged in a battle with Charles C. Edwards and his son James Edwards, for several years. They have complained about upgrades and minor repairs that were not completed.

The cost of that work ran into the hundreds of thousands of dollars, according to one resident.

Among the needed repairs, according to some residents: leaking windows, elevators that frequently break down, and corroded electrical wiring on the pool decks.

In March the group sued the Edwards, whose family-run development company owns about 90 units, to recover the money spent in maintenance fees since 2003.

The judge's orders eliminated Christopher Spuches, a developer-appointed member of the building's board of directors, from being able to supervise any repairs.

''I will abide by whatever the judge's order says,'' Spuches said.

Friedman said that if the developers meddled with the reparations or stalled repairs by refusing to sign checks, they or any of their three representatives on the board would face contempt of court charges -- and possible jail time.

''If you have problems with the board, I will see you in the courthouse within 24 hours,'' he said to Marlin.

Residents said they were ready to move on after the hearing.

''What we were expecting to happen happened,'' said Todd Louis, who was among those leading the challenge of the Edwards.

''This is a bittersweet victory because we had to get to this point to get the developer to follow the law,'' added Soledad Slonsky.
